| Chapter 1:
Demanded Snuggles
———————————————
Izuku was in his team’s dorm room lying on one of the bottom bunks of the so-called “bunk beds” his team made. He needed to go out and buy actual bunk beds before someone either fell off or the bed itself fell. Anyway, he was just reading a short book while the others were out training.
Izuku: “Hmm, wonder how long the girls plan on training for. It’s been a few hours now-” He’s cut off by the door opening, revealing Blake who seems to be a bit exhausted.
Izuku: “Oh hey Blake, you need something?” He asks as the cat Faunus just looks at him without responding, which slightly concerns the greenie. “Uh, Blake? Is everything okay?” He asks another question yet receives no answer.
Finally, the Faunus does something Izuku wasn’t expecting. He pushes him until he’s fully laid down on the bed, and proceeds to rest on top of his stomach, leaving Izuku confused and blushing.
Izuku: “B-Blake? What are you doing?” He asks with a blush dusting his cheeks as she looks up at him.
Blake: “Tired from training with the others, want snuggles, need snuggles now please.” She then lies and rubs her head around his chest, which Izuku couldn’t help but find very cute. “Headpats please.” Blake demands as Izuku chuckles a bit and starts patting her head.
Izuku puts the book down on the counter and wraps his left arm around her waist as his right arm continues patting her head. She didn’t know or couldn't explain why, but it was always head pats from Izuku that she always had enjoyed and cherished. But it now got to the point where she even started purring, which surprised Izuku as she was slightly embarrassed now.
Izuku: “Did you just purr-”
Blake: “Tell anyone about this and I will cut you to pieces.” Blake says to intimidate the Greenie, and it works as Izuku nods in fear. Blake smiles as she grabs his right hand and puts it back on her head. “Now I didn’t say to stop now, did I?” Which lessens Izuku’s fear as he continues his head pats and smiles.
————————————
30 MINUTES LATER
————————————
Ruby, Weiss, and Yang are all coming back from the training room. All exhausted and beat from training so much. Weiss had a few scratches out of the three she accidentally cut some of Yang’s hair off. And everyone on the team knew to NEVER mess with her hair.
Ruby: “Come on Weiss, lighten up a little! There’s not much of a point to be mad about it forever!” She says as Weiss sighs in slight defeat.
Weiss: “I guess, but did she have to go THAT hard on me over some strands of her hair!” She says as she shows her left arm having scratches scattered almost across the entire arm.
Yang: “As much as I’m very sorry for that Weiss, do not mess with even a single strand of my hair. Anyone who messes with it, I will not hesitate to punch into the ground.” Yang says with her hands behind her head.
Ruby: "Well you've already proved that today..." Ruby sweatdrops as Yang chuckles.
The gang makes it back and opens their room door to see something that is quite a surprise: On the bottom bunk, Blake had both of her arms wrapped around Izuku without wanting to let go, and Izuku had his right hand on top of her head, while his left arm was wrapped around her waist.
The Three girls have mixed reactions, Ruby gushing and finding it very adorable, Weiss with a bit of a pout and blush, slightly wishing that was her, and Yang taking several pictures with a grin, she couldn't wait to tease them once they woke up. But for now, the girls decide to leave them alone for the night, as they don’t want to disturb the peace.

Chapter 2: Ice Cream Boops
Chapter Text
Beacon Bits | Bit #2:
Ice Cream Boops
(Izuku x Ruby x Neo)
—————————————————————————
Izuku, Neo, and Ruby are all taking a nice walk in the park, Neo and Ruby holding onto each of Izuku’s arms. After yet another tiring training session in their class, Izuku wanted to go out on a walk, with Neo and Ruby asking if they could tag along.
“It’s nice to finally have a moment to ourselves with how busy classes have been these days, Aizawa has not been making it easy for us.” Izuku says as Ruby nods in agreement.
“I know right? I get that we’re all doing our best trying to become heroes, but we should be given at least a little break! We’re only teenagers!” Ruby exclaims with a pout, to which Izuku chuckles. Suddenly, he feels his other arm being tugged, and looks at Neo.
“What’s wrong Neo?” says Izuku, nothing seemed to be wrong, but she was just pointing at the Ice Cream Parlor that was right across the street. “Oooooh! Ice Cream! Can we go get some Ice Cream? Please Izuku!” Ruby says in excitement.
Izuku looks up at the parlor and thinks about it for a little, but then he makes the slight mistake but blessing of looking back at Ruby and Neo, and seeing them pulling out a trick almost every woman knows: The Puppy Eyes technique. Izuku blushes at this as he finds this unfair to say no to those faces.
“Pleeeeeeease Izuku?” Ruby pleads with Neo following her lead. Eventually, Izuku couldn’t resist anyone. “Okay! Okay! We can go get Ice Cream. Just please, those faces are too adorable to say no to.” Izuku says as he sighs. Neo and Ruby both jump up for joy as they grab his arms and practically drag him over to the parlor.
They went inside and were surprised by the aesthetic of the place, if it were a sunset or nighttime, this place would be a perfect place to get together and chat with friends. Ruby and Neo dash over to the glass panel to see all the Ice Cream flavors. Both had stars in their eyes as they looked at the many Ice Cream flavors.
“Oh, welcome to the Nightly Parlor. Can I get you guys anything?” The guy asks as Izuku looks up. “We’ll take three Ice Cream’s please.” Izuku says. “Alright then, which flavors?” He asks.
“Chocolate for me please.” Izuku says.
“Cherry!” Ruby exclaims.
Neo points at the mix of Strawberry, Chocolate, and Vanilla. “She’ll take Neapolitan.” Izuku helps her as she nods.
“Alright, One Chocolate, one Cherry, one Neapolitan. That’ll be ¥1,550. Will you be taking it go?” Izuku nods as he hands him the money as he puts it in the register. “Alright, I’ll have your order out as quick as I can, you can wait by one of the tables in the meantime.” The parlor smiles as Izuku, Ruby, and Neo go sit at a table.
Izuku is waiting patiently, while he looks over to see Neo and Ruby practically bouncing around. He always found it funny how their little dynamic worked. They would sometimes be like sisters in a way, other times they would be competing with each other. There was even this one time when they were pretty much playing tug of war with his arms, they suffered great pain afterward…
Suddenly, the door was kicked open as some thieves ran in screaming. “EVERYONE ON THE GROUND!” Suddenly, everyone spirals into a panic and INSTANTLY hits the deck and falls to the floor in a panic. Izuku does the same way to avoid being shot, But he still keeps some of his cool. But that’s when he realized, Ruby or Neo didn’t hide with him, they were still sitting there, faces shadowed by their hair.
“Guys, come on! We should hide to try and plan something! Guys?!” Izuku whispers to them to hopefully get their attention, but to no avail, they don’t listen, and just continue sitting there. Eventually, one of the thieves noticed them not on the ground panicking and walked up to them.
“Hey, did you girls hear me, I said EVERYONE on the ground, that means you two as well!” He says while aiming his gun at them, trying to scare them into getting on the ground, but to his surprise, they still just sit there with shadowed faces. “Grrrrr, I SAID: ON THE GROU-”
.
.
.
.
.
Next thing you know, the guy was knocked out along with one of his members. What happened you may be asking? Well…
Ruby had ended up grabbing the gun and twisting it until it looked like a noodle, stood up and kicked the guy in the nuts, and grabbed his leg to where he threw him with all the unknown strength she had just received into one of his lackeys, to which they were both knocked out.
Everyone in the parlor was shocked, the lackeys were slightly scared, and Izuku’s jaw was wide open. The Lackeys looked at the two girls and could swear that they saw at least some form of a demon behind them. They all aim their guns at the girls, despite the incredible amount of shaking in their arms. Ruby pulls out her Cresent Rose while Neo pulls out her Hush.
Ruby turns over to the parlor. “Hey parlor, if you could have those Ice Creams out by the time we’re done beating the daylights out of these thieves, that would be lovely. Thank you!” She says the last part with sweetness to the parlor, but the whole message is filled with venom, and everyone in the room can tell where that venom was aimed.
“O-O-O-O-Oh r–r-right! L-like you could even land a scratch on us! L-let’s get 'em boys!” One of the lackeys say with foolish confidence, As they ready their guns, they all think that they got this in the bag. What can two girls do them?
————————————
30 SECONDS LATER.
————————————
30 seconds. It took exactly 30 seconds for Neo and Ruby to beat the absolute daylights out of them. The police had already escorted them to prison, and everyone in the store tried to go back to what they were doing but were a little shaken.
Izuku stood there, as still as a statue. Ruby and Neo walk up to him with a little concern. “I-Izuku, are you okay?” Ruby asks with slight worry in her voice, Neo shakes him a bit, but no response. “I-I-Izuku?” Ruby asks again to hopefully get a response, but yet again, nothing comes out of his mouth. But instead of a response, they get an action from him:
Him falling to the ground as his soul slowly comes out.
“I-IZUKU!” Ruby exclaims as she and Neo get on the ground to hopefully wake Izuku up as he seems ready to visit the afterlife. “Izuku! We’re sorry! Please come back to us!”
IzukuMidoriya.EXE has stopped working.
Rebooting…
.
.
.
.
.
Reboot complete!
Izuku slowly starts to stir awake, as he groans while holding his head and leans up. To which he’s met with a hug from Ruby and Neo. “Izuku! I’m so glad you're okay! You scared us when you just passed out of nowhere!” Izuku smiles as he pats Ruby’s head. “Sorry if I worried you guys.” Neo silently pouts at the fact she gets no head pats but then feels a hand on her head. Seeing it was Izuku smiling, she happily enjoyed it.
“Oh yeah, while you passed out, our Ice Cream order came! Come on!” Ruby jumps as they all take their cones and exit the store. The sun was slowly beginning to set. They all start making their way back to the Beacon Dorms. But while walking, Ruby had an idea and smirked. She takes her Ice Cream and boops it on Neo’s nose, causing a small part of her Ice cream to get stuck there.
“Heheheheh! Oopsie!” Ruby says while putting a peace sign up, Neo slightly pouts as she takes her Ice Cream and does the same thing to Ruby, Ruby opens her eyes in surprise as she looks at Neo, who’s sticking her tongue out at her in a playful manner, causing Ruby to pout this time.
Then out of nowhere, some Chocolate Ice cream gets ‘booped’ onto both of their noses, they both looked up to see it was Izuku, who was chuckling from his stunt. They both blush at his action but decide to get him back in a much different matter. Both of them tiptoe their way up to Izuku and kiss him on both sides of his cheeks, while also getting the Ice Cream that was on their noses onto his face.
Izuku stops chuckling and pauses while having a blush on his face, he looks at them as they have both huge blushes and smirks on their faces, but soon enough, they all just break into a fit of laughter before continuing to walk back before they got a scolding from Aizawa or Ms. Goodwitch.
At least the Ice Cream Boops made this day fun…
——————————————————————————————
And that wraps up the 2nd Beacon Bit! This time with Izuku x Ruby x Neo!
I kinda had this bit at the back of my mind, but had no idea where to take it, but finally, I had thought of this, and I’m glad about how it turned out.
Before you ask, yes Beacon’s Hero Academia Chapter 5 is still a work in progress, I’ve legit even typed out a whole scene that’s about 1,500 words, I’m not kidding you. But in the meantime, you’ll have to wait and see~
Till then, Check under your bed tonight… ;)
Chapter 3: A Sick Day for Four
Chapter Text
Beacon Bits | Bit #3:
A Sick Day for Four
(Izuku x Ruby x Blake x Weiss x Yang)
—————————————————————————————
Izuku walks out of his dorm room with four thermometers, all with pretty high temperatures. He sighs as he makes his way to the kitchen in the dorm living room. While on his way, he sees Sun and Kirishima watching TV. "Oh, morning Midoriya! Good to see ya!" Sun said, waving at the green-haired teen, he smiled at the duo and waved back. "Morning guys, I just came to get some water, and a few other things," Izuku says, grabbing a few bottles using blackwhip. "Well, you sure you'll be able to finish that many bottles?" Kirishima asks, wondering why he grabbed 7 bottles. "Well, they aren't for me. Ruby, Weiss, Blake, and Yang got sick overnight, so I'm watching over them," said Izuku, who began to make his way back upstairs.
"Ouch, well, let them know that I hope they get better soon!" Said Sun, who flashed a thumbs up at Izuku, Kirishima following suit. "Same here! And it's good on you for taking care of them, it makes you quite manly!" said Kirishima as he flashed a toothy smile. Izuku smiles sheepishly. "Thanks, Kirishima, and I'll let them know!" Izuku says before making his way back to the dorm room.
He arrives after a bit of walking and opens the door, and describes the girl's current mood as, a hot mess, specifically in the health area. Each girl was on their bed, with a small towel on their head and some light clothing, along with a small fan set to their lowest setting next to each of them, to help them cool off.
Ruby was the first to wake up, despite her fever, and lifted her head towards the door. "I-Izuku...?" She says, trying to tell who was at the door. He walks up and climbs the ladder to her bed, and uses blackwhip to make sure he doesn't fall. "Morning Ruby, how are you feeling right now?" He asks concern heard all in his voice. Ruby smiles, even during sickness she still manages to smile.
"Well, it's still there, but not as bad as last night, I think little better now that you're here." She says, her voice slightly low as both sport a blush on their faces. Izuku smiles at her. "Well, I brought a few things to help with the fevers," said Izuku, as one of the ropes of Blackwhip grabbed one of the bottles on the table and handed it to him, he cracked it open. Ruby then opens her mouth slightly, giving Izuku a sign to give her some water. After she was done, he was surprised to see her drink nearly half of the bottle. She sighed in relief as she had a small smile on her face.
"Thanks, Izuku, I needed that." Said Ruby, who had a look of slight relief and was hydrated. Izuku smiled as he took a Sharpie from the desk and wrote the letter 'R' on it, meaning that it was for Ruby. "No problem Ruby, feel better soon." Before climbing down, he leaned in and planted a kiss on her head, causing her to blush as her half-lidded eyes turned to Izuku, who had a smile on his face. She smiled before drifting back into dreamland, this time a little less discomfort.
He climbs down to the bottom of the first Bunk bed, where he sees Weiss with a surprisingly peaceful look, but still sees the red on her face. He tapped her head twice, causing her eyes to stir open, but her awareness wasn't quite there yet. "H-How did a Pinetree get into our dorm...?" Said Weiss, unaware of who was in front of her. Izuku turned white as he was frozen. Suddenly he was trying everything in his power to hold back his laughter. After a bit of containing himself, he smiles as he calls her name, causing her to be a little more aware now. "Izuku...?" says Weiss, Izuku smiles.
"Morning my Ice Queen," said Izuku, having a small grin on his face, not being able to tell if Weiss was red due to the fever or blushing. "How are you feeling right now?" asked Izuku, putting his teasing manner aside. "Well, my head doesn't feel like it's on fire, but I think I might need some medicine..." Weiss says, with small coughs coming in afterward. Izuku grabs the bottle of medicine and a spoon on the table. He pours a bit onto the spoon and goes to Weiss. "Alright Weiss, here you go," Izuku says, holding out the spoon for Weiss, but there's one problem.
"Mmmmmm..." Weiss slowly turns her head away from the spoon.
Despite saying she needs medicine, she hates the taste of it. Izuku had always found it ironic, but when he has to give her medicine, for example, today. It can be quite a handful. "Weiss, come on, we both know you need to so you can feel better," said Izuku as he sweatdrops at Weiss' usual antics. She turns to face him. "I know, but it just tastes weird..." Weiss says, showing a small pout on her face before turning again. Izuku sighs before smiling. "Alright look, if you taste the medicine, I'll buy you your favorite frozen yogurt again, and if you want, I can get a bottle of water to help you get the taste out." He says, Weiss slowly turns toward him with a neutral look. "Promise...?" She says. "Promise." He says. Weiss then reluctantly agrees as she opens her mouth, Izuku grabs a bottle of water just in case, she lifts her head and drinks the medicine.
She swallows after a bit and has a look of slight disgust as she sticks her tongue out. Izuku had a bottle of water with a straw for her and brought it up. She then started drinking the water, slowly feeling some of the leftover flavor from the medicine wash away. "Thank you Izuku, just make sure to keep that promise," Weiss says. Izuku scooted closer to her and kissed her right cheek. "Don't worry, I will. Just make sure to get some rest, let me know if you guys need anything." He says. Weiss nodded before drifting off to sleep. Izuku closed the bottle and wrote the letter 'W' for Weiss.
He heads over to the other bunk bed and climbs up the ladder, seeing Yang smiling, already awake. "Heeey Zukuuu," says Yang, her voice sounding loopy, almost like how Kaminari acts when he fries his brain. "Morning Yang didn't know you were up already," Izuku said. "Oh, I woke up after hearing you take care of Rubes and Weiss," Yang said. Izuku looked over to see her shirt was drenched in sweat, knowing he needed to help try her off. He took the small towel off her head and went to the bathroom, squeezing any leftover sweat from it and shaking it around to try faster.
He comes back into the room and climbs up to Yang's bed, he then lightly rubs the towel around her neck and shoulders, after finishing, he asks if she could turn so he can check if there is sweat on her back. She nodded, flipping over as Izuku saw the back of her shirt, a slightly darkened area, yep that's sweat. He lifts the back of her shirt slightly, and wipes, despite having a blush on his face and looking away.
After an awkward silence and a few seconds of wiping, he sighed, finally finishing. He went back to the bathroom to squeeze the sweat out put it in some cold water, and squeeze it again. He re-enters and places the now folded towel on her head. "Hold on, I'll go get you a new shirt." He says, Yang holding her hand out, stopping Izuku. "No need, I think I'll just sleep without one, thanks Zuku." She says as she lifts her shirt, causing Izuku to turn his head a quick 180 while blushing madly.
Yang giggles after taking her shirt off showing a sports bra. "Come ooon Zuku, you know we've been dating for 5 months now, I don't mind you having a peep~." Yang teased in a flirtatious voice, but Izuku didn't want to turn. "Alright then," Yang kisses Izuku on his right cheek, surprising the teen. "Thanks for looking out for me Zuku, love you..." She said before drifting back to sleep, Izuku's blush still visible, but smaller.
He smiles as he slides down the ladder slowly to see Blake, turning her head and stirring awake. "Izuku..." Blake said. She reaches her hand out to him, and he smiles as he reaches and takes it. She then slowly directed his hand to her head. "Head pats should've guessed," said Izuku, chuckling slightly at Blake's cat instincts. He slowly begins to pet and rub her head, causing her to purr in enjoyment, something Izuku always loved hearing. "You need anything else?" He asked, she pointed at the bottle of water, Izuku grabbing it and flicking the lid off thanks to the assistance of blackwhip.
Blake takes the bottle and starts drinking while Izuku continues to give head pats. She eventually stopped and handed it to Izuku, who took it and placed it on the table. A string of Blackwhip takes the cap, tightening it and writing the letter 'B' on it. "Thanks, Izuku, I think I'll be alright for now," Blake said. Izuku removed his hand from her head. She then grabbed his collar, and pulled him closer, planting a kiss on the lips. Izuku paused for a bit before closing his eyes and kissing back. The kiss only lasted 5 seconds before they broke it. "I love you Izuku, thank you..." Blake says as she lies her head down and sleeps with a smile on her face.
Izuku smiled as he walked towards the door, getting ready to head to the living room, but he turned around and smiled at the girls. "I love you all, I'll be here to help you guys no matter what." He said, closing the door before heading downstairs.
—— THE NEXT DAY ——
It was the next day and the girls were all in the bathroom, after a night's rest and Izuku helping take care of them, they were all able to bounce back rather quickly and we're feeling better again. After changing into normal clothes, they all made their way into the living room, where they saw Todoroki in the kitchen making a sandwich.
"Seems like you guys are feeling better, that's a relief," Todoroki says.
"Yep! All we need is some medicine, water, and rest, and we're good as new!" Ruby smiles.
"Guess we have Izuku to thank for that," Blake says as the girls smile. "Speaking of which, have you seen him anywhere? He wasn't in our dorm when we woke up." Todoroki pointed to the couch, smiling as the girls all turned in curiosity but were surprised to see a knocked-out Izuku Midoriya on the couch.
"Well, that explains why he wasn't in our dorm room when we woke up," Yang says before turning to Todoroki. "But, what happened to him?" Todoroki exited the kitchen before walking over. "Well, apparently he kept moving back and forth to check up on you guys, he made sure you were all sleeping well, gave you some water from time to time, and adjusted the mini fans on your beds. I think he may have crashed out late at night." Todoroki explained.
The girls turn to Izuku in surprise as the teen still rests, bags visible under his eyes. Their surprised look turns into small smiles. "That dolt, always looking out for others instead of himself. He needs to take care of himself more." Weiss says as she sits next to Izuku, pushing his head onto her shoulder and planting a kiss on his head.
"Well then, I guess it's our turn to take care of him until he wakes, up," Yang suggested as the rest of the girls followed Weiss' lead and sat on the huge couch, kissing the grassy-haired teen on his head. Todoroki smiled as he headed upstairs to his room. The girls got a huge blanket and decided to watch some TV, while Izuku was resting, a smile of peace on his face.
Chapter 4: Don’t Shoulder it All
Chapter Text
Beacon Bits
Bit #4: Don’t Shoulder it All
Izuku x Ruby
--------------------------------
(HEADS UP: This bit takes place in the RWBY universe during Volume 9 when Ruby runs away from her friends after her anger talk. Also, Izuku’s semblance is somewhat like One for All.)
She felt alone.
After sending Little away, one of the many things she could feel was being alone, but that wasn’t even the worst of it all. From Amity Tower falling to realizing Salem using people for Grimm, Penny sacrificing herself to stop Cinder, TWICE might I add. And most importantly, struggling to find out if she’s a good enough leader. Ever since they landed in the Ever After, there’s been this weight that’s been on her backs, and the more she went around, the worse it got, to now.
“What am I even doing…? Every time I try to do something, to help others, it always ends up in something or someone getting hurt…! Why?! What do I even do?!” Ruby stood and shouted at the end, her voice mixed with frustration and confusion, slowly, she slumped back down, before she made one more comment:
“Is there any way known as the right way anymore…?”
-IZUKU’S POV-
Izuku had told the others to stay while he went for Ruby. Although his semblance helped boost his speed to help him search quicker, he still had no luck and was unable to realize he was getting lost himself.
“Come on, Ruby! Where are you?” Izuku asked, his voice laced with worry and concern as he continued looking. That was until something caught his eye.
A long path of fallen rose petals, all heading towards one direction, Izuku looked at the path and began following it hoping that it would lead him over to Ruby.
-TWO MINUTES LATER-
After following the long line of petals, he stops to see who’s looking but is saddened by the way they are right now. Izuku found Ruby sitting by a tree, curled up into a ball, hearing small sobs from the team leader. It made his heart twist to see their bright and positive leader so broken and sad, making him wonder how much she had on her shoulders. He had even asked before if she wanted to talk to him about it, but she shook it off. But this time, she needs the talk.
“Ruby,” Izuku called, slowly heading toward her with concern and worry. His call to her makes her look up slowly in surprise. Izuku then saw her expression, the dry tear marks with new ones running over them, her eyes with visible stress, it hurt him on the inside.
“I-I-Izuku…? W-What are you doing?” Ruby asked, her sobs stopping as her voice was laced with saddened curiosity.
Izuku stopped as he was right in front of her, he then decided to kneel until he was facing her directly, despite her stress, she couldn’t help but blush at the action.
“I came after you to check up on you. The last time you shook it off and said you were fine, but Ruby, it’s clear that you need someone to open up to.” Izuku said. Ruby then looked away.
“B-But I’m fine…! C-can’t you see? You don’t need to check up on me.” Ruby said, wiping the tears and having a smile, but Izuku knew that it was a fully fake smile. He was already used to seeing them and using them himself. So he didn’t buy that for a second.
“Ruby,” Izuku called out again, his callout making her look at him, he then unexpectedly brought her into a hug, shocking her.
“I-Izuku?” Ruby asked, part of her wanted to force him away, just to lie that she was fine, but another part of her wanted to cry and accept it, she was so torn that her tears slowly began to build again.
“Ruby, I know you aren’t fine. You’ve been carrying this weight and trauma on your shoulders and you think it’s fine because you're our captain, that you need to put others ahead instead of yourself,” said Izuku, his hands still on her shoulders as he looked at her. “But that isn’t the case, you don’t need to carry this much weight on you, let alone other people's weight. It’s like you told Jaune once before, you have a team, One that you can depend on and talk to, one that you can share your problems and your burdens. So please…” He then hugged her once more, his tears starting to fall…
“Don’t try to push us away, we’re a team. We’ll carry this weight together.” Izuku finished.
Ruby’s tears began to flow down, her hands slowly drifting to his back as she embraced the hug. She then closes her eyes and rests her head on his shoulder, letting her tears fall at full force. The rain that was previously falling started to clear as the sun’s beams started to shine. After a bit of hugging and crying, they broke the hug, Izuku wiping any tears from her face.
“T-Thanks Izuku…” Ruby says, a small smile forming on her face.
“You’re welcome.” Said Izuku, taking a seat beside Ruby as they looked up, seeing once stormy clouds now clear skies, despite it being a different color than what they were used to. But as they were gazing up at the sky, Ruby looked down, a thought still bothering her, so she opened up.
“Uh, Izuku…? I have a question for you…” said Ruby, causing Izuku to turn around with a small smile.
“What is it?” said Izuku, his head slightly tilted. Ruby smiles, before looking down.
“It’s just… how would you be able to make sure that you're fit enough to have played a certain role? How do you make sure that you’re enough for others?” Ruby asked, uncertain. She then felt her hand being grabbed, looking down, she saw Izuku holding her hand with a sincere smile.
“Well, I thought you would’ve had the answer by now, but it is simple,” Izuku said as he wrapped an arm and hugged Ruby. “If the people around you still tend to stick by your side, follow you despite all the downsides that happen, love you for who you are, and always want to work by you, then I would find that enough, how people, like our friends, and me as well, would always follow you no matter what,” Izuku said, his response making Ruby slightly teary-eyed in joy.
Which her joy makes her do something unexpected, she grabs Izuku’s shoulders, making him slightly confused.
“Ruby, you okay-? MMPH!?” Izuku was cut off by the feeling of Ruby’s lips crashing into his, Izuku took some time to process what was going on, while blushing like a cherry tomato. But after a bit, slowly began to kiss back. And after a while, they broke the kiss and smiled at each other.
“Thank you Izuku, Thank you so much. I…” Ruby tried to finish but realized that her eyes were slowly drifting. “I…love…yo…” Before she could finish, she ended up falling asleep and landed her head on his shoulders. Izuku smiled as he got up, and picked up Ruby, then carried her on his back, to which in her sleep, she hugged tighter and smiled softly. As Izuku started to make his way to find the others, he did not know that this was the beginning of them living Happily, in the Ever After.
-BEACON BIT COMPLETE-
We love some small angst and recovery, don’t we?
But other than that, thank you for reading this small angst chapter. Just because I said Beacon Bits was like RWBY Chibi, doesn’t mean I can’t add some small angst to it… >:)
But, Izuku had helped reclaim the petals to a decaying rose. More bits coming soon!

Beacon Bits | BIT 5:
A Haunted Love
(Izuku x Ghost! Team RWBY)
“GET BACK HERE DEKU!” The sound of a raging blonde chasing after a dashing Izuku Yagi is heard in the forest.
After accidentally bumping into one of his former friends Shoka, making her spill her drink on herself, Izuku immediately started running as fast he could, not wanting to give his tormentors a chance to process what happened with him still there. Once they realized what had happened, they began chasing their ‘punching bag’ to teach him a lesson.
“Come on dear brother! Stop running now and we’ll make sure it doesn’t hurt!” Izumi lied, thinking it would cause him to stop, but he continued to run for dear life.
‘Gotta hide, gotta hide, gotta hide, gotta hide!’ Izuku panics, looking for somewhere to hide from his tormentors. He sees a bush, big enough to hide in without being poked by something. Without a second to waste, he jumped into the bush and peeked through the hole.
The tormentors came to a skidding stop and looked around, hoping to find their friend(?), but they couldn’t see him anywhere. Irritated, Katsumi sighed heavily. “Where the hell did that scrawny Deku go to?” She asked.
“Seems like he got away, we’ll find him when he comes back home, then we’ll teach that useless nerd a lesson. Come on, I heard that it’s gonna rain soon, let’s get going.” Katsuki says the rest of them nod as they start returning.
Izuku sighed as he walked out of the bush, he managed to escape them, but now he was in a dilemma. If he goes home, he has to put up with his tormentors and even his so-called parents. But if he stays out here, he’ll probably get soaked in the rain. Was he going to sit out in the rain just to avoid seeing the face and the possible beating from people he called his friends and family?
He sighed, unsure of what he should do, but while looking around, he turned and looked down an eerie path to see something far in the distance, a damaged mansion covered by a few trees, few of the windows were boarded up while others were just dirty, shattered, or fully broken.
He stared at the house for a little before deciding just to head home and deal with his usual suffering, but a drop of rain plopped on his head, he looked up and saw dark grey clouds already starting to form.
‘Ah, fantastic.’ Izuku deadpanned at the sky before turning to the damaged house, Well, it’s not like his parents bothered caring if he rested in a possible haunted mansion for one night. So, without a spare thought, Izuku ran to the damaged mansion, opened the creaky door, and entered before the rain got worse.
The inside was pretty much like a haunted mansion in a sense, with cobwebs here and there, dusty furniture and walls, and open rooms with little to no lighting. Izuku looked to his right and spotted a light switch turned off. He already had a feeling that there was zero electricity in here but decided to flip it to see if anything would happen.
*FLIP!*
A few seconds go by, and nothing happens. Izuku sighed at the expected outcome and walked towards one of the dirty couches, but not before hearing a few sounds, surprisingly, a row of lights started flickering until fully turning on, surprising Izuku. But, he wasn’t going to question how the lights were working, he just wanted to lie down after an eventful day.
Izuku headed toward one of the couches and dusted it off, after a bit, he laid down and turned over to one of the windows. Despite it being hard to see through because of the dust, he saw the rain pouring harder. Now relieved that he decided to rest in the mansion for now until he goes back to the massive migraine of his so-called life…
“Well, at least this time I sleep on actual furniture instead of the hard floor…” Izuku joked to himself as he chuckled sadly. The sound of the rain calmed his worries of tomorrow as he just focused on resting today. His eyes drifted as he fell into dreamland, now with zero discomfort.
But he was unaware of the unknown residents of the mansion, one of them flying back to her friends to let her know about Izuku.
-WITH IZUMI-
Izumi gazed out her window, seeing the rain continue to pour heavily while her friends continued to have a chat with each other, not yet seeing the saddened Izumi. A twisting feeling of sadness was present in her stomach.
Things at the Yagi residence have been…tense, ever since Izuku still hasn’t made his way home yet, the house would have this hole of emptiness, and every time that they would try to ignore it, it would grow bigger, making it unavoidable. Eventually, it led up to the question being asked:
‘Where is Izuku?’
Inko and All Might first asked Izumi and her friends since they’re always with Izuku, but they thought that he had already arrived home, but they denied that he had made it home yet, already sending a red flag.
“Izumi, you alright?” Izumi snapped out of her trance when Shoka shook her slightly, checking up on her in worry. She just waved her hand signaling that it was nothing.
“Y-Yeah! I’m alright, just… have my mind on something! That’s all!” She smiled, but they saw right through it.
“Oh my god… Izumi! The nerd is fine! He’s probably just hiding for one day! I’m sure he’ll be back by tomorrow!” Katsuki yelled, but Izumi still was unsure.
“Katsuki, no offense, but he’s been gone for almost 3 hours now. He’s ALWAYS the first to make it home out of all of us, except for his school clubs. He would never be out for THIS long…” Izumi stated.
“Look, how about we just rest for a little, our parents will pick us up once the rain is cleared,” Shoto suggested, everyone nodded and decided to take a nice nap. But they also felt something in their hearts, something they couldn’t ignore…
That maybe… they pushed Izuku over the edge.
-WITH IZUKU-
“Woah, Woah, Woah! Calm down the first sis, explain what’s happening.” a yellow spirit suggests, the floating red spirit taking a couple of breaths before explaining, but a lot calmer.
“Okay, I wanted to go get some cookies from the kitchen again, until I saw a person randomly sleeping on the couch!” The red spirit Said Explained, the word “person” made the other spirits sigh in annoyance and anger.
“Guessing it’s probably the demolishioners? I swear they never learn the first time-” the blue spirit sighed, but was cut off when the red spirit Shook her hands around.
“No no no no, it wasn’t them! It was a boy! Looked exactly our age when we were alive! He didn’t seem to bring anything other than a backpack and was dressed in a uniform. And all he did was dust the couch and… slept.” The Red Spirit Said, making the other spirits look at each other.
“Well, I’m gonna look at this guy myself, and ask him what he’s doing here!” Said the yellow spirit as she flew through the roof and headed towards the living room, the other spirits panicked in worried and chased after her.
“Yang, you idiot! Come back!” the blue spirit yelled, trying to call her back, but she didn’t listen, the yellow spirit now known as Yang floated towards the living room. She looked around until her eyes locked on a patch of green hair and began to float towards it, ready to scare the daylights out of whoever thinks can step in this mansion. She got face-to-face with him, and as soon as she was ready to scare him…
*BOOM!*
“AH!” A loud booming sound of thunder strikes near the mansion, not hitting the house thankfully, but loud enough that Izuku shoots out of his sleep, slips off the couch, and hits his head.
“Ouch…” Izuku hissed out in pain as he rubbed the back of his head. The other spirits floated towards him and looked down, checking if he was at least okay, Izuku slowly opened his eyes slightly to see four spirits floating in front of him. They stared at him, and he stared back at them, silence floating for a few seconds before one of them spoke up.
“So, you wanna get up from the floor yet?” The dark purple spirit asked, Izuku nodded as he slowly stood up, the rest of the spirits backing up giving him space.
“Okay, this might be a random question, but may I please have a moment?” Izuku now asks, the group looking at each other with hesitance before looking back at him. They all nodded, some hesitant, and some certain, to which Izuku smiled as he picked up the pillow from the couch, stuffed it into his face…
.
.
.
.
.
.
And screams.
The spirits jumped in surprise hearing him scream, more surprised that he screamed for almost 15 seconds. But once he was done, he put the pillow back and stared at them.
“Apologies was just feeling like I hit my head too hard I started to see ghosts,” Izuku said, making them look at each other in confusion before one of them spoke up.
“Wait, you’re able to see us?” Yang asked, Izuku nodding slightly before the realization slapped him. These were actual ghosts, he wasn’t dreaming, fully awake, and the still pouring rain outside was proof enough of that.
“Yeah…? What’s wrong with tha-” Izuku’s eyes now shot open, fully aware. They were ghosts, he was human, and as soon as that piece of information was consumed, he then questioned himself. “W-w-wait! How CAN I see you guys?!” Izuku now stuttered in surprise and a bit of panic as they did the same.
“We don’t know! But why do you have a small glow around you?!” The red spirit asked Izuku to look confused until he looked at his hand, and then his whole body, realizing that a light green glow was slowly surrounding Izuku.
‘Wait a minute… could this be?’ Izuku before going into a full-blown panic wondered. He imagined the power turning off like a light switch being switched off, and suddenly the aura around him was gone, but when he looked up, so were the spirits staring at him. Then he imagined the same switch, but now being switched on, and the aura and spirits returned.
Izuku’s eyes began to water and tear slightly, concerning the spirits who had no context of the situation. The red spirit floated up and hugged him out of nowhere, which snapped him out of his tear-up moment, but what he realized was that he could feel her hugging him, she didn’t phase right through.
He looked down to see her looking up in worry, that’s when he put a finger to his eyes and wiped it, seeing a tear and realizing he was crying.
“O-o-OH! Sorry, I was just happy about something.” Izuku assured them as he wiped the rest of the tears off his face with his open left arm. The red spirit broke the hug and floated back. “Guess I should introduce myself. My name is Izuku Midoriya, sorry if it seemed like I intruded on your mansion.”
The red spirit flew up to him slightly. “That’s alright, we just weren’t expecting someone to visit after a while, especially someone who didn’t want to… destroy the place.” She whispers the last part, making Izuku slightly confused before turning back to him. “Well, my name is Ruby Rose, but just call me Ruby. That over there is Weiss,” The mentioned blue spirit bows slightly. “Next to her, we have Blake,” She waves. “And lastly, my half-sister, Yang! Guessing you’ve already seen her first in a sense.” She shows a peace sign with a smirk on her face.
“Now, if you don’t mind me asking,” Izuku turned over to Blake. “What are you doing in our mansion?” Blake asked with curiosity. Izuku’s eyes widen as he flashes back to his recent chase with his tormentors, making him sigh in slight frustration. He walked over and sat on the couch. “Well, as long as you're ready to hear a long story,” Izuku said, a sad smile on his face.
The four look at each other and smile, they all float around Izuku and pay their attention to him. “Well, we’re not going anywhere. It’s not like we have much to go to anyways,” said Yang. Izuku smiled as looked down, wondering if he wanted to tell them about this, but he pushed that thought down and sighed.
“Well, everything started from my birth to around 3 years old, I had a great life, good friends, a supportive and loving sister, and great parents who used to be heroes, and of course, a dream of becoming a hero, it was a life I would never trade away.” Izuku smiled fondly, remembering the time before the day that flipped his life. Team RWBY was surprised, because if that was his life beforehand, what would cause him to come to some damaged mansion instead of his home?
They would soon find out why as Izuku kept explaining… “Then, it was my fourth birthday, we were going to find out what my and my sister's quirks are. We were both excited as we couldn’t contain ourselves heading to the doctor… it was a chance for us to see if we had powers that could help our world after all…” Izuku took a second to breathe as he started to feel tears building, he took a few breaths before continuing, the girls now starting to get concerned.
“First, they started my sister and found out that she had a telekinesis quirk. She was ecstatic, I was happy for her. And then the doctor turned over to me, kneeled in front of my face, and said, and I quote…”
“I’m sorry Izuku Yagi, but our scanners show that you’re quirkless…”
Team RWBY gasped in surprise, Izuku remembering how blunt and normal he was about crushing his dream. “I still remember how normal he was about it as if he didn’t just crush my lifelong dream… I just felt everything in me shut down… I-” Izuku was cut off feeling someone grab his balled fist. He turned to see Ruby with a small smile on her face, her smile making Izuku slowly pull himself back together as he breathed in and out for a little. Once his composure was back, he smiled at Ruby and put his other hand on Ruby’s, surprising her.
“Then, once the doctor told you that you were quirkless, what happened after?” Weiss asked, her voice now present with concern and worry. Izuku turned back to the others and continued.
“Well, my life that I didn’t want to trade, was a life I wish was tradeable. The people I thought I could call friends and even my sister, began to not just bully, but torment me, trying to force me out of becoming a hero, they would kick, push, shove, and even punch me, and then, they gave me the nickname that I was called for the rest of my life, Deku.” Izuku said, Team RWBY heard the name, knowing that it means Useless, good for nothing, anything related to being no use, which didn’t help at all!
“But that wasn’t the worst of it, not by a long shot. There were even days when they would use their quirks on me, toss me around rooms, throw me downstairs, sometimes leaving me a bloody and scarred mess… and was even told that I should kill myself in hopes for a quirk in the afterlife.” Izuku shared, each memory bringing him closer and closer to tears. Team RWBY was left surprised, and not the good type, Ruby had subconsciously gripped Izuku’s hand a little tighter, until Izuku slightly moved it to put his hands on his sleeves.
“I’d suggest you brace yourselves…” Izuku asked, making Team RWBY confused, until he rolled up his sleeves, making Team RWBY gasp as their eyes widened to the size of plates.
His arms were covered in scratches, burns, and explosive marks, some were healed and were fading, while others seemed like they weren’t going away for as long as he lived.
Ruby and Blake had a hand or both covered over their mouths, tears building in the corner of Ruby’s eyes as she held one of his arms in worry, almost feeling the burns themselves.
Weiss put one of her hands on her left eye, remembering the scar she was left with from her scum of a father. She was always seen as the cold spirit of the mansion due to her past with her family before she died that is. She didn’t talk to her brother at all unless he needed something, she had fond but short memories with her older sister since she had to work with Atlas Military, and her mom would barely talk to her because she’d be busy drinking her problems away.
But now, she wasn’t cold, pushy, or harsh anymore, she felt worried, remorse, and concern for someone who she thought had lived possibly an equal if possible, worse life than she had.
And lastly, Yang was clenching both her hands as her pupils began to glow a slight red. When she was alive, she would always be the one to protect her friends, especially her little half-sister, Ruby. So hearing Izuku’s story made her anger spike, how could they do something to someone like him, especially if that someone was their friend?! It was wrong and betrayal on so many levels!
“I’ve had to endure this, for a decade, a decade of my life being flipped upside down because I lacked something almost the entire world had. It was hell, a hell made for me because they thought my dream was unachievable.” Izuku said, remembering all the nights of crying on the hard floor, the cuts, scars, and bruises, the demonic looks from his friends and classmates, all of them rushing through his mind as it gets harder for him to keep himself together.
Blake then realized the possibility that he has parents and asked. “Wait… What about your parents, did they at least do anything about it?” She asked, the rest of them looking over to Izuku, hoping for a nod, a yes, or any positive confirmation, but Izuku just looked up, and shook his head no…
.
.
.
.
The room was dead silent, and all of Team RWBY started having tears of their own, whether it was tears of anger, sadness, or absolute worry. “Once my parents found out that I was quirkless, they just… slowly forgot I even existed in their lives. Barely heard me at all, and only called me when they needed work around the house… At that point, I wasn’t even a Yagi anymore, I was just a slave… a tool for them… and if I didn’t do anything, I’d be useless, a puppet to them, completely worthless, a Deku-…”
Izuku was then stopped by a crashing hug from Ruby, which snapped him out of his story-sharing, he looked down to see her with her arms fully wrapped around him, never wanting to let him go, her eyes already had tears streaming down as she dug her face into his chest.
“D-Don’t! Don’t say that about y-yourself! Those people are wrong about you, you aren’t useless!” Ruby said Izuku didn’t know what to do, but he just slowly wrapped his hands around Ruby. “E-Even if you don’t have any quirk, that doesn’t make you a hero automatically… What I think does is the drive to save others and follow your dream…” Ruby said, showing a small smile despite her tears still falling, her words making Izuku’s eyes widen.
His attention was brought over to his left, after feeling a hug coming from his left arm, he turned to see Weiss hugging him, tears built in the corner of her eyes, but none fell. “I-I agree, your friends and family just sound even worse than mine, just because you don’t have something everyone else does doesn’t mean they should do all THIS to you…” Weiss said the Ice Queen of the mansion was now being a little warmed up to him.
Blake then comes in, hugging him from his right arm, and that’s also when Izuku sees the pair of cat ears on her head, he decides to push that thought away for now, despite finding them a little cute. She didn’t say much, just held his arm close, she knew what it was like, to be different from everyone else and be judged, criticized, hell even harmed because of it. It’s why she hated humans at first, even more since they were the cause of her death. But ever since meeting the other girls in the mansion, and now Izuku, that hate died slowly…
And lastly, Yang, who had gone behind the couch and hugged him from behind, lifted his head back, seeing tears slowly fall from her eyes. “You know, I think the fact that you're still here, despite everything that’s been thrown at you, and having to pick up the pieces with no one wanting to help you, makes you pretty strong in my eyes…” She said as she booped his nose as a little tease before hugging him tighter.
Izuku sat there, stuck in his shock for a few seconds now, he’d missed this feeling, a form of positivity he hadn’t had in years now, hearing the words that made him feel like he mattered in life, even the feeling of a hug, he’s experiencing them again, after so long.
Eventually, he breaks out of his shock as his floodgates finally begin to open, he leans his head down with his eyes closed as he slowly begins to chuckle sadly, the rest of the girls look to see him laughing, despite his tears flowing down his face. Soon enough, the rest of them started chuckling and then eventually laughing with him.
The storm had cleared and the sun was fully seen, and shining through the windows, it was Izuku and Team RWBY, laughing and crying in joy and happiness. Izuku knew that someday, he’d have to face them again, but he didn’t care. Because right now…
He wanted this to stay, so he could remember what true joy is…

Okay, WOW.
This is probably one of the longest bits I’ve written so far, and more importantly, the first Yagi-style bit I’ve made.
I really do hope you enjoy this bit, this did pop up in my head during the writing of Beacon’s upcoming USJ arc (As of this Bit), and I wanted to try and make it a haunted but emotional Bit.
Thank you for reading this, and to give a secret on Beacon Hero, the USJ will be split into three separate parts, each part taking the last three chapters of the first volume, hope you get ready because Class 1A is gonna have its first bit of trauma! And something special is gonna happen to Izuku…
Till then, I’m signing off to write!
Chapter 6: A 'Small' Mishap
Chapter Text
BEACON BITS
Bit: A ‘Small’ Mishap
Pair: Izuku x Team RWBY
(Okay, I am aware I've been doing this pair a lot, I just can't help myself. Plus, this was in the works for a WHILE now.)
------------------------------------------------------------------------
It was Izuku’s 3rd month at Beacon, and to say it was eventful would be the understatement of the century. From fighting a nevermore on the second day, giving Weiss a harsh but fairly needed reality check, to all the random events, he finds it funny how a world like this looks so different but yet feels a lot like home, it’s weird enough that he lets out a small chuckle.
As he reached the dorms and walked up to his team’s dorm, expecting some chaos to break out, he reached the door and heard nothing. The only thing he could hear from where he was standing was the faint sound of Team JNPR doing something… crazy. Which, despite only knowing them for four weeks, wasn’t out of the ordinary, especially with Nora’s bubbly and energetic attitude.
As the green-haired boy opened the door, wondering why anything was heard, his answer was given clearly as if it was quality food on a silver platter. No one was seen inside the room, which made the boy even more confused. He remembered telling his team he needed to get something before heading back to the dorm, so they had to have it brought back before they did. So where did they go-?
*DINK* “Ow!”
Izuku cried out in sudden pain, he looked down to see the object that just bonked him on the head, seeing it was an ice cube, but its size was a bit larger than a normal one. Izuku looked up, seeing one of Weiss’s ice glyphs just beginning to fade out, meaning the others were still here. He looked around, wondering where they could be until he looked to his left, where his answer was given, but not in the way he expected.
On the cabinet in front of their closed window, stood Ruby, Weiss, Blake, and Yang, all with varying expressions on their face, but what caught Izuku off guard was their current size. It was almost like they were about the same size as a mouse, which Izuku found a little cute behind his currently surprised expression.
“Hi Izuku!” Ruby waved, snapping him out of his tunnel vision as he walked over and crouched to meet his team face-to-face, or about as face-to-face as they could, I suppose…
“Hey, Ruby. What happened to you guys?” Izuku questioned. Bending his knees down slightly so his eyes at least could match theirs.
“Well… it’s a bit of a long and weird story. But let’s just say a smaller version of a Nevermore flew into our dorm and kinda dropped some random tube full of dust, and...” Yang just points at her and the rest of the team. “Well, I’m pretty sure you can piece the rest together.” to which Izuku just nods slowly, processing this one bit at a time.
“Did you try asking or getting help or anything?” Izuku suggested. To which the team shook their heads no in unison.
“We weren’t able to yell loud enough because our voices were lowered a bit along with our heights,” said Blake. “So, that idea didn’t work.”
“Team JNPR stopped by our dorms to question what the noise was because they heard a shatter from our room and wanted to know what it was, but they couldn’t hear us from the drawer. So they went back,” said Weiss.
Izuku stood back up, thinking of what to do right now since he’d never dealt with a situation like this. He then got an idea. “Alright, the first thing we should probably do is tell Professor Ozpin about this. So…” Izuku extended his left arm out, nudging it upwards as a sign to climb on. “Climb onto my shoulders.” the boy said. Weiss, Blake, and Yang all climbed up to his shoulders, seeing no other way to get around. However, Ruby, being the little gremlin she currently was, used her semblance to fly up and land on Izuku’s head. “Hehe!” Izuku heard from her as she was resting in his hair.
“Ruby! You aren’t supposed to be up there!” said Weiss, a ticked-off expression shown on her face, which for those who knew or even didn’t know her well, was a usual expression for the Ice Queen. Although, this one also carried a twinge of jealousy.
“Well, Izuku never said or hasn’t brought up anything about me being on his head, has he? If so, he would’ve mentioned that there was a problem with it,” said Ruby, quickly blowing a raspberry towards Weiss, and unknowingly, the rest of her teammates, as they also took some offense to that with their twinges of jealousy. “Onward Izuku!” said Ruby, pointing towards the door. Izuku just simply looked up the best he could, and couldn’t help but burst into a fit of laughter as he walked towards the door, nodding.
– BEACON HALLWAYS –
As Izuku walked through the large hallways of Beacon, the girls looked around and either admired, concerningly or neutrally admired the size of Beacon.
While on the way here, they first encountered Team JNPR, who were heading outside to go on a camping trip. And of course, they all were the first besides Izuku to witness Team RWBY in their, bizarre predicament. Pyrrha, Jaune, and Ren all bent just to their height to make sure they were eye-to-eye, asking if the team was alright, while Nora was too busy trying to contain her laughter. Which earned her a giant Ice Cube to the head by a very ticked-off Weiss Schnee.
Next, they ran into Coco and Velvet, Izuku waving at one of the known couples at Beacon, and asking where they were heading out to, based on their clothing. The duo mentioned a coffee shop to which Coco first introduced Velvet and brought her on their first date. Then the duo noticed, that all of Team RWBY was in a very minified state. Velvet couldn’t help but coo at how cute they all looked, with the girls looking away in embarrassment, or Ruby’s case, hiding away in Izuku’s fluffy hair.
Coco couldn’t help but have a grin on her face, shouldering and teasing the poor boy, as he ran off as quick as a lightning bolt if a lighting bolt also resembled a tomato for a face. Making the shades-wearing girl giggle, alongside Velvet.
Finally, it brought us to now, as the team and their unofficial member were a couple of steps away from the office. “Yeesh, it feels like we’ve been walking for so long, yet it’s only been a minute or two ever since we left our dorm room.” Said Ruby, yawning shortly after as she found Izuku’s hair super comfortable.
“It even looks to me like Ozpin’s office is a lot farther!” said Weiss, the office of Beacon’s headmaster although a couple more steps in Izuku’s eyes, seems like 10x more in the eyes of the chibi-sized version of Team RWBY.
“Yeah, I think that’s because we’re like six inches tall, Weiss.” said Yang, leaning on Izuku’s neck to add to the smug ego with her tone carrying a “captain obvious” feeling to it. Both of which give the Schnee a small tick on her head, and grumble slightly. Izuku smiled fondly, before entering their headmaster’s office, who had none other than Professor Ozpin, and his assistant and known huntress, Professor Goodwitch.
“Morning Professor Ozpin.” Said Izuku, bowing slightly as he fully entered, but not far enough to throw his team off of himself. Professor Goodwitch sweatdropped with a flabbergasted expression, seeing the state of one of the most promising but trouble-making teams in all of Beacon so far this year, Team RWBY.
“Well Midoriya, it seems like you have yourself quite the situation on your hands, or shoulders, or head.” Said Professor Ozpin, to which Izuku only rolled his eyes in a playful attitude. He then brought both of his hands together, to which all of Team RWBY got together onto the palm of his hands, where he lowered them on his table. “But kidding and jokes put aside for now, what happened to the girls?” Ozpin asked.
“Well, I wasn’t around since I was out in the gym training. But from what Yang told me when I got back to our dorm room, a smaller version of a Nevermore had flown through their window, holding a small tube of some out-of-the-ordinary dust, and dropped the tube, which exploded the room and shrunk the girls.” Said Izuku. Ozpin and Goodwitch both had stunned looks. “And, neither of us have a way to turn them back or don’t know if it’s permanent or temporary.”
As the mini Team RWBY walks around Ozpin’s desk, he sighs as he looks up at Midoriya. “Right, well we can’t have them engage in any combat or activities today, since they’d be more likely to be turned into a flattened pancake if we even let them without someone to watch then.” Izuku looked down to see the girl's expressions pale at the thought of them being turned into basically pieces of paper. “So, Izuku, you’ll keep watch of the girls in your shared dorm room. Food will be sent to the dorm rooms in a little bit for you to help feed them, and make sure that they don’t try anything funny. Understood?” Asked Ozpin, to which Izuku nodded.
“Well then, best of luck Izuku, and you as well girls,” said Ozpin. They all nod as they plan to head back to their dorm room. Ruby was getting her semblance prepared to hop back on his head, but only one thing arose as an issue. “Wagh-!” Ruby yelped as she fell face-first on the desk. Ozpin and Glynda sweatdropped while Izuku looked down in shock.
“Ugh…” Ruby slowly raised her head back up, wondering who or what stopped her from hopping onto the comfiest part of her friend’s head. But was surprised at the culprit. “Weiss! What was that for?!” Exclaimed Ruby, waving her arms at her in a way of annoyance and anger.
“Like I said, you weren’t supposed to be up there, Izuku stated that it was just his shoulders that we’re supposed to stand on.” Said Weiss. Ruby, who wasn’t buying that for a second, sent a large pout toward Weiss, to which the aforementioned Ice Queen, as Yang likes to call her, sent one of equal energy back at her. Meanwhile, Yang slowly started stepping to the side, trying to avoid the staring contest in front of her and get on top of Izuku’s head.
That was until Blake noticed her. “And what are you doing Yang?” Said Blake with a raised eyebrow, the blonde flinched as she turned to the faunus with a fake smile, thinking of a good excuse.
“I’m just trying to get back on his shoulders, no big deal! Besides, we need to head back to our dorms anyway-” “You’re trying to sneak onto Izuku’s head, aren’t you?” Blake, somehow being able to see right through Yang’s charade, pointed out the actual reason for what she was doing, to which the blonde froze after being caught.
‘Shit! I forgot how good she was at reading people…’ Yang thought, not able to think of another excuse or reason to get out of the ranged stare that was on Belladonna’s face. So, in a last-ditch effort, she just gave her friend a simple V sign and instantly used her weapons to fly up. But, she was caught in mid-air, as Blake used Gambol Shroud to bring Yang down to Earth, and by Earth, she meant the table.
Izuku looked down at the mini frenzy called a fight, and was trying to hold in his laughter, hoping it wouldn’t attract his team and would get him dragged in. He then sighs with an exhausted smile. Suddenly scooping them all up into his hands, the girls screaming or yelping from the sudden action, he then gently places them all on top of his head, all the girls landing safely thanks to the surprisingly soft nature of Izuku’s hair. “There, does that your bickering?” said Izuku, although he couldn’t see them, they all had blushes on their faces as they simultaneously agreed and said yes.
Izuku turned around and with him and Team RWBY, made their way back to their dorms, Izuku giving one last wave to Professor Ozpin and Glynda, to which both of the high-rank professors of Beacon smiled and waved back as he shut the door.
– LATER -
This was harder than Izuku thought, not because the girls would wander off to some random place, or just move around near dangerous areas (for the most part…), it’s that every single thing that they did, was just so, god, damn, CUTE! Izuku had to pray to whatever god there was out there to give him the will and strength to survive this whole day because I think he needs all the strength today.
First, once the food, snacks, and drinks that Ozpin promised arrived, Izuku did his best to cut them into manageable portions for the girls to eat. However, for Ruby, he tried his best to negotiate with her, saying that she could only have about 1/4th of the cookie since it would be harder to eat the thing whole. Unfortunately, she, along with the other girls, has learned an almost unbeatable technique: Puppy Eyes.
“Pretty please, Izuku? Pleeease?” said Ruby, her shining cute silver eyes were just too bright, Izuku tensed up his stomach, trying to defend himself against the wave of cuteness that were the puppy eyes, but unfortunately, he caved in pretty hard, the girls who were dining into their small portions sighed in defeat, their hope in their green-haired crush was quickly broken, but it’s not like they could blame him. Ruby, amongst all the others in their dorm room, had the cutest and squishiest face, so it was pretty hard to combat against it.
It did pay out in Izuku's favor since he saw Ruby happily giving a huge nom to the cookie, which honestly clenched his heart, and made him blush…
And pass out on the floor.
“IZUKU!” Yang, Ruby, and Weiss yell out, while Blake simply looks at him while eating a piece of her tuna.
“Well, good work leader, you were too cute and made him pass out,” said Blake. Ruby simply blushed and pulled her hood over her head to try and cover it. So that was a fun first memory.
Then came the most embarrassing moment, which was… bathing time. Well, for the girls, it was almost like beach time. Since they couldn’t use the shower or the tub without risking them either sinking or falling INTO the drain, Izuku decided to use the sink, locking it so they don’t slip in, and pouring a generous amount of water in. Not too hot, not too cold, just right.
Once everything was set up, Izuku went to the bathroom corner, curled into a ball, and sat there waiting for the girls to finish, given that even though he had to watch over them, he still didn’t want to be seen as a pervert.
“Izuku, come on.” He heard from Ruby. “It’s fine! We don’t mind if you watch, you’re only just looking out for us is all!” said Ruby, trying to comfort him and kinda giving what sounded like consent.
“She’s right you know! We don’t mind that much that you get a little peek, Zuku~.” Yang, and her upfront teasing, did not make Izuku’s situation any better as he curled up even further, so he hid his strawberry face. To which Yang earned a punch to the arms from both Blake and Weiss.
“Look Dolt, it’s fine. We know you aren’t the type of person to do that. If anything, when Professor Ozpin said that someone had to watch us, we’d probably pick you more than anyone else here at Beacon.” said Weiss, Izuku’s eyes widened in slight surprise, turning his head slowly towards them.
“You mean it?” said Izuku, since he wasn’t known for having others trust him well, since, history. But once he saw the girls nod, with hues of Pink on their faces, he pushed down his embarrassment the best he could, went over to the counter, and simply nodded. “Alright, fine… Thank you for trusting me,” said Izuku.
Ruby activated her semblance, landing on Izuku’s nose and hugging it as tight as she could. “We should thank you, for sticking with us,” said Ruby, the other girls climbed up the best they could and hugged part of Izuku’s body, which left the boy teary-eyed and joyful, letting the tears fall as he gathered them all and brought them close to his left cheek, acting like a cat and rubbing it gently, the girls doing the same thing. Finally, after an emotional moment, then came the final part of the day.
— BEDTIME —
Thankfully, some of their clothes and pajamas also got hit and shrunk by the same dust, so they had no problems slipping into their PJs after the whole sinkwash. Shortly after the girls finished, Izuku hopped into the shower for a quick wash, before changing into his PJs. He gathered the ready girls and lifted them all to the top bunk along with himself.
Once he slipped into the blanket, he lifted his head just straight enough so that the girls wouldn’t slip off from what he was about to do. Once he got in, he looked at the girls and had a goofy smile towards them, insinuating that he had something planned.
“Izu, what are you plannNNNING-?!” Blake didn’t have much time to question, and neither did any of them as Izuku placed or in this case, dropped them into his hair again, to where the bare the soft landing of his green hair. Ruby instantly stood up and gasped in excitement. Running around as much as she could with the space provided. The others didn’t bother complaining either, as they all shrugged, seeing that today was already a huge event.
“Well, goodnight Izuku! I love you!” said Ruby, peaking out of the front of his hair, and bending down to give him a long kiss on the forehead, making Izuku freeze in his pose out of complete shock, and the same could go for the others before it was replaced with obvious jealousy. Weiss simply stomped up right by Ruby, to which the girl stopped her lovey-dovey action to turn towards Weiss. “Weiss?”
“G-Goodnight dolt, l-love you…” said Weiss, before bending just well enough that she could plant a kiss on his head as well, further blue-screening Izuku and his brain. Weiss slowly separated her lips from his forehead, quickly zoomed past Yang and Blake, and crashed asleep to make sure that she didn’t hear any form of teasing about what she had just done. It good thing she did though because all of them had either small smirks, or huge grins, or the boy with a straight-faced expression and a red face.
“Well, might as well join in on the fun,” said Yang, a slight blush tinted on her face. And not just her, but also Blake as well as she nodded along with Yang. The older and taller girls walked up as Ruby decided to pull back and call it a night, after giving a pretty hard yawn. Meanwhile, Blake and Yang peaked through the hair, to where Izuku could slightly see their faces and their embarrassed or wide-grinning smiles. “Goodnight Izuku/Zuku~.” They both said in close unison, as the Bumbleby delivered a simultaneous kiss to his head, which was finally enough to override the boy’s brain as he passed out on the bed, his face very bright and red, matching a plump and ripe cherry.
The duo looked at him in surprise, seeing him knocked out after four kisses, but they then looked at each other for a quick second, before puffing their cheeks and sharing some giggles. They then just give some simple smiles to each other, before popping back into the comfy soft palace that was Izuku Midoriya’s hair.
Although the eventful day and the fact that no one has any clue who was behind the shrinking of the girls, right now, they didn’t mind that much, since it gave them so much time to spend with their freckled-muscled teammate and crush, Izuku Midoriya. And even though he passed out through an override of love, even in his sleep he couldn’t help but have a sheepish smile, boy was explaining this going to be a chore.
