A GOD's Alternate Tales

Chapter 4: Record of Ragnarok: Part 2.

Summary:

Olympian GOD Beerus vs Zeus.

Chapter Text

No sooner had Heimdall made the proclamation of the battle's beginning, did Zeus launch into action.

His speed was such that no mortal could keep track of him, and most Gods lost track of him as well, as his hulking form flashed towards his brother.

As he did, his body grew in size even more, becoming near twice what it was prior to his forward charge. His muscles being so ludicrously huge on his frame at this point, that any who could still see him, recognized such monstrous proportions as that which only the Titans ever reached or exceeded, such as Kronos, the long-annihilated father of the two Olympians.

There were numerous techniques Zeus could've started with, but knowing his opponent, he didn't bother with most of them, knowing how fruitless it would be.

There were only two that held any chance of giving him an edge

One of Zeus's now gargantuan fists glowed a deep, blazing gold as he reared it back. The wind beginning to howl tremendously, as the air itself thrummed and seemed to get sucked towards it, like shockwaves being compressed into his palm, as the deity channelled an insane amount of divine energy into it.

All of his power and focus, within this state, going into this single blow. Holding nothing back, from the start.

The few Gods in the stands that could perceive him still, such as Odin, Aphrodite, Hermes, and a recently returned Shiva, either narrowed their eyes or gasped at what the King of the Gods was doing. Astonished he was going for that the instant the battle began, for they all recognized the move, having seen him use it once before, long ago.

A move that was poached directly from Kronos, the embodiment of time, and which had packed into it all the respect and resentment that Zeus had ever felt for his father, before his demise at Beerus' hands.

An exceedingly dangerous killing move that with just Zeus' one use, and with its use before that, in Kronos' hands, was widely considered one of the most powerful divine techniques in all of Creation.

One that bent the very concept of time itself to its whim, warping everything around it, and allowing for one single, devastating blow to be delivered in a fraction of time so infinitesimal, that physics itself held no sway over it.

Something which only a scant few Gods could hope to survive, if struck, due to the overwhelming power that was held within it.

The Fist That Surpassed Time.

Beerus saw this. Felt it. Smirked at it, even.

But he made no move to avoid it.

"Take this, Beerus!" Zeus roared, as he got close and sent his glowing fist forth.

It shot through the space between them faster than anyone watching in the stands now, could perceive.

In approximately 0.00000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000001 seconds, it crossed the distance. The giant, radiant fist mere inches from Beerus' face, poised to cave it in and knock his head clean off his shoulders.

THOOOOOOOOOOOOM!

Impact was made, not a moment later. The collision so intense, it sent out a blast wave that shook not just the arena, but all of the Gods' realm itself, creating violent tremors in the ground, seas and air, all at once.

Were it not for the arena having been reinforced to withstand the most powerful of attacks, as well as lend some form of protection to the spectators, it would most assuredly have been obliterated in an instant, and all those seated and within the stands, with the exception of a small few, would've been reduced to paste.

As it stood, everything around them, such as the ground, walls and bleachers still cracked, the stadium bucking, as all watching were pushed back, either into their seats, or forced back into a wall, such was the case with Brunhilde and Goll. The two gritting their teeth and grimacing at the aftershock's blunt force against them.

Odin's ravens were blown away into the sky, and it was only by his magic that they were teleported elsewhere, before they strayed too far into the heavens and death potentially befell them.

And Aphrodite's absurdly large, majestic tits were thrust up again, wobbling and rippling everywhere as they whacked her in the face and squishing over her head, as the back of her chair crumbled behind her. The Goddess falling ass-over-backwards out of her seat, tumbling upside-down, where her upper-back, shoulders and the back of her head struck cracked concrete.

The sound of something tearing went unheard, over the loud noise of the blast-wave, as the upper part of her outfit could no longer handle the strain and tore off.

Distracted by the shockwave, nobody, not even those who would've had a good view, got to bare witness to her perfectly plump, round ass, as it was left exposed to the world. The remains of her skimpy attire hiked up, letting her sumptuous thighs, big, jiggly cheeks and wide hips be in full view, as her legs folded over and spread wide, feet coming passed her shoulders and framing her in what looked like a mating press position.

The Goddess wore nothing beneath her skirt. Her puckered and petalled entrances fully visible, alongside her breasts that smothered her groaning face, with their hard, jutting nipples engorged and leaking trails of milk down the upper clefts, as her gold-tinted pussy juices flowed like the finest wine down her legs.

It was an intensely erotic sight, that under any other circumstance, would've had near everyone, both Man and God, regardless of male or female, in the arena, basking in and aroused beyond comprehension. Many ready to go at the Goddess and get a piece of her flawlessly sensual, heavenly-shaped body.

However, in a moment that said Goddess would be both grateful for, as well as profoundly insulted by, given how much she prided herself on her sexuality, nobody in the crowd, from either side, paid her any mind, in this hyper-arousing state.

All of them much too engrossed in the battle of brothers going on down below, and in shock over the power that resonated through their flesh, bones and souls, feeling just a small fraction of what had been packed into Zeus's opening attack.

A dust cloud had been kicked up, shortly after impact, which obscured the two from everyone's vision, momentarily.

"Did he get him?"

"No way he didn't. That attack was way too fast!"

"And that power… There's no way even Beerus could shrug something like that off!"

"Heh. Maybe Zeus beat him, already?"

"He must've, as that was definitely a direct hit!"

Such were the whispers and mutterings of the stunned deities watching.

Those who were lower on the hierarchy, anyway.

Odin never took his eyes off what was happening, and didn't so much as utter a word, as he kept watch, waiting for the silhouettes to appear, first.

Hermes, who was back up in the Greek Gods' personal space overlooking the arena, did not look convinced it was over, in the slightest, for he knew better.

Shiva, too, did not subscribe to this battle being over. Every fibre of his godly being, which shared a domain with Beerus, screamed at him that this fight was very much still on.

And as it did, he thanked the heavens silently, that Zeus had chosen to strong-arm him out of this second round, because he sure as hell did not wish to ever be the one facing down the Olympian Destroyer, knowing what he knew of him.

"Did he actually get him?"

"Oh no. Is Beerus okay?"

"He might be out, already. However strong he is, there's no way anyone could just take that…"

"No way that's it. I refuse to believe he went down that easy!"

"Damnit, why does that dust have to be in the way! I have to see what happened!"

These were the whispers and mutterings of the humans, who waited with bated breath to see the outcome of Zeus' attack. Some having already lost hope in Beerus, after witnessing the aftermath of Zeus' terrifying power.

Once again, though, neither Valkyrie appeared perturbed, despite also feeling the after-effect of Zeus' thunderous strike.

Because then, just as indistinct shadows started to become visible through the dust, a chuckle rang out.

"Of all the things you could've started our battle with, you chose to copy our pathetic father's technique?"

The dust was then instantly blown away by an unseen force, revealing Beerus to be perfectly fine. The God unmoved by the punch, which he'd stopped dead in its tracks with a single, raised hand.

"I'll give you this, Zeus. Your version is definitely much more powerful than our old man's was, which shows you've definitely been keeping up with your training, to some extent. And that's quite commendable." Beerus praised a bit, as he looked up and met his brother's dark and gold eyes, which didn't appear all that shocked at this outcome.

If anything, they almost looked resigned, as the destroyer glared him down.

"However, as you no doubt see for yourself… it's nowhere near enough!"

Before Zeus could try to back away, Beerus thrusted his own punch in retaliation, striking the enlarged deity dead in his gut at break-neck speed.

BOOM!

Pain exploded through the bigger God's abdomen and right out his back, as he was fired off the ground with a sonic boom and sent hurtling into the arena wall back-first, cratering into the reinforced, magical stone and indenting his body's shape into it.

Zeus violently coughed up golden blood to the ground, immediately. His lower ribs definitely broken, while it felt like some of his insides were being churned.

"H-Holy shit! He just took Zeus' best shot like it was nothing, and then sent him flying, like fodder!"

"W-Wow! Just how strong is he!?"

"H-He's incredible!"

"H-Hehe. I think we have this round in the bag, guys!"

Such were some of the many stunned comments of Humanity, before they erupted back into loud cheers, hooping and hollering for the God of Destruction that'd chosen to fight for them.

Brunhilde was grinning like the Cheshire cat, and Goll, for a rare change, held a similar expression.

The Gods, meanwhile, were mostly rendered speechless. Pits of dread now firmly opened up in their guts, as they saw how easily the Fist That Surpassed Time had been blocked, and then how easily Zeus had been flung back, taking considerable damage in the process.

"Yep. Old geezer's screwed." Shiva muttered. "Would've thought that strike would've done something to him, at least, but if he can stop it like that, then it's pretty clear where this battle's headed."

Odin closed his eyes and chuckled at the result.

Hermes, from his position, just sighed, having expected such an outcome himself, even if he too had thought it might cause Beerus some issue, as the door to the booth slammed open behind him.

And a large, bumbling fool tumbled inside.

"Agh! Hermes! What's going on!? I'd heard the second battle started, and that father was substituting in, but before I could get here to watch, the entire place cracked and started shaking!"

"That would be because our father began the battle with the Fist That Surpassed Time, looking to hopefully gain an advantage early on, Ares." The calm deity dutifully replied to his oafish sibling, side-eying him as the blonde giant of a God rose – or perhaps the better term was scrambled – to his feet. His red cape billowing behind his very muscular frame, as he fixed the helmet over his head.

"What!? He started the battle with that!? Who or what could he possibly be fighting from the humans' side, that he'd feel the need to…"

Ares trailed off, as soon as he saw who was down there in the ring, with his father.

His eyes then bugged out of his skull.

"U—Uh-Uncle Beerus!?" He screamed in comical shock, mouth wide open and sweat spilling from his brow.

The tattooed face of Hermes twitched slightly in irritation. "Brother, could you please refrain from shouting like that, near my ears?"

"Brother, why is uncle Beerus down there fighting for the humans!?" Ares continued shouting, either having not heard Hermes, or choosing to ignore his request, in lieu of finding out why his uncle was down there, battling against his father.

Hermes just sighed again. "Is it not obvious? He's always had a soft spot for them, for his own selfish reasons. And when you combine that with the fact that he was most likely asked to do this by Goll, it should not be difficult to see how this could be happening."

"Goll? The youngest of the Valkyries?" Ares blinked, befuddled. "Why would he do this because she asked?"

"…Is that a serious question?" Hermes stared at his brother. For once, earnestly astounded at his seeming lack of knowledge. "She is his paramour, after all. Not to mention the mother of his children…"

"Wait, she is!?" Ares was gobsmacked, as he whipped his head to him. "Since when!?"

"How did you not… no, never mind." The messenger of the Gods shook head. He knew this oaf was clueless, but this was a whole other level, even for him. "It doesn't matter. Just know that they are an item, and Lord Beerus is nothing if not loyal to her, which has created quite the conundrum for our father, as you can see."

"Oh… Oh no…" The God of war whimpered, worry lining his now scared features for Zeus.

Said God having just popped out of the wall he'd been sent into, crumbling to his hands and knees immediately, as he hacked a few more times, before letting out a pained breath.

"Well… I suppose I should've seen that one coming…" The hulking King of Gods blurted, ichor spilt down the corners of his lips, as he endured the quakes of his body and forced himself back up to his feet. "Had to give it a good whirl, though. See if it was fast enough to bypass your defences."

Hearing him from across the ring, Beerus scoffed. "Even if it had, with that level of power, the most you'd have done, is give me a mild headache."

"Feh! Perhaps so! Ah, well…" The hulked-up God gripped his shoulders. "Guess my only real choice is to use this then!"

To the disgust, discomfort, shock and horror of many watching, both God and Man alike, as well as the watching Valkyries, Zeus began quite literally crushing his own muscles down to his very bones, with brute strength.

It started from the shoulders, moving down to the biceps, then his own legs, as his body began to dramatically deform, some parts compressed, other bulging out dramatically, as if something was trying to force its way out of him.

All the while, the sounds made each time he did, both by his whining body and his own throat were agonizing to listen to. Sweat pouring off of him worse than a stuffed pig, directly at his feet, forming a sizeable puddle beneath him from the effort it was taking to do this.

Eventually, he gripped his chest, fingers mulching down on his hard pecs, before finally, with one great heave, steam started to billow from his body, temporarily obscuring him from sight.

Beerus narrowed his eyes slightly, as the pressure in the arena multiplied, this time not from him.

When the steam parted, it revealed Zeus's new form.

Its ghastly appearance had all of his muscles perturbingly compressed down to give his tall frame an almost ghoulish, lithe visage, with his torso impossibly narrowed down. His ribs pushing through his skin in a way that most definitely did not resemble abs, but rather the bones themselves looking ready to pop out of his flesh, at any second.

It was especially apparent, with his lower two ribs, which showed cracks along the edges, after taking Beerus's blow a moment before.

This didn't appear to impede Zeus much, however, as he blasted off the ground. His speed higher than ever, as he crossed the distance between himself and his brother in a blur. Steam still pouring off his form, as his right fist reared back, ready to deliver a debilitating blow.

"True God's Right!" He roared, with a slightly warped voice, as his fist propelled forth at blinding velocity.

And struck nothing but air and the ground, cratering the floor in the process as Beerus side-stepped him and leapt away at the last second.

"Well now. This is definitely an improvement. At least in terms of the power you're giving off. Much better control of it, too." The destroyer acknowledged without concern, as Zeus rounded on him, throwing on overhand that he ducked under.

Beerus responded back with a faster-than-light jab of his own, popping it up right into Zeus's jutting jaw. The sheer force behind the strike dislocating it and whipping Zeus's head back, while pulling his feet from the ground.

The God didn't go flying away this time, though, as he recovered from the attack fast enough to dig his heels back into the ground, dragging trenches along it, as he forced himself to a stop several metres away.

Without even using his hands, he snapped his jaw back into a place with a sickening CRACK that had Goll squirming.

"More durable, too, it seems." Beerus noted, before a thought struck him. "You know, I believe this is the first time I'm seeing this form for myself. I'd heard of its use before, a long time ago, but I was definitely asleep, when last you pulled it out." The purple-haired deity casually remarked with a chuckle. "It puts a lot of strain on you, though. That much I can already see. Odds are, if I did nothing other than avoid you, you'd gas out on your own within minutes, trying to maintain it."

"Correct! Such a drawback, however, is more than worth it, for the gains that it gives!" Zeus shot back, before he pushed off the ground hard enough to send a ripple through it. Huge chunks of it being rent and sent into the air as he launched himself at Beerus again, this time with a leg wound back.

"Divine Axe!"

Like its namesake, his leg then came swinging forth with the sharp precision of said weapon. Space itself bending around the limb, as it zoomed in with enough strength to bisect anything it hit.

Anything except his opponent, who blocked the attack with his forearm. The ground beneath him shattering as a shockwave rose forth, tearing the ground in the direction Zeus' leg had slashed asunder, all the way up to a wall, where it pulverized part of it.

"Ah. I definitely felt that one, at least! Might even be enough to leave a small bruise, but still not enough!"

"Uooogh!" Zeus' maw flew open, spit and ichor flying out, as Beerus countered, laying into him with a series of blows. Three jabs to the face, snapping his head this way and that, each knocking a tooth out with a spritz of golden blood, followed by a vicious boot to the belly, producing a horrendous snapping sound as Zeus doubled over, spewing some more ichor from his gob, which was then cut off, as his jaw was smashed shut with a brutal knee.

The combo was completed with a leap and swift spin that made Beerus blur like a hurricane, as he slammed the heel of his foot directly into Zeus' temple, right as his upper body popped up from the prior knee.

The King of Gods was sent careening back at speeds that defied comprehension of all watching, cutting a fissure through the ground with his body, as he impacted with the same wall he'd been sent into before with such force, that the stadium quaked intensely. All those watching having to brace themselves with yelps or gasps, as the whole place tilted at a dangerous angle momentarily.

Brunhilde crouched and punched her fist into the floor to steady herself, while holding Goll tight. Her teeth grit, but split into a manic smile filled with arousal at the sight she was witnessing down below.

She couldn't see the attacks themselves, but she could feel the impact of each, and could see for herself the damage they inflicted on Zeus, now pushed even deeper into the wall, shoulders and head-first.

His lower jaw had come unhinged and looked ready to peel off in a gruesome mess of bloody flesh with most of his teeth shattered, while an indentation was present all over his forehead, and two more broken ribs jutted at awkward angles through his front.

The eldest Valkyrie's knees trembled once again.

"Oh, I'm so masturbating to this, when it's all set and done!"

"Ewww!" Goll pulled a repulsed face. "That's gross, Brunhilde!"

"Oh, be quiet! You're having sex after this and getting your back blown out, so you don't get to judge me!" Brunhilde barked back, unrepentant about what she'd just admitted, which only made it worse in the youngest Valkyrie's eyes, as she was cowed away by her sister's aggression.

Damnit. It was times like this that Brunhilde lamented not yet having her boyfriend back. The memory of this 'battle' was something she'd definitely be riding Siegfried to for years to come, after it was all set and done.

Meanwhile, Ares stumbled forward and fell over the railing to crash into one of the stands in a very undignified heap, as Hermes kept a good grasp over the railing to keep himself rooted.

Odin used his magic to keep himself rooted to his chair, as did Shiva, but with a bit more difficulty, given such magic wasn't really his forte.

Aphrodite, who'd only just righted herself and was rising to her feet, was taken off-guard again, and thus found herself slipping. Her beatific face slamming against the remains of her chair, damn near knocking her out, as she slid backwards with a groan. Her gargantuan gazongas spilled out around her upper torso and armpits, being flattened beneath her like soft dough, as her huge ass curved up into the air.

A sight just as erotic as the last one she'd been in, with her juices running down her thighs, and another prime position to fuck her in, which at this point, she'd have welcomed, just to offset the embarrassment.

And still, nobody took notice of her, even for a fraction of a second.

"Had enough, Zeus!?" Beerus called out to his brother, shortly after he landed smoothly back on the ground, gazing upon his battered form, unperturbed by the tilt he'd given the arena.

"Rrrrghrhg!..." Body shaking like a leaf in the wind, Zeus rose a bit from the wall and inclined his head, giving Beerus a glare of defiance.

"Hmph. Guess not." The destroyer shrugged.

Zeus then, with some difficulty, pushed himself back up. His breathing more laboured now, mostly through his nose, with his mouth being the way it was, before he thrusted himself forward at even greater speed.

There was no strategy at all to this, other than brute force, because he knew his options were limited, and any fighting strategy he did come up with, would end up being futile, regardless, what with his brother's skill, technique and fighting IQ surpassing his own.

He'd see through anything he came up with now, in a heartbeat. Any plan that could've helped him, could only have been formulated well in advance, with the foreknowledge that Beerus would be his opponent, and not Adam.

In the back of his mind, Zeus knew well what this meant, but out of pride, he refused to listen to that voice piping up within him.

"Meteor Jab!" The King of the Gods somehow bellowed, even with his dangling jaw, as he sent a flurry of punches from a single fist, at close range. Each one increasing in speed to try and overwhelm his opponent.

However, no matter how fast they got, now long passed the point where nobody in the stands could follow a single one of them, Beerus avoided them all. The smaller God bobbing and weaving through each with masterful evasiveness and unearthly grace.

Frustration bubbling, Zeus really threw his entire back into it and started using his other arm, too, incorporating both his fists into his Meteor Jab, as he pushed his transformed body to its limits. The speed of his punches pushing far beyond even the Fist That Surpassed Time, reaching velocities that screwed with space-time to such a degree, that they broke the very laws of causality itself, with more and more of them seemingly arriving before they'd even been thrown.

It was at this point, that Beerus either could no longer dodge, or had chosen to stop doing so, taking instead to blocking the onslaught of punches with his palms, forearms and elbows.

THOOM-THOOM-THOOM-THOOM-THOOM-THOOM-THOOM-THOOM-THOOM-THOOM!

Each collision reverberated through his being, as the arena around them shook and shook, the ground beneath their feet cratering deeper and deeper, withstanding only a minute fraction of the real power behind each destructive punch that Zeus thrusted at him.

All of them, without exception, held the strength to destroy all of Heaven a hundred times over.

Could've bent the Universe itself in half and tore it a new asshole, even.

But none of them could ever make Beerus yield, as he raised his own power. A dull stinging sensation entering the parts of his arms he used to block, as he spotted an opening and took it.

Zeus's eyes widened, as his latest punch was deflected and Beerus pushed inside his guard. He tried to push back and throw another punch with his other hand, but it was too late.

The God of Destruction struck not with a fist, but with his fingers, jabbing pressure points on both shoulders and arms too fast for Zeus to react to.

And just like that, Zeus lost all feeling in both.

Neither even had the time to go limp by his sides, however, before Beerus gave him his reply for that onslaught with one of his own.

What the crowd was subjected to, then, was nothing short of the most one-sided beatdown they'd ever glimpsed. And glimpse was the operative word, as most of what was being done, could not be perceived by any, other than the highest echelon of Gods watching, or the Valkyries, and even then, only in snippets.

Those were enough, as they bared witness to Zeus being slammed by either his arms or legs all over the place, tossed this way and that, punched and kicked in every conceivable direction, and smashed wherever Beerus saw fit, throughout the ring.

The walls were soon battered beyond recognition, the floor cracked and cratered in every possible space. And no matter where one looked, the blood of Zeus was left behind, sometimes with pieces of the God, like an ear that'd torn off, or a piece of a tooth, or even a chipped part of one of his bones with a clump of flesh on it.

It was a massacre. Plain and simple.

And Brunhilde was almost hyperventilating at the sight, with how fast and sharp her panting breaths came, hot and misty with an occasional moan, as her perturbing expression made her look like she was approaching an incredible orgasm.

Probably because she was. Goll wouldn't put it passed her, just from the way her sister was now holding herself, quivering like crazy as she viewed the brutalization of Zeus at Beerus' hands.

And then, just as quick as it'd started, the thrashing of the 'G.O.C' came to an end, and all the crowd could now finally see the duo proper, again.

Beerus stood tall, splattered with ichor that wasn't his own, looking down on and holding onto a downsized Zeus, who had reverted back to the frail old man he'd appeared as, during his entrance, but he also looked unrecognizable.

His face was pummelled at every angle, with one eye so badly swollen shut, it looked like it had bleeding lumps over bleeding lumps, while the other one was missing. Whether it'd been gouged out or popped out from a blow to the noggin was uncertain. All that was known, was that there was a trickle of blood coming from the empty socket.

His lower jaw was gone entirely, leaving only torn flesh behind, with only bits of his teeth left on the upper part, lodged deep in his bleeding gums, as his nose was crushed into his face.

His limbs were bludgeoned with deep, purplish bruises and bent at multiple awkward angles, the bones jutting out from the skin.

His torso was the most messed up, bent and misshapen around the front and the back, with several fist-sized holes in it, one even going all the way through his spine and out the back. Broken pieces of bone jutted out from all, clinging to torn flesh and leaked ichor profusely.

Most stunning of all to most watching, was despite these grievous wounds, Zeus was somehow still alive, if the way his broken body trembled and the way he weakly coughed, was any indication.

"I take it that you'll yield now?" Beerus asked of him, seeing that he'd maintained consciousness.

Or been slapped in and out of it enough to where he landed back on being conscious by the end. Not like it mattered, either way.

Before all, Zeus shakily nodded his head, accepting his defeat.

"Th-Th-That's the end of the match!" Hemidall announced through his horn with a terrified warble to his voice. "Th-The winner of the second round, in very one-sided fashion, taking home victory for the humans is… Lord Beerus!"

The Gods were speechless once more, seeing their chancellor and leader be so brutally vanquished, left in such a pitiful state.

The humans, meanwhile, were in an ecstatic uproar.

"Fuck yeah!"

"He did it! He got the win back for us!"

"I love you Beerus!"

"How does it feel you arrogant pricks, seeing your boss get manhandled like that!?"

"Woohoo! Tied 1-to-1 baby! Oh, yeah!"

"No way we don't win this now, if we have the blessing of a God like this on our side!"

"Shit, does he take worshippers? Because after this, I wouldn't mind being one!"

Such were a few of many comments by the overjoyed populace of humans, as they took in the sweet taste of victory.

"Ohh… I'm never forgetting this moment!" Brunhilde quivered in extreme delight, with a depraved, face-splitting smile baring her teeth. "Now, if only he'd strangle him with his own intestines, this would be perfect~."

Goll pulled another disturbed face at her sister, almost certain that she had genuinely just climaxed from watching this, before she let her be and turned her sights back down to her boyfriend with a smiling face full of happiness at this result.

Down in the arena, Beerus pulled out a vial with a glowing purple liquid inside, uncorked it, and poured its contents down Zeus' throat, as the divine medics rushed to the scene.

"Put his ass to bed. After having this, he'll survive. Should be rid of his injuries and back to full health by the end of the week." Beerus told them, and none of the buxom nurses argued, as they got the stretcher out for the destroyer to lay his brother on and take him away.

The God of Destruction may be cruel, but he wasn't heartless.

That was still his brother, at the end of the day, and while he'd come to teach him a lesson, he didn't want the geezer to perish.

Hopefully, this would a good humbling experience for him.

If not? He could always kick his ass to near-death again. It made no difference to him.

He'd learn eventually.

"Now then!" Beerus raised his voice over the din of cheers. "You'd all best be off for the day. The next round or two will be on tomorrow!"

The destroyer then turned his sights to the Gods, most of which flinched. "Unless of course, you lot want to continue right now? If so, be aware, I've enough time to go half a dozen more rounds, if needed, to get this stupid tournament over with."

None of the Gods argued with him.

Because none were stupid enough to do so, after that performance.

For if Zeus at his peak stood no chance against the destroyer, then what hope did any other contestant for the Gods, much less the deities that weren't chosen, and definitively weaker than them?

Seeing that he had their silent and fearful agreement, Beerus turned on his heel and vanished.

Only to reappear next to Goll and Brunhilde, startling the petite Valkyrie and earning a savage smile from the tall one.

"Consider that my part in this mostly done." He said while eying Brunhilde, ignoring the intense arousal he could smell off of her. "As per our agreement, seeing as the other Gods were stupid enough to leave in so many loopholes for the Ragnarok clause, you can rest assured that all of the human fighters you send out after me will be given my blessing of destruction. Beyond Lu Bu, you shouldn't be losing another match, from here on out."

"Excellent… Your cooperation is very much appreciated, Lord Beerus…!" The eldest Valkyrie all but moaned, beaming at him with a face of triumph that couldn't have looked any happier. "The Gods will think twice about ever trying this against Humanity again!"

"That also means you won't lose anymore sisters, Goll." Beerus remarked almost apologetically to his girlfriend, as he gazed down at her. "You have my apologies for not being awake sooner. Were it so, she'd still be here with you."

"I-It's fine. You aren't at fault for her death." Goll replied, feeling a little choked up again, thinking about her dead sister.

"Not sure if there's anything even I can do about it, but I'll see if she can be brought back, despite being sent to Niflhel. You have my word." Beerus spoke the softest he had, thus far, seeing the tears build in her eyes, something which never failed to make him fold, seeing it on Goll's adorable face.

He himself didn't have any attachment to Randgriz, but Goll did, and that was enough to make him give a shit. If only to make his woman happy.

"Th-Thank you…" Goll sniffled, driving up her cuteness factor even more, as she buried herself in his chest with a hug. One he more than happily reciprocated, while petting her head.

"You're welcome." Beerus smirked with desire. "And with that out of the way, I think I'll be needing a bath to get all this filth off of me. After that, though?"

Beerus leaned down to whisper huskily in her ear. "I'll be expecting you to be waiting for me in our room, when I'm done."

Goll shivered at the tone, especially as she felt a rather large 'package' press up against her.

"Unless of course, you'd like to help give me a wash, first?" He added with a purr. "You always were better at handling my most sensitive areas after all…"

"A-Ah…!" The youngest Valkyrie blushed bright-red like a cherry. "I-I uhh…"

"Have fun, you two!" Brunhilde chirped, slapping her sister on the back and intentionally pushing her harder against Beerus. "Be sure to handle him with grace, Goll. You know how he is, better than anyone, when he's worked up~!"

Goll gasped, but didn't voice an argument. Something both noticed, as she clung on to Beerus almost like a child would.

The destroyer didn't mind. If anything, he relished in her clinginess, as both vanished from sight, leaving behind a somewhat envious, but also astoundingly pleased Valkyrie, as she turned toward the ring, once more.

Goll had been right, earlier, when she'd said the fight wouldn't even last a minute, as the full results were pinged to her divine tablet.

Which she naturally checked with a healthy blush to her cheeks.

It read as follows, much to her unending pleasure:

Beerus vs Zeus.

Victor: Beerus.

Match Length: 17 seconds.

Deciding Move: Rush Attack.

Humans 1 – 1 Gods.

She laughed. Loud and proud.

By the end of the next few days, it would read an almost clean sweep, of 7 – 1 for Humanity.

The Gods, thanks to her and Beerus, could eat shit!
