Gortash recites a random Machiavelli quote I took from Wikiquote:

Azar prefers to spend time with Gortash one-on-one and not share. But on the other hand, when he shares responsibility with other colleagues, he is much less nervous and much less afraid of letting his boss down. Besides, it's not like Gortash is asking his opinion.

My headcanon: Gortash started to gain weight when he switched to a more sedentary job, but he was also additionally fed by Durge. Durge liked that Gort was getting juicier.
By the start of the game, Gortash had lost weight again from stress and because Durge was not around, constantly shoving something tasty under his nose.

Rugan and young Gortash worked together at one time. You can't convince me otherwise. How do I know? Bane told me in a dream.
And Rugan was kinda annoyed by Gortash's devotion. Like, come on, can't we at least relax in our free time?
Rugian is mid at work and he's proud of it. Enver is a workaholic and Rugan's careless attitude always caused him mental damage.
