Prompt chosen: Water Inhalation-
"Diluc? Could you open the door, please?"
Diluc had been in his room since he got home at 4:30 p.m. It was 10 p.m. now, and he had yet to appear.
He got the door unlocked and slammed the door open, only to find nothing but a destroyed room.
Diluc wasn't there.
He left everyone to clean up his mess.
And Kaeya hated him for it.

On the day of Diluc's birthday and Crepus' death, Diluc leaves before Kaeya gets a chance to say goodbye. 5 years later, he returns out of the blue and tells Kaeya what really happened to Crepus on that day. Kaeya lets his emotions get the better of him.

Now, Crepus would never get credit for defeating Ursa because Eroch would just say that Diluc had killed him in the end. He would end up twisting it as Diluc planning to kill him all along, and all the blame should fall on one of Crepus' heirs.
Gods, he hated him.
