Chapter 1: End or Beginning?

Chapter Text

Crimson eyes darted side to side, inspecting the hallway while peering from behind the cracked service stairwell door. It was late; of course no neighbors would be out, Yor told herself, but still, she was always extra precautious coming home from a mission. Shutting the door and making her plan to cross the hall to her apartment, she fumbled at the top of the doorframe. Soon, her searching fingers discovered the small, cold metal key. She always hid her house key before any mission to avoid losing it in the fight. She usually hid it better, but tonight’s mission was anything but ordinary. Pulling it down, she cracked open the door again. She quickly turned around the door and started down the hall quietly. *Click* Yor winced when the door quietly closed behind, but it was like a blaring alarm to her. She quickly bounded for the apartment door and fumbled at the key in the lock. “Oh no, there’s blood everywhere,” she thought as she peered at her hand, transferring the stains to the key and door. Yor looked behind her, seeing the drips of blood down the hall leading between the service hall and their door. Shoot, the bandages must not be good anymore… That will be another thing she’ll have to take care of tonight.

The lock unlatched, and twisting the doorknob, the front door swung open with a push of her foot. She heaved herself inside, starting to feel out of breath… She freed up her hand to wipe the knob with her dress before closing the door. About to trip and stumble, Yor caught herself and the precious item in her arms.

“What now…” She looked down at the unconscious Loid in her arms, trying not to panic or cry or rage; Yor started cataloging the best next steps as she carried him to her room. It took her twice as long to get home, taking back alleys while she held him. She had hastily bandaged some wounds before leaving with him, but now she could see after the journey the bandages had failed, and he was bleeding again. Looking back at the trail they were leaving, she knew she needed to act fast.

Yor laid the blond figure onto her bed. His chest rose and fell in a consistent pattern. 'Good,' she thought.

Some bruises and swelling were starting to appear, and she wondered what they would do when Anya returned from her weekend school trip in two days. “Now’s not the time…” she breathed in. "Okay…" then grabbed the large bag full of medical supplies from under her bed.

As she cut open Loid’s shirt, she thought back about how she had started aiding Loid in his injuries so more than a year ago. How this had become somewhat of a norm, however this time it was anything but the norm.

Peeling off the blood-soaked fabric, she lifted his torso a bit to move the clean fabric under him. Loid opened his mouth, letting out an unconscious groan and flinched as she touched a wound on his back. Yor checked his face, thinking he may start coming to, which wouldn’t be good in this state.

“Shhh honey, it’s okay, I’m here.” She whispered in his ear, giving him a light kiss as she held him upright and washed the blood caked on his back. Laying him back down, she looked at the partially nude man in front of her; no matter how many times she saw him, she still only saw him as perfection, even with all the imperfections. She moved the wet cloth over his chest, revealing this perfect body from under damp and dried blood and sweat. This was no longer a surprise; seeing and touching his body, however, looking at the cut from his shoulder crossing his chest to the side of his midriff, she couldn’t help but shudder. This was different now.

Yor continued washing around the largest gash, cleaning the skin to prepare for the many stitches she would have to do. Under her hands, she could feel Loid start to stir, “Okay, okay, don’t worry, I’ll help…” she whispered as she reached for a small vial and a sealed syringe. She tried quickly opening it but finally noticed her hands shaking as her wet, bloody fingers tore at the bag.

'You can do this, Yor, you can do this,' She told herself with a deep breath, finally ripping the bag. Holding the syringe, she filled it with the clear liquid in the vial. Grabbing the rubbing alcohol, Yor poured it on the needle and then onto his shoulder, causing him to unconsciously wince. “Shhh, it’s okay…” she whispered close to his ear, brushing his sweat-soaked hair from his forehead. Holding his shoulder, she took a deep breath and plunged the needle into the muscle.

She looked at his left shoulder as she prepared his gashes and traced the round scar right in the soft area between the shoulder and the collarbone… That scar changed everything. And now there would be another, a much larger one, physically and emotionally.

'After all these years, how did we get here…' Yor thought on repeat as she started sterilizing her tools and laying them out on a clean cloth. 'How did we end up like this? When did everything change?'

As she mechanically started to work on his wounds, her eyes glanced back at the scar, 'The bullet wound...’ she recalled.

Tonight would be another long night.

* * * * * * Bond’s View * * * * * *

Furry ears perked up at the front door opening and shutting, stirring Bond from his sleep. Groggily, he shuffled to the door of Anya’s room, watching Yor carry Loid’s limp body down the hall. A slight whimper escaped his panting as he looked at the drips of blood on the floor. Bond knew what he had to do to protect the mission. Hopping onto Anya’s bed, he grabbed a blanket and trotted into the front, doing his best to wipe the drips around. Bond told himself it was for the mission.

Chapter Text

* * * * * * 7 months prior * * * * * *

Yor lay on the couch reading the new book her and Anya had picked up on their library “oooting” that day. Unable to focus she sighed heavily while glancing at her wristwatch… “It’s past midnight… Where is he?”

Her pretend marriage with Loid Forger was coming up to the 2 year mark of their agreement, and while at first each day felt new and long, the days sped up and time slipped by… In the eyes of the people around them, they had been “married” for over 2 years, and while demure in their affection, every movement of their public life was done with perfected ELEGANCE. That elegance had earned the couple many social endeavors, rubbing elbows with the elite of Berlint on a monthly basis.

In addition to their public personas, privately they had learned and created a smooth, busy albeit monotonous marital routine that passed the time quickly with homework, PTA meetings, family dinners, housework, playing together, sharing a drink on the couch, and the both of them working late. That latter aspect Yor had learned in the past year that “late nights” meant for Loid wasn’t the same as what other husbands delighted in, or what her late nights consisted of.

Yor prided herself with her ability of keeping secrets well buried hers being the deepest, so she never pried for the details of his injuries he would sometimes return with. Not only because of doctor/patient confidentiality, but that this was just a marriage of convenience and it wasn’t her right to know. Whenever he said he’d be late with that tone in his voice, she always knew that it would be one of those nights . Nights he might come home injured but always weary, nights she would stay up late on the couch to wait for his return.

‘What kind of hospital allows their doctors to get so beat up by patients… and why don’t they treat him?’ Yor’s face reddened and her eyes blazed at the anger behind the thought.

Yor had begun to surmise that maybe Loid was needed for his psychiatry services outside the hospital. Possibly working with the government or the SSS, which was why everything was so hush hush and he couldn’t be treated at the regular hospital... No matter how Yor tried to rationalize it, the near monthly event would make her blood boil. Maybe the Thorn Princess needed to pay a visit to the hospital director who was sending him out to these patients. She wanted to teach them a lesson about taking advantage of her sweet and caring husband.

Letting out a heavy sigh and resting the book on her chest, Yor closed her eyes helping ease her worry, and imagined how she could seek justice for her husband.

In the two years together, Loid had slowly begun to pull back his mask, one she didn’t realize he had until it started cracking after a time. With opening up he had also begun to accept her help around the house and with any injury he acquired, rather than him moving through life unassisted. Yor would describe how Yuri got hurt all the time which taught her extensive first aid… when in reality her real job gave her the skills.

This opening up between the two didn’t only hold to his injuries; she and Loid started having regular date nights, sharing stories and laughs together. Both having had traumatic childhoods, they would discuss important issues around raising Anya, and how to both be better for her. This equal footing and closeness in spirit allowed physical intimacy to follow, and luckily her anxiety on touch did not.

While not husband and wife in all the physical manners, small forms of regular contact became natural. They had early on in their agreement begun sharing chaste kisses for show, but recently the tide began to turn… Walks with Anya and Bond included the couple holding hands unconsciously, especially now that Anya – being a whole 8 years old, she would boast – didn’t need her hand held. Evenings watching the tv or sharing a drink would devolve into light brushes of hands across shoulders, across each other's legs, brushing hair out of one’s face, whispers of compliments, and even falling asleep on the couch, leaning into one another.

Yor still didn’t have the confidence to fully ask Loid what he thought of her or if he wanted more from their relationship. That was now where her anxiety and fight reaction would bubble to the surface. She knew she wanted more but was also very happy with their deep friendship, admiration and in the small gestures, touches, and secret glances. She knew she couldn’t risk losing those moments, and so left the questions unspoken.

*Click*

Yor’s eyes flashed open to the sound of a key turning in the lock. “Thank god he’s finally home…” she sighed as she slowly sat up to greet her husband and look him over, maybe tonight would be a good night he wouldn’t have a scratch.

The cloaked figure of Loid entered in the doorway turning to close the door behind him. Yor could see his shoulders slump down and heard a loud sigh as he turned back towards her. Taking off his hat, those blue eyes searched across the room, locking in on her, with a dull haze cast on them. Without speaking Yor could see it in his eyes, it was not anything she had prepared for.

“Yor…” Loid exhaled with a cracking voice as he fell back against the door. Even before he spoke, Yor was already on her feet rushing towards him. As his shoulders hit the door she was beside him already acting as his crutch.

“Loid?! What’s wrong? What happened? Talk to m…” Yor’s questions were abruptly stopped as her hand over his shoulder caused him to wince.

' Blood. So much blood.' The warm dampness smeared under her hand as she quickly put her arm fully around his back, bracing him. His left side was covered, tears instinctively pricked her eyes as she repeated to herself ‘Oh no no no, please no no no… This can’t be happening…’

Loid looked up to her with clouded eyes as she held him, his mouth curved into a slight smile and with a quiet laugh responded, “I guess I wasn’t fast enough.” His smile went slack as his eyelids fluttered shut and his body went heavy under her.

“Loid! Loid! No, don't fall asleep, wake up!” Yor with her free hand slapped his cheek lightly and shook him a bit.

His eyes opened a bit back and a grunt exited his lips.

“You need to stay awake, I’m taking you to your room, okay? Can you walk a bit?” Not acknowledging his light nod she started toward his bedroom with him slightly dragging.

Flinging the door open and entering his bedroom, Yor dropped him onto his bed. With a flick of her thumb, she pushed the cork out of the whiskey bottle she hastingly grabbed as they chaotically made their way through the apartment. “Here drink this, I need to go get my supplies…” Holding his body to a sitting position and she opened his mouth before pouring the strong contents into his mouth, “Oh Loid, please take a drink…” she commanded as he gulped and coughed, shaking his head away.

*Cough* “No dinner first?” Twilight joked through his gritted teeth as the whiskey stung his throat. “You trying to get me drunk Mrs. Forger?”

“Not the time!” She pushed the bottle into his hands as she glared at him sternly, her cheeks flushed and crimson eyes filled with worry. As she surveyed the room, her sight landed on a folded t-shirt, grabbing it, she pushed it into his shoulder. Guiding his good arm to replace the pressure of her hand Yor with a low, steady voice commanded, “Hold this.”

Twilight smirked at her command, he knew he could never disobey that look if he wanted to see the next day. Although he hadn’t experienced Yor’s full wrath, he knew better than to tempt fate that would be worse than any fight he had ever encountered.

Sighing, Yor bounded over to her bedroom door grabbing the medical box under her bed. As she pulled the box out the sound of rustling came from the room next door.

‘Shoot we need to be quieter, Anya can’t see her father like this.’ Yor thought as she froze listening through the wall. After a minute of silence, she pulled the rest of the gear out. Quietly shutting her door she began to tiptoe back to Loid’s room.

“Mama? Why are you going into Papa’s room?” a sleepy voice questioned behind her.

‘Oh no oh no oh no, we were too loud and woke her up! Anya can’t see what I’m doing with Loid right now, she can’t see us like this, it's not for a kid!’ Yor’s mind screamed as she turned slowly around to the young girl with a forced, tight smile pulling the box behind her as she faced the child.

“Oh nothing, I have to give your papa something that he needs! Nothing important!” Her voice piped out in a high pitch.

Anya’s eyes widened and her jaw fell as she listened to her mother’s worries, “Ughhh… Mama is being weird with Papa. Be quiet, Anya needs bea-you-tea sweep, hmph!” Anya flipped her pink hair as she turned back into her room, slamming her door.

“No, we’re not… oh ok, sleep well… sorry!” Yor said sing songy through clenched teeth. Red creeped over her face as if she was a student being caught by the Principle. Letting go of the breath she was holding in, Yor turned back around and silently went back into Loid’s room.

“I thought maybe you got lost…” Loid responded to Yor re-entering the room as he leaned back on his bed frame with the now half empty bottle of whiskey in his hand. Wincing in pain as he sat up to set the bottle down on the nightstand.

The flush on her creeks returned abruptly as she squeaked, “No, no, Anya almost caught us! Well, no… she saw me, and thought… thought that something else was going on, but I tried to tell her that we weren’t… it wasn…”

“Yor, it’s ok, you’re doing wonderful.” the corner of Twilight’s lip raised into a smirk as he watched Yor’s embarrassed look as she explained. ‘ Cute.

At that thought Twilight pinched the bridge of his nose closing his eyes, ‘ Now’s not the time Twilight get your head straight, you need Yor to get this bullet out… ’ shaking reason back into his thoughts he started unbuttoning his dress shirt. A sharp pain radiated all over his body as he tried moving the fabric from his shoulder causing him to grit his teeth “Ah!”

“Loid, let me help, don’t move so much.” Yor sat on the edge of the bed and replaced his hands with her own, pulling the shirt open and moving it off his shoulders and body.

Twilight looked up at Yor’s serious expression as she carefully pulled the sweat and blood soaked shirt off his torso. Her hands felt like butterflies tickling his skin as they danced over him, as she moved her perfume floated by, replacing the smell of blood for a moment. The cool night air pricked his now exposed, damp torso causing a shudder through his body and the hairs on his skin to raise. Watching Yor with her tools in hand move close to him stirred the need to reach out to her and return her touches. Closing his eyes, Twilight took a deep breath in as Yor leaned over him, pulling a damp cloth over his skin exposing his wounds to her. The stinging pain of his shoulder, the haze of the whiskey, the scent of her perfume, the tickle of her hot breath against his skin sent another shudder through his body. ‘ You’ve trained for this Twilight, get a hold of yourself, this is just a small bullet wound. Nothing you haven’t dealt with before. Don’t get yourself in any more trouble.

“Are you cold, Loid? You’re shivering. Are you in a lot of pain?”

Yor looked up with her blood moon eyes glistening in the night light. Sucking in his breath quickly he looked away, taking another swig, Twilight coughed out, “A little chilly, don’t worry it doesn’t hurt too much…”

“Ok,” Yor responded as she rustled through her box, “This is going to sting, I think we’ve stopped a lot of the bleeding, but I’m going to disinfect the wound now… I think there may be something still in the wound. It may start bleeding again… What size bullet was this?”

Yor began to sound almost robotic when she switched into her nurse mode. Her monotone questioning set Twilight at ease again as he looked at the opposite bedroom wall answering her barrage of questions about the wound and how he felt. Twilight had discovered this side of Yor almost a year ago after a mission went belly up. This new bond between the two of them as nurse and patient, made him feel safe and relaxed for the first time in longer than he could remember. In fact often now Yor would stir up other emotions in him that he couldn’t fully identify or pinpoint. But when she treated him, he felt completely protected, like when he was a child and his mother would fix him up after fell.

“Just a 40cal ball and cap, it was an old war revolver, nothing with power. I thought it was a clean hit at first…” Loid hissed as he felt the sting of the disinfectant.

Yor looked closely at the entry wound on the front of his shoulder then his back as she dabbed the alcohol on him, cleaning any crusted blood hiding the wounds.

“It didn’t go through…” she leaned over and turned on the nightstand lamp, “It didn’t hit any bone either, but I think there’s a little shrapnel from the bullet. I’ll have to remove it all and then stitch you up. It doesn’t look like you got hurt much elsewhere, just some bruises and scrapes”

Yor leaned over her tools and grabbed the long clamp and tweezers, she looked at him and sighed heavily before she began to clean them.

“Yor… I’m… sorry for worrying you. My patient was having a nervous breakdown and I was trying to disarm him when the gun went off.”

Luckily this was a partial truth, just replace the patient with a smuggler, well, with multiple smugglers. Twilight was able to take our 3 of the group without much work but the last two had obviously been military trained. He closed his eyes and took a deep breath, pushing away the memory of the useless thoughts that flashed through his mind when the gun went off.

“It’s ok, it’s your job… the most important thing is you’re here.” Yor stated blankly with a tinge of sadness and understanding lacing the words. “Take these pills, they will help. Now lay back now.”

Obeying, Twilight threw back the medicine and laid out before her, squinting as she directed the table lamp over him. Letting out a deep breath, he thought over the evening he had. Out of everything, seeing Yor’s face full of fear when he walked in hurt the most. He never wanted to cause that look on her face, yet tonight wasn’t the first and he knew it wouldn’t be the last.

Operation Strix was now a long term deep cover operation and Loid Forger was now an embedded mole. The family man, who rubbed elbows with many of the Ostanian elite, had become too valuable to Westalis. Twilight no longer knew when he’d finish this mission, it felt neverending as they uncovered and discovered more. For the public, both sides had been enjoying relative peace the past two years for the first time in a decade, but espionage never slept and he worked hard to prevent the next shoe to drop and shatter the peace.

A sharp pain pulsed through his arm and chest as Yor pulled the slug and small bits of metal from deep in his shoulder. Between each prick Twilight heard, through his pain, Yor murmuring sweet words of encouragement as she lightly blew on his burning skin, cooling it off as she worked. His nerves felt heightened then dulled with every movement and breath of hers.

For 30 minutes they sat in almost silence, save for small directional words as she removed any intruding material and started stitching his wound. Yor’s mind was too preoccupied with tasks at hand to discuss any details or emotions from Loid’s evening.

Twilight began feeling overcome with numbness and fatigue as he continued drinking his whiskey. From the alcohol to the blood loss to the meds to the pain, his mind began feeling less rational and unable to form thoughts. Bobbing his head to the side, he watched Yor intently as she pulled the thread through his skin, sealing his wound in neat, tiny stitches. In years past Twilight would never imagine allowing someone to care for him so fully. He quietly chuckled at the series of events landing him here… being nursed after removing a bullet by his beautiful, fake wife, and her sewing perfect sutures. ‘How did you manage to get all this Twilight?’

“What’s wrong?” Yor responded and looked at the small grin on his face, “Is this hurting you?”

Pushing himself up slightly he finished another drink, Twilight wiped the liquor off his lips with his good arm then with a crooked smile answered, “No, I dun even feel a ting now.”

Gazing up at her through his lashes, Twilight felt a slight shudder in her hand as Yor shook her head and focused back on the final stitches. He adored being able to take her off her guard and sharing playful flirtations. The spy knew what they had been dancing around, both going through extremes to avoid the topic. Tonight would not be that night where the discussion would happen, the evening was shrouded in the fears both felt but couldn’t express.

“Well, I think it should heal quite nicely…” Yor smiled at her work as she began to wrap his shoulder. “I think we will have to change the bandages tomorrow night…”

Her hand was captured in his right as she attached the last wrap clip, closing his eyes he brought the back of her hand to his cheek. “You did… You are amazing, thank you Yor.” his voice was low and slurred but the affirmation rumbled through her as he nuzzled her hand. Peering up at her as her cheeks flushed pink he wrapped his hand behind hers lacing their fingers together. Slowly his eyes closed as he imprinted a chaste kiss on the palm of her hand.

Fire burned through Yor’s body as she stared at him wide eyed. After a moment of blank thought she responded to the kiss with a yip and pulled her hand from his holding it against herself as if had been burned. “Loid, I haven’t washed my hands since bandaging you!”

Flustered, she hastily started cleaning up around the bed, removing any blood soaked towels before turning down the blankets tucking him in. As she rounded the other side of his bed finishing propping pillows and pulling up blankets, his good arm reached out again grabbing her arm stilling her.

His vision had begun to soften as the alcohol and meds took over muddying his mind. But Twilight only thought one thing, he didn’t want to be alone. “Yor, please,” his voice cracked a bit, “Please stay with me tonight. I don’t… I don’t think I should be alone. I… it…” his eyes darted from side to side as he searched for the words to describe this foreign desire.

“Loid… I’m not sure if…” Yor began looking away from him.

“Please…”

His blue eyes pooled with emotion she hadn’t seen so directly before. A wave of warmth spread over her body as she looked down at her injured, wonderful, fake husband. The entire evening was unchartered waters and she was about to dive in deeper.

“I’ll stay until you fall asleep” She whispered.

Smiling in response he patted the bed beside him luring her to settle into the blankets and pillows. Yor kept herself in a slightly seated position grabbing the book laying on the adjoining nightstand.

“Maybe I’ll read a bit while you fall asleep.” She smiled with pursed lips quickly looking away from him, trying to keep emotions from exposing her.

Twilight flashed a drunken smile as he leaned up to her pressing his lips to her own. His smile widened as he saw redness bloom over her face and ears. Satisfied, he nestled into her side as he laid down. Again with his free hand he laced his finger with hers, staring intently at them before opening his mouth.

“Yor... Tonight… it was different than any of those other nights. I thought about, what if… what if something went more wrong, if my mish… mis… mistake with the patient could cost me something greater… Yor, you are so wonderful with Anya, if I left I…” Twilight’s volume tapered off as he spoke, again being a loss of words, not being able to string together a conscious thought through his inebriated haze.

“Shhhh… it’s been a long night, let’s talk later. Just rest now.” She consoled him with a light squeeze of her hand.

“That lullaby… can you sing it?” his voice sounded so small as his eyelids gave in to exhaustion.

“Of course…” Laying down the book she caressed her fingers through his messed hair and began humming the song from the night of their first failed date.

——

A jolt ran through Yor as her eyes snapped open. Confused for a moment as she glanced around at her surroundings before looking down at the sleeping Loid by her side. Surprisingly embarrassed by their entwined sleeping positions, she stealthily removed herself from his grasp and slid from the bed. Kneeling beside the bed, the gravity of the night washed over her as she gazed at her sleeping husband. Watching his chest move up and down, the fears she felt began infiltrating her thoughts and her tears began to pool in her eyes before escaping down her cheeks. What would she do if he was no longer around, what regrets would she feel? She couldn’t imagine not being with him, fake marriage or real, she knew she couldn’t leave his side and couldn’t stand the thought of being alone again.

Shaking herself back to reality, Yor wiped the tears from her cheeks. Sweeping the hair off his forehead, she traced over the faint scar beside his hairline. Leaning in, Yor softly brushed her lips on his forehead she whispered against his skin. “Please stay, don’t you leave me too.”

Silently Yor crept out of the dark bedroom, escaping to hers.

* * * * * *  Anya’s Angle * * * * * *

“No, we’re not… oh ok, sleep well… sorry!” Yor squealed as Anya stomped back into her room from the hallway slamming her door. Jumping onto her bed a smile of delight spread over her face as she pulled out a notebook from under a pillow.

‘Heh heh, Mama is going into Papa’s room…’ she smirked at the thought, ‘Operation Mama and Papa fall in love is in full swing. Hand holding, check. Kiss in public, check. Fall asleep on the couch, check. Sleepover together… check!’ Grinning wider to herself she checked off a box on a scribbled list her and Becky had created from watching Berint in Love. With a smug smile still on her face, Anya tucked the notebook back away and settled into her blankets.

“Good job tonight Agent Anya…”

Notes:

Well well, my wordiness has struck. I hope you like the set up we have. There's a reason I'm choosing 2 years from their agreement, which you will find out later. But can you imagine how tightly wound these two must be?

Again let me know if you see any grammar errors. It's been a very long time since I've written fiction, and I'm VERY rusty.

The hardest I'm finding is do you describe him as Loid or Twilight. I'm going between the two depending on who's perspective the description is based on. And is it describing Loid, the family man, or Twilight's feelings... For example in the beginning we are with Yor as the memories are thought of with Loid since it's about their family. But when it's more current time or memories from Twilights perspective I use that name. Let me know your thoughts on this!

Chapter 3: In your Dreams

Summary:

Twilight thinks and dreams about the night before, while trying to maintain his mask as a spy.

Chapter Text

The three of them danced in a large room to a new record from the shop down the street that Franky recommended. In a moment of spinning around with Anya in one arm and Yor spinning in his other arm, Loid looked around them and realized he didn’t know where they were. The room was large and industrial, empty, save for their couch and record player beside them. Anya jumped down then hand in hand spun around with Yor, both giggling. Loid stepped back from the two beautiful girls in his life and looked more around. The room started to remind him of something, but he couldn’t pin it down.

The warehouse. Last night. The smugglers.

Loid stepped back faster, tripping when the music stopped. Yor looked over towards him with a distraught look on her face.

“Don’t leave us, Loid. Please stay, don’t you leave me too.” She cried out towards him tears in her eyes.

He no longer was moving his feet but he seemed to be further and further away.

“Please stay Papa! Don’t leave!” Anya started running towards him, but never gained any distance between them.

*BANG*

Twilight looked to his feet to see Loid laying before him, chest open from a gunshot. The pool of blood spread fast as Loid looked up to him coughing and gurgling blood as he tried to mouth some unintelligible words. His ringed hand wearily reached towards Twilight.

Suddenly a sharp pain shot through Twilight causing him to double over in pain, his chest was about to explode. His hands gripped at his shirt then slid off coated in the blood falling from his chest. Looking down again, the floor was empty except for the red, warm puddle forming at his own feet.

“Don’t leave!”

Two blurred figures came into his view as he looked towards the sound, one in red and another with pink. Twilight’s shaking hand left the grip on his chest trying to reach and touch the blurs in front of him. ‘Yor… Anya… I don’t want to… My fami–’ As his hand extended before him a glint of metal caught his attention, three dogtags…

*BANG*

A piercing pain ran through Twilight's forehead as his whole body was knocked backwards. In slow motion his limbs floated through space as he hit the ground shattering below him, falling into a dark abyss of water. Sinking through the black liquid, Twilight looked frantically around himself, waving arms grasping for anything, trying to swim in any direction trying to escape the pull on him, but he kept sinking, sinking… into a void which enveloped him until nothing was left.

‘No, no, no I can’t leave them, I need them… I lov–’

Blue eyes flashed open as a strained gasp escaped his lips, then gulped the air around him. Twilight looked around him, he was in his room, sunlight poured through the crack in the curtains highlighting the dust in the air like glitter. Eyes still wide, he took another deep breath through his nose then exhaled through his mouth, realizing his right hand was clenched and white knuckled at the sheet covering his chest.

He closed his eyes and with another breath told himself ‘It was just a dream, Twilight, nothing to be – Yor!’

Quickly he patted the bed beside him and searched for his wife. She wasn’t there. He traced the bandages on his shoulder and felt the swollen bruise from the surgery through the wrappings.

‘What was that dream about… That’s right, the smuggling mission. Last night, I got shot by that shithead. And Yor… she… I asked her to stay with me… had her sing to me… kissed her…’ A wave of memories hit him like a ton of bricks turning his ears red as he held a gasp in.

‘What were you thinking, Twilight?! We have a good routine, it’s lasted us this long, I can’t risk the mission and deviate from what we’ve established.’

Twilight rubbed his hands over his face and felt a sharp pain down his left arm.

‘How the hell did this happen? I have to call WISE and make sure they don’t send a search party after me for not checking in. I won’t let them know one of the smugglers got the upper hand on me. I can’t risk any changes to the mission or extra evaluation and scrutiny from WISE.’

Twilight flipped the blanket off wincing in pain from the wound in his shoulder. He looked down at the pile of his wet, bloodied clothes and towels on the floor. He examined the dressing in the mirror and inspected any other scrapes.

They hardly got a scratch on me, good job Twilight, you still got it… if we don’t pay attention to the gunshot.’ frowning at the last thought while he examined himself more standing in his boxers. ‘Did Yor undress me? When did she even do that? Did I? Jeez, you really are losing your mind.’

Dressed, Twilight slowly emerged from Loid’s room being hit with the smell of eggs and burning toast. Yor had gotten better but she still would never be a world class chef, not even a fast food line cook. Twilight chuckled to himself and then as he turned the corner to the family space he put on his Loid mask with a cheery smile for his family.

“Papa!” Anya exclaimed as she saw him emerge. “Mama said you’re sick so Anya wasn’t to bother you.”

“Ah yes sweetpea, I don’t feel well, thank you for being courteous.” Bond rubbed against Twilight and nudged his hand for a head pat. As he unconsciously scratched the fluffy dog’s head Twilight rounded to the kitchen. “Yor, do you want any help?”

“Oh no Loid! Please sit down, please you’re not ok right now, let me take care of you! I know it’s not as good as your breakfast, but Anya is almost done. She’s leaving for the bus in ten minutes, please go sit!”

Twilight gave his best Loid smile and reached out his hand to squeeze her shoulder, “Thank you Yor for taking care of me and getting Anya up and ready on time. I can’t do it without you.” Another squeeze and his hand dropped as he journeyed back to sit at the table.

Yor’s cheeks flushed pink as she concentrated on not burning the eggs. ‘How can he act like that? After what happened last night, he’s acting like his normal self.’

Anya watched her two parents awkward exchange before squinting at her Papa as he sat in front of her and unfolded the newspaper. Yor followed quickly behind, placing a coffee and plate of edible eggs in front of him.

“Why does your shoulder hurt Papa?”

Twilight and Yor both froze.

‘How did she know I was shot? Is it obvious that my shoulder is wounded? How will I hide this from WISE?’ Twilight went through multiple scenarios in his head before being cut off.

“SHOT?! Ummm I mean... Shoot!… Anya’s almost late for the bus” The small pink haired girl jumped off her chair and grabbed her backpack before either parent could respond. “Mama, walk me to the bus, we’re going to be late!”

“Oh, I didn’t realize it got so late!” Yor exclaimed in a surprised panic, “Ok little miss Anya, let me grab my bag and say goodbye to Papa.”

Anya pounced on Twilight’s left side, her head hitting his shoulder with clumsy force, making him to wince, ‘Shit, can’t she be a little more careful? I guess she didn’t notice my shoulder after all.’

The pink blur then bounded to the door “Bye!”

“Loid,” Yor leaned on the table over Twilight masking her words from the prying eyes behind them as she inched towards his ear. “There’s some medicine I left for you on your nightstand. I’ll come home early with some new bandages, call me if you need anything.”

His hand instinctively grabbed hers holding the edge of the table, looking up to her he had to keep from a gasp. Whenever Yor was close like this his stomach stirred, her scent enveloped him in the little space between them and Twilight felt almost drunk again. Moving his hand up to push a lock of hair behind her hair he said lowly, “Thank you, dear.”

With a squeak Yor pulled away from him replacing his hand with her own hand pulling back her hair. “Oh–ok, have a g–good d–day!”

As soon as the door shut Twilight slumped down into his chair letting out a deep breath. Sometimes the show felt like an unbearable weight. After some time, he pulled his body back together and stood. His first order of business was grabbing the meds left for him then dialing the number for HQ.

*Ring*ring*

“Yes?” A monotone voice answered.

“Yes, this is Loid Forger, I’m calling to let my director know that I’m feeling under the weather and will not be coming in for a couple days.” [This is Twilight, I’m letting my handler know that I’m a little hurt from the mission and to not assign me for a couple days.] Twilight spoke giving the voice behind the phone his cryptic message.

“Are you sure you haven’t caught an infection or an illness?” [Are you sure you’re not more hurt?]

“No, I assure the director I’ll be fine in a couple days.”

“Okay, the director just informed me that they want you to come in today to drop off your patient list and pick up a prescription for your cold.” [Handler wants to check on you and read your report and give you a new mission brief.] *Click*

‘Ugh why can’t they trust I’m ok, sometimes Sylvia can be such a worrier.’ Looking at his watch, he knew he had a few hours before he was needed. Laying on the couch and throwing back the pills, he thought more about the past day and the dream that still lingered in his mind.

Twilight had many dreams with Anya and Yor in them, the regular mundane or fantastical family dreams. Sometimes they were just going on walks to being a family of spies like on the Bondman show and their own spy games. Those dreams would always bring a smile to his face and Twilight always dismissed them with a small laugh. Then there were the other common dreams he would have, those with Yor only… Those dreams would help him through the long frustrating nights sharing a wall with his wife, so close but needing to be far.

‘But this dream? It was different, it was… No time to dissect that’ as Twilight  relaxed, his mind shuffled through the events of the night, cataloguing what had happened before drifting off into another dream state...

---

A whirl of green tweed flew through the air as his leg made contact with a goons face transferring it’s force into the man, flipping him over. Twilight moved through the thrown punches and kicks as if the multiple men surrounding him were in slow motion. If they weren’t fighting for their lives, these smugglers would’ve stared in amazement at the ease he moved through them. Flipping through the air and rolling onto the ground, Twilight got three shots out at two men before he took cover behind a large wooden crate. Leaning out for a second, he shot out catching one more man.

‘Three more incapacitated for a total of seven… now where are those two others’

He slowly moved around the crate, his back flush against it, the two he was searching for were trained, must have been ex-military. The others were cheap hires for the smuggling ring, but these two, they weren’t your normal street thug. A crack came from above as he looked up to a large man coming down on him. Losing the grip on one gun, Twilight rolled out of the way under a table. Knocking the table over to make a barrier, he ran towards the shipping crates stacked further down. The big goon blasted through the table as if he was a rhino on a rampage.

‘I need to get on a higher vantage point’

Twilight leapt into the air, parkouring between the crates to land on top. Immediately he dropped his body to the surface and took aim with his remaining pistol. The burly man was still rampaging, blasting through the wood boxes below him. With an exact aim Twilight pulled the trigger catching the man in his knee and forcing him to fall with a loud thud.

A clang of metal sounded behind him and Twilight sat up aiming towards the sound behind him only to feel the air of a kick coming at him from his new unprotected side. The kick landed squarely into his back between his shoulders knocking him forward. Twilight used the force to launch himself off the shipping container landing then running towards new cover. The leaner assailant jumped on top of the containers tracking him.

“C’mon Joey! Tell me who you werkin fer! We can split the bounty!” the voice called out at Twilight’s undercover persona.

“No can do!” Twilight yelled then slid towards a new cover pulling his gun out shooting at the man.

*Bang*bang*bang*click*click

“Uh oh, sounds like you’re out of ammo.”

Twilight rolled behind the shipping crate pulling a knife from his sock. He heard the footsteps near the other side of the crate and vaulted himself over the box landing his two feet into the man's chest.

The assailant flew back 20 feet kicking up dust in his path. Twilight with a knife ready raced towards the man while he was still down from the kick's force. A glint of metal flashed in the hand of the man.

*Bang!*

Twilight’s kick hit the assailant’s hand, flinging the shiny object away from the two of them. But eyes widened in instant surprise when at the same moment his kick landed, a fist made contact with Twilight’s gut.

Twilight flew backwards, sliding onto his back. A biting pain shot through his shoulder as he tried to catch his breath. Grabbing his shoulder the warm, thick liquid seeped between his fingers.

“Well, well Joey, looks like you’re not going to make it out of here today. Hope you’ve said your goodbyes” The man laughed as he approached.

‘Shit! No, I won’t abandon Anya or Yor!’ Twilight screamed in his head as the images of his wife and child imprinted into his mind, and with a burst of fury, eyes blazing, he sliced the achilles tendon of the man leaning over him. As the screamed and began to fall onto him, Twilight grabbed the knife with both hands and gritted through the searing pain to plunge the blade deep into the man’s chest.

Twilight hardly heard the thud of the man's body by him as he caught his breath and closed his eyes. The stinging pain was moving throughout his chest. His good right arm inspected his body by touch, feeling his bloody chest before landing on the origin of the pain. Opening his eyes and glancing down, he could see a hole in his shoulder weeping blood from it.

'Thank god… I’m… I’m ok. I thought… Yor and Anya would… No, Twilight, no time to think like that, you have to get the files…’

Twilight’s mind started shifting from thoughts of his wife, to his daughter, to disregarding those thoughts, to the mission and back. He felt it for the first time as he bled, pain blurring his vision slightly... he knew it clearly as he lay there, he couldn’t leave them… ever. It was a new feeling and clarity that he never had felt before. Twilight didn’t know what to do with this new realization that washed over him other than bury it like he’s been told to, but could he?

Shaking off the thought to more pertinent needs, Twilight tried to stop the bleeding as best as he could, and worked through the pain while collecting the files throughout the warehouse that were the subject of the mission and knocking out anyone coming too. After 30 minutes, he deemed his work done and left dodging into the shadows as if he was never there. Pulling off the man Joey’s face, he slowly made his way through the night streets leaving drips here and there, before dropping the files into the right trash can for pickup.

As he trudged the rest of the way home, holding his coat tight against his shoulder and clenching his teeth from the stinging pain, thinking about his family.

‘How did I let the guy get to me that fast, how did I not see the gun?’ Twilight berated himself. ‘You dumbass, you jeopardized everything we have, what if something happened, how would they get on… No, Twilight, you almost jeopardized the operation…’

Looking up from the park across the street he saw the glow from their living room window, ‘ Yor, you waited…’

The scent of Yor as she wrapped the bandage around him left him drunk on desire. He knew he shouldn’t but he felt as if he was going to explode, he needed to feel her lips on his, it was the only medicine he needed. He lifted his hand and cupped her face, guiding it towards him with a murmured ‘Thank you’.

As soon as their lips touched, Twilight felt insatiable pulling his nurse Yor against him no longer wounded. He felt her hot breath tickle his neck as Yor moaned his name, how he always wanted to hear it.

His hands moved over her created a sculpted image of desire below him then stopped at the hem of her night dress. Inching it up, Twilight felt as if he was about to find long lost treasure his hand exploring under the edge. His other and pulled down the front of her gown revealing a perfect breast which he took the nipple into his mouth, sucking and biting depending on the moans from Yor. Then finally his treasure was discovered, a finger slid up her wet slit coating itself before diving in to explore more—

 *Ring*Ring*

Twilight’s eyes flew open at the phone ring, pulling him from his dream state.

‘What the fuck was that dream Twilight? What are you, an animal?’

Begrudgingly he willed his body into movement grabbing the phone.

“Hmmm?”

“Heyo Twi, where the hell are ya? I thought you’d stop by before noon, it’s already 1pm, not very like you, am I interrupting something? You sound a bit tired?” Franky’s voice rattled off through the receiver as Twilight looked over at the clock on the wall.

‘Fuck I slept for 3 hours.’

“Ah yes, sorry I lost track of time. No, you are not interrupting anything, I will see you soon.” Hanging the phone up a whine captured his attention. Bond sat by the door wagging his tail, “I forgot about you too… I’m just off my game today, aren’t I Bond?” Sliding his jacket on with only a small grimace of pain, Twilight popped on his hat and grabbed the leash exiting the apartment he turned on his Loid mask.

“Hey man! I was a little worried, some intel from last night said there were a lot more men than the research suggested.”

“Yeah, I found out the hard way. I’m fine, just a bit bruised and sore.” Twilight reached his hand out, “The research?”

“Ok, ok, no time for chit chat with your best friend Franky, I see how it is, only friends when you need a babysitter.” He handed Twilight a rolled up newspaper, “one dalc, please”

Twilight rolled his eyes, grabbing the newspaper and dropping 500 pents on the counter. “I’ll see you later Franky, we will get a drink soon.” Waving, the spy and his dog walked off.

“Geez what a cheapskate…” Franky pouted as he slid the money off the counter.

“This is everything, Twilight?” The redhead questioned.

“Everything I was able to collect in the time given to protect the mission. Here’s the research from before the mission, you will find in the documents I dropped off and the research that the Bear Ring will be dismantled when all the information about who in the government was involved is revealed.”

“Very good. I have people combing through the documents you got and will be able to cipher anything in code. Luckily, this ring hadn’t yet gotten too embedded and was still mainly traded in stolen art, but they were starting to get weapons, which was too much.” Sylvia sighed and pushed her chair away from her desk, crossing her leg and leaning her chin on one arm as she stared down the spy infronf of her. “I was told that there were quite a lot of injured and dead men found in the warehouse. That was a lot to take on, which we weren’t prepared for. Are you sure you didn’t receive any injuries?”

“Only some bruises, I feel a little stiff today, but otherwise I’m good.”

‘Why is she questioning this again, did someone see me get shot? Did I get blood on the documents?’

“Well, good, cause you have another mission this weekend, so rest up this week and get yourself presentable by Saturday. You look like death.” She smirked to herself before continuing, “And what about Mrs. Forger, has she been alarmed by these bruises? Could be startling for your husband to get beat up.”

“Well, she still believes in the new-age psychotherapy lie. However, I have found out she’s tried to do some research if I’ve been called to help out with the government or SSS for psychiatrist needs. She didn’t get anywhere with that however.”

“Hmmm, I see... Well, that could be a fun cover. We could get you involved in working with her brother for an even more exciting time.”

“I would prefer to stick with the cover established.” Although not visible through his mask, Twilight cursed in his mind at the thought of spending any more time with Yuri. Who also had been the last man to shoot him years before.

“Alright, alright, I’m just joking with you, you don’t need to be so uptight all the time.” Sylvia laughed and spun her chair, grabbing a bag from behind her. “Here is some medicine to help with any swelling and bruising, as well as some info on the next mission. You will receive more details on Thursday.”

Taking the bag, Twilight nodded a farewell as he turned to leave. “Have a nice week with your wiiiiiife.” Sylvia sang out to him as he exited the door.

Untying Bond as he exited the photo booth, Twilight’s mind raced to Sylvia’s question, ‘And what about Mrs. Forger? Has she been alarmed by these bruises?’.

WISE had never questioned Twilight on his physical intimacy with his cover wife. Still, he knew that it was entirely accepted with deep agents. They were taught to do anything for their mission.

Even surprising to himself, Twilight had firmly held off on that intimacy. He had been with countless women for work yet those missions were all to get information. He had only learned to use women and lie to get his way, that was all he knew to do.

But with Yor, it wouldn’t be for gathering information, it would be for emotions. Even if it was just for physical release, which he had to constantly take care of, there still was the underlying lie… They were married. Would Yor attach herself more to her husband, would her feelings become too deep, would she ask for a child of her own… and his biggest fear, what if making love to a woman would unravel everything he believed about himself as a spy.

He just couldn’t use Yor like that, he couldn’t lead her on. He couldn’t sully her body and trample on any emotions with the filthy man he had to become for missions. He needed to start getting his desires and physical closeness in control. He had trained in how to manipulate people, but he had never learned how to be close to and care about anyone.

‘You’re the worst Twilight, you have to get your act together, you can’t do that to Yor… She’s too.. too…’ letting out a sigh the dejected blond man with the big white dog continued on home

Notes:

This was a shorter chapter, I couldn't think of an Anya angle for this one, maybe will add one later. The next one will be pretty silly and long. And don't worry, this isn't a super slow burn, your favorite couple will be diving into uncharted waters soon!

For anyone interested, I'm looking for someone to proof my chapters before posting. Would love to be able to make sure I'm being consistant.

Thank you, I hope you enjoyed and Happy Holidays!

Chapter Text

The lock clicked as Yor turned the key and pushed the door open with her hip, bringing an armful of groceries into the apartment. Turning towards the kitchen, she dropped the bags onto the counter and called out, “Loid?”

Looking into the living room, she saw the unkempt blanket on the couch but was missing the husband, who had been there.

“Loid?” Yor called again a bit louder before wandering down the hall stopping at his bedroom. “Loid? Are you in there?” she quietly spoke against the door, putting her ear close to listen for a response or the sound of him sleeping.

Nothing.

Yor swung open the door, revealing a neatly made bed that hadn’t been touched since the morning.

‘Oh my god, Loid, where can you be?! Did you get hurt more? Did the patient come and find you?! ’ Panic started pouring into Yor as she spun back into the hallway. She quickly replayed any scenario her assassin brain could imagine as she glanced around for any signs of a struggle in the apartment. Images of her sweet husband in a pool of blood washed through her mind.

“Yor? The front door was open, are you here?” She raced towards the door when the sweet voice tickled her ears.

“Loid!” She exclaimed as she wrapped her arms around him in a tight embrace. “I was so worried that the patient might’ve…”

“Yor! Not so tight! My shoulder!”

“Oh my god, I’m so sorry.” She jumped away from him, holding his arms in her hands. " I just got home from the grocery store.” She cast her eyes down, embarrassed by her knee-jerk reaction. “I’m sorry. I left work early because I wanted to make you my mother's stew tonight.”

“Thank you, Yor, I appreciate you making dinner for us tonight. And don’t apologize, I was only out walking Bond and grabbing some meds from the pharmacy.”

Hearing his response, Yor looked at him and squinted her eyes with a smile, beaming excitement towards her husband.

A flutter in his chest responded to her encouraged face; Twilight smiled back, hoping she didn’t catch the warmth creeping into his cheeks.

Smiling they both parted to opposite ends of the living space. With a newly poured drink, Twilight grabbed the pill bottle from the bag, popping a couple in his mouth. He sighed internally as he read the cryptic prescription and inspected the attached envelope.

‘WISE just couldn’t give me a longer break from these small missions so I can fully focus on Strix… oh well Twilight, remember this is all for world peace. I have until Thursday; there is no need to read the details at this moment. Time to just relax while I have the moment.’

Laying back onto the couch, he wrapped a blanket over himself and drifted back to sleep, serenaded by his wife's bustling and murmurs in the kitchen.

—-

Yor looked at her wristwatch as she stirred the pot, ‘Anya will be home soon; I think dinner will be another hour. I wonder how Loid is doing.’ She peered over at him through the pass-through. ‘What medicine was he given to take?...’

Setting the stove to low and capping the pot with a lid, Yor’s curiosity floated her over to the coffee table and her sleeping husband. Beads of sweat formed along his hair and browline as he made a pained expression while breathing heavily in his slumber. Holding her hand on his forehead she grabbed the bottle reading the tiny instructions.

‘Well, this is nothing that strong…’ She set the inspected bottle down. ‘And he doesn't have a temperature; he must be having a bad dream. I wonder if it’s about the… I should wake him up.” Yor shook her head in response and lightly slapped her cheeks. ‘Yor, he needs rest for healing so I’ll let him sleep it off.’ Yor turned to head back to the kitchen when the bag caught her eye.

‘Oh, there’s another medicine, too.’ She grabbed the bag and pulled out the envelope, looking over the script on the side. Not recognizing the scribbled handwriting, she unfolded the top and looked inside.

Her eyes almost fell out as she internally screamed at the contents, ‘CONDOMS?!’

“What are condoms?” a tiny voice cried out from the front door.

‘Oh my god Yor, did you just say that outloud? How did I not hear Anya come in?’ Yor immediately folded the envelope and set it back by the pill bottle. “Where did you hear that word? At camp today?”

‘Uh oh, quick, make up a lie!’ Anya demanded to herself, “Uhhh… Oh, Becky told me the word but didn’t tell me what it was. She learned it from… from Berlint in Love!”

‘That trashy show, why is Becky allowed to watch these things?’ Yor’s eye twitched in annoyance.

“Well, good little girls don’t talk about these things, so don’t use that word… Anya, do you have any homework? Sit at the table and start it, be quiet cause Papa is still not feeling well. Dinner will be ready in an hour.” Yor quickly pivoted the conversation as she walked over to Anya, hanging up her jacket and laying the backpack on the table.

“No one tells me aaaaanythiiiiing.” Anya sighed in frustration, and with a roll of her eyes, the small, pink-haired girl obeyed.

Yor brought the spoon to her lips tasting the stew after it had bubbled for the past hour. ‘Mmmmm, perfect.’

Smiling at herself, she called Anya from her homework, “Anya, can you come to taste the stew?”

Anya’s face was grim with anguish as she looked up from her books. “Umm…. um…”

“Oh, come on, Anya, you’ve had this before and liked it!”

Anya dragged her feet as she walked into the kitchen as slowly as possible. Yor blew on the spoon and bent down, ensuring it wouldn’t drip, offering it to her taste tester. The little girl reluctantly opened her mouth and took a sip of the stew. In an instant, her eyes lit up to the flavor.

“It’s good, Mama!”

Yor felt as if her heart would explode hearing the praise from her daughter. Many times, she couldn’t believe how much her life had changed in the past two years—to be a mother to a rambunctious little girl and to cook for her family.

“I’m so glad!” She smiled, “Can you wake up your father? Dinner is ready!”

In a blur, Anya raced out of the kitchen to pounce on her father. “Anya! Be gentle. He’s sick—don’t!”

Her warning fell on deaf ears and was cut off as the girl jumped into the air onto the unsuspecting adult. Not paying attention to her landing, as so many children do, one knee went straight into Loid’s gut and the other onto his hips.

“Fuck!” Twilight shouted as he was jolted out of his dream, one where he was enjoying Yor’s company, pain coursing through his core, his spy mode taking over his mind.

‘Who is attacking? I’ll kill them…’ his immediate thoughts ran through his mind, instinctively grabbing onto the assailant and accessing any nearby weapons. His wild eyes calmed when a little whimper brought him into reality. In his grip was Anya sitting on top of him with tears welling in her eyes and about to overflow.

“Anya! I told you to be gentle.” Yor ran over to the two.

Tears began falling from Anya’s green eyes, “Papa hates meeee! Don’t hurt meeee…” she cried while wiping the snot starting to drip from her nose.

“Sweetpea, no, I’m sorry… you just surprised me.” Instinctively, Twilight sat up and wrapped his arms around the girl, but she wiggled herself out of his embrace and jumped off. His face sank in defeat as he watched her run to her room, tears still flowing.

“Loid, did she hit your shoulder? Are you alright?”

“No, she just knocked the wind out of me and surprised me.” He rubbed his temple, trying to think about his next step, when he felt a hand touch his arm lightly.

Yor leaned over him and slightly squeezed his arm while she lightly smiled, “Don’t worry, I’ll go check on Anya. Dinner is ready if you want to help yourself.”

He covered her hand with his, and with a responding squeeze, he thanked her before she slid off into the pink-filled girl’s room.

‘Shit.’ Twilight leaned forward resting his chin on his palm. ‘How could you forget where you were? I will have to treat Anya to some ice cream later. I can’t have her thinking I hate her or, worse, that I… could hurt her. I have to fix this right away, for the family… no, mission.’

As he congratulated himself, imagining a solution to win his daughter’s praise and family happiness, his mind floated back to the dream that was interrupted. He covered his mouth thinking back as a blush tinted his ears and cheeks.

‘How could you have a sex dream in the middle of the day, sleeping on the couch, with Yor in the room! And Anya!’ He sighed and closed his eyes, berating himself more. ‘What are you a teenager? You are Twilight, you are a world-class spy!’

He thinly opened his eyes and blinked at the prescription bottle and bag on the coffee table. After more self-judgment, he reached out and grabbed the bottle. He inspected the label and side effects closely with suspicion before grabbing the bag and opening it up. As he started to look in the envelope, he heard a door shut.

“She’s going to come out in a little bit, I think she’s embarrassed more than upset.” Yor said quietly as she walked to the kitchen. Seeing him holding the bag, her breath hitched, “What is in the bag?” her voice squeaked with the question as she peered over at Loid.

Twilight folded the bag shut, “Oh, just some more medicine the hospital pharmacy gave me. I’ll go put these away and wash up for dinner.” With a terse smile, he walked to his bedroom, stashing the bag and pill bottle on his nightstand, before walking down the hall back to the mission, the family.

The entire dinner was nearly silent, save for the constant sniffles from Anya. Even after promising ice cream on the weekend and going wherever she wanted, it wasn’t enough for the little girl to forget about his yelling.

Starting to worry about the silence, Twilight decided to cut through it and get the family life back on the right track, “So Anya, what did you learn in your courses today?” He grinned with his cunning redirection of the dinner conversation and sipped on a spoonful of soup.

“Papa, what are condoms for?”

Yor and Twilight simultaneously choked at the sudden question. “Where *cough* did you learn *cough* that?” Twilight wheezed through his question, wiping his mouth with a napkin.

Quickly, Yor interjected, “She asked me the same question earlier. Becky taught her the word from Berlint in Love.” She tried to hide her worry behind a forced smile, “But I told her that good girls shouldn’t be talking like that.”

“Yes, yes, I agree. Anya, if you want to earn more Stella Stars, you can’t ask that at school. But you can ask us anything you want to know, Anya.”

Both parents looked at the girl with forced smiles, hoping the subject would change.

‘Oh my god, I haven’t read any books on how to have the sex talk with your kids, the parenting books didn’t get that far. How could you overlook that!’ Twilight worried in his head, planning to go to the library soon.

Yor glanced over repeatedly towards Loid, ‘ Anya is too young to know about this stuff, but why does Loid have those, is he planning to do… do it with me?’

Shifting her eyes between the two, Anya’s face dropped in disgust, quickly putting her hands over her ears.

“Anya’s going to do homework!” she shouted as she quickly jumped from her seat and ran to her bedroom, Bond following close behind. As soon as the door slammed shut they could hear the radio turn on with volume on full.

Still stunned, the two adults stared at the newly shut door for a moment.

“‘I’m sorry Loid, I wasn’t sure what to tell her. You know how she learns such weird things from Becky.”

“No, it’s ok Yor, you did great. I guess she will start asking more questions like these eventually, we just have to learn how to approach them. I hadn’t thought these conversations would happen so soon…”

"Mmm-hmmm." Yor nodded, unsure of their next steps.

Leaning back into his chair, Twilight rubbed his shoulder, “Dinner was wonderful Yor. Thank you for taking care of us. I think I'm going to take a shower now, my shoulder is feeling pretty tight.”

Yor’s face heated from his thanks, “Oh, of course! I can help you with your bandages.” Yor stood from the table picking up the bowls, “Let me know when you’re ready.”

Yor hummed as she cleaned the kitchen thinking about how her and Loid would navigate these questions from Anya.

“Yor?” Twilight cleared his throat, getting the attention of her. “Could you help me?”

Yor tried not to blush as she looked over towards the hall. Loid stood there with his towel in hand and wrapped in a robe. The top being loose that it gaped open, revealing his taught chest and formed muscles. A warming sensation started spreading from her core as she stood there and stared, not able to open her mouth in response.

“Yor?”

“Oh y–yes…” She snapped her mind back to reality and walked towards him.

“The bathroom light is probably better.” He said, nodding towards the door.

Yor shook her head to agree and they both entered the cramped bathroom, closing the door behind them.

The lighting was indeed better for Yor to unwrap the bandages and check on his wounds. But the cramped area also allowed for their bodies to brush against each other. Yor slowly wrapped her arms around the now topless Loid as she unbound his bandages. Everytime she unwrapped more her chest brushed against Loid’s, sending shivers down her spine. Slowly more and more of his skin was revealed, as if she was opening a present.

For what felt like an eternity, the small bathroom filled with the sounds of their hushed breaths and the warmth emanating from their bodies.

Finishing, Yor pulled off the last gauze pad from his bullet wound. Her delicate fingers danced around the wound as she moved her face closer to inspect her handiwork. Twilight bit his lip as he tried not to shudder as he felt her warm breath tickle his exposed skin. Looking down at the black haired woman’s lips mere inches from his skin and feeling her breast rubbing onto his chest, he felt like he might have a heart attack from the tightness in his chest.

“How… h–how is it looking?” He whispered under his breath.

The raspiness of his voice had Yor’s throat go dry. As she swallowed hard, she looked up at him, trying to keep her voice steady. “It doesn’t look infected at all. S–swelling is down. Do you need more help? Do you need me to…” Yor glanced over to the shower then back to his shoulder before locking her crimson eyes with his.

Her eyes swirled with an emotion he hadn’t seen from her, her face was close enough that in an instant he could have her lips on his. The thought of her in the shower made him feel as if his bones were about to melt.

Snapping himself back into reality, Twilight grabbed Yor’s shoulder pushing her away from him and opening the door. “That’s great to hear, “ He smiled trying to mask his thoughts, “A–about the wound. I can take care of everything from here.”

He gently moved Yor back into the hallway and with a nod and smile closed the bathroom door. Twilight gripped the sinks edge, keeping his breath shallow so as not to make a noise. His body filled with heat and desire as his mind replayed the feeling of her rubbing against him. Looking down at himself, he felt his cock grow larger pushing against the thin robe.

‘Did she notice?…’

Twilight quickly disrobed and, in the shower, blasted the water over him. The cold water stung against him as it heated, but still didn’t calm his body down. His dreams had been more vivid over the past day than before, ‘It’s just the medicine side effects, it has to be.’

Yor stood frozen in the hallway before she shook herself back to reality hearing the water turn on and walked back to the couch in a stupor. Falling down onto the sofa she pulled a pillow over her face as it reddened and screamed against the soft fibers.

She shuddered thinking back at how it felt brushing against Loid’s body, how her nipples had hardened against her bra at the sensation. Her whole body felt like it was on fire every time she touched him. Her mind replayed the image of Loid’s body under her hands, and the heat that emanated from his bare skin… and from below. She couldn’t bring herself to glance down, but she had felt a growing presence as she moved herself around him, unwrapping him. Yor’s body felt like it was boiling over at the thought; with another muffled scream into the pillow, her fingers clenched down, and in a single movement, she tore the pillow in two.

Twilight had, even before being shot, many of his nights filled with dreams of Yor or his family. He had always disregarded them as nothing more than the outcome of living in such close proximity to them. This was, remember, the first time since childhood that he had lived with anyone and for any length of time.

As a spy, he never had sex dreams or used fantasies to masturbate, a weird ability he prided himself in, not needing anyone or even the thought of them. But ever since that moment in the alley when he pulled that grenade linchpin, his mind unconsciously placed Yor in every desired sexual need or imagination of his. And every morning after one of those dreams or urges, Twilight berated himself for thinking of Yor as an object for his own release. She wasn’t a mission, and he shouldn’t think of her as that. Yor was so much more special and he never wanted to sully her with what he had to become for his work.

‘Fuck… I feel like I’m going through puberty again…’ Twilight groaned as he looked down at his still rigid member. Leaning forward, his hand braced himself against the tiled bathroom wall as his left hand wrapped against himself and began to pump.

As he gripped himself in quick, needy, aching strokes, Twilight closed his eyes and replayed different fantasies in his mind that he had created over the past couple of years. Dark red eyes, looking through eyelashes up at him with a moan escaping against her lips. His mind traced her curves and savored her exposed skin under him, his body pulsed at the feeling of being enveloped by her slick warmth and her scent. He replayed the feeling of her chest rubbing against his naked chest and imagined rolling his thumb over her hardened nipple.

‘Yor, yes, Yor…’ Twilight moaned in his mind as his hand picked its pace up. He slowly let out a raspy groan as the tension in his body tightened.

Leaning his head back in enjoyment as he neared his finish, a sharp pain shot from his shoulder as he felt his overworked, wounded muscle cramp. His body tightened at the stinging, unexpected pain and his braced hand slid against the wet tile. In a split second of shock his feet lost their grip, sliding against the slick ground. His arm flailed out, searching for anything to catch himself, and instead, knocked into the neatly organized shampoo bottles.

*CRASH*

* * * * * *  Anya’s Angle * * * * * *

‘Oh my god, I haven’t read any books on how to have the sex talk with your kids, the parenting books didn’t get that far. How could you overlook that!’ Twilight yelled at himself in his mind.

Anya watched the calculations run through her father’s mind, while her mothers mind melted into a mess of thoughts and feelings she couldn’t understand. Her face dropped into disgust as her parents retreated into their own chaotic thoughts.

“Lalalalalala!” Anya sang as she covered her ears and hopped off the chair, she wanted just an answer from her parents, not their complicated, jumbled thoughts that had nothing to do with her question. Running into her bedroom with Bond at her heels she flipped the switch to her radio and turned the volume knob up and drowned out any thought that could reach her.

Grabbing her hidden notebook she looked through the scribbles. ‘Project Fall in Love will only work if Mama and Papa focus! Their thoughts are too messy and make no sense…’

Anya began to write more ideas that she and Becky had watched on Berlint in Love, noting she needed better plans. ‘I need them to think about love… and Papa thinking Mama is pretty and Mama having butterflies for Papa… but why do you eat butterflies… maybe if they go to a fancy restaurant they will start thinking like that?’

Notes:

This was fun to write, and also giving a bit of second hand embarrassment.

Trying to hone more into Loid's constant praise which Twilight leans into for his mission. Yor is a harder character to pin, she's silly and easily embarrassed but even outside of her physical strength she is a very strong minded character too.

Chapter 5: Slippery Slope

Chapter Text

‘Oh my gosh, look I tore the pillow!’ Yor whined in her head looking at the feathers strewn about the couch. She didn’t know what had come over herself but she still was holding back an urge… an urge that felt like she wanted to rip everything apart.

‘I’m so terrible, I need to control myself… I can’t go around acting like Twilight Princess and tearing things apart. I might blow my cover.’ Yor berated herself as she picked up the feathers, stuffing them into a bag.

*CRASH*

‘Loid!’ Panic washed over her.

Yor bounded over the coffee table, running to the bathroom door in a split second. Flinging it open and rushing in as the speed’s force slamming the door shut behind. Grabbing the shower curtain, Yor tore it from the rod.

“LOID!”

“Yor?!” Twilight froze, stunned as he was crouching down to clean up the bottles and soaps in the bottom of the tub.

His eyes grew as they locked with hers and the sight sunk into the two of them. Twilight jolted to a stance at the realization, the surprise sending his feet down the same slippery slope they had already traversed, only now filled with soap and bottles.

“Oh shit!” Twilight’s arms flung out, again trying to catch anything to prevent a repeated fall as he flew backwards.

Yor shot forward reaching her arms out, instinctively wrapping them around the falling man. In another second the two of them were frozen again, Loid’s fall saved by Yor but still in a precarious and unstable position.

Their heavy breath intermingled for moments as they still had surprised eyes locked to each other. Twilight, still in partial repose, tried gripping onto the wet wall while one arm of Yor’s wrapped behind his waist and the other gripping the front of his hip… right beside…

As the two were pelted with water, Twilight started to plant his feet on the tub bottom and move his body straight out of her arms, when both sets of eyes ventured to look down at their position.

A flush of embarrassment filled Yor and she whipped her head in the other direction. Trying to believe she didn’t just almost touch or see what she had, but again, not paying attention to where her sudden movement would land.

Feeling her head hit a soft wet object, she heard Loid call out as she heard his feet slip again under the bottles and soaps still in disarray on the tub bottom. Instinctively he grabbed onto her for support, but her being unstable he pulled them both into the tub. The two then scrambled as they slid around like two fish flipping and flopping out of water.

Water cascaded over the two as they laid still for what felt like an eternity. Both of their minds short-circuiting in their frozen state. Yor half in the tub, her arms around his back and abdomen, her face against his chest. Twilight holding onto Yor and the edge of the tub.

“Um… Y–Yor… could you?” Twilight whispered into the hair of his wife laying against him.

‘Oh my god oh my god oh my god!’ A new panic had taken over Yor’s mind and she felt as if her arms could no longer move from her fear. ‘Yor, move your head, and your arms! They are right there… he’s right now… Oh my god, he’s totally naked…’’

“Yor?” Are you hurt?” Worried by her inaction, Twilight moved his hand from the tub edge to coax her face to look up at him.

The now very wet woman raised her face, looking up at him, her cheeks the same color as her swirling crimson eyes. Twilight couldn’t help but let out a chuckle at the sad but cute state she was in, like a wet, surprised cat. Her lips started quivering and he could tell she thought she might die of embarrassment.

Yor, looking into his blue eyes, jolted as soon as the chuckle escaped his lips, pushing her body upright.

“I’m sorry! I’m so sorry, I thought you got hurt, are you more hurt?” Yor in a high pitch started firing off apologies and questions as her hands roamed his body, inspecting it for injuries.

Twilight sucked in his breath and clenched his jaw as Yor unconsciously surveyed him, her fingers dancing and tickling over his wet skin. Then her hands stilled. Looking back at him, Twilight saw a flash in her eyes as she realized what she was doing… and touching. Her hand was frozen, laying on top of his now semi-hard cock.

‘Shit Yor’s hand is right ther–’

Still staring at each other, Yor watched as Loid’s eyes widened and face pinkened as he sucked in another breath.

Yor tried to process everything in her mind when she felt a twitch from under her fingers.

‘I am t–touching… it!’

Yor jumped to her feet and released a breath she hadn’t known she was holding.

“Oh Loid, I’m so s–sorry.” Her eyes quickly gazed side to side unconsciously surveying him laying before her. Her now soaked clothes dripped water as she backed up towards the bathroom door, her hands searching for the door knob behind her.

“I–It’s ok… Yor, you’re wet, wai—” His words were cut off by the click of the door shutting.

Still in a state of dumbfoundedness, he raised his hands and dragged them down his reddened face. ‘Fuuuuuuck. Ok Twilight, you are a top agent, there is nothing you can't fix… how are you going to deal with this?’

Leaning back into the tub he looked up to the ceiling, his brows knitted at the feeling that started swirling and taking over his body as his heart raced and cheeks flushed again. It was a feeling that wasn’t normal for him, but one that Yor and Anya were able to uncover.

‘Why do you feel embarrassed? She’s your wife… on paper, but still, you’re not some ignorant teen!’ Twilight let out a long sigh as the water tapped against his skin. ‘Women have seen you naked before, why are you feeling like this… because I’m so exposed and not in some elaborate disguise?… because it was Yor?…’

Twilight knew why, he had known for a long time but it had always been easier to push that part deep inside him. However this week, that mission… that gunshot… was proving to be breaking the lock that kept the known reasons hidden deep inside his mind.

‘Shit…’

—-

“I–It’s ok… Yor, you’re wet, wai—” Yor didn’t listen to the last part of the sentence coming from the caring voice of her husband as she shut the bathroom door.

Yor’s heart pounded against her chest feeling like it was strong enough to break a rib. Holding her hands over her mouth, as if something was about to escape, she quickly ran to her bedroom.

“Mama? You’re wet?” Anya’s head poked out of her door.

“Oh it’s ok, everything is okaaaay. I’m just going to change. Your father will be out of the bathroom in a little bit.” Yor smiled with pursed lips and retreated into her room.

Anya glared, her mother’s mind was just a swirl of incoherent thoughts and emotions, she couldn’t pinpoint a single thought. Confused by the swirl of emotions coming from Yor, Anya focused on her father’s thoughts through the door. As always she heard his typical thoughts; worrying about the family, it’s state for the mission and world peace. With a sigh she closed her door, she really needed to figure out how to correct their thoughts and get them to only think about love.

Yor shut the door to her bedroom silently, and like a zombie walked over to her dresser. Peeling off her wet outfit and replacing them with her regular house dress, she fell stomach first onto her bed… Lying there, still, Yor was unable to fully comprehend what just happened, the mess that went by in a flash and was also agonizingly slow.

Loid knocked lightly on Yor’s door, “Yor? Are you still up?”

A small crack opened, Yor’s face appearing, being incredibly mindful to not look Loid in the eyes.

“Hey, if you are able to, could you help me rebandage my shoulder? I mean if you want to, you don’t need to feel any obligation…” Twilight whispered, finding it hard himself to look at Yor straight in the face.

‘I need to rectify this immediately, Yor looks so upset. I need to make sure she isn’t uncomfortable and that our image remains that of a happy, normal family… I can't have Anya’s parents mad like my… no we cant be at odds. Whatever those odds are now.’

Yor nods silently, “I’ll be right there… i–in a–a minute.”

Twilight smiled slightly at the answer and retreated to his room. Sitting on the edge of his bed, Twilight leaned his face into the palms of hands, dragging them over his face. He didn’t know what to do, but was feeling the pangs of embarrassment, desire, and confusion. Was this one of the first times he was so unsure and unsettled?

He began to weigh every option…

Pretending that it never happened and just remaining how things have been… no, that would make things so awkward and end up being a point of contention.

Talk about it, but that it doesn't mean anything, tell Yor he’s imponent so she shouldn’t worry about seeing him like that…there were no expectations… well having a kid and a boner in the shower kinda crosses that off the list.

Say that maybe they should be a “real” married couple? To relieve their stress or make sure they don't seem uncomfortable in public. What would that even mean to be “real” other than adding in intimacy… he didn't have a good example of this from his own life, just the masks of others he observed.

He had seduced countless women for the sake of keeping a mission afloat. But would that be ok to do to Yor? Would he want to use those tricks? And what then? WISE had said this mission could last more years or end tomorrow, but he should prepare that this would be a years long deep cover. Could he live with stringing her along with sex or play her by refusing to advance their marriage. Those options were only creating future promises that will never happen and essentially taking away any chance for her to have a real relationship. Both directions filled Twilight with deep regret.

Or end things, divorce? No. No, his body felt a physical revolt to the thought.

Twilight's mind was a flurry, unable to land on a direction when the chaos was interrupted by the curvy, breathtaking woman in front of him, closing the door behind her.

Yor stood there, highlighted by the soft glow of the bedside lamp and moonlight peering through the curtains. She looked like a heavenly creature as she moved over towards him, sitting beside on the edge of the bed yet still avoiding his gaze. Twilight felt his body tense as she sat, sinking into the mattress next to him.

Silently, Yor sat her box of medical supplies down and started digging out new wraps, tape, wound pads, and the likes. Yor stood up as Twilight unbuttoned his nightshirt, removing one arm from the sleeve, exposing his skin to the evening air and heat emanating from her. Staring at his hands placed on his knees as he felt Yor move close to examine his shoulder, nearly straddling his knee.

‘Get your head in the game Twilight!’

A sharp sting pulsed through his wound and a warming pain emanated from the point, “Shit!” Twilight growls under his breath, cutting through the silence.

“Sorry, I should’ve warned that it would sting.” Yor quietly said in her robotic nurse mode as she dabbed a cotton ball soaked in hydrogen peroxide over the stitched area, cleaning any blood or pus that was around the area.

She lightly blew on the area drying the dampness and subduing the burning with her cool breath. The sensation made Twilight close his eyes, taking a deep breath to stay calm. Even though he was in pain, the light tickling sensation pushed him into feelings of ecstasy as well.

“It’s still swollen, but a normal amount. The area isn’t hot or discolored, so no sign of infection.” Yor poked at the inflamed skin, “I think the swelling will be better in a week, maybe take the stitches out in two weeks? I think you should still take some anti-inflammatories and antibiotics for a few more days…” She glanced up and their eyes caught each other before they both tossed their gaze in opposite directions.

Loid nodded in agreement to his wife’s words as she taped a new gauze pad to his skin and began to wrap new bandages around his shoulder and chest.

“You need to keep this dry for a few days after tonight, maybe air it out in the evenings. So only take a bath, no sh–showers…” The last word stumbled out of her mouth with embarrassment lining it.

Nodding again in silence, Twilight tried to not let the word drag him back into the memory of what just happened no more than 30 minutes ago.

Silence filled the room as Yor finished bandaging Loid, her chest and body within an inch of him. If he raised his head, he could bury himself in her bust. He wove his fingers together to try to hold in the anxiety of the situation from bursting out at the seams.

“All done.”

The soft voice tickled his ears and he felt his anxiety boil over as he felt her body move away from him. Without a thought, the anxiety burst, and Twilight’s hands wrapped around her waist pulling Yor tightly against him in an embrace. His ear pressed against her chest listening to her heartbeat quicken and her breath pause as he silently held her, hugged her.

“What’s wrong Loid?” Yor questioned, still frozen in place.

“I’m hugging my wife, who stitched me up and took care of me… after getting shot.” the second half fell into a whisper as it poured out.

“B–but I…”

“Yor. Just hug me back please.”

Yor, without any more objection, wrapped her arms around his shoulder and folded over him into a hug.

They stayed in the embrace for longer than both expected, Twilight drawing light circles with his thumb on her back, and Yor lightly patting him. Neither knew what to do next.

“Yor, about what happened in the bathroom…”

“I'm so sorry, Loid. I wasn't thinking, I ran in cause I was worried you got hurt.”

“No need to apologize, I like that you worry about me, that you take care of me like this.”

Yor rubbed the back of his neck as she responded, “I like that about you too, Loid.”

Nuzzling his head tighter against her, he let out a sigh knowing his next words would be hard, for him the master of deception. Now was not time for his go-to honeyed endearments and false pretenses. He was going to say what had been gnawing to be released for a while but was freed as soon as that bullet hit him.

“When we first were together, you said once that you were glad you married me. That has stuck with me all these years, and I am so happy that we are still together now.

“I love how wonderful of a role model and mother you are to Anya.” He hand grabbed the fabric of her sweater, bunching it into a fist as if he was holding for dear life.

“I like our life… you’ve become my best friend, our routines are great… just how normal and easy it all is. It’s just that…”

Releasing the fabric he buried his face more into her top, Twilight felt conflict on what he wanted to say. Not sure what the best direction would be, uncertainty was unfamiliar to him.

‘I have to do this, I have to move our relationship forward out of this awkward state that’s been building for months. Now is the time. The family may be in jeopardy if I don’t do this. This is for the health of the mission, that’s all. That is why you’re having this feeling, nothing more.’ Twilight continued his rational thoughts, explaining away his gnawing new feelings.

Remembering back to his training, that a good cover always has a little bit of truth in it. He looked up at Yor staring down at him with her eyes waiting for him to finish. ‘So this is just what I trained for. Every great cover has a kernel of truth… But what if Yor disagrees… What if this backfires and I’ve completely miscalculated?’

Taking a deep breath, in a quiet, low voice, Twilight finished, “That… the thing is… is t–that Yor, I–I think about you all the time… I want more, I—I want you so…” His voice trailed into nothing as he looked up, his blue eyes searching for an answer in her face.

“Loid… I…” watching his struggle with words and trying to find her own, Yor felt the invisible rope tethering her to reality, taught with the tension of years… snap.

He watched her eyes dart to the side, out of his locked stare. The glance made Twilight feel sick, he had miscalculated. The family and mission was in trouble, he wasn’t the spy he used to be, he had become lazy, not seeing the best way forward, not paying enough attention.

Twilight berating himself in his mind didn’t notice as Yor’s eyes locked back on to him, the crimson irises swirling with determination, and something he didn't understand.

Her hand slipped from behind him to cradle his jaw as she ran her thumb over his lips, dragging the bottom lip with her thumb lightly. Yor looked deeply into Loid’s eyes as she watched them open wide with understanding before slowly shutting as they inched towards each other.

‘Yor, you are the Thorn Princess… this is your husband… you can do this. You want this.’ Calling on her confident half, Yor descended onto Loid pushing their lips together.

Their kiss started lightly, then grew in pressure as their lips parted and both deepened into the kiss. Yor started to shift towards Loid and without breaking their kiss or her grip on his jaw, she moved her leg over his, her knees straddling him as she came to a seat on his thighs.

Twilight’s hands stayed still around her back, fearful of moving them and taking her control. Twilight only knew one way to be with a woman, to guide them towards his own goal and end. This kiss felt so pure, and so right, that he feared his training would kick in, ruining it all. That he would end up just having Yor like she was an object of a mission.

Yor’s body started to warm as she felt a rush of energy blooming deep in her body. The rush and energy felt the same as when she goes in for a kill, when they are unsuspecting, misjudging her as she swiftly and flawlessly dispatches her customers. But the energy was telling her body to respond differently, instead she felt frenzied and almost akin to hungry. Her open mouth moved rougher over his as the feeling of wanting to devour him grew within her. Her hands wrapping around him, gripping tightly as her hungry body grinded against his lap. Yor smiled internally at a surprise thought. She doesn’t feel like the plain, anxious Yor, she feels like Thorn Princess, conquering the man she wants.

Twilight, enjoying the feeling of Yor against him, began to worry, mainly from his confusion by the silent enthusiasm she was showing him.

‘Watch it Twilight, do not treat this like a mission… well… this IS for the mission but remember every great cover has truth in it. This is your wife, as Loid you want this, you are not tricking her, it's not a honeytrap for intel… but what if she thinks she has to… maybe I was wrong…’

Twilight placed his hands against her hips, staying her movements before holding her arms lightly and pulling her away.

“Yor, just because I said that, I don’t want you to feel obligated to do anything you don’t want to do. I just wanted to say what I was feeling, not to coerce you. If you want to stay how we have been and agreed on for our coverup, I am perfectly happy with that as well.”

Yor began to blush realizing her position as her assassin persona faded, “I don’t feel obligated Loid.” She said with a worried tone. “I feel… I f–feel the same. You’re my husband, which I want, I think about this all the time too.” Her voice now almost to a whisper as she covered her mouth.

“So, yes? You want to do this?” Twilight pulled her hand from her face to see her fully.

“Oh, yes… Yes, Loid.” Her voice gained it’s confidence again as she felt his hardness twitch and grow under her. Pulling her hair behind her ear she pushed on his chest directing him to lay back as she descended onto him.

Twilight gasped into her mouth as her core rubbed against his hardened cock as they lay back. Parting their lips, Twilight looked at Yor’s face, inches from his, her lips swollen and hungry. Mischievousness spread over his face as his hands began to explore, his left edging up her back and his right resting holding her butt.

“Ok?”

“Mmmm-hmmmm.” Yor hummed as she closed her eyes, moving her hips against him again and losing herself in the feeling of him holding her. Firm but gentle.

Twilight raised his face excitedly and nipped at her lip before capturing them with his, pulling her into him as he laid his head back down. Yor tangled her hand in his wet blond hair and the other began to explore his exposed chest. Always the good nurse even though she moved with vigor, she did so with precision avoiding his injury.

His roaming hand stopped at the keyhole opening in the back of her favorite sweater dress. Slowly his fingers traced the edges, gently nudging under the knit fabric. “Ok?” Twilight whispered in their kiss.

Feeling her nod against him, his hand traveled towards the front cupping her breast, through her sweater he felt her nipple harden as he rubbed his thumb over the spot. Hearing her breath catch, Twilight pushed his hips against her, encouraging her. Moving from her lips, he trailed kisses and bites down to the crook of her neck licking and kissing the skin.

“Loid…” Yor whispered, stretching her neck as he moved down it. Fire emanated from his palms as he held her bottom firmly against his hips while fireworks sparkled in her eyes as he brushed over her taut nipple.

Slowly Twilight began to tug on her sweater’s hem, slowly lifting it inch by inch. Yor gasped when his hands moved under the raised fabric tickling her skin. Exploring up her torso his hand teased her breasts over her bra, as his mouth moved back up her neck to her ear. Under his breath he hummed her name before capturing her lips again.

Hearing her name lustfully whispered, Yor trembled before feeling the urge to start tearing everything off of him. With needy desire Yor started pushing Loid’s shirt off his shoulder and pulling it down his arm. Responding to her vigor he grabbed the hem and with speed started pulling it up further. Pushing herself into a seated position Yor took over the act from Loid, pulling her sweater dress up towards her shoulders.

Twilight laid back holding her hips against him, watching as she unwrapped herself, exposing her leggings then her stomach and then…

“Damn…” Twilight immediately sat up and pounced as soon as her bra and chest were revealed, sucking and kissing the exposed skin. He closed his eyes, savoring her as he murmured about her perfect chest.

As Yor pulled the rest of the sweater dress over her head a little voice shouted from the hall.

“Mama! Papa!”

In a split second Yor shoved the barely aware man down covering his mouth and turned her head towards the door, listening intently.

“Oh no! Anya!” Hearing the rustling coming from the living room, Yor gasped and held a hand against her lips.

Yor pulled her dress down and jumped off of Loid rushing towards the door in a blur. Looking back at Loid lying now on the bed, hand covering his eyes, muttering under his breath, the gravity of their actions washed embarrassment over Yor. But pride and lust started covering the shy emotion.

Yor turned the doorknob to escape the room and check on the little peanut when she felt Loid wrap one arm around her from behind and then the other holding the door shut. Turning towards him, her face flush, he smiled at her as pushed her hair behind her ear and smoothed the mess. Gazing up at him from under her lashes she almost melted seeing his disheveled hair, pink cheeks, and red lips.

“Later?” Twilight whispered as he leaned down into her kissing her with knee buckling passion.

Shaking her head rapidly, Yor slipped out of the room, disappearing to go check on their daughter.

Twilight leaned and hit his forehead lightly against the door, releasing a deep breath. He felt as if a rubber band that had been slowly wrapping and tightening over the years was about to snap.

‘Shit… get yourself together…’

Trying to shake out his energy, Twilight walked back to the bed, sitting on the edge he pulled his shirt back on and began to button it up. The bag on the nightstand catching his attention, he leaned over and grabbed the bag and pill bottle then pulled out the envelope and prescription attached.

‘Hmmm cypher M…’ he read as he inspected the pill bottle before unfolding the prescription. Reading the script Twilight exhaled loudly before pinching the bridge of his nose, annoyed. Slowly he peered in the envelope.

‘Shit.’

Crumbling the bag and the contents, the spy threw it into the bedside drawer, slamming it shut. Through his gritted teeth in muted frustration, Twilight screamed, “Fuuuuuuuck!”

For some time Twilight sat silently running his hands through his hair, ‘Not this kind of mission, now… out of all the fucking times?’

*    *    *     Anya’s Angle     *    *    *

*CRASH*

Anya peeked out her door as Yor was jumping into the bathroom. The door slammed shut silence following before muffled thoughts and exclamations from the two seeped through the door.

*CRASH*

Opening the door a little more ready to act, the young spy squinted her eyes towards the door.

‘He’s okay… Oh my god he’s naked!’

‘Shit Yor your hand is right ther–’

Rolling her eyes and retreating back into her room, Anya turned the music up more and sat back down with her homework.

“Worf?”

Looking over at the inquisitive Bond, Anya again rolled her eyes, “Even though they’re a spy and assassin, Mama and Papa are being stupid.” She leaned her chin into her hand and began to tap her pencil. “Bond, we have to figure out how to get them to fall in love. They both are being weird and not focusing on love feelings… Hmmm on Berlint in Love, they get dressed up and go to dinner and look into each other's eyes saying how they are in love… Ah ha! We need to get them to go out to a fancy dinner! Next Mission: Love Dinner!”

“Worf!”

This was a long one.... but I hope you also feel the second hand embarrassment of it all.

Chapter Text

Loid exited his bedroom, dressed in his night clothes and hair brushed out, walking down the hall he followed the sound of the tv and entered into the living room to Yor and Anya cuddled onto the couch. He smiled at the view of the two and quickly pushed aside any thought of a new mission, compartmentalizing it into a locked up box.

“What did I miss?”

Yor looked up at him with a sense of awe, he looked completely unbothered, like nothing had happened. How could he look so calm and collected, while she sat on the couch biting at her nails.

“We’re waiting for the new episode of Berlint in Love to start.”

“Becky is watching it, so Mama said Anya could watch it if she watched it too!” Anya smiled, glitter in her eyes from excitement.

Yor shrugged her shoulders in defeat at her husband and they smiled at each other. “Well I will join you two, let’s see what the drama has in store this week. Anya, did you finish your summer school homework?”

“Yup!” She grabbed the papers on the coffee table and held them out to the blond man approaching.

Twilight flipped through the papers reviewing the questions, ‘It looks like she got most of the problems correct… Anya has really improved over the past year with all the tutoring from Yuri and Sigmund. Hopefully the coming school year she will finish all her Stella stars, so far we have 6 in the past 2 years… but 5 tonitrus bolts.’

Briefly Twilight’s face darked at all the mishaps they had experienced in the path to getting her to become an Imperial Scholar. ‘Well I need to celebrate every win to encourage her, and I am in so many parent inner circles already, seems Imperial Scholar isn’t as important of a gateway as before.’

Twilight bent down setting the papers back down and looked sternly at Anya who was smiling proudly back at him. “Anya, these answers… are not good.”

Her eyes widened almost falling out, “WHAT?! But you, but you think I've improved!”

‘When did I say that? ’ Twilight looked at her oddly then shaking his head, his smile stretched across his face. “The answers are great, Anya. I do think you are improving, and which calls for a bowl of peanut ice cream to celebrate.”

He bent over to tickle Anya as she cuddled up against his wife, the couple both smiling at the giggling and squealing child trying to escape the attack.

“Yor, you want tea?” Twilight looked up, giving up on his attack, his eyes laser focused onto hers, with words unsaid behind them.

“Yes please.” She said quietly as her cheeks pinkened and a small smile formed on her lips. She could feel her heart starting to speed up as they stared at one another.

Leaving the two, he swirled around the kitchen returning to them with two cups of tea and a small bowl in the other hand.

“Anya, do you forgive me for yelling at you today? I am not mad at you, I was only surprised.” He handed her the bowl as she rushed over to him.

“Yup! Agent Papa would only hurt badmen!” She hugged him then jumped and begged for the bowl.

“Whoa, careful I have hot cups.” He moved his hand down, giving the bowl to the eager child, “And I would not hurt anyone, I help people.” ‘by maintaining world peace.’

Anya glared at him with unknown thoughts behind her expression before running away, bowl in hand, and plopping down in front of the tv with Bond.

‘Why does she always say things like that, does she really take our Bondman make-believe so seriously?’

Sitting down beside Yor, they both scooted toward the other before he peeked over as they began to sip at their tea. Her cheeks were flushed like earlier in his room, and he watched as she licked her lips before bringing the cup to them so that she could softly blow onto the hot liquid’s surface. ‘God, Yor looks so good right now…’

The opening sequence to Berlint in Love began with sweeping views of the city and the various romantic characters. “Papa, isn’t Mama pretty right now?” Anya shouted as she shoveled ice cream into her mouth, eyes still glued to the tv.

“Yes Anya, she is very pretty.”

Anya turned her head and with a scowl blankly stated “That’s not good enough.” Before turning her attention back to the tv.

Twilight’s jaw fell slack at her snarky response. ‘What did I say that wasn’t good enough?! Am I missing something? Did Yor say something to Anya? No, she wouldn’t do that…’ A light touch against his knee pulled him out of his thoughts.

“It is good enough.” Yor smiled at him before looking back at the tv. ‘Oh my god Yor, how can I even look at him right now, I feel like I’m going to explode.’

Minutes dragged on as the family watched the newest episode of the cheesy romance. Anya glued to the tv, entranced and completely unaware. The two adults knew they were able to cuddle into each other when Anya was under the tv influence.

Twilight brushed his fingers against the back of her neck playing with the soft baby hairs, exposed from her hair pulled up. The characters were obnoxiously declaring undying proclamations of love to each other, saying they would die without each other. He looked over at Yor as she slightly smirked at the scene. ‘Is that what Yor wants? She wants undying proclamations, obsessive love where you lose yourself in each other?’

Yor looked over at Loid as he stared lasers into her, ‘What is he thinking? I hope he isn’t regretting everything… I don’t think he is, Loid is always honest with me. He wants more…’ She smiled at him, glazing at his lips as the memory from earlier crept into her mind. The thought had her nestle her body into the crook of his arm, as she felt his fingers rake through the hair at the base of her neck.

Both focused back on the television but continued their touching and pressing against each other. The act alone had become normal between the two of them, however tonight electricity was pulsing between their two bodies as their hearts both beat loudly and their skin tingled with goosebumps.

As the credits began rolling, Yor and her husband Loid sat up stretching from their cuddles as Anya stretched as well. “Okay Anya, time to get ready for bed, get going.” Loid sternly spoke to his daughter.

Dragging her feet Anya sighed loudly, complaining under her breath as she stood up.

Twilight looked over Loid Forger’s family… Yor, Anya, and Bond.. and immediately felt the overwhelming sense of calm before his thoughts crept in overtaking the calm. ‘How did I get this normalcy… this was never in my plan, how could I leave this, lose it like my own childhood… Stop it Twilight, this IS the mission, a normal family, Operation Strix is to create the Forger family.’

Anya walked over and hugged and gave Yor a kiss on the cheek before repeating the hug and kiss on Twilight. “Papa, you deserve normal-sea and don’t leave that.”

Dumbfounded by Anya’s words, Twilight responded with a smile and a pat on her head, “Ok, thank you Anya, now go brush your teeth and get ready for bed, I’ll tuck you in after.”

Twilight and Yor sat in silence now sipping a red wine after Yor changed their beverages, trying to ease her own silent anticipation, a move which Twilight was also thankful for. Both drank as they watched Anya walk back and forth between her room and the bath in her exhaustingly slow nightly routine.

“Yor, about earlier…” Twilight broke the silence.

“Yes?”

“I mean… if you…”

“Uh huh?” She leaned closer, her eyes wide.

“If you still want…” Twilight scratched his head, finding the words hard to catch.

“I do, Loid, do you?” Yor’s eyes still wide in anticipation of his response.

Twilight leaned towards Yor, still running his hand through his hair. “Well of cour–”

“PAPA!” Anya shouted from her room.

“Oh well, we will talk after.” With a chuckle Twilight stood up and walked towards their daughter’s room. As he crossed into the threshold he looked back towards Yor giving her a flat smile and shrugged his shoulders.

Yor heard the muffled discussion on which book to read as she downed the wine in her glass and leaned forward to pour another. Sitting back with wine in hand, she twirled her hair wondering about the next steps.

‘Loid bought condoms, so he definitely wants us to move forward, right? He’s anticipating sex. Oh my god Yor, what are you going to do? I haven’t really been with anyone.’

Yor started playing through her worries of inexperience, from her awkward kissing sessions as a youth and even more awkward dates as an adult, many of them ending in unexpected violent reactions from her, or the men seemingly running away before the date got too far. Loid was the only man she had consistently been intimate in any form with, and one that she no longer had involuntary physical responses to his touch. And it was the memories of his touch that Yor would use when she fantasized about him at night, touching herself in the ways she hoped he might some day.

‘Loid expects this, I guess any man would. And I need to be a good wife, I’m surprised he hasn’t kicked me to the curb for being prude and replaced me with someone sexier like Ms. Frost… I need to continue what Loid wants, and… what I want.’

Yor folded her hand into a fist strengthening her resolve before throwing back the contents of the glass. After pouring another glass of liquid courage her first taste was interrupted by the phone ringing.

“Hello?” Yor stood by the hall holding the phone receiver to her ear, still holding her glass in the other hand.

[Sis! I haven’t talked to you in an eternity. My trip took so long, I don’t think I can wait until Sunday to see your dear face.]

“Yuri, it’s after 9, you shouldn’t be calling so late.”

[Sis, don’t be upset, I’ve missed you so much, I bought you presents on my trip. I need to give them to you and make sure you’re healthy and that guy is treating you ok… because I’m sure he’s…]

Yor covered the receiver as Twilight walked out from the bedroom asking her about the call through a look she understood.

She mouthed her brother’s name before signalling “one moment” with her finger then giving Loid a shoo motion towards the bedroom. Nodding, Loid finished his own nightly routine before retreating to his room.

Yor leaned against the wall, receiver still up to her ear listening to Yuri drone on about his trip and how he missed her. Yor’s hand began to tighten on the phone as her anxiety began growing while she waited for her brother to stop talking.

Feeling like she was about to break the receiver she abruptly blurted out, “I CAN’T TALK RIGHT NOW, I’M SORRY YURI!”

[Sis? Wha?]

Closing her eyes as to not give up on her resolve, Yor slammed the phone down, hanging it up.

‘Now… the moment you’ve been waiting for Yor.’ Finishing the rest of the wine in her glass Yor stood up straight, smoothing out her dress and hair. Clenching her fists to her side, she marched, rigid-backed towards the bedroom at the end of the hall. She was making this choice for herself. This wasn’t for the cover, this wasn’t an order from the Shopkeeper, this wasn’t to appease anyone… Even if Loid expected this, she also realized that it didn’t matter since he wouldn’t force her and that she wanted this. For one of the first times in her life, she felt courage and confidence in making this decision for herself.

*    *    *     Anya’s Angle     *    *    *

‘God, Yor looks so good right now…’

‘Good, Papa thinks Mama is pretty… he needs to be like Hans on Berlint in Love and shout it from the rooftops!’ The opening sequence to Berlint in Love began with sweeping views of the city and the various romantic characters. “Papa, isn’t Mama pretty right now?” Anya shouted as she shoveled ice cream into her mouth, eyes still glued to the tv.

“Yes Anya, she is very pretty.”

‘Ugh Papa is just repeating me… he needs to do more! Operation Papa and Mama fall in love is so hard….’ Anya turned her head and with a scowl blankly stated “That’s not good enough.” Before turning her attention back to the tv.

Twilight’s jaw fell slack at her snarky response. ‘What did I say that wasn’t good enough?! Am I missing something? Did Yor say something to Anya? No, she wouldn’t do that…’

“It is good enough.” Yor smiled at Loid. ‘Oh my god Yor, how can I even look at him right now, I feel like I’m going to explode.’

‘Ugh Mama and Papa are both liars… they tell me to always be truthful and talk my feelings, but they don’t even do that!’ Anya scooped a big bite into her mouth and focused back on the show, frustrated at the two adults.

Chapter Text

The room was cool and dark, save for the warm cast from the soft bedside lamp and street lights peeking through the drawn curtains. Twilight sat staring at his hands highlighted in the glow. More and more he found himself lost in thought, on his past and everything he had seen. What his hands had done in the name of revenge and in the name of peace. And now what, in the past two years, he had learned to create and comfort with the same hands. These times he felt that he existed only as he was in that moment, not as the spy Twilight, not as the false Loid, not as [Redacted]... just a nameless man trying to find himself.

The glint of the whiskey bottle still sitting on the nightstand caught his eye, moving to retrieve it, Twilight shot back a glass of the liquor before pouring another glass. Walking back and forth, he paced while sipping the second pour.

‘This is for the mission, it's fine you can do this Twilight. Yor is consenting to this with you… with Loid.’ He scoffs, but is this really consent with him, Twilight?

The darkness broke with light from the hall pouring in as Yor entered through the door. Twilight’s eyes adjusted back to the darkness, focusing in on the woman standing in front of him. The glow of the tableside light highlighted her like an ethereal figure, her crimson eyes glinting as she glanced around the room. Her button down nightshirt was long but stopped mid-thigh, exposing her long muscular legs. Twilight scanned her nervous stance trying to keep his excitement at bay imagining unwrapping her and being encircled by those legs.

She thumbed the edge of her night shirt while she searched for the words that escaped her mind as soon as she entered the room.

“Loid?”

“Yeah?” He rasped as he finished his drink. ‘This is it, get your head in the game… God she looks so good right now…’

Yor walked around the bed stopping a foot before Loid. Squeezing her fists and closing her eyes, she took a deep breath, resolve showing on her face, “I couldn't focus tonight… after… you know…” opening her eyes she reached her hands out to cradle his jaw. Closing the gap between the two, she pulled his face against hers, shutting her eyes as their lips met.

Her tongue teased at his closed lips, tasting the whiskey on them, but his lips stayed chaste and closed to her.

‘Oh no, I misjudged, Loid isn’t interested? How could I be so stupid! He said he wanted this?’

She pulled her face from his looking up into his eyes, searching for an answer. His eyes looked like deep pools of water with a little gold of the lamplight reflecting in them. The glassiness of his eyes showed as if he was about to shed a tear.

“Loid, I’m sorry, I thought you…”

“I do Yor, I just want to make sure you're fine with it.”

Frustration began to pool up in her mind at his repeated questioning, she was a grown woman, able to make her own decisions and not completely ignorant to intimacy or sexual gratification nor entirely helpless.

“Loid, I’ve already said yes so many times.” She huffed. “Are you the one who is unsure?”

“No.” He lied.

She leaned up to him and brushed her lips against his, determined to stop this constant questioning. “Then there is no problem.” She lightly kissed him before continuing. “Do you know I think about you nightly?” Another light kiss. “When I touch myself?” This time her kiss landed strongly onto his lips.

“You do?” He asked with a shudder as they kissed.

He felt her hum mmhmm against his mouth and the rubber band snapped again as before. Opening his mouth to hers and exploring her mouth with his tongue, he pressed their lips harder together. For a moment he pulled her away, staring at her half opened eyes as he sat the glass down before pulling her neck towards him to devour her lips, while his free hand began unbuttoning her nightshirt.

Not breaking their kiss Yor stayed his hand, slightly shaking her head ‘no’. Although earlier he had lifted her dress without her thoughts of embarrassment, the shyness around her scars, particularly the one on her chest, were front and center with all her anticipation.

Without any question, Loid obeyed his wife’s head shake and began walking her backwards towards the bed, leading her back down towards the bed. The two dropped to the bed without breaking their kiss. Their hands were explorers over each other's torsos, mapping the contours with fingertips. Holding himself over Yor, Twilight broke their bond pulling his shirt off frantically before smashing his lips back to hers and pulling them onto their sides.

Her fingertips danced along his naked chest outlining his muscles and scars, they both had long sad histories but all she felt was pure joy in their feeling of him pressing against her.

Twilight moved his lips, kissing and nibbling the lobe of her ear before moving down her neck. His hands began further exploration as one began pulling her shirt hem up to explore underneath, while the other landed on the warmth radiating between her thighs. Hiding out of view his escaped hand brushed the underside of her breast before rolling his thumb over her tightened nipple. Feeling Yor catch her breath at the touch, Twilight moved back to her swollen lips, licking and sucking them as he wrecked her. Slowly his fingers start rubbing against the fabric of her underwear, eliciting soft moans escaping Yor.

Feeling her warmth grow as he teased her hard nipple and the fabric against her sex, Twilight moved his thumb under the elastic of her underwear. Slowly his hand dove in past soft curls before his fingers traced her wet lips, drawing a line through the folds he coated his fingers with her juices before drawing circles around her swollen clit.

A lighting bolt of sensation shot through Yor as she felt Loid’s hand dive into her warmth. She had touched herself countless times but feeling Loid’s fingers teasing from her chest to her cunt made her feel as if her insides were melting. Unconsciously Yor’s leg lifted to wrap around Loid as her hips pushed into his hand more.

Slowly Twilight pushed a finger into her while his thumb teased her clit. Yor moved her hips to the pace he set, both moaning into their kisses. Feeling another finger added, Yor broke away from their kiss throwing her head back, releasing a ragged breath.

“Yor, you are so wet… feel so good…” Loid whispered as he kissed her chin and neck. His hard cock pushed against his sweatpants as he moved his fingers through Yor’s wet core. Moving his lips further, Twilight crawled down pulling her shirt up and capturing her breast in his mouth. His tongue swirled around her nipple before moving on to her other breast, tasting it the same.

Yor’s eyes were closed as she was overwhelmed by the feeling of Loid fucking her with his fingers and teasing her breasts with his mouth. Feeling his fingers pull out from her, she looked down confused at the emptiness, deep blue eyes looked up to her as Loid released her nipple, swollen from his kisses, before trailing more kisses down her stomach. Moving her fully onto her back and freeing her from her panty, the spy rubbed his hands over her thighs prying them open, exposing her to the cool night air. Yor watched in excitement and anxiety as Loid moved his gaze from her eyes to her core.

Twilight scanned down over Yor, her hair was a mess, her shirt pulled up with her pink nipples exposed, her legs open to him… It felt as if he was in a dream, but listening to her panting, feeling the goosebumps prick her skin as he caressed her were things he could never imagine. Subconsciously licking his lips, Twilight settled in between her legs. His thumbs played over her lower lips, opening her to him as he ran his tongue the length of her sex and over her clit. Burying himself in her, he felt Yor twist her fingers into his hair, holding his head in place while breathlessly calling his name. Twilight felt as though he was feeling more drunk, his mind went blank as he felt a primal desire envelope him for the first time.

“Oh my god, Loid, oh my…” Yor kept panting as she was overwhelmed feeling Loid drink from her, feeling his wet tongue flick against her and dive deep into her. She felt her vision blur in pleasure as his fingers filled her again while his tongue continued mercilessly against her. Moving her arm over her mouth, Yor muffled her growing moans. Sinking her teeth into her forearm and curling her toes, she felt as though she was on a hill of a rollercoaster, inching up towards the apex. Click click click, and then she was at the top, still, before plunging down the hill, screaming.

Grabbing the sheets, Yor cried out as her hips began to shake, Loid persisted his assault as he held her legs steady while her orgasm rolled through. Her body shuddered uncontrollable, overwhelmed by the sensations Yor’s mind and body snapped into protection mode. Sliding her legs under Loid’s arms and around his torso, Thorn Princess pulled his body up before flipping him to his back. Sitting on top of his stomach, breathing heavily with glowing eyes, Thorn Princess pinned a stunned Loid to the bed.

“Y—Yor… are you okay? Did I do something wrong? What do you ne—“ Twilight spit out, surprised by the sudden change of position, but recognizing the blazing fire in her eyes.

Swiftly Yor feeling the power of Thorn Princess silenced his concerns with a kiss, answering him by running her tongue along his lips before biting his lower lip. She could taste and see her wetness on him, which made Yor feel as though she needed to overtake him, subdue him, control him.

Twilight smiled against her onslaught. ‘Yor’s strength always surprises me… And that look… this is going to be more than I ever imagined…’ He felt his cock grow harder as he enjoyed the feeling of being pinned down under his wife, unable to move and unable to control the situation, a feeling not used to. Twilight knew she had her hidden strength and was unpredictable, he knew she had secrets etched in the scars on her body. But he never pushed for answers or felt the need to dig further than before, because in reality this all excited him. She was mysterious to him yet also the person he knew better than anyone else.

Yor dipped her head down, nipping at his skin as she lowered herself from his lips. She watched the veins pop in Loid’s neck as his eyes closed and his breath hitched. ‘If I bit down hard, it would be so easy to pierce his jugular…’ Twilight Princess licked her lips and watched his adam’s apple bob as Loid swallowed his moan. She felt a rush as she controlled him before she lowered herself further, kissing his chest, stomach, then… stopping at the waistband of his pants.

“Yor…” His hands pulling against her grasp, aching to touch her.

She heard his gasp as she released his hands, pulling the waistband down his hard member sprang to attention as it escaped the confines. Crouched beside him mesmerized, Yor’s hands smoothed down his lower abdomen before delicately pulling together around his hard shaft. The tip glistened in the dim light as it twitched in her grasp. Slowly opening her mouth she lightly licked the wet head.

“Yor… your hands, not so tight…” Loid huffed at the overwhelming feeling and pressure, throwing his head back as her grip loosened, feeling her tongue and hot breath surround him. Instinctively his hand reached to his side where she was, moving down her back before stopping on her backside, gripping her hip, while the other wove his fingers through her hair lightly grasping.

It had been so long since he had been touched by someone other than himself, but watching Yor, his wife, hold him and take him into her mouth was completely new and almost unbearable. Clenching his teeth trying to control himself from thrusting into her, Twilight felt an explosion bubbling under the surface, ‘God I think I might burst, keep your cool Twilight… Breath’

Needing to distract himself less he finish in one minute, his hand moved around her at his side, finding her wet pussy. She was almost dripping as his fingers moved over her swollen clit before pushing his finger deep into her warmth. Feeling her clench against his fingertips and her moan against his cock, Twilight immediately knew the distraction wouldn’t work. He was cooked.

Yor quickened her speed against him as she felt the pleasure building in her again as his fingers pumped in her. A shiver raced through her body as she was pushed over the edge again, groaning against his cock in her mouth. Feeling Loid grip her hair tightly, he began moving his hips against her mouth as the waves of her pleasure lapped against her mind.

“Yor… I’m almost… almost…” Twilight felt as if he was about to blackout as the tension in his body tightened and started to unravel.

Yor coming back into reality began taking over again and felt Loid begin to struggle under her, feeling powerful listening to his pleas she increased her speed and pressure, watching his stomach muscles tensing.

“Oh god Yor, yes Yor… I’m almost… god you feel so good…” panting through gritted teeth.

Twilight’s eyes flashed open as he pulled her off his manhood and up to him, capturing her swollen, wet lips with his. Breaking their kiss, Twilight closed his eyes, muttering Yor’s name on repeat. Hips bucked as his body was overtaken by the unexpectedly strong orgasm spilling his seed up his torso and in her hands.

Yor watched, hypnotized by the image of Loid lying before her, twitching and gasping for air as he came… ‘So this is why the French call it le petit mort… a little death.’ Smiling, she knew this was a form of death she desperately wanted more of… to watch Loid senseless, panting, out of control of his body from what she did with her hands covered in him.

She felt desire pooling between her thighs again watching her sweet husband in this state. Swiftly, Yor swung her leg over him, straddling his hips, feeling his length against her wetness... wanting to have him under her, begging, groaning, feeling him twitch inside her.

Moving her hips against his slowly, her juices mixing with his, she bent to his ear and whispered, “Loid, I need you, do you have condoms?”

Twilight opened his eyes wide at the whispered request, snapping back to reality. “N— no… I— I don’t.”

‘Wait… This wasn’t the plan, was this? Twilight, this isn’t how I thought it would happen.’ He knew what sat in the bedside drawer but the reason for the package hidden there made him sick.

“Well, you are my husband, I guess that doesn’t matter…” Yor kept rolling her hips before grabbing his shaft and starting to position herself over him.

“No! Yor wait! We can’t…” Twilight shot up and stopped her hips. His mind was no longer a mess of emotions, ‘Is this right? I can’t think straight right now, I’m not sure of anything anymore…’

Snapping out of her Thorn Princess mode, Yor’s face bloomed bright red from embarrassment of the position she was in. “Oh, yes, of course.” she whispered. Rolling off to the side, she laid down beside him, both their chests moving up and down as their breath calmed.

Her mind began to wander, searching for an answer to him stopping, ‘Loid has condoms, are they not for me? Does he love another woman or still only thinks of his dead wife? Was I too rough or pushy, I can’t believe I did all that, I felt like I wanted to devour and control him…’ She picked at her nails and bit her bottom lip nervously. Feeling the immediate need to run, Yor sat up, pulling her night shirt down and buttoning it closed.

“I— I’ll go to my room then.”

“No, Yor wait, that’s not it.” Twilight grabbed her wrists seeing her nerves overtake her. “Sleep here tonight, please?”

Yor sat back down and nodded as she watched Loid walk over to the closet, retrieving towels. Silently with an expression she couldn't full read, he knealt before her, cleaning his mess on her before wiping himself down, then both re-dressed themselves with the clothing scattered around the bed.

‘I pushed Yor too hard and became mindless, I need to think and plan this out more. For the sake of the mission, I can’t let my emotions or training overtake my mind. Yor isn’t an object to extract information from, think before acting Twilight!’

Silence permeated the air as the husband and wife lay beside each other, hearts and minds racing. Both knew they were not going to sleep soundly tonight.

Notes:

I hope you liked, I feel like Yor's obsession with ways to kill people might morph into a new obsession, because who doesn't like seeing the control you have over another person's pleasure.

I feel like Thorn Princess is more of who Yor is, but with society and the cold war she feels publicly she has to hold that all in and therefor is quiet and meek trying to not let out her more powerful personality... What do you think?

Sorry for the delay in getting the chapter up, this one was harder to write because I wanted the flow and mutual pinning and pleasuring to feel correct, so took me a bit longer.

Chapter 8: Mission

Chapter Text

Loid sat against the park bench leaning his head back letting the sunset warm his face as the breeze tickled his cheek. It still was summer but the autumn air had begun rolling in bringing a crisp feeling with it. Giggles and laughter floated on the air reaching him causing the corners of his lips to curl into a smile. Opening his eyes, Loid watched as Anya, Yor, and Bond jump about the park’s field chasing after the fireflies starting to emerge from their day's slumber.

Soundlessly hairs on his neck began to stand on their end, Loid sat straight on the bench and began scanning the shrubs and trees surrounding the park, Bond too surveyed the area with ears perked up.

In a flash men in black rushed out from the brambles grabbing Yor and Anya from behind, quickly subduing them with chemical soaked rags and tackling Bond as he barked for his master.

“Anya! Yor!” Loid in the same instance ran towards his family shouting, “Let them go!”

Men rushed around him grabbing his arms, and began hitting him in the stomach. Loid crumpled to his knees as more men surrounded him, kicking him to the ground with the heels of their boots.

“Anya! Yor!” Loid screamed between the kicks, “Where are you taking them! My family!”

A man walked up to him and bent down, grabbing his chin, “What family? Remember you are a tool of WISE. You’ve never had a family, Twilight. Remember nothing lasts… and nothing exists… you can’t have this, you only work for other’s happiness” Throwing him back down the man dropped dog tags on top of Twilight, nodding to the men they all walked away from.

Coughing he spat out the blood from his lips, Twilight pushed himself to a stance and began running towards his apartment, the buildings turned to rubble blocking his way. Climbing over the bricks and stone he stood looking over smoking ruins of his apartment bloc.

Twilight jolted up, catching his breath, sweat beading on his forehead. He grabbed his chest, settling his breath as the soft sound of low breathing stirred beside him, snapping him back into the present reality.

Yor turned towards Loid sitting up, wiping her eyes to focus on him. “Are you alright, Loid?”

“Ah yes, Yor, thank you, I just was dreaming.” Twilight pasted a smile across his mask trying to hide his damp brow and heavy breathing.

As Yor’s eyes focused on him her eyes scanned him getting out of bed, checking if his answer was true, before settling on the large, red bite mark on his collar then up to his swollen lips. Images of the day and night before began flooding her mind.

“Oh my god, Loid! I’m so sorry!” Yor whined as she buried her face in her hands.

Twilight walked over to the mirror rubbing his fingers over the mark and chuckled. ‘Yor is so cute when she gets embarrassed by small things.’ Walking back to her, Twilight lifted her chin to face him and ran his thumb over her raw, swollen lips. “Seems like I also should apologize too.”

Her eyes grew wide as the flush painted her face. “Um… I need to go get ready, Anya needs to get ready… I…” Without finishing Yor darted out of the room into the safety of her own.

Seeing her flustered expression and red cheeks, Twilight felt his groin begin to harden as he smiled and touched the love mark on his neck. ‘What am I going to do with you…’

—--

The three sat around the table only the sounds of sipping drinks and spoons dipping into bowls echoed in the room. Anya glanced between the two of her parents, wondering why they both don’t want to look at each other.

‘Why are they so aggravating…’ she sighed.

“Papa! You need to take Mama out on a date, like in Berlint in Love!” Anya squinted at the spy.

“Ah yes, Yor and I haven’t had a date night in awhile, thank you Anya for reminding me. I don’t think it will be as extravagant as Berlint in Love but I will try.” He smiled at the girl before escaping back into eating his bowl of cereal and his thoughts. ‘I can’t think of any dates right now, I need to figure out what is going on with Handler and control that situation…’

“Extra vagrant?” Anya wrinkled her nose. “You’re ignoring Mama!”

“It means fancy Anya. And no one is ignoring each other.” Yor interceded.

Anya slammed her spoon down and groaned out of frustration, stomping to the front door Anya grabbed her bag, “I don’t understand, you are soooo annoying and don’t care! I’m leaving!”

“Anya, what have I told you about slamming things and talking back.” Loid scolded the girl as she opened the door stomping into the hall. “Wait one moment young lady!”

Yor grabbed her purse, and hurried to her husband, “Loid, I will take her to the bus. Rest before you go to work, you look tired. I’ll talk to her.”

Loid smiled at his wife, “Thank you Yor, I can’t do it without you.” Quickly kissing her cheek, he watched her blush, “I’ll see you tonight.”

Her hand cupped her cheek as she stood stunned for a second before blinking and rushing out the door.

Sighing heavily, Twilight pinched the bridge of his nose leaning back in his chair, ‘I guess Anya will only become more combatant as she gets older, no reprieve until she’s a young adult and in college I guess… I wonder what she will want to study… Wait, Twilight, why are you thinking that, remember this is a mission, as soon as Operation Strix is over, they…’

Twilight shook his head as he cleaned the table, pushing the thoughts out of his head. Grabbing the hidden bag in his room, he pulled on his suit coat, donned his hat and made his way to Handler, gritting his teeth.

—--

Twilight walked down the street, his mind a flurry with thoughts from last night, about the bag in his briefcase, and that he was supposed to have the week off. Passing by the local Pharmacy he paused for a moment. Looking at the door, he took a step towards it, then shook his head and continued on. Not more than a moment later, Twilight coarse corrected and entered the shop with the bell dinging above him.

“Welcome Sir!” The man behind the register smiled as Twilight nodded his head.

He walked down the aisle for families, for married couples, and stopped at the prophylactics. The new laws had allowed drug stores to sell them to help control the spread of diseases with soldiers and control the population, there already were too many mouths for the Ostanian government to feed, and the contraceptives ushered in a new era of choice for residents. If Twilight, no Loid, bought condoms, then it would be his choice. Not for a mission or to be told to, but his choice. But wasn’t Loid and the marriage only a mission cover, would any choice ever be his?

“Heya Twi!”

Twilight spun around to see Franky walking down the aisle towards him.

“What ya getting?” Franky followed his eyes to a shelf stacked with feminine hygiene pads. “Oh, hah, yeah… I guess you do live with two girls, I mean that’s natural, right? Monthlies? Right?” Franky scratched his head uncomfortably. “Really putting in that hard work for the mission, eh?”

“God Franky, Anya is 8…” Twilight rolled his eyes at the lack of knowledge coming from none other than an Informant and started walking out of the store, “And Yor is not a girl… Also there is nothing awkward about a normal function for women and a husband shopping, don’t be obtuse.”

“Right right, sorry, Yor is a woman. But speaking of that, hey there did you hear about your next mission?”

“Yes, I’m heading to HQ right now.” Twilight brushed by him.

“Well don’t need to, I got the target’s file right here… Wait aren’t you going to buy those…” Franky slapped the brown folder onto Twilight's chest as he chased the spy out the pharmacy.

Grabbing the file, Twilight flipped through the pages. His breath became more ragged with each page, his nostrils flaring.

“Sometimes I sure am jealous of you. Look at this girl… I mean woman. She’s got the looks and the body, a bit young I guess, but doesn’t that make seducing easier?” Franky looked over his shoulder as Twilight looked through them. “Seems like an easy mission, you just have to go home with her and get some–”

Twilight slammed the file shut and chuckled angrily, ‘So I was right about the cypher and code on that package… that damn Sylvia, thinking sending that bag home with me was some joke, while asking me about Yor.’

“Damn, what’s with the look, Twi? You getting mad because you have to seduce a beautiful woman then go home to your hot wife? I can’t even get a date, and here I’m handing you info about one… Seems unfair doesn’t it? Remember the good ole days? You sure were a lady killer, I should’ve…”

“But they didn’t matter.” Twilight said deeply under his breath and quickened his pace towards the photo booth. ‘I never once felt anything during those missions, not like last night, I never lost myself in…’

“What did you say?” Franky questioned as Twilight sped away from him.

—--

Twilight slammed open the office door, throwing the file onto the redheaded woman’s desk, “What the fuck is this, Sylvia?”

She looked up and smiled, “You mean Handler?” She nodded to the agent sitting across the desk from her, “You are dismissed, Agent.” Watching the Agent leave and shut the door, Sylvia’s eyes stabbed into Twilight like daggers. “Sit… I said SIT.” repeating when she saw him waiver.

“You look tired, let me get you some coffee.” Pouring some coffee into a cup, Sylvia softened her face.  “You take milk now, right? For your stomach?” She smiled and poured the cream in before walking the cup over to the agent before her. Sitting on the edge of her desk above him she tilted her head. “To what do I owe the pleasure, Agent Twilight? I thought I gave you the week off?”

“Don’t change the subject Syl… Handler. What the hell is this mission?”

“A honeytrap of course, one of your specialties.”

Twilight sighed heavily, “No it is not. I haven’t been assigned to one in three years. Send a younger agent, this one is simple enough.” He gestured towards the file “And what the hell, why did you send me home with a bag of condoms, what if my family found them? You could’ve jeopardized my work building the family trust!”

“Now, now, first, it’s only been two years, and I thought it was amusing. Anyway, why would a husband having condoms destroy a family’s trust, Twilight?”

“Ha, right of course.” Twilight looked at Sylvia in the eyes, “Is Operation Strix in question? Are WISE superiors not happy with my work? I have been busy with the planning around the new school year gala, we’ve spent a month collecting intelligence and data on every guest. And I have all my parent meetings and dinners that I’m able to get intel from. Is this work no longer useful… so you’re putting me on different missions?”

“Oh Twilight, you’re overreacting.” She rolled her eyes and laughed, leaning back. “Strix is fine, and everyone is happy about the intel we’re getting. There have always been side missions we need taken care of since the big purge of intelligence officers. I felt you were the right agent for this one, you never flinched at these missions before and were one of our best at extracting information from these targets… Come to think about it, weren’t you seducing an official’s daughter before we assigned Strix?”

Twilight clicked his tongue in response, “The target is too young, send an agent in his 20’s. I don’t want to deal with someone like her. If I’m one of the best, then don’t I get a say in missions sometimes as well?”

“Well actually we’re sending you because you are older. Seems like this target likes older men, must have some “daddy” issues, who wouldn’t with her shithead of a father, right? And now that you have been practicing at fatherhood, doesn’t it seem like the right match?”

Twilight scoffed at the suggestion, “Right… so being a father to Anya for Strix has made me more valuable for WISE and sex missions.” He shook his head in disbelief.

Sylvia’s face froze into a stone cold stare as she glared at Twilight, “Look, fuck her or don’t, drug her so she passes out for all I care. The only thing we ask is for you not to kill the ditz or knock her up. I trust you to do whatever it takes to get the intel you are assigned to. Remember who you are, Agent Twilight.” She slammed her finger towards the open files, pointing at an image of a lion symbol. “But you need to get into her father’s office and find any document with this symbol on it.”

“What exactly is the symbol for?”

“Right now I don’t feel I need to tell you what this mission is for, you have your orders. I have never cared or asked how you extract information from targets or even HOW you keep that fake marriage of yours intact. Don’t start getting morals now, Twilight. Remember what we are doing this for, to keep peace and protect people, not ourselves.”

She stood up hastily, walking back to her chair. Sinking into it she smiled again, “Anyway, we’re not trying to overwork you, remember you have the week off? Read through these files, more details on the location and time will be at dropzone A10 on Thursday night.” She nodded towards the file then then door, before picking up another file on her desk, opening it, “You are dismissed.”

Twilight jingled his keys as he tiredly turned the lock of the front door. Grabbing the doorknob he paused before turning it. The past few days he had been working late, avoiding Yor… avoiding talking about what happened. Every night he could hear the disappointment in her voice when he called home, saying he would be late. Twilight just wanted to get through the weekend before having to confront their new “relationship”.

He turned the knob heavily, opening the door. The tv lit the living room and filled the air.

“Heya Twi, er Loid.” Franky called from the couch with a beer in hand.

“What are you doing here?” Twilight asked as he shook his jacket off and hung his hat up.

“Grab a beer and join me!” Franky watched as Twilight loosened his tie and obeyed the command grabbing a bottle from the icebox. “Yor called me, sounds like she had a work thing tonight she wasn’t expecting and said you were working late… so I came over to watch Anya… Don’t worry, I made sure she ate a ton of candy and fried food.” Franky laughed as he took a drink.

Twilight sunk into the chair and took a long drink of the cold beer.

“So, what’s eating ya? And why are you ignoring your hot wife?” Franky sat back staring him down.

“I’m not ignoring Yor.”

Fluffy scoffed, “Look here, I’ve known you most of our lives and I know when something is eating you. And Yor… well she is pretty transparent when she’s upset, and she sure seemed so when she left me in charge.”

Twilight glanced at Franky then back to the tv, taking another drink and ignoring the questioning.

“Remember when you told me that we can't be emotionally attached because of the peace you’re working towards? I remember thinking, man Twi really is a robot with no feelings. All this war and espionage had taken any personal joy from you. And I tried to subscribe to that blindly without questioning.” Franky took a long drink before sighing, “But you know, over the past couple years, watching you as Loid, I can now see what else you meant… about why you are a spy, about doing this all for all the kids, like Anya. So they don’t have to live through the horrors that you, me, Yor, and so many did. We grew up with no parents, that generation ruined our childhood. But we can make it better.”

Twilight continued ignoring the musings of Franky, trying to not let any words get under his skin, trying to uncover his true emotions.

“Man I’m rambling… what I was getting at is you said you needed no emotions to do meaningful work, to make the world better. But I see the way you, Twi, look at Yor. I mean yeah she’s hot,” Franky glanced over to see Twilight shoot a glare at him, “but you admire her. You look at Anya with pride, and you should. I don’t think you need to be completely detached from emotions in order to fulfill your mission, and why you became a spy. I think you’re still the best agents WISE has, even with that look you get for your… family.” Franky slowed on the word family, something they both never had and gave up wishes for. “And… I know how much you love me, haha!” Franky forced a laugh, trying to end on a joke that fell flat.

They both drank more in silence, acting as if they were entranced by the late night show.

“Well, I should get going.” Franky coughed as he stood up.

Twilight watched silently as Franky made his way to the door nodding a farewell.

“Tell Yor I said hi, and tell Anya that I’m going to win the next round of Old Maid. She cheated last round. Night.”

With the latch click, Twilight was once more alone with his thoughts, his most constant companion.

—--

Yor walked into the house silently, the soft glow of the tv illuminated Loid, asleep in his armchair, book in hand. Yor smelled her hands as she approached him ‘Good I don’t smell like blood anymore, tonight wasn’t what the Garden had planned.’

Kneeling in front of him, she removed the book and cupped his cheek. It felt like she hadn’t seen him in months, when it had been only a few days. She was afraid she would forget the sweet face of his.

“Loid, Loid wake up, you should go to bed.” She whispered close to him.

Slowly his eyelashes fluttered open and he stared at Yor silently. Eyes flashed looking to her lips before he silently leaned forward, kissing her lips softly.

Yor looked away, cheeks red, when he broke the chaste kiss. “Come on, you should go sleep in your bed, your neck will hurt sleeping out here.”

Nodding he got up as they both quietly walked to their rooms. As she turned towards hers, Twilight grabbed her hand. “Stay with me, just to sleep, let me hold you?”

Blushing again, Yor nodded her head following him to the bed.

Her eyelids fell shut as she was enveloped by Loid’s embrace and scent. Feeling his breath and his nose nuzzled against her neck, Yor forgot the bloodshed of the day and drifted into dreams while being held in the safety of her husband’s arms.

—-

Twilight leaned back in his office chair, turning to look out the window over Berlint, the sun had begun to set. Sighing he looked at his watch, he had been hiding in his office since early morning.

Twilight woke to the dawn birds singing the sun rising. Yor’s shoulders rose and fell in his embrace, smiling, he closed his eyes and inhaled her scent. Slowly he pulled away from the sleeping woman, and silently pulled out a suit. Looking again at her before leaving the room, Twilight’s chest felt tight as he turned away, ‘I’m sorry Yor, I can’t give you what you want right now.’

Twilight closed his eyes, trying to remember the smell of Yor in his arms, feeling ashamed that he snuck out like he had done to so many targets over the years.

A light knock pulled him back to the reality of his office. “Dr. Forger?”

Fiona Frost opened the office door as Twilight turned towards the door. “Don’t you have better manners, I didn’t say you could enter. What if I was busy?”

“I know that you haven’t been Dr. Forger, you’re just hiding from your wife it seems? Have you finally given up on that lame duck?” Fiona spoke in monotone, peering at him with one eye.

“Haaa, will you just give it up and stop Miss Frost. It’s getting exhausting.” Fiona’s eyes slightly widened at his response, slight enough that only a great spy like Twilight noticed. “Now, why are you here, what’s that in your hands?”

“Your patient file for Saturday’s appointment (Details about Saturday’s mission)”

“I was going to pick those up from the clinic (I was ordered to pick them at a drop point)”

“I wanted to help Dr. Forger to get a jump on planning your diagnosis and treatments.”

Pinching his nose he sighed, “Just leave it on my desk, if you’re finished, you may leave.”

“Dr. if I may, I can help you read through the research and create a treatment plan that will benefit your research. (Let me work with you on this mission, I can help you plan so that you don’t have to stay with the target).”

“You may not, this is not your patient or your research. You can leave.” Twilight waved his hand towards the door. “Now Miss Frost.”

‘Why can’t you just look at me, you are miserable with that woman. Twilight, the greates spy, looks like a shell of a man because of… her…. I could be your perfect wife, work alongside you with your missions. You are being overworked, just love me Twilight!’

Twilight looked up at the stoic woman and raised his brows surprised at her not moving.

“Yes, Doctor. Have a good evening and good luck on your appointment.”

—-

[Hello?]

“Yor?”

[Oh Loid, are you going to be late again tonight?]

“I have a big appointment on Saturday, I just received the notes and research tonight. I think I’ll stay at the office tonight, I have a lot to work through.”

[...]

“I’m sorry Yor…” Twilight leaned his face against his fist, biting his lip.

[I–it’s ok Loid, make sure to eat something. Don’t drink too much coffee, take some medicine for your stomach and your shoulder. Don’t— don’t stay up all night.]

“Of course, thank you Yor for always caring for me.” He smiled through his words. “Tell Anya I love her… yes… good night, sleep well.” He sighed guiltily as hung up the receiver.

Taking the files Twilight pulled his tie off, unbuttoning his shirt as he sat on his office couch. Tonight would be a long night of planning and research.

—-

“Mama!” Anya waved as she hopped off the bus.

“Hi Anya!” Yor smiled, grabbing the girl's backpack as they turned towards the apartment. “Was camp good today?”

“Yup! Are we having girls only dinner tonight again?”

“Umm I’m not sure, your father has a really big research project due soon. He’s been super busy.” Yor sighed ‘And he keeps ignoring me…’

Anya pouted, her mission was beginning to falter. “Mama you should be bold! Becky said that a bold woman will always win and can’t be ignored!”

“Ah Anya, thank you! You always know what to say to cheer me up!” Yor nodded and smiled. ‘She has such good intuition, always knowing what I’m feeling.’

Let’s go buy some dinner, what do you want?”

“Laz-zag-nah!” Anya punched her fist in the air and marched towards the grocery.

Twilight opened the apartment door with a heavy sigh, he hardly slept the night before and needed to wash the two days worth of grime off. The white mastiff walked up nudging his hand,. “Hey Bond, how are you doing?” Crouching down to the dog's level, Twilight scratched Bond’s neck scruff,. “You missed me?” He squinted as a large lick answered his question.

Walking around the apartment he could see all the signs of his family living while he was gone. ‘When I leave, is this what it will be like? I guess, so… WISE will take care of the financially, and they will have each other…’ Slumping his shoulders he walked through the house straight to the hot shower.

When he was a boy he remembered his father going on long work trips, being gone for periods of a time. He never understood what his father did for a living, then suddenly he didn’t come home. He never found out what happened… Did his father abandon them? Or something else?

‘Ha, I guess history does have a tendency of repeating itself. ’ Twilight laughed to himself as he wiped the warm water down his face. ‘ Just get through this weekend Twilight, you’ll figure out what to say to Yor after…’

“Ok go wash up, Anya, I’ll start getting dinner ready.” Yor yelled out, juggling grocery bags as Anya burst into the apartment.

“Bond!” Anya pounced on her best friend hanging on to his neck. “Oh Papa, you’re home!”

“Hey peanut, I missed you.” He bent down holding his arms open as Anya jumped towards him. She still was so small, and hugging her had become one of Twilight’s favorite moments, a moment where he felt such peace.

“I wanna show you what I’ve been working on.” grabbing his hand Anya pulled the spy towards her room.

“Let me go say hi to Yor, I’ll be right in… But go wash your hands first.” He smiled as the girl pouted and rolled her eyes, dragging herself to the bathroom. Yor stood nervously picking at her fingers in the kitchen, watching the two. “Hey Yor…” Twilight sighed as he ran his hand down her arm taking her hand in his.

Standing hand in hand, they still felt a mile apart with walls that had been erected during the week. “Did you get all the work done?”

“No, I’ll probably work late tonight… Here of course, I think I need a break from the hospital food and coffee.” Loid smirked as he rubbed the back of his neck, “I’ll be going in early tomorrow for the patient trials, I don’t know when I’ll get home so don’t wait up ok? After tomorrow I’ll be back to my regular schedule, I promise Yor. We will have Sunday Family dinner.”

“Ok, don’t work too hard… I— I’ll start dinner, I bought a store-made lasagna. You should go see all the work Anya did this week, she’s been excited to show you.” Yor glanced down at their hands then to the side.

“Thank you Yor.” Giving her hand a squeeze, Twilight retreated from her orbit, disappearing to the other room.

—-

Anya’s eyes darted back and forth between her parents, she swore this was one of those deejay-voos. She couldn’t pinpoint her parents' thoughts and felt like she was failing at getting them to fall in love.

“What’s dievorts? Bobby in class said his parents are getting one and now his Papa isn’t around.” Anya stared at the two with daggers in her eyes.

‘Divorce? I guess Anya is getting old enough to start thinking analytically about her parents' relationship and comparing it to what she sees from the media and her friend’s parents. I have been spending so much time away from home this week, it’s no wonder why Anya would ask these types of questions… If I remember on page 132 of The Modern Parent’s Guide…’

‘Oh no, does she think that Loid wants to divorce me? I wonder if he’s fallen for some young nurse at the hospital and he’s ready to trade me in?...’

Anya sighed as she watched the adults lose themselves in their thoughts, “Ahem, what does it mean?”

“Oh Anya, that’s when two parents decide to spend some time apart. I know I’ve been gone a lot lately but don’t worry… I love Yor and you very much, you don’t have to worry about your parents.” Twilight smiled with his Loid mask on, proud of his concise answer. Yor felt her heart squeeze as she listened to his reassurances.

“Oh… Bobby said he gets to have two Birthday parties now, and two Christmases.” Anya sighed, happy about her parents being together, but sad about only having one of every holiday. “I’m finished, can I be excused?” With a nod from the adults she ran her plate to the kitchen then back to her room, slamming the door behind her.

“Haaaa, when will she learn to not slam the door…” Loid sighed.

“Have you ever thought about that?” Yor quietly asked, Loid’s face raising to meet her eyes. “About divorce?”

Twilight’s eyes bulged at the question, the small comment immediately packing 10x more guilt on his shoulders, “Yor, no… I have never considered that. I am truly happy being married to you.”

“But you could be married to anyone, you just happened to meet me and I agreed…” Yor looked away as she quietly spoke.

“Yor… that’s not true… I…”

“Let me clean up, you should get back to work… Don’t mind me, it was just a silly thought.” Yor gathered the dishes in a hurry before escaping to the kitchen leaving a slack jawed Loid at the table.

Twilight nodded, unsure how to respond. His chest felt tight as if he was stabbed when Yor spoke those words… in a sense it was true. He was just looking for any woman to be his wife. But fate intervened and the right woman showed up, the one that he…

Grabbing his suitcase, Twilight defeatedly escaped, back to his room to spend the night with his thoughts and missions.

Chapter Text

“Loid, do you want some coffee before you leave?” Yor stuck her head out from the kitchen doorway towards the rustling in the hall.

“Oh, Yor… It’s so early.” Twilight whispered, surprised.

“You said you were leaving early today, so I– I wanted to make sure you have coffee.” Yor fumbled with a large thermos.

The early day break was casting orange rays into the room, creating a glow against Yor’s clear skin. Twilight felt his heart tighten, he had wanted to sneak out before Yor and Anya were awake. Twilight held his breath as he watched her every move, entranced. Steam rose, circling around her dark hair as she poured the black coffee into the plaid thermos. He watched her nod her head down, her lips turning slightly up as she brushed her hair behind her ear. Her robe clung to her curves as she reached for the fresh milk, she glanced at Loid smiling before focusing back on the thermos.

“You want the cream on the top of the milk?” She smiled, her glowing crimson eyes glancing under her brow.

Remembering to breathe finally, “Yes I’d love that, you spoil me.”

She sighed with a quiet laugh. “Of course.” She scooped the cream from the bottle top, stirring the white liquid into the black coffee. Smiling at the bottle she spun the lid on and turned to the tall blond man leaning against the door frame, watching her every move. Pushing the thermos into his hands, she smiled brightly to him, “Be safe today Loid, have a good day. I’m proud of you.”

Twilight sucked in his breath as he felt her fingers brush against his. “Th– thanks… Yor, I…” Twilight leaned towards her, watching her raise her chin towards, closing her eyes. They edged closer to each other, breath mixing with one another. His tongue instinctively wet his lips, anticipating the melting of them together. ‘Twilight, get it together, you have to go now.’

“Loid…” Yor whispered.

Shaking his head, Twilight pulled back, grasping the thermos. “Thank you Yor. I have to get going, tonight I’ll be late, please don’t worry and stay up.”

Yor’s eyes flashed open as she felt him retreat, “Oh, yes. Have a nice day, Loid.” She watched him smile before turning and disappearing from the front door. Yor grasped her chest, ‘What is going on, why is he rejecting me like this.’

—----

Twilight sat in a darkened safe house room before a mirror as he formed his face into another’s, files and written details were scattered on the table. In the mirror before him sat Stefan Bernard, a lawyer from the border, 40 years old, well traveled… and about to get lucky, meeting a young woman who will be stood up on an early dinner date.

‘Tonight, you aren’t Loid. You are Stefan, you have no wife, you have no guilt, you are a new person. Because you are the greatest spy in all Westalis and Oestania.’ Twilight smiled at the brunette, bearded man smiling back at him.

—-

Stefan sat at the bar, scratching his goatee, tapping the counter while he stared at his watch. ‘5:45… I guess she isn’t a punctual individual…’

“Good day Miss Hoffmann, your table is ready.” The waiter greeted the blond woman.

“My date isn’t here yet?”

“No ma’am…”

“Tsk, I wanted to size him up. I don’t wait for men…” She sucked in through her teeth then sighed, “Well, Frederick… What are the chef’s specials today?”

The waiter smiled as he described the special menu as he ushered the woman to a table away from others in the window. Her hair was curled and bounced as she walked, she wore a colorful, mini swing dress and tall boots, a latest style that was the rage in the west. The dress showed off her long thin legs but still hugged her chest in an enticing manner. Taking off her oversized sunglasses, she revealed her round face; sharp eyes, a small turned up nose and voluminous lips. She was by all means incredibly beautiful yet the exact opposite of the woman he admired daily.

Her green eyes darted around the room, checking on every customer in the room. Her eyes landed on a man in a knit button down, jacket resting on his knee. His blue eyes locked with hers, nodding, raising his glass he smiled. Satisfaction filled her face as she sat down, biting her lip before looking away.

“Ma’am, a bottle of a 10 year aged Grands Crus Bordeaux, compliments of the gentleman at the bar.”

The woman looked up from her meal and smiled, “Ah, my favorite… A perfect pairing for this meal. I guess having my date stand me up was a blessing in disguise.”

“Sir, Miss Hoffman requests your company at her table.” The waiter tapped Stefan’s shoulder.

‘Perfect as always Twilight.’ His blue eyes flashed with satisfaction as the man currently known as Stefan began to stroll to the waiting table, locking eyes with his target. ‘Back in business, I might’ve had a break from these missions, but my instincts and charm still are flawless.’

—-

“Another glass Charlotte?”

“Oh look at that, have we finished the second bottle already?” Charlotte giggled as she held her glass out to the man across from her, “And we’re… friends … now, I told you, call me Lottie.” With her glass in hand she leaned forward on the table pressing her chest against her arms, accentuating her cleavage.

A sly smile spread across his face as he emptied the bottle into their two glasses, “Yes, we are friends, but I think I’d like to get to know you even more before calling your name… so casually… Char–lotte.” Stefan slowed his words, lacing them each with more seductiveness as they came out.

She smiled and glanced down at his hands then her glass before locking eyes again with him. “So after this glass, shall we have another drink here… or my place?” She slowly brought the wine glass to her lips, tilting the glass to sip then in hushed tone, “I can show you my… rare vintage whiskeys, I’m sure you’ll love their full bodied flavors.”

‘Oh my god, this woman is ridiculous. I guess most men would eat this up.’ Twilight moaned and eyerolled in his head as Stefan smiled, licking his lips in response to her. ‘Sooner I can get this over with the better so I can go home to…’ Twilight quietly shook his head, getting his thoughts back on the mission as he finished his glass.

“I’m sure they’re amazing and so smooth, a young woman like you clearly has good taste. In many ways…”

“Oh Stefan, you’re so naughty.” She whispered in a giggle, “Why can’t men my age be more like you, you’re so refined.” Charlotte sighed as she leaned back in her chair looking at the last drink in her glass.

She moved her eyes from Stefan’s feet to his face, then in a flash she finished her drink and grabbed his hand. “I think I hear the whiskey calling us… You are free all evening, right?”

“For you darling, I’m definitely free.”

Leaning forward Charlotte moved her lips to his ear, she grazed her teeth over his lobe and breathlessly whispered “Because I will keep you up all night… No one will be home to hear anything”

Twilight shuddered uncomfortably against the tickle of her breath, squeezing his eyes shut for a moment he inhaled deeply.

His misinterpreted trembling made her eyes light up and she bit her lip excitedly. Grabbing his hand she pulled him to her side, leading him out of the restaurant and to the waiting car.

Twilight struggled in the tight quarters of the car as Charlotte pulled herself against him, against Stefan. She nuzzled her nose into his neck before starting to lightly kiss the side of his neck.

‘Twilight, this is fine, this is normal. You know what to do. Soon she will be eating out of your hand and you will get all the information you need…’

A thin hand began sliding down his chest to his belt, instinctively Twilight grabbed the hand. Under his breath he whispered, “Lottie, let’s not get too ahead of ourselves… the driver…”

“Oh he’s fine…” her hand tried to move further.

“Lottie,” he said deeply… “Anticipation makes things better… yes?”

Rolling her eyes, her hands retreated and she flipped herself back to her side of the car’s backseat. Flipping her blond hair behind her ear she smugly smiled to Stefan, “Well then, I am setting my expectations higher now.”

—-

The Hoffman Mansion stood proudly at the end of a large drive, Twilight began to run the floorplans through his mind as they walked to the side entrance hand in hand.

“This is an impressive estate.” Stefan looked over the building blocking the sunset’s rays from his eyes as he inspected, “So where is this special liquor collection?”

“It’s in the library, come on let’s hurry!” Charlotte bit her lips as she tugged on him, leading them through tall hallways.

‘Perfect, Colonel Hoffman’s office should be right off the library a couple doors away.’ Twilight smiled to himself.

Dark amber liquid poured into a glass before being handed over to Stefan’s long fingers. The two took a sip of the drink as they sat together on the large leather sofa. The room was two stories tall, with bookshelves on three walls. ‘Anya would sure be impressed with this room…’ Twilight thought as he looked around.

“Penny for your thoughts?” Charlotte sipped as she moved closer to Stefan.

“Oh I was just thinking about the grandeur of this library and how my daugh— dog would have fun here.”

‘What was that Twilight, why did you almost casually blurt out something about Anya? You are Stefan not Loid!’ Twilight berated himself as his Stefan mask smiled on.

“Your dog?” she questioned before taking another sip.

“Oh, yeah haha, my dog… It’s funny, he loves books. He will lay at my feet whenever i’m reading, but as soon as I set the book down he snatches it up and hides it in his bed or curls up with it.” Stefan scratched the back of his neck, ‘Good save Twilight, stop thinking about Loid’s shit.’

“Ohh you have a dog, how adorable.” Charlotte took the glass from his hands, setting it on the table. “Why don’t we take a break from this right now.”

In a swift motion she pulled herself over Stefan, straddling his body before settling herself in his lap, “Now this is more like it…” pulling herself against him she pressed her mouth onto his.

Twilight squeezed his eyes shut and froze, feeling her lips against his he had to fight the urge to push her away. ‘You are Stefan, you are Stefan. Single, lawyer, dates around, has a dog?’ Twilight began berating himself, ‘You are Stefan, you are Stefan.’ Slowly he opened his lips to hers and embraced her shoulders allowing her to sink fully into him.

Her lips moved down his cheek to his ear before shifting down his neck, her hands pushing his light jacket open. He felt her hands push his jacket over his shoulders as her hips rolled against his. Twilight looked up at the library ceiling, ignoring the sensations and took a deep breath. He wished he would look back down and see his wife in his lap.

‘You have to get into the office… time to act Twilight!’ Holding her chin, Stefan moved her face away from his neck and looked at her in the eyes. Her eyes were a clear green, staring at him like he was a delicious steak. ‘I wish I could see Yor’s eyes look at me like this right now…’

“Hey…”

“Hey…” His response mimicked.

“Would you like to go to my room?” Charlotte slid her bottom lips under her teeth as she stared at Stefan’s lips.

“Oh yes…” the corners of his lips curled into a smirk, “But first is there a bathroom nearby?”

“Yes… just two doors down the hall.” She nodded her head in the direction of the hall off the library then rolled her body against his.

“Why don’t you go to your room, I’ll go wash up.” He leaned forward and whispered in her ear, “Go get ready for me.”

She pulled herself back and squealed excitedly, “My room is up the stairs, first on the right.” She kissed him deeply then hopped out the door, “I’ll be waiting…”

Twilight took a deep breath and unconsciously wiped his mouth on his sleeve as he listened to her quick steps go up the stairs. Beside the hall door from the library large double doors were slightly ajar… the office…

Sliding in, Twilight pulled out his tiny camera and quickly began flipping through files, taking photos. His body moved at lightspeed, going from shelf to file cabinet to table, shuffling the papers, snapping photos, his eyes quickly scanning words and symbols for information. Then there it was… the Lion seal. Grabbing the 5 folders stacked on the desk, he began flipping the pages when his ear perked to the sound of steps.

“Stefan?” Charlotte poked her head into the office peering around the empty room.

The sound of running water and a flush sounded through the quiet room like a horn blast. Opening the door light flooded in the office from the attached bathroom as Stefan walked out patting his hands. “Oh Lottie? Sorry I got a little lost finding a bathroom.”

She leaned back against the large desk and smiled, “Oh it’s fine, honestly it’s kinda hot in here.” she fanned herself, acting as if she was in a heat wave, then untying her robe she revealed a lace negligee and motioned for him, “Come here… why don’t you help me with this burning feeling.”

Stefan walked slowly toward her pulling off his jacket as he approached, throwing his jacket on the desk beside her as he stopped mere inches from her body. Quickly he lifted her up and sat her on the desk before sinking his head to her neck, kissing down the skin. Her eyes fluttered closed as she pulled his shoulders against hers.

Twilight’s eyes scanned the desk for more files as his body and lips began moving through engrained motions from years of training. ‘Two more files there… That paper there says… Oh and that…’ He moved one hand from his pocket with the small camera and as he guided her head and lips towards his neck, he deftly worked the camera behind her snapping shots while the rest of him began moving reflexively.

Soon his body began over taking his mind as he felt legs wrapping around him more and hands softly move over his chest. “Mmm… Yor, Yor…”

“Yes, Stefan, what do you like?”

Twilight heard the metal clinking of a belt then felt the cool feeling of fingers edging themselves below his waistband snapping his mind out of autopilot, ‘Wait, what, no… omg stop!’ Twilight grabbed her arms, pulling her from the desk and in a flash turned them, pushing her away. “Wait! No!”

He stood there panting, now with his back to the desk and the blonde standing stunned in front of him panting. Her hair was askew, her lipstick smudged, the strap of the negligee fallen from her shoulder exposing herself. She was a beautiful young woman, skin was flawless, she was thin but still with curves. Any man would want to worship the ground she crossed, and a man like Stefan would be chomping at the bit to bed her. But all Twilight saw was that she wasn’t Yor. Her green eyes weren’t crimson, her short curled blonde bob wasn’t long, straight black locks, her young perfect body wasn’t Yor’s muscular, curved, ripened, experienced body. She wasn’t Yor, and all he wanted was Yor, forever.

His breath began to quicken and Twilight felt his chest begin to tighten and his heart beat hard. ‘How could I do this, to my family…’ He covered his mouth with his hand as his eyes darted around the room. “I— I’m so sorry…” Twilight gasped as he ran his fingers through his hair, still unable to look in the woman’s direction.

“Stefan…” she walked towards him resting her palms on his chest, “What’s wrong, what can I do to make you feel–”

Twilight grabbed her hands and threw them to the side. “No, stop. This was a mistake. I’m sorry this was a huge mistake.” He finally looked up at her as she took a step back. “I– I have a family… a young daughter…”

“Oh… that’s oka–”

“No. I’m married.” Twilight ran his hand over his face as he began to hyperventilate. “My wife… I can’t believe I…”

A look of disgust washed over Charlotte’s face as she took another step away, “But you said…”

“I’m sorry.” Twilight grabbed his jacket from the desk and hurried out the room, holding his pants from falling.

Rushing out the side entrance, Twilight felt in a panic and began to almost run down the drive towards the gate. ‘What did you do Twilight? What are you doing? This wasn’t the plan!’

He heard Charlotte shouting at him as he rushed away, “You LIAR, you cheater! I hope your wife finds out you’re a liar and she leaves you! You terrible man! You lying asshole! You don't deserve anyth...”

Outside the estate he slumped onto a bench clasping his shirt. Twilight’s breath was erratic and he felt like his chest was being crushed under a huge weight and his throat was closing. He felt sheer panic washing over him in waves while it squeezed him. The feeling was completely foreign to him and felt as if his heart would explode or he would stop breathing. ‘Twilight, breath, deeply, calm yourself.’ He sat for awhile, breathing through his nose and mouth, trying to calm his mind from the racing pain it was in.

After minutes that felt like eternity, Twilight had calmed his panic and nerves and was breathing normally again. His chest still felt tight but no longer felt like it was being stabbed. Looking over at the jacket beside him he unfolded it and checked the 5 folders that were wrapped in the fabric. ‘Well you got these…’

Notes:

I had conflicting feelings about how to write Twilight in a honey trap, how far does he get? But I knew I had to have something physical happen for him to experience the confusion of feeling really emotions compared to his regular non-feeling honeytraps.

I also didn't want Lottie to be an unlikeable character, she was tricked by him as well, and her shouting at the end I feel was very much needed. Because he IS a liar, and he has to figure out what that means now with his emotions. Also he got his first panic attack... quite the day for good ole Twi

Chapter Text

“Mama! Look at this! I made her hair pink like mine.” Anya shoved the coloring book into Yor’s blank stare.

“Oh, I’m sorry, I must've zoned out." Yor shook her head, "Wow, Anya! You also shaded everything too and chose very nice colors. Maybe you will become an artist!” Yor smiled brightly at the little girl and felt her heart almost burst with pride. ‘I’m so lucky she’s my daughter.’

Anya listened to the pride from the black haired adult and felt her cheeks blush, she never knew she would have a family like this and pinched herself sometimes. “I’m lucky I have a cool, powerful Mama! And Papa too!”

“Oh thank you!” Yor’s cheeks pinkened. “Let me heat up some leftovers for dinner. Your father won't be home for dinner so it will just be us!”

The two sat and gossiped about school starting up while sharing their hopes for the next school year. Anya was convinced she would become an Imperial Scholar this year and make them proud.

As the credits for the latest Berlint in Love rolled, Yor looked at the sleeping Anya, cuddled against Bond. Smiling, she quickly stood up and walked towards the girl. ‘Well, I guess I’ll just put you to bed now.’

Kneeling down, she gathered the child into arms, slowing as she felt her stir. “Shhh, Anya, it’s bedtime.”

Slowly walking to the bedroom, Yor felt the little girl's heartbeat. ‘She’s still so small but has also grown so much. The more she grows up the less I see of Loid, she must be a replica of her mom…’ Yor’s heart stung for a moment at the thought, starting to compare herself to a woman that she could never beat, to a woman who was no longer around… ‘I wonder if Loid has been thinking about her mother, I don’t even know when she passed.’

Leaning over the bed, Yor grabbed Anya’s nightgown and pulled the bedsheets back. “Anya, you gotta change into your pajamas.” She sat her on the bed, and although still asleep, the little girl unconsciously raised her arms at the suggestion, allowing her mother to pull her dress off and ready her into her nightwear.

Pulling the blankets up over Anya’s shoulders, Yor sat silently, watching her sleep. Brushing a bit of hair out of Anya’s face, the girl’s face wrinkled at the touch for a second before returning to her peaceful sleeping self.

‘She’s so beautiful and looks so angelic sleeping.’ Yor watched the girl more intently, taking in the girl’s features, ‘I wonder what our child will look like when they sleep like this… like Loid or me…’

Yor jerked up at her subconscious thought and stood. ‘What are you thinking, Yor? What child, why are you thinking about that?’   Lightly slapping her face to dismiss the thoughts, she walked to the kitchen, pouring herself a glass of wine before cozying into the couch with her latest novel.

Two pages in Yor’s mind began to wander again. ‘I wonder if Loid has been avoiding me… maybe there’s another woman.’ she sighed heavily at the thought. ‘I guess I could follow him, Thorn Princess is a master at tracking a person.’ She looked upward as her mind played through those scenarios.

‘No! No Yor, you can’t follow Loid… I just have to be a better wife, I need to satisfy him… I need to like earlier, do…’

Her face began to heat as she started replaying their night together in her head. She remembered the look on Loid’s face as he came, his gasping pants, his muscular body, the memory caused her body to warm and wetness pool in her core. Her hand touched her lips before moving down her body to the source of the warmth. Slowly her hand slid under her waist band and moved over her wet lower lips. As she moved her hand over herself feeling her juices coat her fingers she tried to imagine Loid’s large hand moving over her. Her brows knitted and she let out a dejected sigh. It wasn’t the same, and right now her body wanted him.

Yor slid down into the couch and shook her arms and legs in a small frustrated tantrum… ‘ This won’t work…’ She sighed before grabbing her book she started to focus on each word on the page.

The night air brushed against his cheek, starting to itch from the facial hair glued to his face. Twilight looked at his watch ‘It’s past ten, this night ended not how I expected and earlier…’

He remained sitting on a bench around the block from the manor, his body still frozen, recuperating from the emotional rollercoaster earlier. Sighing heavily he pulled his body upright and sweeped the jacket on, over his arms which then held the files close to his chest. Flipping the collar up his fingers fumbled in the pocket, pulling out a lighter and a cigarette. He pulled on the facial hair as he walked, pulling the pieces off between hits on his cigarette. Throwing the beard away in a trash can as he passed, Twilight took a long drag, he felt the nicotine move through his system, calming his nerves.

‘When was the last time I had a smoke… I don’t any more because Anya said it smelled… I can’t remember the last time I felt like I needed one. Tonight proved you’re off your game Twilight. This is getting dangerous. What was that back there, my chest, my breathing, my lungs… it was almost like I had a panic at– no that’s not possible. I’m just stressed, I need to have less coffee.’

Twilight shook his head at the thought, but as Loid, now an actual practicing psychiatrist after all these years, he understood what the symptoms he experienced pointed to, but he began to persuade his brain that it was something else. There was no way that he, the top trained spy, could ever have a panic attack. And Loid wasn’t even a real psychiatrist, so any of that knowledge was just happenstance and not valid in Twilight’s mind.

He was finishing his second cigarette as he rounded the corner to the photobooth.

The halls were dim with not many people walking within HQ. Twilight passed Sylvia’s office seeing the door ajar and the light on. He sucked in a deep breath as he lightly knocked on the door.

“Come in.”

Twilight walked in silently and dropped the files he had taken and the rolls of film on to her desk. “I managed to get these along with the photos. I’m sure there will be something helpful for whatever this mission was for.”

Sylvia looked at her wristwatch then up to Twilight smirking, “Well look at the time, have you set a record with a honeypot? Was Stefan a bit premature?” She laughed at herself, “So what did you do with her? I wasn’t expecting hand delivery over a late night drop.”

Twilight looked up to the ceiling and pursed his lips shut ignoring her inquiry. She grabbed the files and flipped through them, her eyes lighting up, “Did you look through these?”

“No, I really wasn't interested in the least bit about this mission. If that’s all I'm going to use the shower and leave.” Twilight pulled the wig off as he walked out the room. “And… don’t send me on those missions again.”

“We will see, Twilight, remember it’s not your job to make requests. Good work, go home and relax. As promised you can focus on Strix solely for now.”

Twilight felt a weight fall onto his shoulders at her comment as he left the room and walked down the hall. Sitting on the bench of the locker room, he looked in the mirror and removed the remaining facade of Stefan all while inspecting himself for any marks of Lottie remaining on his skin.

“Hey it’s Twilight, heard about your mission tonight.” Two young agents walked into the shared space. “That socialite is so hot, man I’m jealous of you.”

“Yeah Twilight, give us some advice on how to get in bed with that vixen, what lines did you use on her. Heard that she’s really wild.”

“Did you know she is only 20?”

“Damn, I really need to get a piece of that. C’mon Twilight, you have to teach us how you seduce so many women.”

Twilight squeezed his eyes shut trying to quiet their voices. ‘ God where is WISE getting these new recruits, such idiots. How could they even suggest something like that, when I’m a father and married man… Wait Twilight, what did you just think?’

Twilight stood up abruptly ignoring the men but glaring at them intensely before grabbing a towel and going to the showers.

Water ran over his shoulders as he leaned his head back into the weak shower pressure. ‘I can’t go home smelling like another woman. Yor will know, it is going to jeopardize Operation Strix. I have to get clean, I need to get all this off me. I can’t believe I did that.’

Grabbing the bar of soap, Twilight began to furiously scrub his skin, as if he wasn't trying to not only wash away any lingering smell but also to erase the whole evening. Twilight couldn’t understand the new wave of guilt enveloping him, he had never experienced so much guilt in one week.

Nightfall walked into the shared space and peered in the low light, surprised to see Twilight brushing his teeth over a sink, hair still wet. His demeanor was dejected as he aggressively scrubbed his teeth. ‘He is just wasting away, my poor Twilight.’

“Twilight. Look at you…” Fiona slid up to him as he continued to brush his teeth. “Was the mission bad? You look upset. You know I would never get in the way of any mission, even if you were with another woman. You would never have to feel bad for me.”

Twilight grabbed the sink edge and slumped his shoulders before spitting. “What the hell are you talking about, Nightfall.”

“Well, you know I would always serve you if I was your wife, however you need—”

“Would you just stop already? Nightfall, I respect you as an agent but that is where any thought of you ends. Tsk.” He rinsed the toothbrush before turning to face the blond woman, “Stay away from Operation Strix… and me.” Twilight moved past her.

Twilight pulled his hat down and his coat tighter as he felt his feet move quickly down the quiet, night streets. Unconsciously his feet led the way, soon moving faster and faster, until the cool air hitting his face told his mind he was running. He didn’t notice the few strange looks he got as he ran down the sidewalk, all that was on his mind was one thing. ‘I need to get home… get home to her.’

Coming to a halt, Twilight bent over catching his breath before looking up. There he stood across the street from their apartment, the living room window glowing with light, like a beacon for him in the night. He was a moth and mesmerized by that light as he moved towards it.

‘She stayed up and waiting… like always.’ Twilight felt a tightness in his chest at the thought.

Slowly the knob turned on their front door and he silently shut the door behind him. The faint static from the record player spinning the needle dancing along the middle, the record long since played through. Silently moving through the room, Twilight pulled the needle arm back and flipped the players switch. Moving his eyes through the room he landed on Yor lying on the couch asleep.

Walking around the coffee table, Twilight crouched down and looked at his wife as she slept. Her breath was slow and deep, her face was soft in a relaxed state, she looked like an angel with the soft glow from the street light highlighting her. Yor lightly murmured then smiled slightly before her face relaxed while she slept. Twilight took a deep breath in pushing down the fluttering he felt in his chest. He reached he hand out and softly brushed her cheek with his thumb.

“Yor…” Twilight whispered as he lowered his face near hers moving his hand from her cheek to pushing a hair behind her ear.

Yor’s eyes fluttered open slowly focusing on Loid’s face before her.

“Yor, I–I’m so, so sorry, I…” His glassy eyes darted around her face, and his lip looked as if it might quiver with his words.

At Loid’s quiet apologies, Yor sat up fast then moved her hands around his face, to his shoulders, then down his arms. Her breath quickened and her eyes scanned over him. “Are you hurt Loid? What happened? What’s wrong?” the panic began to fill her voice.

Twilight grabbed her meandering hands bring them to his lips kissing them before moving them to his cheeks. He shook his head in her hands. “No, no, I’m ok Yor.” He stood up and sat beside her holding her hands in his.

“What’s wrong Loid?” Yor started playing all the worse scenarios through her head.

“I’m sorry I’ve been so distant this week. Work has been…” Twilight sighed, unsure how to phrase the feelings. “It’s been tough.” Twilight lowered his head not looking her way.

“Do you regret the other night?” Yor bit her nail.

Twilight turned his head at her in a flash, his eyes wide, “No not at all, I real–”

Smiling Yor interrupted Loid as she leaned towards him, bringing her lips to his in a soft chaste kiss. They separated both their eyelids heavy as they breathed in each other.

“Yor I would never regret anything with you.” Twilight moved his hand behind her head and wove his fingers into her hair. He pulled her towards him into a kiss before continuing. “I could never leave you.” Pulling her into another kiss then breaking it, he continued, “You’re so important to me, my wife, my everyth–”

Yor frustratingly ended his proclamations as she deepened a kiss, her tongue ran over his lips before being granted entry. Their tongues intwined as Twilight wrapped his hands around her waist and lifted Yor, pulling her ontop of him to straddle his lap.

Tonight he was just Loid, just a man loving his wife. No mission, no Twilight, no Strix.

Notes:

Sorry for the delay! I hope you enjoy this chapter!

Twilight is definitely having a bit of a struggle, and Yor, I think, is experiencing sexual frustration for the first time. The flood gates of their relationship are bursting.

Chapter Text

Frenzied hands moved over each other as Twilight and Yor lost track of where they each start or stop. Between kisses the two muttered barely audible compliments and endearments to each other.

‘Yor is so sweet and perfect, too perfect. Don’t do anything to ruin this Twili– Loid. You’ve never been in a relationship, you can’t fuck it up.’ Twilight worried as he lost himself in Yor’s arms, the feeling creeping into a new territory for him.

Yor opened her eyes slightly as they kissed, ‘Loid is so amazing, he is so honest with me and forthcoming. And I’m just a lying killer. How do I deserve this?’ Yor’s self doubt began to boil over as she squeezed her eyes shut.

Unknown to each other, they each held the other on impossible pedestals while they both fought their own self loathing. Pedestals they each worshiped so high neither thought they would reach each other, they each felt that they would never climb to the same level.

“I know… ahh… I will never replace your… haaa… first… wife, but I will…” Yor whispered her worry as she kissed his jaw to his neck.

Hearing her mention his “first wife” Twilight pulled her slightly away from him. “Yor, please don’t do that.”

She lowered her chin and gaze as if he was scolding her.  ‘ You just ruined it Yor…’ She berated herself.

Twilight held her chin and raised her gaze to his then sighed, “Haa… we were young and forced into things because of the circumstances, not love. It was more like a crush in your youth… it never would have lasted… it never was like what we have, respect, friendship… attraction.”

On his last word he returned to their kisses less frenzied and more chaste, ‘ Partial truths, every good cover has some truth.’ He felt her melt against him, as a weight lifted from Yor’s shoulders, ‘How long had she been harboring this worry?’

It was the truth, Twilight had never had a relationship as they had, all his past situationships had been forced onto him because of circumstances and need of information. This was a path into an unknown universe for Twilight he was discovering. Although they never discussed their past relationships, from the research he assumed they were both blindly discovering what a relationship meant.

Feeling slight relief in a comparison she built in her head that could never be beat, a glimer of her confident self emerged again. “I–I always think of you… every night. Do you?” Yor gasped as Loid bit her ear lobe lightly. She started to feel a boiling desire build within her chest at the sharpness of his teeth against her skin. A desire that she knew well, but also wildly new.

Twilight shook his head in agreement as he continued kissing her neck while his hands moved under her shirt. Lightly they brushed against her hardened nipple, hearing her breath hitch he smiled against her skin, “Say my name, Yor… say your husband’s name…”

“Loid… ah yes… Loid… please…” Yor gasped feeling his hot breath tickling her ear, her nails began to dig into his shoulder. Her body shivered as she felt his hard member grow under her teasing hips unconsciously grinding against him.

The room was silent other than the echoing sounds of the two reveling in each other until a door creak cut through the space to land on their ears.

Both their instincts were triggered and immediately froze at the sound. Twilight quickly covered Yor’s mouth as he looked beyond her towards the hallway.

‘Is someone breaking in?’  They each thought separately preparing for a fight, tensing their bodies and observing every piece of dust in the air.

Floating across the hallway, a sleepy Anya, with eyes closed, made her way to the bathroom.  Both released the tension of fight mode hearing the girl enter the bathroom. Yor, still held by Loid, tilted her head to listen. Moments later they heard the little girl flush the toilet before sauntering back towards her room, eyes still closed.

‘She didn’t even wash her hands?!’ Twilight’s nose crinkled as his mouth opened in disgust. ‘I need to go over hygiene principles again, it’s important for a father to teach, and before scho…’

Twilight, deep in thought, didn’t hear their daughter's door shut or see Yor’s eyes smile at knowing exactly what was going through his mind. After two years she knew how to read him when it came to parenting Anya. Grabbing his hand she pulled him from his thoughts and back to them.

Back to their reality, Twilight became entranced in the deep swirling crimson eyes of the woman before him. Their corners squinted a bit as she smiled at him, keeping his gaze. They both stared at the desire building in the pools of blue and crimson.

In a swift motion Twilight stood grabbing under Yor’s hips. Surprised, Yor yelped and instinctively wrapped her legs and arms around the man.

“Shhh…” Twilight smiled in response to her squeal as she covered her mouth from the surprise. Quickly he shuffled toward his room at the end of the hall, slowing in front of Anya’s room to hear if there was any movement beyond the door. The two sighed relieved to hear the soft snores of their daughter.

Pushing the door shut with his foot, Twilight spun around and pressed Yor against the door with his body, capturing her lips as soon as the door latched shut. Her legs still wrapped around him allowed his hands cupping her round ass to begin their exploration, squeezing and rubbing, holding her against his hips, as her hands began swift work pulling his tie from his neck.

Yor’s fingers then fumbled over the small shirt buttons causing her to come up for a breath and break their kiss. With a determined look she soon enough buttons opened, exposing his undershirt, Yor dove her hands into stiff fabric, pulling at the shirt hems.

Yor felt the hard wood door pressed against her, she was positioned in a way her training taught her to fight against, but she still wrapped her arms around his chest trying to pull Loid further into her embrace until they blended together. She was trapped but as her confident half bubbled to the surface, watching how her movements made Loid squirm, and she knew she was in control.

Slowly Yor unwrapped her legs and planted them on the ground, freeing Loid’s hands holding her to begin pulling up her shirt. Pulling bodies apart they both furiously and awkwardly stripped the clothes off each other while trying to not break their kisses. As Yor peeled his undershirt off she paused looking at his shoulder and chest bandaged, and the memory of last weekend flooded back into her mind stopping her, stopping the flurry.

Now standing in front of each other, in just underwear, both sets of eyes and hands explored, softly mapping their scars and wounds exposed in the darkened room. Each inspected the other's body in amazement and also intrigue, there were so many things unsaid, so many wounds physical and mental they both undoubtedly received as children during the war and after. Life hadn't been kind to many during this Cold War and division. Silently acknowledging that truth, they had respect for each other's scars in a way to never feel the need to pry or reopen them.

“It’s ok, I’m ok.” Twilight whispered to her when she whimpered slightly while looking at his wrapped shoulder.

His hands moved up her sides and one trailed the scar across her chest, his clear blue eyes focused while following his fingers. ‘I know Yor has always been shy about this, and it isn’t that old, it's more recent not from the war. I’ve never asked her about it, I don't know how to or if I should, I'm too scared to know. Too scared... Is it because I worry about her safety? Or what I would do? Or for the mission? I never had that worry or fear since mother…’ His gaze met back with Yor’s pleading for a response as his hand still traced the gash.

“It’s ok.” She whispered a vague reassurance to his tracing fingers and his wandering thoughts, then smiled as she felt the tickle against her scar. ‘Maybe one day I will tell you…’

Twilight turned the two of them around and walked Yor back towards the bed slowly, deeply kissing her as they moved. As their legs hit the edge of the bed, their bodies dropped to the soft blankets. Yor pulled her body up the bed and smirked as she watched Loid follow her in a crawl like an obedient animal, but his eyes aflame with need.

‘Twilight be careful, don’t make Yor feel trapped, I don’t feel like getting kicked tonight .’ Twilight mused to himself as he crawled while they kissed. ‘This isn’t like other times you’ve been with women… this is a… first .’ His thought made him break the kiss and push himself onto his hands, staring down at the woman under him.

Her jet black hair was loose and sprawled over the white linens of his bed. Yor slowly opened her heavy eyelids, while her lips parted slightly. Pink blushing highlighted all over her body with heat emanating as she gazed up at him from under her long, dark lashes. The corner of Twilight's lip curled as his vision wandered down to her heaving chest, one hard nipple half exposed from her disheveled bra while her other breast pushed against it's confines begging for him to release it. Then down past her firm, muscular stomach flexing with her heavy breath, to below her bellybutton where her sex hidden under her panties, visibly wet from her attraction. Every part of her was perfect, all her scars, her muscles, her porcelain skin pink with desire, her soft lips and silky hair, and most attractive was her unknown power. She tortured him in her perfection. Twilight couldn't help but feel conflicting urges while staring at her... to bury his cock into her and relentlessly ravage her all night until she screamed or worship her on an alter of his making to gently caress her every inch of her delicate skin.

‘This really is a first…’

Now fully over her, hands on either side of her head, Yor looked up at the man staring down at her. The proof of his attraction pushed against his boxers, and his cheeks were red as he panted. She watched his blue eyes survey her and smiled inwardly at the half of his hair standing on end, mussed up from their frenzy. Yor was cocooned with Loid's muscular body over her, in the safety of his strong arms and not in fear of confinement. She felt secure, like those walls around meek, quiet Yor were allowed to open to her full self.

Twilight lowered his hips between her legs, pressing his hardness against Yor’s pooling heat before lowering the rest of his body to envelope her pressing his weight down against her. Yor kissed his cheeks and chin to his neck as he focused on her body. Wrapping one arm behind her, his nimble fingers unlatched her bra then pulling it away, he freed her breasts for his hands to worship, rolling a pebbled nipple between his finger and his thumb, applying pressure to pinch and make Yor moan while she bit his lower lip. As he explored more he found what to pull whimpers of pleasure from Yor or pushing of her hips to his.

Soon Twilight broke from their exploratory kisses and grinding, and started trailing kisses down her neck to her scar, slowly kissing along the line of it before moving further, taking her breast in his lips. Blue eyes glanced up at Yor, watching her response as Twilight ran his tongue around her pink nipple, enticing more mewing and clawing against his back.

“Loid, ah yes… Loid…” Yor panted as she dug her nails into his back holding herself to him as she rolled her hips, begging for more contact with him.

Hearing her call that name, Twilight felt as if he was falling into a sea of pleasure making his cock push against his boxers, begging to be freed. He grazed his teeth over her delicate skin and ran his tongue over her hardened peaks, then nipped along his trails as his mouth and tongue memorized their movements and outcome they produced. He wanted to hear that name and pleasure dancing across her lips over and over, drowning in the sounds so that maybe he would lose himself and become the desired man.

Yor felt a chill as Loid sat up on his knees and determinedly pulled her underwear down her legs before throwing it to the room’s corner. Yor watched as he instinctively licked his lips when his hands moved up and over her thighs, coaxing her legs to open, to reveal the dark curls of her mound. Although this was not the first time, every touch still felt brand new to where she covered her eyes to him, unable to see him stare at her privates so intently. With her eyes covered only enhanced her senses, Yor bit her lip as she felt her anticipation grow rapidly. One hand moved to her center and he ran his thumb up that wet line before pulling her labia open to expose her warm center. The touch elicited a soft whine, while she opened her knees to his offering.

“Yor, this is so… you are so…” For once Twilight was at a loss for words, his eyes darkened with desire.

Laying his body flat to the bed he settled himself between Yor’s legs, both Twilight’s thumbs moved over her slick lips, opening them to reveal her swollen, pink sex. She could feel his breath hot against her skin before he pressed his tongue deeply into her folds, drinking from her, before trailing up to her clit. Yor could feel her legs tremor at his first touch, she quickly moved her hand over her mouth, trying to block the still unrecognizable sounds wanting to escape her lips. Watching her reaction and remembering their first night, Twilight proudly smiled against her focusing his tongue on the bundle of nerves while slowly inserted a finger. He felt her tighten around his finger in response to it’s exploration, slowly pumping it in and out of her slick. Slowly he added another and as he moved, curled his fingers, pressing against the button inside that he learned could make Yor unravel.

“Oh Loid, yes there, oh my god, Loid!” Yor shot her hand down and tangled her fingers into his hair, grabbing and pulling as she felt the pressure build inside.

The sharp pain of his hair pulled, elicited an unconscious moan against her and caused Twilight to close his eyes in the pleasure of Yor’s tight grip. “That’s right… let go… good…” Twilight whispered against her wet cunt as he felt Yor’s muscles start tightening around his long fingers as her orgasm grew. Yor became lost in the wave as she felt the vibrating murmurs, while he relentlessly lapped up her folds and pumped his digits, hitting that spot.

In a broken, raspy shout of his name, Yor arched her back while her legs tightened around Loid's head as her body wildly trembled against him from the heat of her climax. Holding her hips as still, he continued his fingers and tongue’s pace, carrying her through the waves of pleasure crashing over.

Lying boneless, sinking into the bed, Yor slowly came back to the reality of her state, feeling her husband remove his fingers and giving her a sensation of emptiness. ”Loid, I… hah… want you… hah… please… inside…” Yor pleaded through her pants and hazy mind as she felt Loid moving his face to hers, running his wet fingers up her hypersensitive body.

Taking her lips in his, he tangled their tongues together, Yor tasted herself on his lips, his mouth wet from her essence. The surge of possessiveness ran through her body and she moved her hands up his arms, to his back and head, lightly scraping with her nails as her fingers trailed. She felt like there was nothing else in the world, just the two of them, and the desire to join.

Twilight broke their kiss and brushed his lips against hers as he crooned in a quiet, husky voice, “You want your husband now?”

“Oh Loid yes” Yor shook her head confidently as the Thorn Princess took hold and dove her hand under his waistband wanting to control him more.

Before her hand could wrap her fingers around his hard, warm length, Loid stilled her wanting hand. Abruptly leaving the bed, he swiftly moved towards their discarded clothing. From a suit coat pocket he pulled a newly purchased box tearing it open. Discarding the open box with a toss to the side, he pulled out a foil wrapper and walked up to the bed.

Yor lay watching him, still heavily breathing but with fire filling her eyes. Twilight watched her reaction as he pulled his boxers off releasing his rigid member then he crawled back into bed. Her breath hitched as her eyes scanned him, even fully naked, every part of his body was perfection, his defined athletic muscles leading to his erect cock, the tip glistening from his arousal. She stared hungrily at him while she rolled her lip under her teeth, for once Twilight felt a twinge of embarrassment mixed with youthful excitement. He didn't remember fully the night he lost his virginity, it was something he wanted to get over with and move on from. But as he ripped open the wrapper and knelt between her legs, his hands shook as if he had never known a woman’s touch.

Slowly lowering himself to her he chastely kissed her, “Yor, are you sure?” He whispered with a slight worry in his eyes as he moved his fingers cup her face then trace her lips.

“Yes Loid, I’m sure, you’re my husband….” She moved to lick his fingers as he pressed them into her mouth, Yor felt as if she wanted to devour him and be filled by him. Her excitement bubbling, making her body burn with heat and need.

The feeling sparked a memory from her first successful solo mission so many years ago, seeing her work laying before her, gasps of life escaping the lips as they lay in their blood. Knowing she had trained hard and had the power to give those terrible men the honor of Thorn Princess killing them caused her pride and excitement to overwhelm her for the first time in her sad existence. She wanted that feeling again, she wanted that feeling of power and desire, to become enveloped by it all.

“Loid… I want you. All of you.” Her whisper lowered and her darkened eyes sparked with power and swirled with desire.

Watching her eyes narrow on him as she quietly responded, Twilight felt a shiver move up his spine, the excitement of the unknown, the excitement of giving up his power and losing himself to the night. Holding her arms he gently draped them around his neck, then moved his hand behind her, running his fingers into her hair holding her in an embrace.

“Yes…” Pulling her mouth to his he sighed against her lips, “your husband.”

Their lips hovered over each other as Twilight held himself and guided his length, pushing the head of his cock into her wet juices coating her entrance. Yor tightened her arms around his neck and widened her knees to him as she felt the pressure followed by stretching envelope her body and mind.

Both sucked in the breath at the sensation. Clenching his jaw as he felt the pressure of her walls squeezing his cock as he pushed his hips slowly. Yor’s eyes fell back and her hands dropped to grip the sheets below her as she felt Loid fill her up, stretching her around him as he moved into her.

“Breath…” Twilight whispered to himself and Yor as they both realized they were holding their breath. He again pulled her arms to wrap around him, and still cradling her head, pulled her into a kiss. Twilight closed his eyes at the delicious feeling of slowly burying himself in Yor. When people spoke of enlightenment, Twilight always considered it a ruse created by intellects or religion, but in this moment he felt as though he was on that path to transcendence, from worry, pain, suffering, that in this feeling he could find peace.

Slowly he moved further in, coaxing entry, and Yor felt as though she was melting and tightening around him. Her arms still clung to him, wrapped around his neck as her fingers dug into his back and behind his head, gripping his hair. This was entirely different from anything she had used herself and she was drowning in the pleasure as well as the tinge of discomfort. Yor’s eyes watered and she squeezed them shut, concentrating on the complex feeling of being stretched, filled, and praised by Loid.

“Good job, you are doing so well. Relax, I’m here.” he felt her grip loosen slightly as he whispered to his wife and kissed stray tears from her cheek. “J–just a little more.”

Twilight felt he might just immediately finish as he pushed the first inch of his cock into Yor. It had been so long since he had been with a woman, but this sensation didn’t feel like anything he had experienced, it was more. His eyes fluttered shut as ecstasy overcame his body with every inch he filled her with. Hearing her moan as he pushed to the hilt almost unwound him.

His hips stopped as they pressed hard against hers enticing a choked moan from Yor. As she felt him hold himself against her, she looked up at the blond man in her. His eyes were closed and his mouth lay open, slack from his heavy breath. She bit her lip as her one hand moved to his face and rolled her thumb over his lips.

“I’m going to move now, ok?” Twilight rasped, opening his eyes as her thumb traced his lips. Yor’s head bobbed and she pulled him to her to capture his lips as he pulled himself slowly out before pushing back against her.

Their pace remained steady, long, and slow as they became accustomed to each other. Exchanging moans against each other's lips, the two melted together in mutual ecstasy. Moving a hand between them, Twilight circled his thumb to tease Yor’s clit as his pace started to pick up, pulling a louder moan from her.

“Y—you’re so good, you feel so…” Twilight stammered between thrusts. His brain had now discovered a pleasure he didn't know and he never wanted to leave.

The increased sensation, speed, and Loid’s words started another fire building inside Yor. The pressure pushed against the floodgates of her mind, waiting to release the pleasure through her body.

Pressing her forehead, beading with sweat, against his, Yor looked up into Loids strained face, she could see he was holding back, but wanted to watch him unravel as he had before. Kissing him she pushed her tongue against his as they shared ragged breaths. She wanted him undone laying there gasping and struggling to breathe, like he had just died and was then revived.

“I—I love feeling you…” she huffed, “I—I need… hah.. faster… faster… Loid”

Twilight took her lips again, running his tongue and teeth over them before devouring her in a deep kiss. He began pushing faster against her, driven by her gasps and cries against his lips. He felt a bloom of emotion every time she called his name… Loid’s name. As if possessed Twilight grabbed her hips in a tight grip pulling them higher propping himself onto his knees, he knew he could adjust to hit her in the spot to have her come undone. He felt her ankles lock around him, keeping him with her, as a quiet whimper escaped her lips. She pulled her chest to his and grasped him tightly around his neck and buried her face into his neck, biting and sucking at the salty skin. Feeling her teeth on his skin, Twilight moved her hips faster against his, he wanted her breathless and begging him, his body began tightening as slammed her against him, his fingers pressing hard into her hips.

Yor threw her head back into the pillow as his cock hit that pleasure point. Moving down with her the both locked eyes while sharing each other's breath, clinging to one another as their bodies clapped against each other. Lewd noises filled the quiet empty air as the two gave in to their primal emotions. The pair felt the pent up emotions swelled and took over, as their minds went blank and all that was left was the mindless, lust filled thrusts against one another.

Yor bit her lip as her legs tightened around Loid’s hips, her toes curled and eyes closed before the snap of pleasure overtook her. In a snap the floodgates opened and orgasm pulsed from her head to her toes and back. “Loid! Yes” Yor cried out as she grabbed at him, and arched her back into his chest as the shudders moved through her body.

Slowing for a moment, Twilight felt Yor tighten and pulse around his cock, and the push her nails into his chest as her orgasm nearly undid him. Biting his lip to a stinging pain tasting like iron, Twilight kept himself in the moment, and squeezed his fingers into her hips as the rolls of her ecstasy moved around him and over her.

“Don’t stop… Yes, y—yes… faster…” Yor wept against him, never wanting the feeling to stop. “Cum… cum for me…” Yor wanted to feel them falling into the pleasure together, she wanted to see this perfect man lose all control.

Twilight’s mind snapped at her plea, and wrapped his arms around her into a tight hug. Grinding his teeth he held her against him as he furiously slammed his hips into her. Yor pressed against him, bit against his shoulder to hold in her screams of another wave of euphoria. The sharp pain elicited a low rumble from Twilight as he moved his hip wildly into Yor, the two racing towards a finish together. As his mind lost itself to emotion, Twilight gasped Yor’s name, repeating it as a mantra tying him to reality.

Their movements were the frantic expression of emotions from years of suppression, then anticipation, bubbling under the surface. Now untethered, these feelings exploded more intensely by a hundred fold after the weekend before fully cracked and broke the surface.

“Yor, I–I’m gonna…”

Ragged breaths soon escaped Twilight’s lips before the last erratic bucks of his hips snapped his mind. A low guttural, gasping groan filled the room as Twilight closed his eyes and fell into orgasm. He pushed his cock deep in Yor, his knuckles white as he gripped her hips to his, while he came his body shuddering and twitching against her. The heat rolled through him as he felt he was sinking into a warm abyss. He floated in that wave, one which Twilight no longer had to think of every outcome, catalog every word, watch every movement, he was just in a state of quiet peace.

Yor watched as he craned his neck from her and clenched his jaw, feeling the pulsing of his cock within her. The veins popped out from his neck and his arms and she licked her lips watching his pulse beat the blood through his veins. He was so beautifully exposed, his carefully perfected guard wall crumbled. She loved knowing that sharing this unraveled him, the control she held filled her Thorn Princess’s confidence.

Collapsing onto Yor, Twilight silently placed soft kisses all over her skin before settling his head to nuzzle into the crook of her neck. The two lay silent save for the heavy breaths and heat emanating between the two slick, sweaty bodies as their thoughts waded through the euphoric remains.

What most would just see as sex between two people, the two had experienced something they had never anticipated. Both were always calculating, secretive, and distrusting, but for the first time lost themselves in each other's bodies and desire, and as they let go they were able to find a new reflection of themselves. For a moment Twilight had become Loid, a caring man without deep worries or baggage, welcoming happiness, full of love for those around him. And Yor saw herself being open, outspoken, and allowing love in, believing her worth.

Coming back to earth from what felt like an eternity and shaking out the odd thoughts from their heads, Twilight carefully pulled himself from Yor and rolled onto his back gasping. Yor whimpered quietly at the empty ache left between her legs, the loss of his weight against her chest, and the cool air stinging her hot, sweaty body.

No words were said for minutes as the two further grounded themselves. Slowly and bravely Yor laced her fingers with Loid's and held his hand as they recovered. Not looking at each other they stared at the ceiling, both chests heaving from the intense coupling. As their minds focused back on reality a slight embarrassment built between the two from recognizing what finally had happened and surprisingly as the clock ticked, the quickness of it all.

Without warning Twilight sat up on the bed, leaving her, to deposit the filled condom. Yor watched as he then grabbed a towel from a drawer and sat beside her, gently cleaning her. His gaze was clouded and didn't say any additional words, doubt crept into her mind as she watched him move silently. She knew his mind was filled with thoughts and she anxiously wished she knew how to read his mind.

As he finished and discarded the towl, Yor watched and felt the bed move as he laid back beside her, pulling the blanket to cover them. She looked down, not wanting to lock eyes with him and bit her lip as more worry grew, and her confidence shrank.

Grabbing her hand, Twilight kissed the backside before finally breaking the silence. “Thank you Yor… I—I can’t even describe what I just felt… I…” His brows knitted as he looked to the side searching for words escaping him.

‘Watch out Twilight… be careful… remember to keep a cool head. Don’t get in deep, this is to keep the family a happy facade.’

“Me too…” Yor responded with relief, looking to his eyes before gently kissing him.

Twilight closed his eyes to the warmth of the sweet kiss placed on him, her breath was hot against his and her lips were red and swollen from him. The feeling of her kiss grounded Twilight back to reality, but calmed his mind, pushing the thoughts down. Slowly opening his eyes as their lips parted, his chest tightened as he stared at Yor. A fleck of gold shown was spun her crimson iris like a beacon calling him to never look away. Yor looked into the deep well of his blue eyes and felt that she would always unravel before them. Her heart beat against her chest, overwhelmed with the emotions rising in her while their eyes remained locked so close. Their noses touched as they breathed in the unspoken truth between them.

Breaking the intense gazes, Twilight squeezed her hand in his and chuckled, “I promise I won’t be too quick to the draw the next times… I’m sorry, Yor, it’s been… awhile…” He ended with a sigh, thinking about all the past reasons.

“So, the next “times”, so you enjoyed that and want to continue? I will be better next time, Loid, the best wife for her husband… for the cover of course” Yor looked at him, excited again with some worry swirling in her eyes.

The corner of his lip curled up at the eagerness in her question. “Yes… I don’t think I can ever put that back into a bottle. And it’s good for a married couple to keep up with this… closeness” He hid behind their agreement but knew there was no way he’d ever be able to ignore that unbound feeling again, now that he had felt that for the first time.

The two quietly, and awkwardly laughed together before Twilight pulled Yor against his chest and into his embrace. Quietly they breathed, feeling each other’s heartbeats slow as the silence and darkness of the room crashing down on them.

Notes:

You know I redid this way too many times. I think I got the moods across, but I feel like with the right mindset to really get the flow and I could've edited it better, especially because I didn't have anyone to proof. And my brain has been fried with real person work. So I posted it after re-reading it for two weeks... because I have many more chapters outlined to 20ish and the big finale of this arc. So I can always come back and tweak this chapter, the show must go on!

Let me know what you think! Thanks for patiently waiting.

Chapter Text

The clock ticked as Yor laid against Loid, his breathing had evened out and hadn’t stirred in awhile. Slowly Yor inched out of bed trying to not disturb him.

“Where are you going?” Twilight whispered with his eyes shut as he wrapped his arms around her waist stopping her.

“Oh I thought I should go to my room so you could get a good night's rest, you had a long day at work today.”

“I didn’t say you could leave.” Twilight pulled Yor against his chest again, this time they laid on their sides, skin to skin, Yor as the little spoon in his arms. Nuzzling against her hair, Twilight whispered, “Just sleep here.”

Yor nodded and nestled into his embrace more. She hadn’t wanted to leave, but as she lay in the dark, her mind started racing, replaying the entire night and focusing on the ache between her legs. Yor thought if she escaped to her room then the smell, the clothes, the nude husband… wouldn’t be a blaring reminder, keeping her up all night. ‘I guess I won’t get much sleep…’ Yor told herself as her mind swirled back around.

Their legs and feet began to tangle as Twilight moved a leg against hers. He could feel Yor’s wetness against his leg as her ass pressed into his groin. The smell of her hair, tickling his nose and his arms wrapped around her cupping her chest and stomach started his blood flow straight back to his again hardening cock, ‘ This was not the ideal sleep position now was it Twilight? Get your act together, just go to sleep, there is nothing special about this.’ Gritting his teeth, his body didn’t listen and continued to harden, pressing against her ass and praying that she had already fallen asleep.

Yor was in fact not asleep, since her brain still was reeling, now more so as she felt Loid’s rigid length start pushing against her backside. “Um… Loid?”

“Mm-hm?” He hummed into the dark silken hair.

“Uh, do you… are you…”

Inferring her questions, Twilight quietly spoke against her neck, “Do you?” His hips pushed lightly against her, completing his sentence.

“...”

Less than an hour ago Yor was experiencing a riot of pleasure in a form she hadn’t known, a mix of pain, power, and passion. She had felt these emotions before but only when she saw the edge of her blades slice into the soft flesh of her customers, or during an exhausting, bruising fight with hand to hand combat staring the man in the eyes as she ended him… that all gave Yor a sense of strength and fulfilled a deep burning hunger in her. And now? These feelings attached themselves to a new urge. She had gotten a taste of what she thought she may never lose an appetite for. A new type of power. Not the one where the sense of control was to end someone, watching them gasp for life… This was… a power that started even deeper, an overwhelming fervor that gasped with life.

Yor held onto the arms encompassing her, hands ran down the corded muscles of his forearms to the defined knuckles of his hand… slowly she turned her head looking towards Loid and the hunger stabbed at her, “Yes.” Yor whispered back.

Hardly finishing the direct word, Twilight pulled Yor harder against him, grabbing her jaw to press an open mouthed kiss onto her lips. His free hand danced its way down her stomach, diving into her soft pubic curls, dipping his fingertips into her folds. Yor broke the kiss pushing her head back into a throaty moan as Twilight pulled and pinched her nipples, playing her like an instrument, while rubbing his cock against her backside.

‘Fuck…’ Twilight felt himself swell and fought the annoyance of the impatient feeling of needing to bury himself into her cunt again and fully claim her. This lack of self control gutted Twilight’s pride built from years of training, that a single moan turned him into a teenager, uncontrolled and ready to finish from a single touch.

Silently cursing himself, his hands palmed over Yor’s sex and ran his fingers through her still dripping slickness, coating them. Pushing his knee between hers, he pulled her leg up to expose more of her crotch to his calloused hand. Drenched fingers dipped into her pink slit and pushed into her waiting hole. ‘Shit, she’s still so wet, keep your wits about you…’ Twilight kissed along her neck and shoulder listening to Yor’s whimpers as he steadied into a fast rhythm, fucking her with his fingers.

Yor felt warming again, gasping as Loid sped up the speed with his fingers. Hard teeth scraped against her bare shoulder as he left love marks from down her neck, his free hand grasped her breasts, pulling on them to drag a soft cry from her open lips. “Yes Loid, this is… s–so good.”

Her praise was answered as she felt the velvet of a wet tongue, lap up her skin and hard teeth sink into her collar shooting a pleasurable pain down her spine. Squeezing her against his sculpted body, the fingers curled to find that pleasure spot again. Sparkles of light danced into Yor’s vision as a warming tremor starting at the end of her toes, racing up and down her body then escaped her lips in a husky scream.

Holding her shaking body against his as the waves ran over Yor’s body, Twilight moved an arm to his nightstand fumbling with one hand to procure the foiled package. Hands still wet with Yor’s orgasm, his fingers shook again as he rolled the condom down his pulsing dick, twitching at his own touch. Pulling her chin towards his, Twilight watched Yor’s heavy lids slowly opened, revealing her crimson eyes to his, still hazy from lust.

Still on their sides, laying behind her, Twilight pulled her leg wide, holding her open as he slid himself back into her. His impatience won and with a quick push of his hips he buried himself to the hilt watching her eyes widen and light up, focusing in on him as he filled her. “God… so perfect” He whispered into the room, a praise for every aspect of Yor.

Grabbing his hair, Yor met their lips for a tangled moment biting his lip, before gasping as fast, desperate movements filled their only thoughts. Both closing their eyes as they slammed their hips together.

‘It’s not… not enough’ Yor’s hunger sparked and ignited throughout her body, she needed more, more of Loid, more of this cocktail of feelings. Locking one leg around his, Yor grabbed his arm pulling him into a kneeling position behind her. Her grip tightened around his wrist as Yor’s chest sunk into the bed and turned her hips to him, granting Loid a view down her waiting backside. She wanted the feeling of uncontrolled control. She wanted Loid to have her how she desired, she wanted him to push her mind into an oblivion and feel him come undone.

“Fuck…” Twilight muttered, his nice, amiable Loid facade crumbling. Grabbing Yor’s ass, he guided his cock back into her, watching her pussy swallow it fully. ‘I feel like I’m dying…’ Twilight folded over Yor’s body, kissing her shoulder blades while he laced a hand with her delicate fingers as he began moving.

“Is this what you want?” he hissed into her ear.

Yor shook her head, “Harder…” whispering her desire.

A heartbeat later Twilight pulled her hand behind her, holding her hips and licking his dry lips as he looked down her back, hungry. Yor’s hair had fallen over the pillows, her bangs stuck with sweat on her forehead, the edge of her face visible with her biting her lip, her heart shaped ass perfect in front of him; Twilight’s grip on reality melted. His body geared into an auto mode, driven by the sheer excitement that intoxicated his mind and the sounds emanating from her lips.

Twilight became a beast, the same animal as when his adrenaline is pumping through his veins during a gunfight. Same as when his heart races when jumping from a plane into the unknown or racing down the street chasing a person. He wasn’t thinking of anything else, his mind and body were laser focused to the feeling of Yor enveloping his cock. Still on his knees, he was lost pounding into his wife laid before him, his fingertips white as they pushed into her hips. Twilight felt his vision narrow as the tension built.

Loid’s firm hands grabbed her shoulders and pulled Yor’s body upward to her knees, pulling her to his chest. She felt his tight muscles, hot from use, against her, his veins pronounced in the arms, one held her breasts, hugging her exerted body. While the other muscular hand traveled to tease circles around her swollen clit as his hips smacked against her ass. Yor’s mind was a flurry of sensations rushing her body caused by the feeling of Loid’s cock pounding into her and his long finger teasing. The feeling of friction, fullness, and fury, her mind was lost in the oceans of white heat pulsing through her body.

“Y–Yor… I’m… I.” Twilight turned her dazed head to his and pushed his tongue into her waiting mouth open with ragged breaths. Yor felt his arms clamp tightly around her as his body began to jerk in pleasure. Both swallowing the moans trying to escape their lips.

******************************************************************************************************************************************

Sun pierced into Yor’s closed eyes, announcing the morning into the room. Her black eyelashes fluttered and her eyebrows scrunched in response to the light invading her eyelids. Cautiously her eyes opened and adjusted looking directly at the wall of Loid’s room. Her body followed, slowly waking up, allowing for the soreness to announce itself, from her lips to her stomach to her thighs to the apex between them. A wash of embarrassment washed over her mind as she remembered the noises she made, the positions, the words, the frenzy… the entire passion filled night, which wore her out and pulled her into a deep satisfying slumber afterwards.

A soft snore and breath tickled her shoulder and she noticed the single arm draped over her waist. Delicately rolling to the bed’s interior her vision focused on Loid sleeping. She couldn’t remember the last time she saw Loid sleeping this deeply, her movements not even causing a flinch. His hair was facing in all directions and mouth was open as his deep breath moved in and out of him. Yor smiled at the look, he looked so young with his face loose showing no tension and pink tinting his ears and lips. This must be more what he looked like when he was a young boy, she held back a squeal as she tried to imagine how cute he must’ve been. Refocusing from her daydream, her inspection moved over his wrapped shoulder than to the other, marked with love bites, she instinctively ran her tongue over the edge of her teeth, fighting the urge to lean in and sink them into his skin again. Pushing the thought away, Yor moved her body against his and buried her face under his chin taking a deep inhale of his scent.

The draped arm tightened as she nuzzled into his collar hearing his breathing pattern pick up and feeling his jaw close.

“Sorry for waking you…”

“Hmmm…” Twilight sighed and answered her in a raspy voice, “Nothing to be sorry about, Yor. It was getting late anyway and I was oversleeping.” He hugged her harder then settled his chin on top of her head.

“It’s only 6, hardly oversleeping…” Yor countered, but knew that Loid was always up before dawn. Tracing her finger down his chest before her, she summoned her courage, whispering, “So… What should we do now?”

“Hmmm,” Twilight flipped through the calendar in his head, “it’s Sunday, so there’s no plans.”

“Loid…” Yor pushed against his chest lightly moving her head from its nest and looked at Loid. His eyes were sleepy but bright as he focused his gaze, raising his eyebrows to show his interest. “Not today, but… with us. I mean, I know we’re married, but this… and our rooms… and what do we say to Anya… and what do you want… I’m a–afraid I’ll ruin things.” Yor hesitated as her voice dropped off, she had so many worries running through her head, the thoughts wanting to be answered but fearful as well.

‘So cute.’ Twilight felt his face soften watching Yor worry over every little detail. Leaning in he softly grazed his lips on her forehead, kissing it, before answering, “We can move as fast or slow as you need. Don’t feel obligated to share a room, or make any drastic change. You’re right, we’re married, and you, Anya, and Bond are my family, this is just a new layer to our family.”

He paused at the thought and smiled, “The past two years have been wonderful, so I doubt you can ruin anything at this point. Now we get to learn new things about each other. I’m happy with our life before this and happy now.” An alarm chimed in Twilight’s head as the words poured from his mouth without his normal thought or plans. Had he gotten so good at being Loid that he didn’t need to even have one thought about responses now? They just came so naturally now, as if they could be his own?

Twilight’s lips tightened to his thoughts as he pulled Yor back into his arms, snuggling her against him, “Besides…” he lowered his cheek against the crown of her head, “We don’t have to adhere to the expected relationship standards because… Who else can say they got engaged with a grenade pin, we started off with a bang… We started off in our own way, not anyone else’s. I don’t see what could shake that foundation.”

‘What are you saying right now, Twilight?’ his spy brain questioned.

Yor laughed lightly at remembering that crazy night, she pushed back and looked back at him, “I still have that grenade ring, it’s in my nightstand.” she looked to the side, a blush tickled her cheeks from the embarrassment of the confession.

Twilight’s lips stretched into a smile at the thought of that grenade ring, tucked away beside her every night. Nuzzling his nose to hers, he gently pressed a smiling kiss on her.

‘I’m happy.’ The thought floated through his mind like a lost balloon, unable to grasp the ribbon only watching it dance about over your head.

Quickly breaking their kiss, Yor placed her hand over her mouth “Oh I need to go brush my teeth.” Yor slid from his arms and out from the covers as she gathered up a shirt and shorts, ignoring the quiet pleas of Loid telling her that doesn’t matter.

Yor opened the bedroom door and pulled it shut slowly, she felt like she was sneaking around or having… what do young people call it… a walk of shame? Giggling to herself, she turned  silently and she straightened the hem of the shirt and walked towards the bathroom.

“What were you doin’ in papa’s room?”

The unexpected sound made Yor jump into the air like a scared cat, her arms shooting up in defense.

“Why does your hair look like that?”

Lowering her hand slightly at the second inquiry, she saw her pink haired child still in pajamas, hands on hips, in the middle of the hall, her eyes squinting at Yor. Bond too seemed to be glaring at Yor and questioning her. Still frozen, only a squeak escaped Yor’s lips in response, her brain was blank not knowing what to do or say.

“Why is your face red?” Anya strained her mind onto Yor’s but only could hear what felt like static. Anya continued to interrogate her mother, frozen in the middle hallway.

“That’s not your pajamas… Is that shirt Papa’s?. Your neck has a brui–”

“Anya!” Loids stern voice echoed in the hallway. “Leave Yor alone, it's too early for twenty questions.”

“But I only asked… four?” Anya whined as she counted on her fingers and pouted.

“Go get the cereal and milk out and I’ll make you breakfast.” Loid’s eyes narrowed with his command as they watched Anya acquiesce and stomp towards the kitchen. ‘I need to figure out how to stop all this stomping… haaa this age is sometimes so confusing.’ Twilight squinted his eyes and shook the thought out of his head.

As Loid passed Yor his hand floated to her lower back and pressed into her as he spoke. “I’ll make some coffee, go wash up.” His thumb rubbed along her spine as he leaned in and kissed her cheek before following the path of Anya. The kiss melted Yor from her frozen state.

“Ah, y–yes, yes I need to brush m–my teeth.” Yor stuttered as she bolted into the bathroom after the kiss. Seeing Loid’s face, feeling his touch, him kissing her cheek… It was all overwhelming. A week ago they were the same old Loid and Yor, and now it’s all different, last night cemented all the changes.

Twilight watched Yor duck into the bathroom, face red with embarrassment and frowned slightly, ‘I guess there’s some awkwardness still between us, I will have to work on making sure we get back to a natural married state, free of awkwardness. We can’t have anyone questioning marriage now that this new layer has been added, we have to act like this is how it's always been. It would be strange for a regular couple to have abstained for this long. Now, how can I get Yor used to our new coupling? Ah… I think exposure… yes exposure therapy is the best to get patients over their fears or worries and be used to things. So that means we have to…’

“Papa!” Anya held a bowl in front of the dazed Loid, lost in his thoughts. “No exposés right now. I want breakfast!”

‘Exposé? What?’ Loid scrunched his nose at her comment, before shaking the thought away and gathering breakfast for his family.

Notes:

Ok, so I have a lot of thoughts as I move these characters through their discovery. I've been having fun digging into their potential psyche on how their past will influence how they handle a relationship.

I definitely think Twilight is touch starved, the only time he probably felt any love through touch was as a child from his mother... and even though he had had countless sexual interactions, them not being his choice added to his need of touch almost like he is thirsty and keeps seeing a mirage, but now he has real water. So I'm excited how to write about how we will see that play into this new territory for him.

As for Yor, I think she has a very twisted view of love as well. Hers stems from servitude and obsession. She expresses her love by serving her brother and then later serving the garden, disregarding her needs. And she's only received an obsessive, unhealthy love from her brother. And she has been experiencing someone who naturally gives himself serving her needs, but this will add a new layer as the title suggests.

Also they both get some pleasure in their violent jobs and a thrill at when they are injured to a degree, so we know they're both repressing or not admitting to that part of themselves.

So I am excited to figure out how these, very broken individuals when you think about it, will work through their issues and needs with each other. What are your thoughts?

Chapter Text

Three people sat stealing glances of each other with the clinking of spoons on cereal bowls and gulps of drinks as the soundtrack. Twilight eyed Yor who had been silent since she came out of the bathroom, other than thanking him for the coffee the only thing she was paying attention to now was her mug.

Anya rolled her eyes as she glanced between the two parents and listened to their exhausting worries. Sometimes her power felt like torture, but she had begun learning how to tune out other people luckily. Watching them intently and using their deep thoughts to her advantage she slowly grabbed the cereal box for a second helping of the sugary flakes when the box stopped moving and wouldn’t budge.

“Anya, you can’t have seconds, it's too sugary… go have some fruit if you’re still hungry for something sweet or toast.” Loid looked at her from behind the box.

Anya sighed being caught and stood up to wander to the kitchen defeated.

“Clean up your dish and then get dressed for today.” Twilight spoke in his stern Loid voice.

‘Was this how my dad sounded? I can’t remember his voice… oh good Anya is going to her room, I have to get Yor out of this daze or else neighbors will wonder what's wrong.’ Twilight always worried about their cover not realizing that the masses who may pass them only saw a doting family.

Twilight tilted his head into Yor’s view and smiled, “Yor dear, are you ok? I know there's been some changes but we still are the same family. What can I do to make you more comfortable?”

‘Dear?!’ Yor jolted her head up, her face heating up at the endearment. “Oh, oh no, no! It’s not that I’m upset, it’s just a lot to think about!” She shook her hands at him to deny any worries.

‘A lot to think about?! Oh shit Twilight, you fucked it up.’ Twilight's eyes widened at her response, and his overanalyzing brain began breaking down her every movement, then repeated his thoughts aloud without consideration. “A lot to think about?” Yor, I’m sorry, I thought that…”

“Oh Loid, no, I’m happy I swear. Just a lot to think about like… do we hold hands more? Or kiss in public? Or call each other pet names…?” Yor tangled her fingers together contemplating how she should now act, not looking at Loid as he moved to sit by her.

Twilight smiled like a boy, grinning at her worry. Moving beside her he caught her chin in his hand and pointed her face towards his, stopping her commentary with a light kiss. “All of that.” another light kiss, “dear…” he whispered before another kiss, “honey…”.

Yor hit his chest lightly in protest. “Don’t make fun of me!” She pouted with embarrassment painted on her face.

“I’m not! I think you worrying is cute.” Twilight smiled and kissed her slightly longer, putting his hands over hers and playing with her fingers.

Yor fought pulling away from him from embarrassment, his warm soft lips were intoxicating for her, she slowly opening her lips just as he pulled away.

“What are your errands today? I want to join.” His smile was an inch from her now cold lips.

“Oh Anya needs to get measured for her new uniform, and get her new books. Then I was going to get groceries for dinner… and I have to pack Anya for the end of summer camp trip.”

“Ah… the tailor’s?” Twilight kissed her cheek then moved his lips to her ear, “Where I first saw such a beautiful woman, that I had to ask her to marry me?” He smiled at the memory and her shudder against his breath.

“Yes… the tailor shop.” Yor whispered in a heavy breath, thinking back at how they had been strangers, and her anxiety towards any relationship, to now, holding hands and kissing each other and now so much more.

“Uhhhhhh…” Anya stood in the hall staring at them with her eyes so wide that they almost fell out. ‘Operation Papa and Mama fall in love, is successful?!’

“Oh Anya!” The two adults pulled away from each other as they heard Anya’s voice.

A high pitch squeal pierced their ears as she ran up to them with sparkles in her eyes. “Do you love each other now? Will you go on romantic trips or dates?” Twenty questions poured from the girl's mouth as she recounted all the scenarios she had seen in Berlint in Love, her parents both slack jawed at her excited questioning until they both choked on her last question, “Do I get a brother?”

“Anya! Don’t ask inappropriate questions. Yor and I have always loved each other and of course we have had romantic dates.” Twilight felt his own cheeks heat up with the line of questions and avoiding many.

“In a poor pirate?”

“Oh Anya, go get your school list and backpack, we have shopping to do, remember?” Yor quickly changed the conversation and distracted their daughter with the memory of their shopping plans.

Twilight smiled at how natural Yor had become in parenting Anya, able to maneuver the young girl with such ease. He felt his chest tighten in what he could only think was pride.

Yor stood up and grabbed her purse, looking over to Loid looking at her like a puppy waiting for her. “Are you coming?”

No words were needed as Twilight leapt into the air and quickly grabbed his hat, and the three were off.

The family walked down the street with daughter skipping ahead of them with her teeth shining in her wide smile. The corners of Yor’s lips turned slightly upwards as she glanced at Loid, one arm around her shoulder and the other in his pocket. ‘He’s so casual about this, I can’t believe this. Is everyone watching?’ Yor’s questioning mind glanced from side to side, watching the people pass, not one person looked at them for more than a passing moment.

The bell rang against the door to the tailor shop as Loid opened the door wide for Yor and Anya.

“Ah hello Forgers!” Mona, the tailor shop proprietress, looked up from the counter as the family arrived. “Anya, are you here for your new uniform? It must be very exciting starting another year.”

“Yeah, I’m totally going to become an Imperial Scholar this year… I have… plans. heh heh heh” Anya’s eyes darkened as she smiled tight lipped.

‘What is that face for?!’ Twilight gaped at her statement before transitioning to a soft Loid look. “Yes, we’re hoping for that.”

“Well Mr. Forger it’s good to see you, it’s been some time since you came in with your girls.” The tailor’s eyebrows rose as she inspected the couple, noting the constant touch of Loid’s hand against Yor’s back, and the way he continued to glance at Yor without her noticing. She smiled at seeing a man with that look in his eyes, gazing at his wife. “But I can see you two still are like newlyweds!”

Yor blushed at the statement knowing that the tailor had noticed Loid’s closeness. She smiled tight-lipped as Mona led Anya to the platform and began taking measurements.

“I think I first saw you right in this very spot.” Twilight nuzzled his nose into her hair and whispered, “You surprised me because I didn’t hear you walk up. Then surprised me again with your beauty.” His hand brushed against her lower back, slowly itching down the curve.

Yor tried to pay attention to the tailor discussing with Anya about the school years goals, but the hot breath of Loid’s whisper in her ear made her cheeks heat up with a flush. “Oh, I’m feeling a bit stuffy, I’m going to step outside…. Anya come out when you’re finished, ok?”

Watching her daughter nod alongside the tailor, Yor rushed outside glaring at Loid as he smiled devilishly at her embarrassment. Escaping the shop she shook the collar of her blouse, fanning herself.

“Too warm?” Loid said, smiling behind her as he exited the shop.

Yor looked side to side at the passersbys and moved closer to him whispering, “You can’t do that stuff, we’re in public! I come to this shop often.” She twisted her fingers in her fists, nervously fidgeting.

Twilight glanced down and smiled, letting a light chuckle escape, “Yor, what do you mean? What’s wrong with a husband showing affection to his beautiful wife? No one would question that?” His hands grabbed at her waist and lightly pulled her towards him.

“But i–it’s n–not appropriate… People are looking at us” She whined looking away.

Twilight nuzzled his nose into her hair, “Yor, it’s the 60’s, what does the west say… it’s a “sexual revolution”? We don’t need to stick with the old norms.”

Yor’s eyes bulged at his blatant statement and whispered in surprise, “L–Loid, don’t say stuff like that, wh–what if someone just heard you talk about… the… west.” The last word just mouthed without a sound.

‘Haha, such innocence, what would she do if she knew I am Westalian.’ Twilight mused at her worry and protectiveness over him. He pulled her closer, “I don’t worry because, of course, I have you to protect me, I cannot think of a stronger woman in all Ostania.” Twilight chuckled because it wasn’t a hollow compliment he normally gave women, he was telling the truth, Yor was absurdly strong.

“Anyway, I don’t see any issue with a husband kissing his wife in public.” Twilight guided her chin towards him, closing the distance between their lips.

“Mama! Papa! I’m done!” Anya threw open the door and marched out.

Yor quickly pushed Loid away and tucked her hair behind her ear trying to mask her embarrassment and her slight smile. Grabbing Anya’s waiting hand and the two started down the street, “It’s so exciting you’ll get a new uniform!”

The corner of Twilight’s lips curled up as he watched Yor’s cheeks flush then distract herself with their daughter and walk hand in hand up the street. After a moment of indulging in the image he hurried after them, “Anya what would you like for dinner, your Dad if going to make whatever you want! We have to celebrate your new uniform and get ready for your class trip this week.” He glanced over at Yor and winked at his end statement.

She glanced away from his smirk and tried hiding her own anticipatory smile. Yor couldn’t imagine a full week alone with Loid now that they’re relationship had changed. Loid and Anya kept discussing the trip and dinner, but the words mixed together in the blender of Yor’s overwhelmed mind. Her heart felt like it was going to beat out of her chest when she thought about it.

“Heya Forger Fam!” Franky waved at the familiar trio, laden with groceries, walking towards their apartment. He picked up his pace and soon was grabbing the groceries from Yor’s arms, “Let me get those for you, can’t have someone so beautiful carrying such heavy things.” Twilight rolled his eyes at Franky’s thinly veiled flirtation and watched Franky eye the bags. “So what are we having for dinner tonight?”

“We are having family dinner tonight… emphasis on family.” Twilight stated blankly.

“Oh well good thing we’re practically brothers! Right,Yor? I’ve known ole’ Loid here since we were teens, we were each other’s sole family!”

Twilight threw his head back in annoyance at Franky’s quips and Yor’s enthusiastic agreement. ‘Not only do I have to deal with Yuri later, but Franky now too… All I want is to get through dinner, put Anya to bed, and then…’ Twilight unconsciously licked his lips and began to play through all the sexy scenarios that had been piling up over years in his vivid imagination.

Franky watched the slight change in Twilight’s expression as he intently watched Yor while she discussed dinner plans. It was true, no one knew Twilight like Franky, not even his Handler. The two of them were their only ties to their pasts, and had seen each other through more than anyone would ever know.

‘Finally this ole’ dog did learn something new… gonna be fireworks or explosions, if there is any difference.’ He smirked, entertained at the intel he gleamed while the four entered the brick building and headed towards the Forger apartment.

***********************

“Dear sister!” Yuri bellowed as the front door opened with his foot, his arms filled with gift bags.

“Yuri! Oh my you brought so many things!”

“I bought a gift for every day we were apart on my trip!” Yuri pouted as he dropped the gifts and marched towards Yor, arms open.

‘My god, this man truly has no boundaries.’ Twilight stepped in Yuri’s path with his hand out and his Loid smile brightly shining from ear to ear. “Glad to have you back, Yuri!” Shaking the brother’s hand, Twilight stilled Yuri while Yor and Anya approached.

“Ah. You’re still around?” Yuri gritted through a smile and a death grip handshake.

“Well this is my family’s house.” Twilight hissed through his smile.

Yor could feel the electricity sparking between the two men as she pried their hands apart, ‘When will they both get over this all?’ she worried to herself.

“Oh Yuri, just in time! Loid is almost done with dinner, and Franky has joined! Anya, can you pick up the presents and put them on the coffee table? Yuri tell us about your trip!”

Low growls came from the men as they moved to their ends of the living space, Twilight followed by Franky as Yuri detailed his vacation to Anya and Yor.

“Where do you think he was this time?” Franky whispered as he mindlessly re-arranged things on the counter beside Twilight.

“Who knows, I didn’t find intel while he was gone, maybe his gifts will be a give away?”

“I’ll make sure to note the items.” Franky glanced back at the three on the couch then popped the cap off a beer. “So, last night…”

“What about last night? It’s not your business.” Twilight interrupted, snapping at his friend

Franky raised an eyebrow, “Whoa whoa, I’m a messenger.” Franky held his hands up against Twilight’s stare. “HQ went through the documents and there’s some bombshells in them. There will be a couple additional debriefings and some tailing of new contacts. I’m gathering some details for you.”

“Ah, yes, of course.”

Franky took another swig and leaned in more, “Did something happen? HQ noted you seemed off… You know you can tell me Twi.”

Twilight leaned into the counter and pinched the bridge of his nose, he knew he was backed into a corner and couldn’t get around the informant’s questioning, sighing he responded, “I–I couldn’t do it, Franky… like those missions before…” Twilight looked over at Yor and Anya squealing in delight at the presents and whispered. “I was there, and I just froze.”

“Ahh, well… I mean, that makes sense, right? You’re a family man, you would never cheat on your wife.” Franky mouthed the last of the sentence, glancing at the living room, then washed down the sentiment with a drink from his beer.

“I’m not… Franky, I can’t get this mixed up… It’s not real, this is a mish—”

“Listen Twi, honestly I know you better than yourself sometimes. You are loyal. Loyal to your country, loyal to your causes and beliefs, loyal to your comrades, loyal to your missions. So you may think that doesn’t include this cover, but it does. Loid is… Loid is just your real personality and conviction… rearranged. But it’s still all the same pieces” Franky jabbed Twilight in the chest with one finger as he held his beer. “You are loyal to those two out there, they are a part of the reason why you are a spy.”

Franky gathered the pile of plates and cutlery, “You can hide it all you want, but you know that it’s true, and you need to accept and stop hiding from the different pieces of yourself or you’re going to make a mess with work. Just some advice from a guy who peddles information for a few bucks.” Franky laughed as he walked towards the dining room, dishes in hand, and called everyone to the table.

Forks and knives scraped against the near empty plates as the non-traditional family finished their meal. “So Anya, are you excited for your camping trip?” Franky asked with a slight slur as he drank the remainder of his 4th beer.

“Yup! Momma and I packed and Uncle Yuri gave me a new sleeping bag and compass!”

“Yor would be upset if you got lost…” Yuri sighed.

“So then Yor and Loid, are you two planning anything for your anniversary?” Franky casually spoke drunkenly as he reached for the pie.

“Anniversary?” Yuri cocked his head.

Franky shoved a bite of the cherry pie in his mouth, “Yeah, they met right before school started. What… it's now been… two years since you got together?” He motioned to Loid and Yor who sat wide-eyed.

Yuri swung around to face Yor. “I thought you got married in the winter? Over three years ago? ” Yuri’s ears began to burn with anger.

‘Shit… shut up Franky, we kept him from asking too many questions for so long.’

“No! Franky you’re mistaken we met three years ago!” Twilight panicked as words spilled out.

“You met in the Fall? You only met this man a few months before marrying him?” Yuri screeched at the table.

“Well I, uh we…” Yor looked side to side worried and counted on her fingers.

Anya put her fingers in her ears and rolled her eyes at the confusion of everyone's thoughts. She had over the years begun to hate the adults' overwhelming thoughts, annoyed that they seemed to know less about life than her classmates. “I’m going to my room.” She sighed, fingers still in ears.

“Ah, yes, Anya, go play… Yuri, I know the timing was quick. We met each other three years ago, yes, but our 3rd wedding anniversary is this winter. I guess we haven’t talked about it all in awhile now.” Twilight ended with a laugh and pulled Yor’s counting hand to his. “It was fast but what can I say when you fall in love at first sight?” Twilight looked to Yor smiling before leaning and kissing her cheek.

“He could be a murderer! How can you know anything about a man after a couple months?!” Yuri slammed his hands on the table

‘I only knew him for a day…’ Yor thought as she bit her lip.

“You’re too kind and naive! I can’t pretend anymore to think this is ok! Loid Forger I swear you are hiding something!”

Yor’s fury began to boil in her chest at Yuri’s words, she couldn’t understand why he thought so low of her and her choices, she raised him alone and not only that she was Thorn Princess.

“Yuri…” Her brother continued with his rants not listening to the black haired woman. “YURI! I love Loid. You have no right to dictate MY life! You constantly berate Loid, he is an amazing man and father and I am happy! I was never happy before, did you know that? If you can’t get over my marriage, then— then y—you are not welcome here anymore!”

Yor stood and with a large crack she slammed her hands on the table to match Yuri and overpower him. A splinter in the wood grew from her fists and cracked the length all the way to Franky, who sat with his mouth open like a fish out of water. Yuri gasped as he recoiled from Yor watching her eyes crackling with sparks of anger.

Notes:

Sorry for the delay. I definitely was having writers block on this one.

1. Do you want to see more new couple fluff?
Or should we skip straight to the big angst of my story line?
2. Do you want more smut?
Or we can briefly write about it for the story progression but not spend a whole chapter on it?

Let me know!

Chapter 14: Holding In

Summary:

Yor hits a breaking point with her brother after holding in frustrations, and now letting go of holding in her desires.

Chapter Text

“What the hell was all that?” Franky asked as he lit a cigarette as he walked with Twilight and Bond down the street.

“The two of them have a… complicated relationship… you know that. I guess Yuri finally hit Yor’s breaking point?”

Thirty minutes earlier Twilight and Franky gawked as Yor unleashed her anger on her brother. As soon as the two noticed the table splintering Yor jumped one knee onto the surface cleanly breaking the faultline created and spun her body connecting the back of her other heel to the side of Yuri’s face. The man’s smaller frame spun into the air, landing in the entry space.

“Yor!” Twilight jumped in the split second it took Yuri’s body to land and threw himself in front of Yor as she walked, darkness in her face towards her brother. “Yor! He’s just being stupid you don’t need to get upset!” He grabbed her shoulders and gently shook her from her wrath.

Franky had by now bounded towards the living room grabbing the barking Bond by the collar and holding Anya from interfering.

“He has no right to dictate my life!” Yor cried to Loid standing infront of her, her eyes began to soften. “And he has no right to talk about you like that!” Her hand cupped his cheek as the anger in her body subsided and she leaned her head against his shoulder.

Wrapping his arms around her and cradling her head to his shoulder, Twilight turned the two of them so he faced the bloody faced Yuri’s panting on the ground. His expression was one of sadness, surprise, and pain. He still was registering the blow he just received, both physically and emotionally. ‘How could Yor say that to me, how could she abandon me?’ Yuri’s shocked thoughts swirled.

“Y–Yor, I…”

“Yuri, I think you should go home right now, give her time to cool down. Don’t worry I will have her call you later this week, alright?” Twilight’s eyes squinted at him before softening and looking down at the head cradled in his shoulder, “Does that sound good Yor?”

Yuri’s eyes still wide saw her head nod in agreement to her husband, “B–but I…” Loid’s expression back towards him didn’t give any room for disagreeing, and neither did Franky or Anya’s, especially not the growling Bond. “Ok, I will head out… Yor, I love you, you know that? I– I’m, well, sorr– um, let’s talk soon.”

Yuri left, and Yor locked herself into her room, Anya’s just rolled her eyes at them and whined about the broken table before turning the TV on to cartoons, defeated in trying to make sense. And now Franky and Twilight walked the dark street with their trusting canine companion.

“Seriously! How strong is Yor? That was incredible seeing that brat Yuri take a kick to the face.” He took a long drag of his cigarette. “Oh here you go.” He handed Twilight his pack.

“Oh thanks, actually I haven’t been smoking…” Twilight longed for the taste of the nicotine to sooth the anxious nerves starting to bubble in his stomach, anticipating returning home, to his woman, “Ah yes, Yor is quite strong. It’s a testament to her raising Yuri by herself when she was still just a kid.”

“Yeah I get that, but I’m talking about physical strength and she has to know some form of martial arts with that kick.” Franky imitated her spin and kicked poorly into the air, his drunken self almost falling from his lack of skill.

Twilight had personally been kicked and seen her fight many times, it was a mystery of his wife that he never felt to bring up. But watching the power in her muscles constrict and tighten as she moved was mesmerizing. Her power beneath the surface excited Twilight in a way that felt like he found his match and wanted to be encompassed by it. And at the same time, now having seen Yor unravel and shake, completely losing her self control, made his desire for her infinitely more complex. He wanted to command and also be commanded.

Twilight walked alone with Bond after the two friends went separate ways, ‘Why are you taking so long to head home, get your head in the game, Twilight.’ He scoffed at himself for allowing his feet to wander the streets instead of running back home. Yet the anticipation created a microscopic nervous shake of his fingers holding the leash. As he rounded his block and saw the light glowing as his lighthouse, the bushes beside him swung lightly, in the opposite direction of the wind.

“Nightfall.” His mouth tightened with the words.

“Twilight, I have a file for you.” From a shadow the blond haired woman appeared before the two. Darkness cast over his face with the dread of whatever conversation she wanted, enough of a distraction to not see a dark form across the park.

—----

Yor sat at her vanity brushing her jet black hair, she was still embarrassed by her behavior earlier and also still enraged at her brother, ‘Why doesn’t he stop being so overprotective, when it was always me who protected us.’ Over the years his obsession started to wear on her as she shifted her priorities to protect another child, and not a sibling, but her daughter and her family. Her lips curled at the thoughts, Yor loved hearing Anya called her daughter. She didn’t know what having a large family would be like and was so excited to start having one of her own.

A golden blur moved in the corner of her eye, “Oh Loid, you’re back.”

Twilight watched her grin spread from ear to ear and her eyes squint with happiness seeing him, how could just a look put his heart in a vice grip. In two steps, his feet crossed the room and his lips were devouring hers.

Yor pulled away for a moment from surprise, but Loid held her face to his, teasing her lips open to push his tongue into hers. Their kisses were intoxicating and Yor felt the bones in her body melt. She traced her fingers into his hair, gripping the locks like she might fall if she let go. Loid broke their kiss, and panted “Yor, haaa , I’ve hardly kept it in all day…”

“Me t–” Yor couldn’t finish before Loid swept her into his arms and hurried the two down the hall into his room, away from the shared walls.

Nimble fingers freed the two of their clothes in a rush to have their skin melt together, as if it had been months not hours since they last touched with no barriers. Twilight’s hands cradled her body as he laid her on to the bed, her legs instinctively wrapping around his hips. Both tongues explored each other with long languid strokes, drinking each other.

Yor panted as Loid moved down her neck, her body felt on fire, still holding on to the energy of the anger from her brother. ‘How dare he tell me this is wrong.’ Yor immediately thought at feeling the pure joy coming from Loid’s touch, her husband’s touch, he was hers…

A surge of pride and determination pulsed through her, “L—Loid… I want… want to be… top..” Yor gasped as he lapped her nipple. The only response she had was feeling a smile against her skin before he quickly flipped the two of them, Yor now straddling him, her hands pressing into his chest.

Opening himself up to lay under her hips Twilight looked up at the delicious image above him, he never before gave up the control during any mission, he would manipulate the target to feel in control however he was always three steps ahead. But the woman above him now, her deep red eyes piercing into his heart, her toned curving body carved from marble, her jet black hair moving like waterfalls over her shoulders and down her back… he never had seen this perfection before. He knew deep down he would bow only to her, feeling like the world and his duty no longer existed when enveloped by her. Twilight was now a footsoldier to serve Yor’s body, to swear to it, to be commanded, and she was who to fight for.

Yor snaked down Loid’s torso lightly kissing his chest, pulling deep moans from his throat. Grazing her teeth over his chest elicited a breathy gasp in response, feeling as though her boundaries were fully down and still energized from the earlier confrontation Yor continued her love bites until she was squarely over his already hardened member. Taking it in her hands she licked her lips as she stared at the glistening tip, wet with precum, pulsing with anticipation. Her eyes darted up to Loid’s, seeing his blue eyes look at her with surprise and anticipation as she lowered her head. Kissing the head pulled a moan from Loid and she felt his hands to gather her hair into his fist. Opening her lips she lowered her mouth and hands down the veined shaft slowly then repeated the motion upwards. Her tongue licked the side of his dick and kissed the head before starting the ritual again, this time finding a rhythm which slowly sped up.

“God, Yor…” Twilight gripped her hair as he watched Yor’s lips run up and down his length, “This feels so fucking good…” He tossed his head back and closed his eyes as he began to be enveloped by the sensations. He felt as if he began to fall into a pool that warmed his chest, his breath catching with the sensations. Looking down at Yor’s holding him, the warm pool in his gut began to feel like a swirl breaking a wall and soon rushed towards him. “Oh fuck, Yor, wait, I’m—” Twilight tried to pull himself away as he was hit with an intense orgasm, his body pulsed and shook as he gripped onto Yor’s hair.

Yor felt Loid’s fingers tighten in her hair as she felt warm fluids shoot into her mouth as she continued to pump him, riding out the orgasm shaking through his body. As she swallowed she looked up at Loid, his hand moved to her cheek fingers traced her wet, swollen lips. His face was flushed and mouth gaping as he tried to catch his breath, his eyes looked at her glazed. He looked completely incapacitated and under her complete control, the feeling of dominance surged through her body as she licked up the remaining cum from his shaft.

“Oh god Yor, I’m— haaa… I’m sorry.” Twilight panted as his hand moved to cup her cheek, his thumb wiped the corner of her wet mouth. ‘Fuck… How could this woman be so powerful, I can’t believe I came so fast like that, this feeling, I can’t understand.’

Yor smiled, still feeling the surge of pride knowing she could make him melt like that, “I liked it, Loid… I like seeing you like this.” She crawled up his body and allowed him to direct her lips to his. She tasted his seed still on her lips and drew her tongue against his, tasting his mouth as well. The two pressed against each other, exploring each other's mouths for what felt like even a longer period of time than it took Loid to orgasm.

Breaking their kiss, Twilight began to move his body down, “I like to see you like that too, move up a bit.” Twilight grasped her buttocks as he directed her knees to either side of his head then her hands to the headboard.

Slowly he lowered her sex to his waiting lips, Yor gasped as she felt his hot breath tickle before she felt his warm tongue up her seam. Her juices began to smear across his face as he pushed his tongue between her lips and drank her wetness. Pulling her open to him, Twilight circled her swollen clit as he pushed his thumb into her wet hole.

Yor held onto the headboard as she felt her legs become weak as Loid buried his mouth onto her cunt, sucking and licking her clit and labia before pushing his fingers into her. She tried to pull her hips away as he curled his fingers to press on that button and his lips suctioned to her throbbing clit, but her hips were in his vice grip keeping them to his face. Pressure began building as he continued to press his fingers and lips into her.

“Loid, I— please, I can’t— can’t hold it…” Yor screamed as the warm sensation bursted and exploded within her. Her knuckles were white as she gripped the headboard, feeling the slick against Loid’s face as her hips bucked, riding the energy escaping her. Her mind for a moment went blank while aftershocks rolled through her, as she focused back room around them the feeling of needing Loid’s dick penetrating her enveloped her. “Loid I– I need you in me,” Yor panted as she moved her hips away from him.

“Of course…” Twilight smiled as he watched Yor shakingly move from him, her knees shaking. He sat up and wiped his hand over his face, still covered in Yor’s essence before pulling her lips to his as both their hands searched the nightstand. Without breaking their wet kisses, both tasting of the other, Yor shakingly rolled the condom down his length and moved quickly to center herself over him.

Slowly Yor lowered herself down Loid’s length, fully enveloping him, Yor let out a primal moan. She still had not become used to the feeling of herself stretching around him and the fullness, but it had already become her addiction.

A rough thumb moved over her open lips, fingers wrapped into her hair directing her lips down towards his. Locking their lips together, the two breathed into each other as their hips began rolling together. Both moaned into their kisses as Twilight’s shaft plunged deeper into Yor.

Yor curled her fingers into Loid's chest as they bounced their hips together. She again looked down on him, gasping for air like he was dying from pleasure. The sight made her lick her lips as she dug her nails into his muscles and sped her hips up, taking control from him and making him succumb to her. Loosing some strength Yor folded onto his chest and bit into his shoulder as his hands slammed her hips to his.

“Hng… ahhh.” Yor moaned against Loid, the friction between the two overtaking her consciousness.

Grasping her hips until his fingers were white from the pressure, Twilight felt the sharpness of nails and teeth digging into his skin as Yor’s walls tighten against him, “Yor, I– I lov… hng.. this… You–you feel so good.” Twilight choked on a gasp as his mind began to go blank while he drowned in pleasure.
