(no judging, I came up with this while vacuuming and I know for a fact there’s weirder stuff)
What if during middle school Izuku decided to download Tinder or sm other dating app and photoshops his photos to look like a highschooler or takes sm1 else’s photos.
And Endeavor (the very gay man that he is) creates a tinder account using some lightly edited photos of him in high school (while still having being married to rei)
One of the reasons he’s abusive in the first place is the fact that he is very gay, as well as having an extremely strict and religious father who would often set high standards.
Endeavor thinks that they’re both middle aged and catfishing as high schoolers, while Izuku thinks he’s the only one catfishing (they both feel bad for it)
Their profile names are probably js Enji and Izuku.
Idk much plot wise-
but Enji is able to actually be honest and show his genuine personality, feeling as if he can be himself because of the lack of attention on him or being pressured and is a lot nicer and more caring.
Izuku doesn’t feel heavily judged, hated, or pitted and is able to talk freely as Enji listens (he thinks he’s a professional quirk analyst because of it) and enji never questions him about his quirk status.
And just a bunch of other very gay but sweet interactions over text (maybe call, Izuku 4 sure spends his time on the internet 24-7 and definitely has a very good voice changer)
Izuku loves hearing about how Enji “is training to be a hero” (retelling old stories) and Enji loves hearing Izuku ramble on about different quirks and hero’s.
This goes on until later into first year when they’re in the dorms, and Shouto stole his dad’s phone.
The majority of class 1A are in the dorms as they go through it and they spot the tinder(or other) app, and Mina and Denki heavily urge them to go through it.
They look at Enjis profile and see him pretending to be a gay high school boy which leave them gobsmacked.
Shouto is having a bit of an existential crisis and Izuku percs up when he hears the name Enji not really knowing what’s going on, and walks over.
As they read they find Izukus pf (no one knows it’s him because of the photoshoppedness) and start reading. They see how Endeavor is dating and in love with a dude and everyone is shocked. Because it’s ENDEAVOR of all people!
And Izuku is just standing there, shocked, because that’s HIS profile, with THEIR messages.
He runs off to his room and just has a panic attack about dating a mid 30s+ year old man who is the number 2 hero.
(okay so maybe make this later into UA after all)
A few days and tons of panic attacks later~ and Izuku gets a message from Enji, apologizing because he lost his phone.
Izuku doesn’t know what to do, because on one hand, this is the man he’s been in love with for years and the first person to care about him (at this point he knows Izukus quirkless) but on the other this is one of his best friends abusive father,
So he just completely blanks and decides to straight up ask if Enji is the pro hero endeavor, which he confirms. And Izuku just died on his bedroom floor while Enji spams him with concerned messages.
Izuku finally replies back, but like, idk how? Probably just writing “damn” or “holy shit”
Lol izuku probably does an ask Reddit of “what to do when you’ve been online dating the number 2 pro hero endeavor for years but you’re a male highschooler” which gives almost no useful replies or just no one believes it, cause, yeah.
After a very long debate of about a week, he drags Shouto into the most private area he can find, and just starts crying and apologizing. Shouto, very confused, tries to comfort him.
Izuku then proceeds to come clean about having been dating his father for the last few years, and shows him his phone.
At that point Shouto starts crying too, and eventually one of their classmates spots them and gets Aizawa, which leads them to being in their classroom crying their eyes out while izuku frantically apologizes and Shouto having a full blown existential crisis while everyone is staring confused,
eventually Aizawa gets help, probably from midnight and present mic, maybe even nezu, because they just won’t stop
Eventually midnight has to put them to sleep and they wake up a few hours later.
Izuku panics about missing class and Shouto mentions having a weird dream. Then Izuku apologizes again to Shouto about his dad with “I’m sorry about your dad” not mentioning the dating thing yet to others.
Then Shouto realizes it wasn’t a dream and starts crying again, which causes Izuku to start crying again, both stopping after a bit.
Aizawa, being very frustrated and tired, asks what the hell was wrong, and Shouto being very distraught says “he’s dating my father” before starting to cry a little again
Everyone stares at Izuku in disbelief as he starts crying and apologies again, then they realize he’s serious.
Aizawa just stares there in complete shock, and nezu listening in on the cameras decides to call endeavor.
Who is very confused at first, then worried when Nezu is questioning him about his secret boyfriend who no one is supposed to know about, then worried when he hears that Shouto found out and is having a panic attack, so he starts to drive to UA.
Meanwhile Aizawa asks if Midoriya is being serious, which Izuku confirms and shows them his phone, everyone panicking and some start crying themselves.
Aizawa is just done with it, and by that time endeavor walks up asking what happened for Shouto to find out (as he currently has his phone)
Everyone sees endeavor and start crying or panicking, and Izuku just sits against the wall and dies.
Sick of it all and completely dead at the moment trying to battle the conflicting feelings of the crazy day.
Izuku decides to message Enji a quick “hi” followed by “I’m so sorry (T ^ T)”
Enji is extremely confused while checking his phone, then Izuku decides to show his phone screen, and endeavors phase becomes pale and he freezes
Izuku is completely done with it, and would rather have the following conversation in private, so he stands and drags the frozen Endeavor behind him and into a completely private location (this time)
After a moment of Enji finally comes back and Izuku introduces himself as Izuku Midoriya after a shy “hi”
Enji then proceeds to panic by saying “your actually a high schooler” where Izuku then sasss him about being middle aged
Idk what happens (Japans age of consent is 16 as of now so do what you want with that information)
