Summary
In the aftermath of “The Overturn,” a project which will kill or enslave 99.7% of humanity in the name of sustainability and eugenics, a failson sexual sadist finds himself a rising star in a project to convert female “ex-parasites” (later shortened to “exparas”) into “domestics”: sex toys and brood mares.
A cozy office fantasy and sexual paradise for our protagonist, a tale of of sexual slavery for his victims, set against mass genocide of anyone who is neither a female of childbearing age nor one of the very few, very lucky survivors still classed as people. There are also rapid advances in robotics, and I am realizing this story is the answer to the question nobody asked: what if the webcomic Questionable Content was evil?
