Chapter Text
The visions had begun to get more vivid the strength of her desire to run into them grew. No longer able to focus on the day's tasks and dreams. Svetlana growled, tossing the 4th cup of pomegranate tea into the kettle to reheat it as she had drifted off with the embroidery she was working on her studio cape depicting the scene of the forest, the moss, and light, the greenery alone was magnificent, oh the fantastic beauty. it was not even close to the ethereal place she saw regularly. No, She couldn't do it any justice, but she tried, god did she try to, for her sanity.
she groaned and stood leaning against her counter, eyes closed she could smell the fresh dew on the leaves and hear the birds and animals living inthe midday routines growing louder and clearer she felt the cool breeze and the warmth of the sun on her skin peeking through the lush leaves, the soft mossy dirt on her feet cool and moist soft little poke of branches and leaves at her side and legs her maxi cotton dress and opened robe on the front allowing her to feel it all.
She opened her eyes and found herself in the forest soft gasp she stood straight the tree she was leaning on was thick and old, and its mighty trunk was large and healthy. She walked away from the tree to the clear path that had less vegetation and foliage, not to damage any bit of this magical place. she ended up in a garden with flowers she had never seen before.
" you there, who are you to tress past the king's private garden?" She spun around to her left to see a tall male with silver hair he was young, about her age, perhaps. his eyes icy blue and pointed.. POINTED EARS! She stared dumbfounded. "i-i.. what?" she unelegantly spoke, confused staring at the male she had no idea how or where he came from. so silently he moved to do his sword. " i will not ask again" she held her hands up in defense her senses of fear and alarm kicking in. " i-i don't know where I am! please, i'm not dangerous! I just.. just appeared here!" she spoke as shaken calm as possible.
The male narrowed his eyes and approached her swiftly with his blade she closed her eyes and braced for impact, but when none came after a moment, she peeked an eye he was standing behind her a spider the size of a small pup slain, "you have brought them to the kingdom" she was now afraid, he called out " n-no! I-I'm not .. i mean i like spiders" she pointed at it " but not killer spiders! i didn't know they were here!" the elf? fay? whatever. The male raised a perfectly formed brow and stared at her, then her hand to the ground the spider's body had turned into a bushel of flowers, giving life to the forest where it had touched. She stared at the spot; more vines grew like skipping rocks towards the forest deep. into a tree stump that had been infected, they saw it grow a tiny tree in the greenest of shade, the sapling was healthy.
She gasped and stepped back, her hands to her chest in shock. "What the hell?" She looked at her hands as if they were caught doing something horrible and not a part of her being. The silver-haired man looked at her with interest and curiosity. "You have never done that before?" she raised her head, shaking it, tears in her eyes." All my life I've wanted to... to" She found herself lost for air and soon, energy, her world turned dark, and she lost all notion.
