Clipping the wings (Bad A Djinn’s little Canary ending AU)

Chapter 1: Recap

Chapter Text

“Well, here comes the bride.”

The ninja merely muttered to himself as he heard the gate's creek as they were slowly opened.

The wedding hall was just as Jay had expected: a long red carpet that led through the hall and to the altar, flowers hung from even corners, and heavenly harp music was played to set the mood. At the altar, there were two thrones placed, one bigger than the other, clearly for Nadakhan and his bride . The pirate crew were all settled in their assigned seats, Clancee was standing at the altar with an ancient book in his shaky hands, along with Nadakhan in full glory.

All eyes were immediately set on Jay as soon as the gates opened.

Jay felt his heart beating faster as the attention was all turned on him as his grip on the bouquet tightened, almost crushing the flowers. Furthermore, Jay has always suffered from severe stage fright, even as a small child, although he tried to collect himself as he took a couple of calm breaths just as he started walking down the aisle with clicking heels.

He tried his best to remain his gaze on the altar, forced to lock eyes with his captor, who were visibly delighted by seeing Jay like this. Frail. Powerless. Helpless. Weak. A hollow shell of who he was before all this misery.

As he reached the altar, Nadakhan held one of his hands out for Jay to take, which he relatively did with an inaudible sigh. Jay also noticed that in another one of his hands he had his dammed sword, which was glowing with the distant sounds of his friends screaming for help.

Jay just shook it off, holding back bitter tears, it was hopeless to save them now.

As Clancee was holding the ceremony through his stutters, Nadakhan was holding Jay’s hand firmly, almost too harsh, squeezing it even harder when Jay even moved a finger away. Once again, showing just how possessive the Djinn had become of the young ninja.

“I hereby declare, from here until eternity, that this holy temple in which you are married, shall stand the test of time.” Clancee franticly said, his glowing, yellow eyes reading the small text like a nervous wreck just before he raised his head up to announce the final vows.“Do you, Nadakhan, son of the King Kanjikhan, take this man as your husband?”

“Aye!” The djinn replied with a sharp tone while flashing his sword in the dim afternoon sunlight through the large windows.

“And do you, Jay Walker, take him as your husband? To make him all-powerful, freed from the restrictions of love, harm, and added wishes, so sayeth Djinn law?” Clancee asked Jay, this time in a more hesitant voice, laced in seemingly concern.

Jay felt his breath hitch in his throat, but knew that he had no choice in the matter. “Yes…”

But then all of a sudden, breaking and slamming was heard from the other side of the closed gates, making everyone in the hall, including Jay, who let a gasp escape his lips, his eyes widened.

Could it be-

“Finnish the ceremony to make it official. Barricade the doors and let no one in!” Nadakhan orders a couple of his pirates who were already making their way to the gates and both lock it and lean against them, using their whole body strengths to keep whoever was outside. Jay attempted to run from the altar but Nadakhans hand kept him from doing so, his sharp nails basically digging into the skin of the young ninja.

Jay tried to squirm away in a state of panic, but the djinn were much stronger than him and kept holding him in place.

“And under the watchful eye of this seventh sun, may this crown codify this renewal today and years to come.” Clancee stuttered in clear fear as he read the last sentence before taking a deep breath and shutting his eyes closed in fear before his voice cracked out the final words.“And by the power vested in me, I now pronounce you all-powerful.”

And right after that, the gates were broken open.

But it was far too late.

Jay was skeptical, doubting that this was really happening, he had an urge to pinch himself in the arm to make sure this wasn’t a dream or if he was hallucinating. He wouldn’t be surprised at this rate if he did begin to hallucinate due to the past few weeks of constant nightmares and isolation. Instead of pinching his skin, he decided to bite the inside of his left cheek, hard, really hard to the point that his tongue caught the metallic taste of blood, but he couldn’t care less about that minor disturbance compared to what he supposingly saw.

He blinked twice with his lip wobbling, feeling a slight cry forming in his throat but his mouth gipes formed his mouth into a tired, joyous smile, realizing that this was real. They actually came back for him. For so long Jay had lost all hope that his friends would come back to save him, guessing that they either were captured or worse.

But there they were, standing at the end of the wedding hall in full glory with their hoods on and their own swords up, ready to fight the djinn. Although it was too late. Jay was now officially Nadakhans husband and the djinn was now blessed with infinite wishes without having to follow any rules.

And now without any venom left, Nadakhan was now undefeatable.

But despite that-

Once Cole’s, Nya’s and Lloyd’s gaze landed on Jay standing by the altar, their eyes widened in shock.

The Djinn immediately frowned bitterly when he saw who the intruders were he tightened his grip around Jay’s wrist.

”Jay! You’re alive!” Nya’s voice cracked as her eyes glossed with relieved tears pricking her eyelids.

”G-guys!” Jay stuttered out when he heard Nya’s voice.

In a desperate attempt to rush towards his group to embrace them, he tried to tug his hand away from the Djinn’s grip, using all his strength and energy he had left in his drained body, but unfortunately Nadakhan still held Jay in an iron grip, refusing to let him go, let alone let him run to THEM…..

”You’re not going anywhere, my little canary.” Nadakhan purred darkly at the still-wrestling Jay, sounding more creepingly possessive than ever.

Then without a warning, the Djinn pulled the ninja in, secured his two right muscular arms around Jay, pressing him against his armored chest. Nadakhan then had his sword in front of both him and Jay, shielding both of them as he growled in a demonic tone.

Jay could see that the pirate crew still sat in their seats, their eyes fixated on the upcoming fight between their captain and the last three ninjas. All while his friends looked flabbergasted by the sight of their teammate and friend being in the arms of the Djinn king, dressed in jewelry-decorated wedding attire and had an eyepatch.

Jay was at some degree almost a bit unrecognizable.

But they got even more taken back in shock when they witnessed Nadakhan actually kissing Jay on the forehead while the ninja was clearly not showing consent to it judging by his attempted kicking and squirming.

Seeing such a disgusting action, Nya immediately took action without a second thought, dashing towards the Djinn with a raised fist to punch him in the face,

Only for Nadakhan to raise his own hand towards the girl, his voice with determance. ”I wish you weren't so strong !”

And in that instant Nya gasped, more in shock than pain as her body was immediately dropped to the floor with a gasp emitting from her. As she tried to get up she found out that she couldn’t, like she'd been drained of all her energy, shock and dread drawn in her eyes.

The other two ninjas didn’t bat an eye before rushing to their friend, Cole lifting the now-weak Nya up in his arms in a panic

”Oh no! He has infinite wishes!” Lloyd exclaimed in fear as he subconsciously shielded Nya and Cole.

”And I don't have to follow any rules! This feels good!” Nadakhan laughed wickedly.

”We can do this. It's still two to one.” Cole said as he placed Nya in a corner to keep her safe.

”Five to one, huh? I wish I had those odds.” Nadakhan hummed, raising an eyebrow in amusement just before he whispered a wish under his breath and so he created at least 15 clones of himself, all glaring at the two ninjas.

”When you can't find good help, do it yourself. Let's play fair, I wish the swords away.”

And just like that, their sword vanished in the next second, making the situation worse for the ninja.

Jay was about to let out an ear-splitting scream to distract the Djinn but was quickly cut off by Nadakhan leaning down to Jay’s level and whispered into his ear with a smirk. ”I wish you’d stay still, my love.”

And in just a second Jay felt his body stiffen into a sitting position, horror was drawn in his facial expression as he was unable to even wiggle a toe before he was settled on his throne right beside Nadakhans, forced to sit there and watch the fight.

But right in the middle of it, Jay saw that Nadakhan had put away his sword on the altar desk to the side for the moment. Despite the distance between him and the sword, Jay could still hear the painful screams of his fallen team members inside it, with the green gem glowing brighter with each scream.

If he didn't stick like this, he would’ve taken that sword by now. He tried to fight but the wish's power was far too strong. And as the cherry on top of the ice scream, it was obvious that Nya,Lloyd and Cole were losing to the Djinn, ready to flee through the opened gates and get to safety.

But just as Jay was ready to just give up he witnessed something truly unpredictable happen right in front of him;

Clancee was sneaking right behind Nadakhan, towards the Destiny sword, his demeanour shaky as always but determance was filled in his glowing, yellow eyes.Jay simply blinked as Clancee took his shot and took the sword, hesitated for a brief moment before he let out a yell and threw it towards the ninja’s, Lloyd catching it without problem before they fled away.

Jay smiled at that moment.

Knowing his friends and what they’ve accomplished, he was sure they’d find a way to bring the rest of the team back!

He just knew it!

However, Nadakhan was not pleased by one of his pirates' sudden, disobedient actions. He marched up to the hybrid serpentine, a tense moment of silence echoed throughout the wedding hall as Nadakhans face darkened to its highest, the most outraged Jay had ever seen on the Djinn's face.

“What did you do, Clancee?” He practically roared in Clancee’s face, almost grabbing him by the collar if the serpentine didn’t flinch away, pointing accusingly at his captain, his chest full with bravery.

“Now, hold on! I wish you'd listen to me for once! I never liked how you treated people. Flintlocke was right. You said this was about us. B-b-but it's only about you!” He shouted at Nadakhan, not showing an ounce of fear at all.

Nadakhan’s rage was quickly replaced with just a mocking tone as he waved his hand in Clancee’s direction, orange smoke surrounding it..“Well, if that's how you truly feel, you're banished!”

”NO!!!!” Jay yelled in grief as he was forced to see Clancee getting banished in a twirl of smoke.

Seeing this, Doubloon and Monkey Wretch trembled in fear, holding onto each other.

But Nadakhan couldn’t care less now that he didn’t have to protect his pirates image of him, now that they were now no use to him anymore as he approached the two. “Of course I do appreciate your loyalty, and I can't wait to repay you. But Clancee was right. This is all about me. I banish you too!”

And so the two pirates vanished in another orange smoke cloud, their final screams echoing through the hall.

Jay felt like his heart would pop out of his chest as cold sweat ran down his forehead of what he just saw, yet still was unable to do anything but let salty tears run down his freckled cheeks.

Although he felt a sense of relief and joy over the fact that Dogshank and Flintlocke had quietly run away at the last second before Nadakhan could notice that they were gone, out of sight, out of ear sight.

When The Djinn couldn’t find the last two, he just shrugged it off before he set his attention to Jay again, making the ninja wince in fear after seeing just how powerful Nadakhan had become.

”Oh, my sweet little canary~”

Jay’s blood ran cold when that beguiling voice spoke his name, forcing him to look up and make eye contact with Nadakhan who looked at him with a seemingly lustful desire as he licked his lips.  In the Djinn’s eyes, nothing mattered right now except Jay, his forever mate for life.

And Jay could've sworn he saw hearts in the Djinn's eyes for a sec.

“I finally have you all to myself.” Nadakhan purred as he caressed one of his hands over Jay’s cheek, rubbing his thumb dangerously close to his plump lips.

Jay immediately felt a chill of unease running down his spine at the Djinn’s physical contact with him. With Nadakhans hand in Jay’s freckled cheek, his thumb trailing over and rubbing his cherry lips in such a delicate manner as if Jay was made of porcelain. The Djinn’s eyes were now completely set on Jay, his gaze was full of love and desire for the ninja, only increasing poor Jay’s rising anxiety.

The Djinn was so calm and collected now compared to moments ago when he had banished Clancee and the others, as if he had never lost his temper like that.

Jay felt so scared that he didn’t even notice that he’d been staring intensely into Nadakhans eyes this whole time, until Nadakhan’s lower pair of hands each took Jay’s, giving the ninja’s hands a comforting squeeze.

”Oh darling, why the long face? We’re finally married after all, this is supposed to be the happiest day of your life.” Nadakhan cooed all too sweetly as he’d just stopped touching his face but now his lower hands were holding his hands.

”I should’ve known you weren’t going to keep your promise…” Jay merely said, his voice weak, not breaking eye contact with this monster.”They didn’t deserve banishment.”

”Yes, they did~” Nadakhan purred, leaning into Jay even more, their foreheads almost touching.

”What about your sword then, huh?” Jay huffed, trying to act tough, his expression suddenly much different from moments ago, deciding to shut off any emotion.

”Why would I need that dusty, old sword when I have infinite wishes now? Now I can just wish for anything to happen, I'm not unbeatable!” Nadakhan shrugged with a menacingly chuckle.

Yet Jay’s refused to show any emotion but disdain.

“Ah, my love…” Nadakhan spoke up in slight comfusion as his upper hands were now playing wit his brown, soft locks.” I thought i told you long ago, warned you, not to get to fond of my pirates, but do not fray, soon this will all be pleasant memory.” Nadakhan sighed happily while looking longingly at his husband, trying to get the fish just as happy as he.

Yet Jay’s cold, slit-eyed dark gaze continued, a heavy, uncomfortable tension settling in the room. Even the Djinn was starting to get a bit nervous with how dangerously Jay was staring at him.

”Love…” Nadakhan sighed as his lower pair of hands once again took Jay’s into their hold. Nadakhan then led Jay to stand up from the throne as his upper pair of hands trailed from his hair and grabbed onto his shoulders gently. ”…you have to understand; I did all of this so that we two could be all-powerful.” He tried to reassure his partner gently.

”Now I can wish for all that we’ve ever dreamt of.” Nadakhan suddenly exclaimed as he broke his hands free of Jay and floated all too cheery around the wedding hall before he quickly wished it would be clean again, and thus it was all neat and clean again in the blink of an eye. The Djinn then wished for a feast to be placed on the table beside them, a new,red carpet that would match his scarf, a brand new crystal crown hanging from the ceiling, repaint the walls to his preference.

All of the wishes came true in a matter of moments through a shimmer of bright lights. Jay basically gawked at what he was witnessing, his eyes widening as his heart beat faster, seeing how fun and comfortable the Djinn was already having with his infinite wishes, indulging in his own gluttony and endless greed.

Seeing Jay’s stunned state, the Djinn smirked and checked his nails before he gestured all around him and twirled in excitement. “And why not a bigger and better palace, just like in Djinnjago? I wish that this palace would look like my old one back at home!”

The young ninja had only time to blink before he felt the ground beneath him starting to shake and vibrate uncontrollably while metal and stone was heard cracking and clanking outside. Before he knew it the whole wedding hall was deformed, the walls cracking, along with the roof but nothing was falling, just reforming and molding itself, and next thing he knew it the whole hall looked three times bigger with new paint, carpet, golden sculptures of what looked like other Djinns, possibly his ancestor, on pedestals in each visible corner. And finally the final golden patterns everywhere, probably because he knew Nadakhan adored anything gold-related.

Nadakhan had just reshaped the whole palace……

“Beautiful, isn’t it, my love?” Nadakhan asked the still-stunned Jay, sitting on the throne, as the Djinn admired his handiwork and eyeing the giant crystal crown hanging from the ceiling with a shiny, new gold chain.

Snapping out of his thoughts, Jay was quick to look away with a pout.

The Djinn just smirked at the sight, while he approached the table with all the mouth-dripping food and drinks, taking two crystal glasses and a wine bottle, before floating up to Jay again. “You see? Anything your heart desires and I'll wish it for you without a second thought, only the best for my love.”

“I just want my friends to be free of you.” Jay responded, his tone clarifying that it's an order, clearly not as a response.

“Sorry, not that.” Nadakhan smiled down at the young ninja before pouring each of them of the wine, the liquid twirling gracefully ass it was poured and settled in the glass. “Here, something to wash your mouth with, my love,” He held the glass out to the skeptical Jay.

Jay couldn’t deny it, he was terribly thirsty, and although he despised receiving anything from this bastard, he licked himself in the mouth by the sight of the tasty wine. After some short self-debeting, he reluctivity accepted the glass with shakes hands and drank heavily. The liquid was thick and gave a pleasant, sour aftertaste that left the ninja satisfied but didn’t let it show for the Djinn. He set the glass aside on the coffee table beside him and returned his attention on Nadakhan, looking him straight in his eyes, swallowing a lump in his throat. “What will be expected of me? As your partner for life there as. Surely i have responsebilities now that we’re basically rulers of this dimension.”

Nadakhan’s smile widened.”You’ll, along sidfe with me will be the symbol of Djinnjago, standing by my side through tough and easy times. It’s to carry on my family bloodline, i’m sure you’ll be a god birther and parent.”

Jay nearly choked on his own spit, almost gasping for air as he used his fist to slam it against his chest before regaining his posture. “Y-you mean children?!”

"Certainly." Nadakhan simply smiled.

“It's much too soon to even consider that.” Jay rushed in his speech, waving his hands in front of him.

Nadakhan just laugh in response, the laugh echoed slightly off the wedding hall. “Nonsense, you’re in the right time to get kids, my love.”

“B-but i’m a guy…?”Jay raised an eyebrows, confused

“Just as my grandfather dud to his partner, i’ll simply wish you to be fertile when i desire it.” Nadakhan tapped his chin as he examine Jay in a way to creeped poor Jay out. “Beside i’ve dreamt many nights before of the thought of you, swollen with my seed, filled with my kids.”

Jay opened your mouth with intent to reason with Nadakhan, but what came out instead was nothing, the ninja was far too stunned by what he had just heard for his mouth to make any noises at all, much to his dismay.

Damn, when did his life turn into this twisted nightmare?

Chapter 2: Misery

Chapter Text

Misery

That is the primest way to describe the ex lightning ninja’s life now. His entire existence was all now an endless cycle revolving around it and freedom was far out of reach and hope was long ago lost, leaving Jay as a hollow husk of what was left of him.

Jay mourned in self-pity as he sat down on a golden chair, his hands fidgeting with his dress silken fabric as he looked out the window with dread.

If his calculations were correct, almost half a year has passed. His dimension no longer had a normal calendar, there were suddenly no longer twelve months each year or a year had 365 days. This world now had Nadakhan’s view of time and setting dates and how long a year is. It all left Jay so confused at first but that was the least of his problems, ever since that awful wedding took place and Jay was sealed as Nadakhan’s husband and other ruler of this new ’Djinnago’. On paper that certainly sounded like a dream come true but that was of course not the case for poor Jay, after everything he’s been through. And as his entire life and schedule was now to follow Nadakhan’s order, sit on the throne and look “pretty” and just let time pass by. He was now stuck doing nothing but sitting around and behaving like a trophy wife. Not only is it boring but also more and more depressing for each day that passes.

Biting the inside of his cheek harshly in frustration, Jay whined at his current state as he sensed the metallic taste in his mouth.

Jay still held a grudge and an eternal burning hatred for Nadakhan, he despised that damned Djinn more than anyone or anything he’s ever come across with. He could never forgive that monster for what he did to him, to his home,to his friends and to his..parents… Heck, he hasn’t even been in contact with either his mom or dad since all this horrible world breaking began. He wasn’t sure if they were even alive right now or perhaps if Nadakhan had taken them hostage behind Jay’s back.

Jay stopped midway, eyes widened as that idea crossed his mind, staring out into the distance.

The bare thought of it made Jay snarl bitterly. He swore on his mortal body that if Nadakhan had by now even touched a hair on them then he’d rip him a good one. He’d do it despite still being in these Vengestones shackles that Nadakhan had wished long ago to be indestructible.

The ex-lightning ninja’s gaze slowly trailed to his wrists with the vengestone shackles, along with necklaces of dark purple bruises and red marks from when he tried to pull them off him, failing each time no matter how much he struggled and trashed.

Everytime Jat attempted to try to use his powers or break free of these shackles, he would immediately feel a strike of energy hit him from inside, dragning him from his energy and making him even weaker and frail. Although that was probably Nadalhan’s plan from the very beginning . To make him weak, to make him helpless and completely dependent on the Djinn, becoming his obedient, frail, loving spouse for all eternity.

Just then, Jay was suddenly snapped out of his thoughts when he heard the doors to his private chamber open, feeling a chill run down his spine as he knew who it was.

”Good evening, my love.” The seductive voice of Nadakhan cooed as he gracefully floated his way over to Jay, and placed his iron hands on his shoulders, digging his fingers into his blue sleeves so he couldn’t squirm away and leaned in to whisper into his ear. ”How are you feeling, good?”

When Jay felt the Djinn’s hot breath against his skin, he slightly winced uncomfortably but couldn’t run away and just let Nadakhan run his hands on his smaller, slimmer body. Nadakhan stroked Jay’s chest with his upper pair of arms, gently running his lower right hand over jay’s thigh, and lastly his hooked hand over jay’s hip.

It was obvious that Nadakhan had developed the habit of touching Jay almost all the time. No matter what, Nadakhan always found a way to hold onto Jay or place one of his possessive hands on him, with or without consent.

Jay tried to ignore it by looking outside the window again to study Djinnjago, shifting his position until he felt Nadakhan place one hand on his slim stomach with such tenderness that was rare to witness around the Djinn.

Jay felt his heart drop as Nadakhan didn’t stop caressing his stomach gently, patting it even and then humming with pride. ”A good body. A good body to carry some of my own. Soon, there will be more of my kind in this realm, all thanks to you.”

With that, Nadakhan turned to face Jay, holding the sides of his face and rubbing his freckled cheeks with his thumbs, smirking at the pitiful display below him before he went in to kiss Jay.

The poor ex-ninja didn’t even have time to process before he felt the Djinn’s lips crash into his, harshly.

Jay felt yet again a sense of misery building inside of him…..

Chapter Text

At this moment, Jay prayed that the walls to the bedroom weren't thinn.

Despite his strength, Jay couldn’t contain himself much longer anymore as he panted with ragged breaths. He felt his chest tightened and a warmth blooming inside him when he felt Nadakhan’s iron tight grip on his shoulders trail down to his hips.

Jay could feel his heartbeats start elevating as he dug his own fingers into the cheetah underneath him while transitivt eye contact with his captor, this hypnotizing monster, this thrilling incubus.

As Nadakhan leaned closer, he licked his lips in lust before letting out a deep chuckle that sent shivering down Jay’s spine.

Jay could feel his freckled cheeks flush into a deep, dusty shade of red as the tension in this room got heavily steamy and lustful. Of course it was a feeling of lust that was forced upon him as his fogged mind suspected subconsciously that Nadakhan must’ve put something in his dinner earlier.

Jay sighed mentally at that thought

He should’ve seen this coming…

For months after the wedding ceremony and the complete destruction of his home, the lightning ninja had repeatedly turned down any form of intervourse between the married couple. Nadakhan had most likely grown tired of this kind of rejection, his hunger to taste and fully feel Jay had grown too and now he took matters into his own hands to fully claim Jay as his mate.

He refused to wait anymore.

So giving into his desires, Nadakhan went to it and without warning, leaned down and started to nibble on Jay’s neck, digging his sharp teeth into the ninja’s soft, olive skin.

And so a loud moan of pleasure escaped Jay’s lips, much to his dismay but he was far too affected to care too much and just let the Djinn explore his body, biting his skin and leaving hickeys on it, all while Jay’s subconscious mind right then decided to throw all the reasons out the window and just give into him…

Nadakhan continued to kiss and suck on his skin, and keep on leaving a trail of them until he got to Jay’s chin and now his cracked lips were tantalizingly close to Jay’s.

Jay audibly gasped in both pleasure and momentarily surprise  as he felt the Djinn give his thighs a possessive squeeze while climbing on top of him, trapping his legs there on the bed. Before Jay knew it, Nadakhan went in and gave the ninja another wet, droopy kiss, slipping his tongue into Jay’s mouth, exploring and tasting it, all while letting out muffled little sounds of pleasure and hummed joy.

After some hesitation Jay reluctivly kissed back, placing his hands on Nadakhan’s shoulders, not pushing  him away, but maneuvering him to keep going, which the Djinn immediately did as the two men could both feel their hips bumping against one anothers, neither of them planning to stop soon.

Since he had nothing more to lose, might as well just do it.

At this rate, what was the point?
