Ain't no sunshine when she's gone
Shadowheart still can’t bring herself to spend the full moon with you. It’s only two days and three nights, true, but it feels like an eternity of darkness without her each time.
It's not warm when she's away
You’ve been together for a year now, and though you’ve provided comfort and love- and, yes, the basics like food, water, and a hot bath for when she returns from her transformation- she still sees her time as a werewolf as a burden to bear alone.
Ain't no sunshine when she's gone
If her father hadn’t been taken from her, he would have been able to guide her through her transformations until she was no longer afraid of them. Unfortunately, from what you can tell, Shadowheart’s time spent with Shar had damaged her tether to the moon. Her time spent in the dark goddess’s shadow had all but severed her familial connection with Selune, and now that she is free, her adjustment seems to be taking a toll.
And she's always gone too long , anytime she goes away
Shadowheart is always appreciative of how you treat her when she returns. No matter how weary she is, she always gives you a smile and a soft

when you wrap a blanket around her, feed her warm soup, and then tuck her into bed so she can regain her health. A year of showing your love for her, but she’s still never felt like she can show this side of herself to you. You wonder if she ever will.
