Giyuu knows the others hate her. Not all of them hate her but they ignore her presence.
She can’t blame them though. They most likely know that she doesn’t belong among their ranks.
She deserves it. She is not worthy of becoming a hashira, not worthy of friends, not worthy of living.
But
It still hurts, badly. She doesn't know why though, she deserves this harsh treatment, to feel this pain
after letting the two most important people die because of her. She failed them.
Giyuu walks to the HQ to attend a regular hashira meeting to discuss the spike of demon activity.
She feels glares stabbing into her, like she was a demon. After the tanjiro and nezuko trial, they
Avoided her like a plague. Some went even as far as to ridicule her, humiliate her in front of her
Colleagues. She hated it. She knew that they would change the future, she just wish the others
Saw what she did.
She goes and sits down in the back corner where she was alone. She hated being alone after Tsutako
but yet again. She deserves it.
She watches the others going into conversations in the courtyard. They seemed happy, the same
happiness that left Giyuu ages ago. She wonders if she could ever feel that same happiness.
“So i have beheaded 3 demons at once!! I wish you guys could’ve seen it, it was so flamboyant!!”
“Uwah!! Thats so cool Uzui San!!”
“Kanroji, don’t feed his ego.”
“But Shinobu Chan! Thats most likely very impressive!”
“What she said! I was very impressive!”
“Alright alright!!”
“Iguro, Shinazugawa! How have you been?”
“Ive been good Rengoku.”
“Im fine i guess. How are you?”
“Thanks for asking Shinazugawa! I have been extremely well!!”
“Tokito, how are your sword skills now?”
“Its been alright..”
“Thats good. You are very well trained for your age.”
“Thank you…Himejima san.”
They all looked happy without her. If she was gone, they would be more than happy that a unworthy
demon slayer has left their ranks. All of a sudden she hear the twins speak in unison.
“The master has arrived.”
The others sit down quickly. As Kagaya entered.
“Hello my children.” his voice is soft, kind. It reminds her of Tsutako. She was very well spoken, unlike
herself. She knows that Tsutako will be disappointed in her.
The meeting goes well as expected. The hashira has given the rest of the day to relax. After Kagaya
Left, the others formed a group without her. They were talking about going out to the bar for the night.
Everyone agreed except Muichiro and Gyomei because they don’t drink. The others made no attempt to invite her so she left.
“Don’t drink to much uzui!”
“I won’t rengoku!! Its just a little sake.”
“3 bottles is not a little dumbass.”
“Don’t get snarky at me snake man!!”
“You boys are so rowdy, right kanroji san?”
“Yep!”
“Ugh this is boring..” sanemi said while placing down a cup.
“Why don’t we play truth or dare?” uzui asked.
“Thats a great idea buddy!!”
“Thank you buddy!!”
“Who is going first?” Sanemi asked.
“I guess I will.” iguro replied.” truth or dare Shinazugawa?”
“Dare.”
“Hmm..i dare you to pretend to date tomioka.”

What the hell was Iguro thinking. Fake date tomioka? I would rather loose my virginity to a damn demon instead. Fucking hell.
He makes his way to the water estate, kickings stones away like a toddler having a tantrum. He knocks

Murderers.
He closes his eyes, wanting to get sleep before his next mission. He let slumber take over him.
