Chapter Text
The sway of the man’s hips was the first thing that caught Bakugou’s interest in the waiter.
Whether it be just from the light jingle of the golden jewelry that wrapped around the man’s waist or the fact that the man’s clothes were rather fluid with each one of his movements.
Bakugou wanted him.
Bakugou needed him..
He was currently in a club, not his typical scenery but he had made an exception for it being Kirishima’s post-wedding party for his groomsmen after he had asked Mina to be the one to stay with him for his entire life.
She had said yes, and now, the single, well liked hero, Bakugou Katsuki was here.
Of course the groom was not, probably making his own moves on his new wife that night while giving his groomsmen that were single a little treat before they would inevitably have to clean up the venue.
Katsuki had not thought this to be a good idea.
He had purposefully kept himself single after all, not wanting the drama of having someone to be seen and harassed by the paparazzi if he had chosen to be seen in public with them.
But this was a change of pace…
Sure, there were other men here entertaining guests on the small stages set up around the room and who would be the usual standard for what would be considered attractive.
Those however seem to be customized for the more women gaze.
Now, the one he was staring at currently was not on one of the stages around the room for everyone to gawk at, no, this one was one of the servers.
The freckled man simply giving out drinks and food to the patrons, of course still dressed in a rather skin tight suit but it was a rather cute crop top that showed the man’s waist and down the curves of his navel.
The man’s already attractive waist being even more accentuated by long chains of golden jewelry that wrapped around it completely, the excess chain dangling just below his waistline.
And at the end of the golden chains were gemstones.
One on both ends had a brilliant red color to contrast with his outfit.
Yet still, the waiter was almost completely covered up, mostly leaving guests to wonder.
And boy, was Bakugou Katsuki wondering-
He didn’t even know what it was about the man, His looks? How he laughed along and smiled with comments about his outfit?
Was it a quirk of some kind that made the boy look so tantalizing that Bakugou couldn’t stop looking???-
Or was it-
“Heyyy Bakugou!” He was startled slightly by Denki Kaminari who wrapped an arm around his shoulders, the man holding a drink with his free hand.
“What are you looking at~? A sexy girl???-“ he chuckles, bringing his head down, almost pressing his cheek against Bakugou’s to see from his perspective.
The boy then gasping moments later, “I didn’t know that you were part of the gay squad!-“
Bakugou’s eye twitched-
“Buzz off, you know I hate it when you get in my personal space.” The blonde rolled his eyes, pushing the tipsy man away from him as he laughed.
“Alright alright! But I could put in a good word for him if you’d like-“
“Don’t. You. Fucking. Dare..” Bakugou’s teeth grinded against each other as the boy laughed again, holding up his half full glass to him as if cheering for his luck.
“Don’t say that I didn’t offer to help!” He laughed before wandering off to be god only knows where.
All while Bakugou groaned and put his head down onto the table.
“That dunce-“
“Would you like any refreshments?”
That voice immediately snapped him back into attention, the blonde looking shocked as the boy, the jewelry around his waist jingling slightly with each movement, smiled at him.
Fuck-
Bakugou cleared his throat, shifting a little in his chair before offering a slight smile.
He had not even really realized how his gaze seemed to automatically drift downward towards the mans hips and waist due to to the jewels that sparkled from it until the waiter gave him an all knowing look.
Well that just made him look like an asshole- only looking to get into the waiter’s pants now doesn’t it?-
He quickly cleared his throat and looked up, albeit with slight difficulty.
“Uh, sure.” He responded, hand pulling away from the table to grab his wallet, barely able to grab onto the leather rim of it before the waiter shook his head.
“All drinks are on the house tonight sir.” He smiled, “what would you like?”
Ah fuck-
Katsuki’s going to need to be drunk off his ass by the end of this if he wanted to keep himself in check-
“Just a whiskey on rocks. Thanks.” He nodded, eyes moving from the man to his hands while he poured his drink.
Even his damn hands look hot-
Goddamnit-
“Here you go!” The waiter smiled, placing the drink down in front of him, his hand over the top rim of it before retreating.
“My name's Midoriya, please tell me if you need anything else from me alright?”
And before Bakugou could say anything else to that, the man was gone, catering to some more customers while Bakugou’s heart raced.
“Shit-“ he swore before practically downing the glass in one big swig, wiping his lips off with the sleeve of his suit.
It felt much too hot in here..

The Hero didn’t exactly remember what happened in the next hour or so, ordering more and more drinks until his mind finally moved off from the boy who was still in his sights.
He couldn’t help but groan though.
He was usually a responsible drinker, one who would only sip on one glass during an entire outing and be completely sober enough to drive his friends home after a wild night.
But today?
“Do you need me to call you a taxi?”
The familiar voice roused him from his sluggish thoughts, his red eyes meeting those green ones before fogging slightly as they wandered off to stare at the man’s freckles.
Without an answer, Izuku gave the man a sheepish grin.
Quickly stacking the cups that Bakugou had finished off and putting a gentle hand on the others back.
“I am going to step out and call someone to help, alright?”
Without an answer yet again, the dancer wandered back into the large crowd, looking for the phone that was hung up on the wall in case of any emergencies.
Though before he could get there, he was stopped by another blonde haired man, but this one had a very specific black shape on his hair, almost reminding him of a lightning bolt.
“Yo!” The man smiled, holding a hand up as if to greet him, which honestly made Midoriya feel rather confused, pointing to himself with a questioning look, gaining a nod in response which led him to walk over.
“Yes? If you need a refill I am going to have to take a minute to call a taxi for-“
“Oh for Bakugou?? He's fine!” The stranger gave a reassuring smile, “Sero can give him a ride! He’s with friends!”
Oh.
And Izuku would have questioned further.
It being a pretty strict policy as well as just a moral he had to make sure that this man was telling him the truth about being the drunk man’s friend.
But he watched as Bakugou seemed to relax slightly more as his friend helped him up from the table.
Izuku smiled softly in slight relief, “oh alright, do be careful though, alright? It’s getting pretty close to midnight.”
“We will!” Denki reassured, going to Bakugou and helping him up by pulling his arm around his shoulders.
“But oh wait!”
Just before Izuku was about to leave the two be, he was surprised by the other man putting a piece of paper into his hand, making him tilt his head.
“What is-“
“This guy’s number!” The boy smirked triumphantly, pointing to the practically passed out man bent over his shoulder who seemed seconds away from vomiting.
Excuse me?-
“I-…” Izuku didn’t know if the blush on his face was from embarrassment or from being flattered.
“Why-“ he couldn’t help but bluntly ask, gaining a laugh as he watched Denki turn away and start walking away with his friend.
“Trust me! You two would be great together!”
“But-“
“Just give him a call in the morning at least! He would love that!”
And before the waiter could retort, the man with the small group he arrived with was gone.
Yet Izuku couldn’t help but think back to how handsome the man had looked…
Izuku and the man were both seemingly single.
He had noticed the man, Bakugou, as his friend had mentioned, look at him from afar while he sat at the table, but he hadn’t thought that it was anything more than a little entertainment.
And as Izuku wiped down the tables for the night before clocking out, he couldn’t help but imagine seeing that man again..

“WHAT DO YOU MEAN THAT YOU GAVE MY NUMBER TO THAT GUY??!?”
Bakugou’s voice boomed as soon as he woke up, hearing Denki laugh loudly over the phone at his panic.
“I did you a solid bro! You never would have asked him out otherwise-“
“Because he probably has someone already and!-“
Bakugou’s tangent was interrupted however by another caller, sighing as he rolled his eyes. “Hold on, someone else is calling me.”
He then looked at the caller id and felt his heart drop-
Izuku Midoriya…
Fuck..
He remembered that name.
