It started with Toonka who somehow stumbled across Roksu's channel through sheer dumb luck.

Toonka was a typical rags to riches story. He co-owned and ran a growing boxing club with his business partner Harold
Roksu had bumped into him when he was just starting out and looking for investors and on a whim, decided to help.
Cale: Well if you want to waste money it's up to you.
Toonka told Litana, who owned the office next to his gym.

Litana ran a large environment conservation organization and when they found out Roksu had helped them both, they hit it off and became friends.
Roksu met Litana on a camping trip, and ended up helping her put out a small fire someone had accidentally started. She had claimed him as a friend since then.
Cale: Roksu WTF why are you moonlighting as a firefighter???
Litana had then told Hannah and Jack.

Roksu had stumbled across Hannah and Jack, a pair of runaway twins trying to live on their own in the forest, on the same camping trip. He had bought them to Litana, who decided to employ them in her organization.
Cale: OMFG ROKSU. How much trouble can you get into on a three day trip in a forest???!!
Roksu didn't know this, but Hannah and Witiria had become friends during an oceanside mission and so the Whale family siblings found out too.

The Whale family was a well known and very big shipping and trading company in Roan. Roksu had stumbled upon their missing son, Paseton, when he was on vacation at the Ubarr shores. Rumored to have ties to the mafia, their rivals the Mermaid family, had attacked his sailboat and Paseton had fallen into the sea.
Roksu found him washed up in a cave and brought him back.
Cale: *stares at the limp body Roksu dragged in*
Seriously Roksu, can I take you anywhere without something happening??
On the other side, Alberu made his regular weekly donations and Mary, his adopted cousin, was with him that day.

Mary had been horribly abused by her first foster family and had been left with scars over her body. She was a strong girl who didn't let the hardships put her down. Mary's dream was to travel the world, but Tasha had been against it. Roksu had spoken up for and encouraged her and because he helped her to convince Tasha, Mary felt grateful to Roksu.
Cale: Busybody
Also Cale: *Sends travel guides to Roksu to give to Mary*
Cage, their terminally online friend, came across a clip of the 'sexy redhaired twins' and then of course she told Taylor.

When do you have time to meet up for dinner and drinks? It's been a while.
Taylor Stan was someone Roksu met in the hospital. Taylor had injured his legs and had to undergo multiple surgeries that only had 20% chance of succeeding. The successive failures were wearing down on him, and Roksu decided to say a few words of encouragement.
“Your legs might not move, but your head, arms, eyes, and mouth can. The rest of you is still very much alive, isn't it?”
Those words revitalized Taylor's spirit, and by a stroke of luck, the last surgery actually succeeded. He still needed to go through grueling physical therapy, but Taylor and Cage had declared Roksu their lucky charm.
Cale meanwhile, was the reason Roksu was even visiting the hospital. He had gotten into a fight and fractured his ribs. His room was next to Taylor's and coincidentally, the one who had fought with Cale was Neo Toltz and Vernon Stan. The two were in a just as bad state, but that didn't stop Roksu from scheming with Taylor and Cage to get both of them thrown into jail for other illicit crimes. Their friendship continued after the two invalids healed, and they frequently met up for drinks.
Taylor and Eric talked about the Henituse twins at a dinner party, and that was how Eric, Amiru, and Gilbert found out about the livestreaming.

The Wheelsman, Ubarr, and Chetter families were long time friends with the Henituse family. Roksu and Cale being the youngest of the original group, had been pampered as ‘the babies’ by the others.
The relationship had been somewhat strained since Jour died and Cale had retreated from everyone, but Roksu acted as somewhat of an intermediary between them.
Roksu…had no idea Eruhaben even knew how to use the livestream app but apparently he did.

Eruhaben was an eccentric but very rich old man that lived next door to his and Cale's small city mansion. He had no other family, so Roksu and Cale found themselves helping him out on occasions.
Then there were these two anonymous viewers Roksu couldn't place.

Finally, there was one more. Roksu wasn't surprised his stalker found out; in fact it was surprising it took Clopeh so long.
