"LEONA KINGSCHOLAR!!"
Falena jumped from his seat, the documents he was overseeing flying in the air as he desperately tried to grab them. He heard multiple footsteps resounding down the hallway and a yell that sounded oddly like his sister-in-law. Falena sighed, not again. This wasn't the first time his brother ticked off his wife and it most certainly won't be the last.
He opened the door to the hallway to see what all the commotion was and there he saw Leona and his very much angry wife playing ring around the rosie-- the table being Leona's only source of protection and his wife angrily gripped a sandal in her hand. He only now noticed that she was walking barefoot; suggesting this wasn't her first assassination attempt.
"What were you doing telling the Royal Council that you've been skipping meetings because I was being 'too clingy'? Do you know how long I had to endure being lectured by Kifaji?!?"
Leona tried to make a run for it but his wife-- being wittingly aware of his antics cornered him like a lioness about to pounce on her prey. It was quite the funny sight "Oh come on, at least we got to spend some quality time together~" Leona teased, a shit-eating grin on his face as he tried to make light of the situation in hopes that he wouldn't die today.
"I WOULDN'T QUALIFY SLEEPING AND CUDDLING 24/7 AS QUALITY TIME!" While Falena's sister-in-law was consumed by her anger, Leona took advantage of this and made a run for it, his mischievous laugh echoing as his wife chased after him.
Falena sighed once again but couldn't help but smile, ever since Leona got married he has been smiling and laughing again-- Though it may have been at the expense of his wife.
"I see the Little Mouse has been angered once again" Falena heard a familiar voice and he turned-- it was his wife and the current queen of Sunset Savanna "It would seem so" Falena pulled her close and kissed her on the forehead "Good thing our relationship isn't like that" He joked
Falena's wife tilted her head to the side, feigning to be deep in thought "If I remembered correctly you used to skip paperwork to cuddle with me in bed too" She teased and Falena's ear twitched as he blushed in embarrassment "T-That was only because you were pregnant with Cheka!!" He protested but his wife merely laughed.
"I guess the two of you truly are brothers"
