A few decades back, during the golden age of the glitz and the glam, Hotel Zero was the singing jewel of the city. Hotel Zero, though small in comparison to the many other buildings that surrounded it, was a character on its own. With only 10 floors, far fewer than its other counterparts, was a testament to its resilience and uniqueness.
Hotel zero was the place to be. Though it only had a a few floors, they were resplendent and sufficient for each event hosted.
It was where most premier movie dinners were hosted. It was where the rumored Chiba Salon had their annual balls, showcasing the newest talents they were debuting for the upcoming year. It also housed the exclusive cafe, where the renowned Patissier Haruki, released his creations monthly. Lines will always trail the side of the building with a chance to get one of his creations.
It was truly the place to be.
It was.
But the glimmer of life had a way of getting to even the most resplendent of jewels.
And one day it all just fell apart for Hotel Zero. There were rumors of secret floors leading to nowhere. Missing artists suddenly turning up after a few days. To quell the rumors they limited the events being hosted and then slowly shut down a few of the event floors. Out of the blue, the cafe went on undetermined hiatus and one day Zero himselfvanished. The General Manager of the property , Kujo Takamasa, tried to hold the fort down. Due to his broken heart and bad situation, he too fell apart. Rumors say his sanity followed soon after.
Hotel Zero fell to ruin.
Years later, with all that was once was, and with nothing to lose and just a dream to hold on to, Takanashi Otoharu, has decided to risk it all for a promise. To see Hotel zero shine once more and be the shining jewel it once was.
