It must be hard, floating through the world like a ghost; no attention, no human contact for ages and ages. They crave it desperately.
Hyuck’s gotten real good at pretending she doesn’t notice. There’s not a lot of them, but she spots at least a handful each day. Usually normal looking; they’d blend in with the crowd if it wasn’t for the fact they’re always buck naked.
That helps, at least; she sees them coming from a mile away.
