Chapter 1: I Wish That I Could Live
Chapter Text
FUCK!
He couldn’t take it any longer!
007n7 the once infamous, feared hacker was reduced to a pathetic and frankly an utter joke.
He was stuck in a purgatory death game thing where he and many others were forced to die again and again for some sick fuck’s entertainment for most likely months or even a year at this point!
Seven had quit hacking to care for his sweet baby boy, C00lkidd, but he wasn’t here to keep him from doing it again. He wasn’t here to see what he used to do in the past…but there were others here that would see if he were to relapse.
Builderman, once the head of Roblox HQ that he encountered numerous times before being brought here, had pulled him aside his first day here saying that ‘if he were to go back to his ways then he would deal with him personally’ to which he then left before Seven could even respond.
After that, whenever in rounds, he could feel Builder’s eyes on him when he came near.
Now, that isn’t to say that he hates him fully, like Elliot does, but, Builder isn’t stupid to what he could do.
He was there to view your chaos before, why not now?
That annoying voice in the back of his head would speak of any kind of excuse for him to hack again.
He, when it first came around, kept thinking of ways to refute it, but, as he stayed trapped here for longer and longer and longer…he wanted to see the blood of those around him.
-Not C00lkidd, never C00lkidd, he could never bring harm to his baby.-
God, you're so pathetic now.
Why don’t you actually do something, 007n7.
BE USEFUL TO THE TEAM INSTEAD OF RUNNING.
That was the thoughts he was having daily at this point. To be useful, to stop running and hack again.
Which was why he was sitting on the bed in his cabin, hutching over his GUI like he was back in college when he couldn’t sleep at night.
He didn’t know if he could get the C00lgui to be like how it was back then without possibly being found out by whatever trapped them here or one of the survivors. It would be even worse if it was one of the former admins or Elliot.
Seven sighed heavily and pushed both hands under his glasses to cover his eyes and threw his head back, his tail thumped on the bed further showing how tired he is.
Tired of this.
Tired of being here.
Tired of his attempts not fucking working.
He tried so hard to show the others that there was no reason to fear him, but it was futile since the people he had history with spoke louder than he did. Especially Elliot. He made it the hardest to not punch him square in the face.
Some didn’t mind him or his past but it was still hard to be around everyone else.
Bringing his hands back from his face and fixing his glasses, ears drooping a little, he looked over his code to check if it would, or should, do what it's supposed to do.
After looking it over, and fixing a few mistakes, the summoning command should work.
—---------------------------------------------
Seven and surprisingly all of the survivors had been teleported into a round against 1x1x1x1. The last time everyone was in a round together was when they had first all gotten here.
Even more surprising was the fact that no one had died yet, usually 1x was brutal in rounds but they kept missing her swings, he felt bad for him in all honesty.
But if 1x1 got their shit together he wouldn’t feel bad for her anymore. And if the health of Two Time and Noob falling fast were any indicators.
Seven moved from the generator he was doing and sprinted out into the map to find Noob and Two Time.
“WATCH OUT!” That was Noob’s voice he heard.
Running out into the middle of the map, he saw Noob with a bleeding arm on the ground, clutching it, Two Time stood above them holding their dagger facing off with 1x1. They went to stab her but he landed a hit on them first causing them to lose hold of their prized dagger.
Seven didn’t think twice about rushing in.
None of them saw him run in until he summoned his axe and blocked 1x1 from dealing the final blow to Two Time. Sword met axe making a loud clank!
1x1 had hit the handle while Seven pushed back with all of his strength until 1x’s swords had been hit out of her hands and he fell to the ground.
As was to be expected, everyone else had gone to search for their teammates in danger but instead saw Seven holding a weapon and what looked like the beginning of a fight with 1x1 on the ground.
Chance and Guest were excited to see how Seven fought from hearing stories of when he hacked and that he took their advice to fight back.
Everyone else, however, wasn't happy that Seven had access to his axe. The former Admins, Builderman, Dusekkar, Shedletsky and Taph were worried that he had gone back to his old ways but Elliot was scared of that man. He no longer saw Seven as the present Seven.
1x1 had let out a growl of frustration and moved to stand up since Seven hadn’t made any further moves, “So now you have guts to face me?” She said and picked up the dual swords dropped at his sides.
Seven didn’t make a snarky remark at that, he just brought his axe into a fighting stance and pointed it at them, tail dropping low to not get in the way.
The creation of hatred hummed at him then lunged with full force.
However, he expected this reaction from them and dodged out of the way by running to the side of her, as the two began to fight the others moved to grab Noob and Two Time.
“Wow, didn't think he had it in him!” Chance remarked, “I-isn’t it w-worrying though?” Noob spoke up as Dusekkar used a medkit to help patch them up as Two Time got treated by Elliot’s pizza.
“It sure is” Builderman spoke this time, watching as Seven continued to dodge 1x1’s attacks.
He had high hopes that Seven was telling the truth when he said that he quit hacking but, seeing him hold the great axe, he hoped he was just trying to help the team and isn’t going back to that.
“UGH! STOP THIS AND FIGHT ME!” She yelled out at him, getting tired of his dodging and hiding, using unstable eye to find him.
Seven grinned as they did this. Good, he’s losing patience, he thought, then ran out of his hiding spot as she turned the other way, raised his axe and brought it down on them.
The axe landed right between their shoulder blades causing him to fall down to her knees, Seven didn’t plan on stopping with just stunning 1x1.
Raising the axe again he brought it down again and again on them. Their blood getting all over him and whatever was near the two, 1x1 now laid on the ground face first, trying to drag himself away from him by digging her hands into the ground.
Seven saw their futile escape and grabbed her hair by the long white ponytail.
Bringing his head up he spoke for the first time since starting this, "Remember this.” He brought his axe under their throat and waged it into his neck and began to slowly behead her.
1x1 let out screams that sounded like a damaged computer still trying to operate, but that didn’t stop Seven.
No, he kept cutting through the skin, then the flesh, then the spinal cord and then his head was detached from their body fully, said body fell to the ground when the final ‘string’ was cut, blood freely falling from the head he held.
Seven hadn’t felt this free since he attempted.
He felt the slow breeze hitting his skin, he felt the soft hair of 1x1, he heard the low rustle of leaves around him, he smelt the fresh blood that was finally from someone else other than him when he was in his cabin left alone when he really shouldn't have been alone.
He smiled for the first time since coming here. A genuine one, not just the small polite ones he gave the others.
—---------------------------------------------
No one knew what happened to Seven as he and 1x1 ran out to ‘fight’, but when they all appeared in the lobby they all saw Seven holding it.
The detached head of 1x1x1x1.
Seven stood still, with the most genuine smile on his face anyone has seen from the anxious man, holding his great axe and that head.
He then started to move to walk out of the main cabin, no one stopped him. They were all too shocked to see the same man that some had become used to viewing as just an anxious, isolated single father.
Builder looked shocked at seeing Seven being so violent again after he made so much progress. Shedletky looked almost the same as Builder, but he had an underlining of rage in his expression.
Taph and Dusekkar held horrified expressions.
Guest thought Seven was just going to stun 1x1 not behead her! But he kept his stone face with his eyes showing his worry for the man.
Chance thought the same as Guest, as they both tried to get Seven out of his shell more, but this was unexpected behavior from the Seven he saw and got used to.
Noob, Elliot and surprisingly Two Time were shocked, scared and appalled at what Seven had done. Sure they have all gotten used to the sight of blood and fighting but not something as gory and gruesome as what the man held.
He opened the door, getting some leftover blood on it, and walked out into the cold eternal night air.
Seven felt great getting his pent up emotions out.

Chapter Text
They didn’t know what to do.
He didn’t know if they should do something.
“Uh Builder..?” Chance spoke up with an un-characteristic hesitance in his voice, they would usually try and joke about the situation, y’know help keep up morale for the team, but this time he didn’t have anything to joke about in this one.
Builder walked over to the still open door, since Seven hadn’t closed it when he left, and looked out to Seven’s cabin, “Shed,” the former admin perked up from the couch upon hearing his name called from Builder, “We gotta keep a closer eye on him, ya?” Shedletsky nodded his head at Builder, and he closed the door.
Chance looked over at the other former Admins, Dusekkar and Taph who were at the bookshelf, and saw they all nodded their heads at Builder silently.
They didn’t like this situation.
They were all missing something here.
He could feel it.
Guest came up to their left side and placed a hand on his shoulder then nodded his head up to the loft area, silently asking if they could talk up there, Chance nodded back to him as the Admins started to talk. Most likely about what to do with Seven. Guest hoped he and Chance could get to him before they did.
After walking up the stairs with no one else, seemingly, taking notice and sitting down in the bean bag chairs, Guest started the conversation, “I think we both agree that we’re missing something, right?”
So they weren't the only one to find Seven’s sudden change in behavior to be weird.
“Yea, the question now is what.” Chance said matter-a-factly to him and Guest hummed, trying to think of why the anxious man he had grown to know just became so violent that they had all seen only a few minutes ago and smiled about it.
Chance began to think of what they could be missing here.
Him, Guest, and sometimes Two Time and Noob, were really the only ones that didn’t have a bone to pick with the father, so they all talked to him the most, even though Noob was a little anxious themselves when around him but they were like that with a majority people in general.
Maybe if they and Guest got the other two on their side they could all try to help him instead of whatever the Admins were planning. Chance always gave Seven the benefit of the doubt, and with mess happening they didn’t entirely trust the Admins to handle this.
“H-hey guys..?” Both he and Guest turned to look at the doorway and found Noob, with Two Time behind them, standing there. Perfect timing if they were asked. “We were just talking bout you two.” Chance said to them.
—---------------------------------------------
Seven sat on the wooden floor of his cabin, the furthest one from everyone else, holding 1x1’s head still.
He sat in the middle of the one room cabin, legs forming a half circle, and brought the head up to his face with both hands to look at it more clearly.
Examining the head further, he found the face of pure, frozen horror on her to be thrilling. Why wouldn’t it be? He brought a creation from an Admin’s hatred to panic, to fear, to break a being many thought impossible. It was an addicting feeling. His tail lightly thumped against the floor.
Seven brought the head closer until it touched his forehead with its own. He could feel the soft hair, as well as the cold calloused skin, against his own skin and a little on his dual red horns.
At some point he also began to gently circle his thumbs into the cold, dead cheeks, like how he used to do with Kidd when he was crying.
C00lkidd.
Right.
With the thought of his sweet baby boy, Seven was brought back to reality, as much as he didn’t want to be.
He finally took notice of his blood covered hands, the fluid dried up now, it even went up his arms a bit when he looked closer.
WHY DID I DO THAT?!
WHAT KIND OF FATHER WOULD DO THAT?!
WHAT DO THE OTHERS THINK OF ME NOW?!
Since coming here, his reputation with the others was practically in the ground, but he tried.
He tried to make it less uncomfortable for them.
But it never worked.
And now, it never will.
Bringing the head away from his face, with shaking hands and legs, he stood up from the floor and walked to the door. As he walked, he could feel tears brim his eyes until they fell when he made it to the door and placed his hand on the door handle.
Seven felt awful about this but he wanted to feel that addicting feeling again. Even when he knew it was wrong. He really did relapse back to his old self, didn’t he?
He’s gone back to hurting those around him just for a stupid feeling.
He’s gone back to hurting himself in the process just for some stupid feeling.
Walking out into the cold night air again, it was even more chilling when the coldness hit the tears on his face, he stood still in front of the door for a moment.
Looking at the surrounding forest to find a place to bury the head at, then his eyes landed on the fenced off area, normally most of the survivors didn’t venture out but he’s done it a few times.
When the forever night here would get to him, he had taken to walking around the ‘safe area’ that he and the survivors spawned in during those nights so he knew a little more of the surrounding area then, probably, most of the others.
With an idea forming in his mind on where to bury the head, he set off into the forest.
—---------------------------------------------
“S-so we’re all-l in agreement then?” Noob spoke up to the other three sitting in the loft area, Chance had gotten up from his bean bag chair to pace and flip their coin out of habit around the space, Two Time taking his seat with Noob sitting with crossed legs on the floor beside them.
Noob looked at each of them one at a time to view their reaction. “Yes, I believe so.” Two Time said after also looking at the others' faces.
Guest kept his calm and collected demeanor but he was worried.
Worried that the Admins would make a move faster than them and put Seven, and everyone else, in danger.
Chance was still feeling uneasy, how could they not? He was thrown into a situation where they had to defend an ex-hacker and try to find out what happened to cause this whole mess.
The last time he had to defend a hacker was with Frost.
At least they had others to help with the investigation and the defending this time.
“Alright,” Guest said to gain everyone's attention on him, “we most likely don’t have much time to find him.” They all knew this well but it still caused them to tense up. Chance even stopped flipping their lucky coin and pacing to look at him. “So let's split up to look for him.”
Ok, Chance already had a mental list of the places that Seven would frequent the most. It wasn’t a lot of places but still, none of them could afford to overlook any either.
Noob, Two Time, Guest and Chance walked out of the loft area and then down the stairs, the only other person in the main cabin was Elliot in the kitchen, probably stress cooking to relieve nerves, poor guy.
-He tried to ignore the unease when they saw the Admins were no longer here.-
Chance looked over to Elliot, who was at the table kneading dough, and locked eyes with the pizza worker.
He looked the most scared then they have ever seen him, even precious times when he saw Elliot in rounds, bleeding and exhausted, he was still trying to keep up morale for the team.
A great healer who had the patience of a saint. None of them truly deserved that patience given to them but then again all they had here in this purgatory were each other.
Chance was brought out of their thoughts as he heard the front door being opened by Guest, Elliot looking back down at his dough, they shook his head and walked through the door with the others and felt the cold eternal night air hit him in the face like a freight train.
They all set off in different directions, Two Time going to look behind and around the main cabin, Noob walking down the steps and to the docks, Guest going to look around the personal cabins.
Taking in a breath, Chance decided their best choice was to go help Guest look around the personal cabins, and more then likely Seven’s as well.
“Ey! Wait up!” They called out to the soldier as he was walking down the path, "I'm going to come with you.” Guest looked back at them as he heard Chance call out to him and nodded his head at him when they explained to him why they did in the first place. When Chance caught up, he started to walk again, this time with them beside him.
Guest, Noob, Two Time and Chance were going to help their friend, even if no one else thought he was worth saving.

Chapter Text
Seven walked through the forest for a long time, however long that was he didn’t know but he didn’t care about that right now.
The others were always fine without you, what do you have to stop you from being out here for however long you pleased to be?
He passed trees and foliage alike as he tried to make it to a specific spot he found a bit ago again. The head was held close to his chest, not caring if it would smear more blood on his blue shirt, that wasn’t on his mind right now.
The weight reminded him of when C00lkidd was just a baby and the two would fall asleep on the sofa or in his bed while Kidd laid on his chest, peacefully asleep. Oh, he hoped his baby was being taken care of well.
He knew that he probably shouldn’t have taken Kidd in, but when he looked at him for the first time he knew that was his baby.
He couldn’t leave him, why would he abandon him? He thought of giving him to a foster care building but he knew of the horrors that could happen there, so he kept and raised Kidd to the best of his abilities.
He knew that he looked like a murder, which he is, with the dried blood and the detached head he carried, but he truly cared for his baby.
Even when he was changed into what the others believed to be a monster, he still loved him. There was nothing that could, or would, ever change his mind on him or stop loving him for that matter.
Seven began to smile as he thought of his son, no longer crying either but the tear streaks were still there, as he continued to walk to the spot he thought to be perfect to bury 1x1.
He stepped over roots, rocks and fallen branches that were in his path with practiced ease.
He hoped he didn’t scare the others when he spawned in the main cabin after that last round, all though he’s sure they all thought of him much differently now, he still hoped that the few friends he was able to make while here didn’t think of him as a danger.
Just what the Admins thought of you years ago, huh?
Great, that stupid, nagging voice in the back of his mind returned.
Stilling in his walking, he looked down at himself as he got lost in his thoughts again, the top of 1x1’s head greeted him.
You felt great just a few moments ago, why not have that feeling again?
You could just go away from all of this like you used too.
Maybe if you kept this up you could see your son again too!
He could, couldn’t he?
He could just deal with whatever the Admins would try and throw at him and no one would be strong enough to stop it either.
If he wanted he could just let that amazing feeling of freedom take over again and just be happy.
Carefully bringing the head up so he could see the face, it still filled him with amusement at seeing it, then he made up his mind on what he was going to do.
But first, he still had to bury the head, tucking the head back into his chest, he started to walk again.
—---------------------------------------------
Builderman was sat with the other Admins in Dusekkar’s personal cabin, they all agreed to move this conversation to a more private place.
And as to not scare the other survivors with this topic.
He and the others knew that conversations about hackers could get a bit, an understatement if Shed was asked, gruesome when it came to what they had done and deciding a punishment worthy for them.
Taph was reading his bombs with an even more powerful chemical mix.
Shedletsky was sharpening his sword partially out of stress but also for a potential fight if he were to need it.
Dusekkar was chanting something that Builder couldn’t hear, or understand for that matter either, but he assumed that it was to strengthen his shielding and lighting spells respectfully.
He didn’t know if they would need to get ready for a fight with Seven, he still held out hope that he just got fed up with that round and got carried away with the fight.
But something in him warned otherwise.
He wasn’t a fool to what Seven was capable of causing if he really wanted to do some damage, neither were the other Admins clueless to this.
But he also felt a nagging feeling that he could still talk Seven out of doing something he might regret. Just how he was able to the first time around.
Builder knew damn well, and most of the others did too, that Seven fully regretted his actions from when he was a hacker but this display wasn’t something that could be pushed under the rug, no, they needed to do something about this before it got out of hand.
“Hey? Builds?” Shedletsky called out to him as he got lost in his thoughts thinking about this, he turned to look at Shed, who was sitting in a wooden chair that Dusekkar had offered him. “Yea?” he responded to his friend.
Shed gave him a worried look, but he didn’t bring up his worry for Builder, “What exactly is the plan?” He knew that Seven was a very coordinated man, especially with his attacks, so he felt as though he should check to see if Builder had come up with a plan already.
The Admin sighed, “I don’t.” he admitted truthfully to his closest friends.
Dusekkar and Taph both looked up from their self-imposed tasks and stared at him in disbelief.
Builderman saw the looks of disbelief, stress and worry from his three friends, but only Shed spoke up, “Then what are we waiting for!?” He looked at Taph and Dusekkar then went back to Builder.
“Cause, Telamon,” when he used that name it was as if the whole room stopped their breathing, “we can’t risk makin’ a choice that’ll blow this out a proportion.”
Shed gave him a look of understanding when the shock wore off at that name being used.
Builder only called him by that name when things were serious, and he needed him to be too.
Shedletsky was the fun, laid back admin many knew him as nowadays, not Telamon.
Telamon was the cold, almost heartless, deity that one day disappeared from Robloxia, no longer seen for decades.
'While, what do we do then?’ Taph signed to Builderman, “First, we gotta find him.”
They all gave him determined looks, ready to prove themselves as the best team of Admins he had.
—---------------------------------------------
It didn’t take much more walking for Seven to do before he found that perfect spot again.
It was a small patch of grass, that was surprisingly still green, and it was always lightened by the moon light that was always there no matter if they all slept.
It often looked like something out of one of those old fairy tales, but it was true, the light always showered the small patch in a circular shape, brightening the beautiful flowers that were growing there.
With how the main survivors' grounds looked, he had expected that there would be no healthy, alive flowers around for him to enjoy looking at when he got tired of being around the others.
But when he first decided to go and venture outside of the fenced off area he was pleasantly surprised!
He didn’t fully remember the pretty purple flower's name that seemed to be native to here, but he did remember that all parts of it were poisonous to most creatures so he didn’t feel a need to bring, or show, the others his discovery.
And also because he needed this to be a secret so he could come here and be alone. He felt awful, and a little selfish, with his decision of keeping it a secret but he really needed to be away from all that awful noise sometimes, ok?
But that’s not the important part right now.
Seven walked over to the center of the circle lighting, crouched down and gently placed 1x1’s head on the soft lively green grass. Her cheek met with the grass softly.
He hummed to himself, how would he bury the head? Should he give her a grave? It’s not like he’s actually dead, he knew that respawn worked for the killers too, but he would feel bad if he didn’t give them a proper burial.
Sighing out through his mouth, the hacker made his choice and stood from his crouched down position and began to walk towards the trees that seemed to grow in a circle too, it was like this spot was supposed to be hidden, perfect for him really.
He walked from tree to tree, trying to find two good sticks to use as a makeshift head stone, he found one already fallen off from a big old oak tree, then found the other just a few trees down from the first one.
Walking back to the lightened circle, he sat down on his knees, carefully moving their head aside along with the sicks, then he started to dig into the ground with his hands.
He felt bad about ruining another beautiful thing like he did back then, but this time it was for another instead of his own selfish need for that feeling.
A great feeling nonetheless though, no?
No reason to be thinking about that right now, he shook the thoughts away from his head and looked to see if he dug enough to fit the head.
Speaking of her, he picked it up again and placed it in the hole to check if it would fit, and it did!
Smiling at the fact he did good the first time, instead of having to repeatedly check if a head would fit, he started to push the dirt he had dug up back into the hole until the head was completely covered.
Once all the dirt was back into the space he dug, the head not able to be seen at all, he gave it an affirming pat on top of it and grabbed the two fallen branches he found earlier.
He looked down at his blue shirt, trying to locate an annoying loose strand he probably should have cut awhile ago, to use as a makeshift binding for the sticks.
After finding it and tearing it off, he laid the sticks on top of each other on his lap so he could tie it right and not have to re-tie it again and again.
The bigger looking one was laid down vertically while the other was laid horizontal, creating a makeshift cross for the grave when tied together.
Seven had no idea if 1x1 was religious, but he didn't have any other idea for a head stone that wouldn't take a lot of time to make.
Looking at his handy craft, he found it nice looking even after years of having not done this, and placed it on top on the little mound of dirt that was the grave for 1x1’s detached head.
As he was still sitting on his knees, he began to pray, bringing both hands together to do so.
Sure, he grew up around many religious people even though he never really considered himself as truly religious, but still he prayed for her to find peace one day.
If not here at this point in time, then somewhere, at some point in time.
Notes:
I wonder if you guys know what pretty purple flower Seven's looking at. hmmmmm what could it possibly be? I wonder...

Chapter Text
Two Time was currently behind the main cabin looking for their dear ex-hacker friend.
They once saw him sitting down on the ground holding a spider in his hand like it was the most normal thing that everyone did. Well, it was normal for him since he loved spiders, but that isn’t the point here is it?
They wished they had more opportunities where they could have talked to him more, maybe then Seven wouldn’t have resorted to, how can they put this without sounding insensitive? A more violent way of expressing himself much like how they themself did to-
They shook their head to get back to reality, now isn’t the time to think of him, they were searching for someone.
After not seeing him sitting there with a spider in one hand while the other held up a rock, they went to the left side of the cabin, that side had a lot of foliage to potentially cover someone, they thought to themselves then walked over to it.
Upon reaching the space they sought, they once again found no sign of Seven.
They thought about looking at the right side of the cabin but it had a lantern over there, so it was very likely that they would find nothing about where Seven went.
There was that cellar door, but no one could open it without a key, which none of them had.
Without much else to look for at the main cabin they decided to go to the docks where Noob was at to see if they were able to, hopefully, get any leads on where he went.
As they walked over there, they really hoped they could find Seven before he, or the Admins, did something stupid.
—---------------------------------------------
Noob had gone to the docks to go and find Seven.
They knew that he went over there sometimes for quiet when everyone else was asleep for the ‘night’. Or what was more considered down time, since the night was forever lasting here.
One night when they couldn’t sleep, the thought of Sixer possibly being brought here too much, they had walked out to stand on the wooden porch their cabin had when they saw a figure in the distance.
As they stood there a bit reluctant to stay out now, Noob wouldn’t admit that they had been tempted to just go back inside, leaving the figure alone to their own activities, until they heard it.
It was brief, yes, but they still heard the unmistakable sound of someone crying.
Noob wasn’t one to leave their teammates when they were having a hard time, and they wouldn’t blame that person. The whole death game thing was stressful.
So, they made the terrifying decision of going to see who it was.
Noob didn’t expect it to be the ex-hacker of all people, but they didn’t treat him any differently than if it was someone else who was crying.
That night they found out that their ex-hacker of a teammate wasn’t as ‘scary’ and ‘dangerous’ as some of the others spoke of him.
As Noob made it to the dock, was it always the closest thing to Seven’s cabin?, they didn’t see any silhouette but still walked over to it fully. They didn’t want to risk anything when it came to finding him.
The old wood creaked under their weight, making them nervous of falling through it, when they heard the sound of crunching leaves from behind them.
Turning around, Noob spotted Two Time coming towards them.
Hopefully they did find something that could help in finding Seven.
“Hello dear survivalist!” The cultist greeted them with that same happy tone they had when the two first met.
“H-hey Time!” they greeted back, as Two Time joined them on the dock, the wood creaking again causing them to look down with a face of worry.
At least that’s what Noob thought, but they didn’t know how to read their face all that well.
Looking back up at Noob they asked, “Were you able to find anything?” Noob let out a defeated sigh. They were hoping Time was able to find something, they would take anything at this point, but they guess neither of them did.
“No, sadly I haven't.” they admitted with defeat, Two Time hummed at this and looked around the surrounding area the two found themselves in.
As their eyes racked over the scenery, finding but nothing but the trees and foliage, that was until they landed on a cabin.
Was that cabin always so far away from the others?
Bringing up their right hand, Time pointed a finger in the lonely cabin's direction. “Have you looked over there?” Noob turned around to see what they were talking about then stilled for a moment. Seven’s personal cabin greeted their view.
Right, he picked the cabin that was further out along with the second dock.
Noob’s never been inside there, they didn’t ask nor find a good reason to follow him in when they talked that night.
But now it looked much more daunting since they would have to go in there.
They hoped Seven wouldn’t be mad if the two went in. but he was really understanding so it should be fine.
“No, b-but we could-d now.” Noob had a rare moment of confidence. They had a friend to find before he hurt himself or others.
Two Time smiled at them with something warmer than their normal smile, they felt proud of Noob for this show of confidence. ‘Lead the way then.” they replied calmly as ever to them.
With an agreement made, the two friends began their walk from the old, probably rotten, wooden dock to a very isolated cabin.
—---------------------------------------------
Chance and Guest were going around the personal cabins, looking around each one individually to eliminate any possibility of accidentally missing Seven.
Even when the man had always left the main cabin after a round first, rushing off to his own cabin, but, if he didn’t want to be found you most likely won’t come close to finding him unless he made the choice to show himself.
Or, he knew that he was needed for something that basically required him to be present.
Which that wasn’t an often occurrence normally, but Chance has seen it happen a few times.
“Hey Chance?" They heard Guest call for him from around the corner of Noob’s personal cabin that would take them to behind it, walking up to him from the right side of the cabin they saw him giving a tree the biggest stink eye he thinks they have ever seen from him.
Holding back a laugh they replied to him, “Yea Guest?” he wondered what the soldier found to give a tree of all things that look.
“Does that tree look weird to you too?” He turned to look at the gambler and brought both of his hands, and also his arms, to point at that specific tree so they could see what in the name of Robloxia he was talking about in a dramatic way that many would think Chance would be doing instead of him.
Chance brought their gaze away from Guest to look for this ‘weird looking tree’ to confirm or deny him of confirmation.
Upon his eyes finding the tree, they made a face of surprise, eyebrows shooting up and eyes blown wide behind his glasses.
The trees' leaves were all mixed up, as if the textures were fighting each other, and as Chance looked longer they could swear that a checkered black purple pattern was there very faintly.
It looked like it was glitched but how could it be?
Sure, they had a resident ‘Hacker’ and Admins but none of them had access to their networking panels, besides Seven’s coding GUI, but his was reduced to practically nothing of what it should have been when he got here.
And, technically, what it was in the past if Elliot’s stories of him held any truth.
If Chance was asked, his ‘stories’ seemed more like he just enjoyed getting the attention from how out of proportion they were then actual recollections.
“It does..” they trailed off, further showing his disbelief of this, Guest picked up on that and walked closer to it.
Maybe he could figure out what it was if he got closer- there was a tug on his right arm from Chance frantically trying to get him away from it.
“DON’T TOUCH IT!” he roared at him, a warning from Chance meant that something was truly wrong if even he didn’t want to gamble with it.
Guest looked back at them with a questioning face.
What was so bad that it caused him to yell that out and grab him to make sure he didn’t get too close?
Seeing the silent question coming from Guest he sighed and opened his mouth to explain, but the two were interrupted when they both heard the crunching of leaves and the voice of someone they both needed to avoid the most right now. "Are y'all alright back ‘ere?”
Shit.
Notes:
Chance, a loud ass that needs to be fucking quite for once: uh oh.
Guest, who for reason allowed them in here: god damn it.

Chapter Text
Noob and Two Time were feeling insanely anxious.
How could either of the two survivors not?
The sounds around them were deafening, the rustle of leaves in the wind being the most deafening, to each of them with the silence that plagued them as they walked over to Seven’s personal cabin from the old dock.
Noob was fidgeting with both of their hands, rubbing them together back and forth again and again the feeling of their own skin somewhat calming them down before they could have a nervous breakdown and they tried to get their breathing under control as they continued to fidget.
Whilst at the same time, Two Time held onto their prized dagger with a tight grip out of stress, it was almost, if not tighter, then when they held in rounds to help their teammates to get away from whoever was the killer for that round.
It was also because it was a stress induced habit that they had unconsciously picked up a while ago after they…
No, don’t forget your divine task, that was greatly given to you.
A familiar, comforting voice sounded in their head.
Breath in, focus on the goal.
Breathing in slowly, they stilled their shaking hands, when did they start to shake?, held in the deep breath for four seconds then let it out for four seconds again, once done they looked over to Noob who was walking on their left side.
The cultist’s usual smile slightly wavered at the state of their fellow teammate, they saw the fidgeting and the failed attempts of getting their own breathing under control.
“Are you alright?” they asked in a small, comforting voice and brought up a hand to put on their friend's shoulder. Noob was startled from the sudden contact and jumped a bit in response but was able to calm themselves enough to respond to Time upon realizing it was only them.
“Yeah I-I’m good.” they paused for a moment in their speech before adding, “Do you t-think that Seven w-would hurt us?”
Noob knew that Seven was no longer a hacker, he hadn't been for about a decade, but this whole thing gave their anxiety riddled mind a whole ass field day with thinking of different, horrible possibilities.
What if when they found him he would have his GUI back to its full power and he c-could-
“No.” Two Time spoke firmly to them, grounding even, “He isn’t one to hurt those he cares about, Noob.” they said with full confidence in their voice to quail Noob’s worries, they spoke only of the truth of the Seven they have greatly called a friend since coming here.
Noob gave the cultist a small smile at their comfort, then before they could register that they were still walking, they accidentally walked into the cabin’s door.
However, instead of colliding with a closed hard wood door, they went through the doorway and fell hard onto the hard wooden floor instead.
Two Time stood above them, stunted at the same thing they were for a minute before walking into the one room cabin, while Noob stood up from their fall letting out a small “ow” at said fall as they got up and followed Two Time further into the cabin as well.
There were no lights on inside, the only thing illuminating the room was the moonlight that came from the fully opened door and the two sets of opened curtains, one window by the bed and the other in the small bathroom.
As they took in the living space, they noticed there was no way for him to eat for himself unless he went to the main cabin when it was whoever’s turn to cook that ‘night’, or, he made himself something to eat when it was late into the ‘night’. But, Noob doubted that. They doubted that heavily.
Two Time doubted that as well as they took in the same space, but as they walked in further, closer to the middle of the room, they saw something that was on the floor.
It looked like he spilled something that was a rusty brown color? What could that even be-?
“Noob? Time?” The two survivors stopped moving, frozen to their spots, then they both turned to the still open door.
Seven stood there with a worried face, one hand holding onto the doorframe and the other brought to chest as if he was clutching ‘pearls’.
—---------------------------------------------
Seven had felt bad for how he had lashed out at 1x1 as he dug their grave, but it had also felt wonderful to finally let all that stress go from his tired, overworked mind.
He wanted to feel that again.
As he began to stand from his crouched down position, his knees and legs letting him know that he sat there for too long. He let out small groans as cracking could be heard from his lower half. He stood still for a moment above the grave, admiring the small thing he was able to give to someone he had wronged, before he turned on his heel and started his trek back to his personal cabin.
He hoped that the others hadn’t gone looking for him, if so they wouldn’t find him and they would be wasting their energy when they should be resting.
He wasn’t as worried for Guest, the soldier had established a schedule for himself that he had before coming here, and Chance, they had a weird time when it came to sleeping but he always got it sorted out before rounds began, as he was for Noob and Two Time.
Noob and Two Time were the youngest out of the group, and he had a bit of a habit of caring for the others as a whole, but he knew that he did more when it came to those two. But who could blame him, really? He asked a few times if either of them had minded his caring for them but they didn’t mind it one bit!
After that, normally he wouldn’t admit to the others that he was the one that woke up earlier than everyone to cook breakfast, but he had to make something a bit more for the two ones he was to care for. That choice had led to him coming face to face with the other cook that resided here, Elliot.
The pizza worker looked like he was about to yell something out at him, but stopped himself to instead ask if he was the one that had been cooking for them. When he said ‘yes’ Elliot looked at him for a moment longer until he silently walked over to the table and sat.
Soon enough, the others woke and saw him cooking.
Most didn’t mind that it was him who was making them food before the rounds but Builder stood and stared at him for longer than any of the others did.
Even when he finished and sat down with Builder and the others, chatter starting between his fellow survivors, he couldn’t hear it though as Builderman burned a hole in him with the intense stare from the older.
He brought up a hand to rub at his eyes, he hoped that he didn’t offended Builder somehow that ‘morning’.
What would it matter if you did?
He shook his head for what felt like the tenth time that night and instead focused on where he was going instead of his stupid thoughts.
Have it your way then.
Actually, if he were to squint his eyes he could see the back of his cabin!
Finally he could get some form of rest after all of this mess and also clean himself from the dried blood and the newly added dirt as well. And the stain of blood on his floor too, but that could be done once he got some rest.
He picked up his pace from walking to a light running speed, he made sure to be careful not to trip on a root sticking up from the ground or hit his face into a low hanging branch.
As Seven made it closer he went back to a normal walking speed, as much as he hated being stuck here he had to admit that the rounds had helped him to manage his own stamina.
But, as he rounded the corner he saw that the door to the isolated cabin was fully opened.
Oh no.
He thought he closed it fully!
The only ones that he knew that would come willingly here were his few friends but it could also have been the Admins, they had finally come for him again.
He stilled at the side of the doorframe, weighing his options of either running or fighting his way, until he heard the familiar sounding footsteps that belonged to Noob and Two Time.
What were those two doing here?!
They both should be in bed, not here when he hasn’t cleaned in a while!
His worry of it being someone he should really avoid right now, he walked to be in the doorway and called out to them.
“Noob? Time?” He saw the two survivors stop moving, almost as if they were frozen to their spots, then they both turned to the still open door.
He walked forward to Noob first, since they were the closest, and hugged them while being careful not to get any dirt on them.
“S-Seven?” They called out to him with confusion heavy in their voice, “shhh,” he cooed at them and laid his head atop theirs.
“What are you doing here honey?” he asked them softly, even looking at Two Time as he asked that question, “We were looking for you, dear hacker.” Time had answered that question before Noob could.
He hummed at that explanation. He didn’t want his little ones to worry about him, Kidd had done when he should have been having fun with other kids his age, did they even eat?
He should get something just in case.
Maybe you could be a better father here finally.
Taking his head away from resting on Noob’s, he put a hand under their chin and lifted their head to look at him. “Are you two hungry?” he asked and looked between them both, waiting for an answer. At the mention of food, Noob’s stomach had made itself known.
Seven hummed at that then moved from the two to the single bathroom to watch his hands.
Two Time and Noob shared a look when he was busy with making sure he was clean to cook for them.
Once done, he walked back out and asked the two; ‘What do you want to eat?” He spoke to them with a smile on his face as if just 10 minutes ago he wasn’t digging a grave.
“C-could you make ra-ramen?” Noob replied to him with their usual stuttering, he looked at Two Time to see if they also wanted that to which they nodded silently at him.
With what to make settled, he grabbed both of their hands and led them out of his cabin and out into the night air.
“You two can go in front of me.” he said to them to which they both looked at each other before deciding to listen to him and walk ahead of him.
As he watched them walk ahead, he made sure to lock the door this time, even turning the handle to make sure that he did just that, then he walked to the main cabin with the intent of cooking for them both.

Chapter Text
Elliot was an honorable man, he respected those around him and tried to help where he could.
But, as he put his third pizza in the oven after getting back from that round, he saw his own hands shake, he couldn’t help but feel as though that man from years ago was back and it was his fault for this.
007n7, someone he had a very complicated history with, hadn’t hacked for over a decade but he still gave him a hard time even when here in this awful place they were all stuck in.
When connections and relationships meant everything here to not lose sight of yourself or your sanity.
He still didn’t think of what his actions could mean to Seven.
Even worse, when he saw Seven hanging up missing posters for C00lkidd. He turned him away when he came to ask for help in finding his missing little boy.
Elliot James Builder had turned the struggling, grieving father away.
He felt like a fraud.
A failure to his family even.
The kind and ever loyal Elliot Builder his family and coworkers had come to knowingly had willingly and knowingly refused to help someone in need.
He sat down at what he and the others called the ‘survivor’s table’ since that’s where they ended up when a round was over, and tried to keep from having a shutdown.
But the dam broke as a realization came to his mind. One he has thought of many times before even coming here, yes, but he pushed it off. He didn’t want to believe it, but with Seven’s change in behavior he couldn’t help but think of it again.
Seven had come to the pizzeria when Kidd had first gone missing, thinking, hoping even, that his baby was just trying to play Elliot and not just gone when he was supposed to be picked up from school that day.
But he wasn’t there.
If Elliot had helped him that day, then maybe C00lkidd would still be alive.
The kid wouldn’t be here in this hell killing them over and over again while thinking it’s a game.
He wouldn’t have seen the consequences of his choice when he passed his house when making a delivery in the evening.
He still remembered the sirens from the ambulance and police cars alike.
He still remembered how Seven’s family cried for him as he watched him be wheeled out on a stretcher.
Elliot still remembered the different voices that called out to their coworkers saying that Seven had- That he was gone.
Elliot Builder felt like he failed to help someone when it normally came so easily to him.
—---------------------------------------------
Dusekkar, the once powerful Admin had been stripped of most of his powers when brought to this place, had failed to uphold the oath he had made many decades ago.
He had made a promise, an oath, to help those that had been misguided, but he failed when it came to helping the one hacker that he arguably has spent the longest with throughout his time on the Administrators team.
007n7, had been the most persistent hacker he and the others had ever seen, and had either the displeasure or ‘pleasure’ of dealing with but he digressed, however one day in July he stopped. There were no reports of him anywhere, hacking even less then that, it was as if he just disappeared from the world.
Builderman had gotten paranoid that he and his partner, Noli if he remembers right, were planning something big to throw at them.
So, he had sent him along with the other Admins, the ones that had gotten brought to this strange place with him, to go and find him.
Hopefully to prevent whatever the two Hackers were planning.
But no one could.
Normally, Hackers and or Exploiters either got sent to the BanLands where they would never be seen again, or, they died. Whether that be from natural causes or it was the by product of an encounter with an Admin.
But he didn’t.
Seven didn’t go down that path, he consciously stopped from continuing that harmful habit to care for the baby he found one day.
Dusekkar and Builder felt the most surprised by this information, even more so with the revelation that he was alive to begin with, so to see him now after that violent outburst.
It made him feel like he failed to help him back into the light.
Builder had gone outside from his cabin when they all heard what sounded like Chance yell out, Taph and Shedletsky had gone out before Builder to go and train, even though Shed was the ‘best sword fighter of Robloxia’ and Taph was mostly just there to cheer him on, that left Dusekkar alone for the time being.
He wanted to go and find Seven to help him, but he knew it would be stupid to go alone while he was already weakened and it seemed that the ex-hacker was almost as powerful as he used to be.
With a heavy sigh, the old mage walked out of his cabin and decided to go check in on Elliot in the main cabin.
—---------------------------------------------
What started as a slow stream of tears down his face had turned into a raging sea of emotions for the healer.
Elliot had his head in his hands as he cried at the table. He truly felt like he failed his old friend.
In his delirium, he didn’t hear when the front door opened nor when a fellow supporter had walked up to him. Duskkar stood above with a face that had the same worry he would normally receive from his dad back home when he was overworking himself again.
He missed home.
He missed his family.
He missed when things were okay and not this.
“What is the matter Elliot?” the mage asked him as he crouched down to be at his level and placed a comforting, grounding hand on his shoulder.
What wasn’t wrong at this point anyway?
Elliot lifted his head from where it once rested and looked at the Admin.
He must have looked worse than he originally thought since Dusekkar’s face showed even more worry than beforehand.
“He- S-Sev” Elliot tried to speak, he really did, but he couldn’t.
Between the sobbing and the shaky breathing that was more like gasping, he just hoped that Dusekkar knew what he was trying to say.
And fortunately he did understand him even with his inability to speak properly right now.
Without really thinking, Elliot turned himself to be sitting at the edge of his chair and reached out to him silently asking for a hug, seeking comfort or really anything to get his mind off of this, and Dusekkar moved to give him that grounding hug.
Dusekkar was familiar with such heavy guilt of his own. But that was a long time ago, when they had all lost a fellow Admin.
He began to gently sway Elliot from side to side to help him calm down more so they could talk.
Dusekkar may have failed to help one of his teammates but he could help one now.
And by the looks of it, the healer needed this more then anything right now.

Chapter Text
"Are y'all alright back ‘ere?” Builderman stood in confusion as he took in the scene before him, Chance held onto Guest’s right arm with a death grip as the soldier stood as still as he could, where the two were standing behind Noob’s cabin for some strange reason.
Just what in Robloxia happened here?
Guest stood still, looking as confused as Builder felt, as his eyes went from him to Chance. So Chance knew more than he did. Good to know.
The longer he stood there, he got more irritated at this, him and the others had to go and find an awry Hacker here!
Crossing his arms over his chest he tried again, “Well?” his eyes bored into the back of Chance’s head as he waited for an explanation, but surprisingly Guest spoke up after a tense silence from them. “He just saw a spider and got scared.” He raised an eyebrow at that.
Really? A spider? That’s what caused Chance to scream like a child?
Builderman was going to call them both out on their weird behavior, even opening his mouth and bringing up a finger to emphasize his point further, but he then remembered a very important detail.
He closed his mouth before he began to speak and brought the pointer finger that was once held up to under his chin, humming in thought.
-He failed to see how both Chance and Guest’s shoulders became less hunched when it looked like he was starting to believe them and the almost inaudible sigh that left Chance’s own mouth.-
Seven’s favorite creature, and what would later become a part of his every day character, were spiders. Him and the others saw the spider themed calling cards left by the man.
His most recognizable one was on the burger hat he wore, the thing worked as a little helper for him at times, a true companion for him and the kid he had.
But, the thing about the ‘helper’ part of his companionship with the spider meant that it would listen to him when he asked for something to be done. If he was really falling back onto old habits, what stopped him from going back to exactly how he used to do things?
“Did ya see what it looked like?” He had to make sure that it wasn’t Seven’s spider.
Guest had taken his arm back, leaving Chance to stand by him a little awkwardly, and said to him; “Somewhat,” he rubbed his neck to feign ignorance. “I think it was a huntsman spider?” he ended his explanation with it sounding like a question, as if he wasn’t even sure of what he saw.
Builder didn’t know if he truly believed them, but it was Guest he was talking about, he wasn’t one to lie. At least without good reason.
With a sigh through his nose he dropped it. But he still had something to tell the two sentinels.
“Alright, well,” Builder began with as he turned away, talking to them over his shoulder, to go and find his team and hopefully deal with this before- No, don’t think about that.
“If the two of ya see somethin-” when he turned the corner of Noob’s cabin he saw the survivalist themself with Two Time and Seven.
His eyes widened at the sight of the Hacker who was walking with the two kids as if he hadn’t brutally killed many.
He didn’t think twice about walking, more like angrily stomping, over to them. If that fucking Hacker did anything to hurt the kids, he felt his hands clench into fists at his sides at the thought, then he wouldn’t be worth his time to talk to him nor save him.
Chance and Guest weren’t that fair behind him.
—---------------------------------------------
Noob and Two Time hadn’t gotten the time to eat something as they had gone looking for their friend, so finding him and then going to go and get ramen made by him made Noob feel less scared of this whole situation.
Seven was caring for all of the team, old habits of being a single parent they guessed, but he wasn’t as subtle about being more parental towards them and Time. They hadn’t realized that they had missed his comforting presence this much until it was gone.
They didn’t want the Admins to take him away like they had done to- No!
It won’t be like that.
Not again, they would make sure of it.
Two Time felt the same as their yellow friend, but they felt an even greater sense of dread hanging over them.
Time had gone silent as they all walked to the main cabin from Seven’s personal cabin, he even gave them a worried look that asked the question ‘are you okay?’ to which they gave a small nod his way and went back to thinking.
Noob had stopped their nervous fidgeting about half through the walk when Seven raised his hand in a silent way of saying they could hold it so they felt less anxious. To which they had taken greatly with a smile aimed at him.
As the three continued to walk down the dirt path, it wasn’t long before they had made it to the main area. Noob saw the warm light from the lanterns slowly become brighter and brighter until they reached the now home of the others.
Was Seven’s cabin always that far away? They knew he had picked the cabin that was furthest out, but he still talked with the others right? Another to add to the many questions they and the others would have to ask him.
Speaking of them, where had Chance and Guest gone to anyway?
Two Time had gone a bit further ahead of Noob and Seven, for some reason they had sped up their walking speed, but they waited patiently at the front of the stairs.
Noob was really excited to have something to eat! But, if they were being honest with themself, it was more because Seven was there and they knew this fact of themselves well.
However that time will have to be at a later date as Builder came at them when the two turned to walk up the stairs.
They heard the Admins stomping before they saw him, but when they turned their head to the source of the sound, they had never felt more scared of an Admin then right there.
“What are you doin’ Seven.” it came out more as a statement than a question, a demandment one could even say.
At the question from Builder, Seven replied to the Admin just as quickly that it seemed like he had planned to say in case this were to happen. “I’m going to go and cook for these two.” he said just as firmly to him and gestured to Noob and Two Time.
Builder hummed at him and crossed his arms over his chest, he gave a look of distrust at the father to show that he didn’t really believe him, just then Guest and Chance had made it to the scene.
The two stood behind Builder, sensing the tension even from there, and looked at the three of them with worry that a fight or something could break out between the Admin and Hacker.
“I don’t believe you, Seven.”
Noob’s eyes widened at those words.
Without any of them even realizing it, the rest of the survivors had gathered around them.
Dusekkar and Elliot were standing on the wooden porch of the main cabin and Shedletsky, as well as Taph, were standing behind Noob, Time and Seven.
Seven knew that two Admins were behind him so he tightened his hold on Noob’s hand for a moment, as if saying to them that it will be okay.
Guest immediately tried to reason with Builder, if he would even listen to him, that is, “Why don’t we listen to him? Maybe-” “No, he doesn't get that.” Builder wasn’t leaving any room for an argument here.
He knew what Seven could do if he was let out of sight, a mistake he won’t ever make again.
Seven let go of Noob’s hand he was holding, they made a brief moment of eye contact with him and saw him silently say to them ‘I’ll handle it’, he then asked the head Admin; “What are going to do to me?” Seven never lost his talent of pissing people, mainly Admins, off around him when asking things.
“Telamon, grab him and follow me.” Builder didn’t even give him a response, just simply gave another orders, and then walked to the path that led to his cabin. He didn’t walk down the path just yet, his eyes stayed trained on Seven and Shed.
Seven felt Shed come up behind him and grab his left upper arm, Taph led Noob and Two Time into the main cabin with Elliot and Dusekkar, and he let himself be dragged off. At least he was going to let himself be dragged, but Chance and Guest weren’t done yet fighting for him.
“EY!” This time it was Chance to speak up first, their face was full of wrath waiting to come out if needed, his gloved hands turned into fists at their sides. “Why ‘doesn't he get that’ hm?” He questioned the two Admins.
They weren’t going to lose another to this fucked system.
Builder let out a tired sigh, “Cause Chance,” he made direct eye contact with both Guest and Chance to further his point of what he has been trying to warn many before coming here, and said with a stone cold face over his shoulder. “He’s a Hacker.”
He didn’t wait to hear what either of them were going to retort with, he singled to Shedletsky to walk ahead of him with Seven with a nod of his head, and walked to the lonely cabin.
Builder pretended that he didn’t hear Chace cry out for an explanation for his reasoning and Guest trying to hold him back before they could worsen the situation for himself by getting involved or for Seven as he walked. He put his head down as he felt a grimace take form there.
He didn’t want to be the cause of any of their crying, it was in his best interest to prevent that, but he had to do a job. No matter if Seven will listen to him.

Chapter Text
Noob and Two Time had been brought inside the main cabin and away from Seven before things had gotten even worse.
Noob had to be grabbed and held in the air by Dusekkar as they struggled and fought against this whole thing, Taph had even stepped in to keep Noob from either hurting themself or Dusekkar in the process.
“NO! NO!” They screamed out as Dusekkar and Taph held them, Dusekkar holding their upper half while Taph took their legs, and brought them into the warm cabin, the cold from the forever night leaving their body once crossing through the doorway. “YOU CAN’T!”
Two Time and Elliot had been the last ones to walk in, the cultist had gone to sit at the table that Elliot had only sat at a few minutes ago, which left the healer to close the wooden door.
He saw what looked like Chance trying to stop Seven from being taken away but Guest held firm from behind before closing it fully.
He rested his forehead against the cold hard wood of the door, letting out a heavy sigh, as he heard his friend cry out to anyone that would listen to not take Seven away from them.
“YOU CAN’T TAKE HIM AWAY!” They yelled out to the Admins that were holding them, stopping them from saving him.
They were in hysterics now, sobbing for any of their pleas to be heard, kicking and fighting to go back out there to prevent this, or even stop it all together, but what could they do?
They held no power over what the Admins said.
They were forced to watch as another loved one was taken from them. It only made them sob harder at the thought.
As the survivalist cried out, tears following freely, they were brought further into the cabin where the Admins had stopped walking just behind the couch.
Dusekkar had waved a free hand at Taph, singling that he could let go as their energy faded. Taph set their feet down on the floor, which wasn’t necessary as they fell to their knees just after, and sobbed brokenly into Dusekkar's chest.
They had felt a hand gently place itself on their head then began to softly crease its fingers through their yellow hair not long after.
They wanted their dad back.
Not this false comfort from one of the people that took him away.
—---------------------------------------------
Things weren’t going any better outside the main cabin either.
Guest had grabbed Chance from behind so they couldn’t run, or even tackle, Builder or Shedletky as Seven was dragged away to the most isolated part of the survivors camp.
Guest grunted as the gambler fought, he hit him in the chest with their elbows and kicked with his legs and feet.
They really knew how to fight when it was necessary for either them or another he loved.
He let out shouts of anger and agony, of threats of what they would do if Builder continued, and finally when their energy drained, pleas to not take him away to do whatever he planned as a punishment for Seven.
“What was that for?!” Chance shouted at Guest over his shoulder as he gained their breathing under control again from their yelling, the Admins had walked too far where they couldn’t see Seven anymore.
Since they weren’t fighting against him anymore, Guest let them go from how he was held by him, “We can’t do anything stupid here Chance.” he gave him his reasoning of why he stopped them from going after the two Admins and their friend, and why he hadn’t tried to stop them from leaving with Seven too.
Chance gave him a look between anger and disbelief for not helping Seven, but as he thought more about it, it did make sense.
Guest was in the military, he was basically second in command when the Admins didn’t have time to help the team, he knew how to plan things out for the best possible outcome from what he had.
Chance knew this, they really did, but he didn’t want to stand by like this.
Guest saw how reluctant he was at the course of action, but it would only make things worse to rush in like how they wanted to.
The soldier let out a sigh from his mouth, “Look,” gestured to the main cabin as he started talking. “Let’s just go inside and figure this out, ok?”
Chance looked at him with a face of hesitation but they did agree that he was right and said; “ok, yea, we can go.”
He started to walk towards the stairs of the cabin, with Guest following behind them, and thought about things a bit.
How were any of them going to help Seven exactly?
As much as many thought that Chance was dumb, they were wrong.
He ran a casino and worked with the mafia for fucks sake here! He knew well how to play the ‘fool’ and how to use a poker face to call people’s bluff.
Just because they were a gambler, it didn’t mean shit when the situation got bad enough.
But, even with that knowledge, there were four Admins here and, sure, there was a good number of the team that liked Seven to fight for him but with whatever an Admin says, it goes.
It would be a pain in the ass if it was just one they all had to convince, but again, they had four resident Admins here in this hell.
As the two stunners reached the door, Chance put his hand on the handle and opened it.
Neither Chance nor Guest were expecting to see Noob crying hysterically into Dusekkar’s chest while yelling out how ‘they couldn’t take away their dad again.’
What exactly did they miss from their time outside?
—---------------------------------------------
As Seven was led down the dirt path by Shedletsky in front of him, and Builder walking behind him, deeper into the unlit forest and away from the others, it reminded him of the first time this happened.
Granted not everything was the exact same, yes, but what led up to this felt like some sort of twisted deja-vu for him.
He wondered if the two Admins felt the same way with this.
Years ago, possibly even two decades ago at this point, when he was first discovered to have been hacking he was caught by Builder himself and brought in.
Of course he wasn’t really given that much of a punishment as he was still just a teenager, but, he was placed under house arrest with surveillance done by his cousin, who was not at all pleased with what he did, and he even had an ankle monitor on his left ankle.
His red tail had subconsciously wrapped around the ankle that had all of the monitors he’s had over the years as more memories came flooding back to him.
He remembered when he had first met his partner.
He remembered when they had cracked Roblox HQ with each other.
Seven remembers when the Admins came and took 01001110 01101111 01101100 01101001 away from him-
What was he thinking about again?
“We’re here, Builds.” Shed told his friend (boss?) that they had reached the Hacker’s personal cabin.
Builder walked up to the door and tried to open it but only to find out that it was locked.
“Open it Seven.” He turned to look behind him and at the man he demanded to open the door for them.
Seven looked at Shed, silently asking for him to let go so he could go do what Builder wanted of him, to which the Admin did let go but had also given him a look that said ‘don’t try anything or you will regret it’.
Seven walked forward and stood to the side of Builder, even though he was taller then him he knew not to do anything too risky, took his key out and unlocked the door.
He really should have cleaned beforehand, but what was he to do?
He didn’t think that Builder would have still been at the main camp since in the past he and the others would have already been out looking for him, but he couldn’t do much about it now.
Opening the door and walking in first, Seven looked behind him at the two Admins he now had to deal with in what he now called a home for himself. Yay for him. He didn’t want to be here, he wanted to go and take care of Noob and Two Time.
He turned on the lights and tried to ignore how the Admins' eyes stayed at the leftover blood on the wood floor. At least the kids didn’t see it when they had come in.
He only had two wood chairs, it felt like a cruel joke on him from whatever puppeted this place, but he had a feeling only Builder would be sitting with Shedletsky off to his side just in case things went out of script.
Builderman saw the only chairs and brought them over to the middle of the room, the two chairs being placed just over the dried blood from his last ‘play time’, and gestured for him to sit as he took his own seat across from him.
Builder sat in the chair that was placed so his back would be to the closed front door, courtesy of Shed closing it, and the chair Seven would sit on would have his back to the only bed in the cabin.
Seven moved to sit in the chair that faced Builder as Shed stood off to the head Admin’s left side, just as he thought the sword fighter would, and placed his hands in his lap politely as if he wasn’t about to be integrated by the head Admin of Roblox HQ.
“Alright,” The Admin started off. “Let’s talk Seven.”
This should be fun.
Notes:
I was thinking on opening a request fic, which I have never done before, for fandoms like forsaken and pressure would y'all like if I did that?

Chapter Text
Builderman sat with his elbows propped up on his knees, his fingers slotted together as he leaned forward closer to the man he sat across from.
Shedletsky stood off to his left side, just in case the Hacker would try anything. But Shed doubted he would, he was smart to know when not to fight and not a rage fueled monster. Sorry 1x, he apologized to them in his mind.
007n7 sat in front of the head Admin with his back leaning against the wood chair he sat on, both of his hands sat neatly in his lap, with a blank expression that many here have seen on him for the longest time.
Builder didn’t really want to have to ask him any of these questions, or have it come to this, ever, but he needed to know what Seven was thinking.
“What do you have to say for yourself, Seven?” That was the first question he asked the man in front of him.
It was simple and to the point, and depending on his response it would help him to know how to better help Seven and hopefully the team.
He really and truly hoped that he wouldn’t have to be unjust to him when he has already lost everything. Even when not even 20 minutes ago he forcibly had Shed drag him out here. That was stupid of him to do, and he knew that well.
Builderman and Shedletsky stood in tense silence as they both waited for Seven to respond.
With a sharp intake of breath from the father, he made his decision known to them.
“I don’t know why I lost control like that.” He said it with such clarity that neither Builder or Shedletsky thought they would never hear from the man again.
He had placed his hope in the right place. Now he had to figure out how to best help him.
Maybe he could start with having him talk about things more? He should have seen the isolation from the start.
Maybe he could have the others include him more? He knew Seven was socially anxious as is, so they shouldn’t push too much with that one.
He really should get someone else to help with coming up for a plan for Seven but who?- wait, Dusekkar!
Back at home, Dusekkar had proposed the idea of having an on staff therapy at HQ since they had all seen things which they would really wether forget but couldn't. Builder had found the idea to be great so he made it possible, but now with all this happening maybe he should get Dusekkar in here.
He was the Admins healer when on the field back home, yes, but he wasn’t a certified nor licensed therapist. Builder knew this but he didn’t know who else could help Seven.
With his mind made up, he let out an exhale, and spoke “Ok, Seven,” Builder looked at him for the first time since this thing started, when hearing his name he looked at him with such hope in his eyes that it made Builder frown ever so slightly at it having gotten to this point.
“Cause you now have your GUI workin’ again either me or the other Admins will have to be with you for a bit, ok?” He knew that surveillance most likely wasn’t the best move, Seven was naturally a bit of a recluse, but he couldn’t have him hurting himself. He knew what that GUI could do.
Seven looked at him and nodded while humming at his words, ok, Builder could do this.
He could help him and the others so this won’t happen ever again for however longer they would still be stuck here for.
Shed came up to his shoulder and tapped it, “What needs to be done Builds?” ever the best friend he could ever ask for, he knew when Builder had a plan forming in his head.
“Go get Dusekkar, we’re gonna need him in here to help Seven better.” He gestured to the man with his hand and Shed nodded at his words.
He then moved to walk over to the door, Builder stood from his seat, as Shed was leaving, to the windows opened curtains so that he could close them. It was really cold in here, did Seven have enough to keep warm when sleeping?
Shedletsky turned the handle and left the small cabin, only leaving Seven with Builder inside it.
—---------------------------------------------
Noob had ended up crying themself to sleep from their breakdown, Dusekkar laid them on the sofa gently once he felt their weight slumped against him.
The rest of the team, Chance, Guest, Two Time and Elliot had settled themselves around the cabin.
Chance was leaning most of their weight onto the back of the sofa while standing, Guest stood beside him with his arms crossed over his chest, Two Time and Elliot took up the other seats that weren’t being used as a resting spot for Noob.
“What is Builder planning on doing with Seven?” Chance was the one to ask the question that plagued everyone's minds.
How were Taph or Dusekkar going to answer that?
The two Admins stood in front of the fireplace with everyone’s eyes on them.
Neither knew what Builder’s plan was, and they both knew not to mention that he admitted to not having one in the first place, they were already panicked for their friend as is. It wouldn’t be wise to scare them more.
So, Taph came up with the best answer any of them were going to get with what he knew from when Seven had first been talked to by Builderman years ago.
‘Most likely will be put under surveillance to make sure he doesn't hurt himself or us.’ Taph signed to the team.
Chance made a face that showed their distrust for his word, Guest and Two Time looked at each other as if asking what the other was thinking about this.
Elliot, however, just lowered his head in shame.
He should have just forgiven the man when he gave him so many chances to accept it.
But, no, he shaved him away from him and didn’t even think of what that could do to the already broken man.
Guest had opened his mouth to speak, but everyone's heads wiped around to look at the front door when the sound of the handle being turned was heard. It was almost deafening to the whole space.
It was Shedletsky that had opened it and walked through, the whole room went silent as everyone looked at the Admin.
Shed didn’t pay much mind to the staring, he knew it would come, and walked up to Taph and Dusekkar.
He came up to Dusekkar’s side and whispered to the mage; “Sev’s cabin. Builds needs ya there.”
Dusekkar didn’t waste time in leaving to go attend to his friend's aid, his sudden want to leave made the tension in the room feel even denser then when Shed had first walked in.
As the mage walked out the door, the sword fighter turned his attention back on the rest of the team. He hoped he could explain this to them with his limited knowledge of what’s happening with Taph.
—---------------------------------------------
Dusekkar didn’t know what to expect as he took the dirt path to Seven’s cabin.
Normally when here at the camp he didn’t really float, as it still took energy from him when he should be taking the time to rest, but he couldn’t keep himself from doing it this time around.
It helped with speed a lot which is why he mostly did it in battle but someone needed him now. Who could blame him?
As he floated through the woods, passing trees and foliage alike, he couldn’t keep himself from thinking about how weird this felt.
What was needed of him?
Why did Builder call for him?
Was Seven ok?
He didn’t really go back to hacking, right?
That last question was the biggest one on his mind.
He saw Builder's ....questionable, he was going to ask him about it later even if he had to corner him, approach to Seven but he didn’t think any of that was necessary.
Especially not in front of the others, what happened to not scarring them more then they already were Builderman?
If Builder didn’t think Seven could be helped then Dusekkar would still try to help him at least. He had a promise to uphold here. And he wasn’t going to make that same stupid, awful mistake again. Not like with Scripter.
He won’t turn his back on someone even if Builder didn’t view them as worth saving.
With his mind set if he and Builder didn’t see eye to eye, he saw the cabin come into his view.
As he came up to the door he stopped floating and knocked three times on the door, a knock that Builder knew well enough to recognize as him.
Not to much surprise, Builder answered the door and let him in.
He saw Seven was sitting in the middle of the room on a wooden chair. Ok that wasn’t bad, Builder just sat him down so they could talk- was that blood on the floor?!
There was some dried blood on the wood floor that was going to be a pain to deal with, but it wasn’t his, right? Builder wasn’t one to hurt others but this wasn’t very foreboding.
The mage looked at Builder with an eyebrow, while whatever he had that worked as such, raised.
Builder didn’t seem to notice as he spoke to Seven, rude in his opinion but he was going to ask Builder what in the hell he was thinking.
“Dusekkar’s here since you feel the most comfortable around him, right?” Oh? Did Seven call for him because he wanted to talk to him instead of Builder?
If that were the case then why was Builder so hard on him earlier?
Didn’t he say that he ‘doesn't get that’ when Guest had proposed the thought of letting Seven speak for himself?
This only confused Dusekkar more than when he was in the main cabin just as lost as the others. Now even more so.
Seven nodded his head at Builders words, so he didn’t call for Dusekkar then, one mystery solved many to go. With Seven’s confirmation, Builder turned to Dusekkar, “You don’t view him as someone dangerous, right?”
Ok, what was Builder planning here. And why was he asking them both if they were comfortable around each other?
“Yes, but could I pull you aside for a moment?” Dusekkar needed to know what was happening. Builderman nodded his head at his request.
He knew that Builder didn’t have the best skills when it came to communicating his thoughts, and that also went for his plans even when back home, so he had to make sure that he knew what he was getting into here.
Dusekkar asked Seven to cover his ears since he didn’t think it would be a good idea to go outside and leave him alone right now. Once Seven did that he looked to Builder again, “Ok Builder what is happening here?”
His friend let out a sigh and gave him a look of regret, “I reacted inappropriately,” tell Dusekkar something that he didn’t know, “so I’m being fair and giving him a chance,” that surprised the mage greatly. However, that really didn’t excuse what he did.
And Dusekkar was going to make that known here. “I understand that, friend, but then why did you do that?” he knew that Builder knew what he was referring to when he asked him that.
Builderman looked like he was just asked if he killed someone, but he still gave Dusekkar his honest reasoning, “I wasn’t seeing Sev as himself.”
Dusekkar had a feeling that was the reason.
But, still, he needed to explain and apologize to the team and most importantly to Seven.
Alright, he could help Builder with explaining later but he still didn’t know why he was here, “I can help you with explaining that to the others later,” Builder smiled at him for his patient nature. “But why am I here exactly?”
“Oh, right.” Dusekkar let out a snort at Builder’s response, of course he would forget to tell him.
“Ok uh,” he started with, which didn’t fill Dusekkar with any hope, “You’ll act as a voice of reason as we talk to Seven, that ok?” Oh! He could do that for him, both of them actually but still. “I can do that for you, Builder.” he said with an understanding tone and warm voice.
Since they were done with explaining things to each other, Builder gestured with his hands to let Seven know that he could uncover his ears now, once the imp did he explained to Seven what was going to happen.
Hopefully the Admins knew what they were doing here.
Notes:
Also I want to make sure that I haven't confused any of you with the POVs switching, because not everyone knows what another person does which leads to a lot of misunderstanding (and mixing that with everyones own issues is a disaster waiting to happen) between the team and I wanted to try my hand at writing a story where the characters are just as lost as you are as the reader! basically you'll find out what everyones side/view of the story is as this continues, everyone makes mistakes in this and acts on what they think is 'best' in this stressful situation even when it only causes more problems.
big yap from me but I want to make sure that there isn't any mis-interpretation of how I'm characterizing the forsaken cast here lol (I love them all to much and I can't do any of them dirty like that. especially not the admins I love em a lot<3) (also also to that person from last chapter you actually brought this potential misunderstanding to my attention so thank you for that genuinely and I hope you have a good week random person<333 if you have any questions about this just ask and I'll give my best explanation without just revealing everything)
Chapter 10: I'll meet judgement by the hounds

Why don't we see what Seven thinks about this?

EYYY IM BACK WITH MORE~!! I hope y'all are liking this as much as I am writing it lol
Anywho, enjoy reading Sevs pov this time!!

Chapter Text
Builderman had stayed standing, more pacing around the small room now then before, his boots making tapping noises as he walked, while Dusekkar took the empty seat across from Seven.
Seven didn’t know what to think about this.
But he knew that this wouldn’t be easy. Anything but easy actually.
What would Dusekkar even ask him anyway? Oh Void, he could feel his throat tightening up and become dry as he thought more about this.
What would he have to say?
Would Dusekkar ask him about his…thoughts?
He didn’t make it obvious did he?
He didn’t hang around the main cabin, or camp in general, except for when he was brought there after a round.
But even then he was always the first one to leave for his personal cabin. Always.
Would Dusekkar ask him about his eating, or lack thereof, habits?
He didn’t like being around the others that much, social anxiety is a bitch that never left him, but he couldn’t stand the thought of others seeing him eat.
He didn’t want to have comments thrown at him when he just wanted to eat.
He dealt with that enough in his teenage years as is.
Would Dusekkar ask him about the eyebags he has?
He tried to sleep, he really did try to rest when their down time came, but he just couldn’t. What if his baby needed him?
What if he was scared and needed his papa to comfort him?
What if he was hungry and needed his papa to cook him something?
What if it was raining and needed his papa there to watch over him because it was scary?
What if his baby came back to him but he was too busy sleeping to notice?
Selfish of him to deny his sweet baby like that really.
Would Dusekkar ask him why he was scratching his arms a lot?
He didn’t mean to get this bad again.
He promised that it wouldn’t come to doing that again.
But when his baby was taken from him…he couldn’t help it.
Even when he came here the habit never really left him.
Would he have to answer everything?
That was a stupid question, of course he would have to! It’s just how these things went. At least that was his experience with this stuff.
“Seven?” He was brought back to reality when Dusekkar called his name.
Bringing his eyes and focus back onto the admin, he was met with Dusekkar’s face that had a small smile but it was tainted with what he almost mistook as concern.
Dusekkar wouldn’t care for a criminal hacker, it can’t be concern, he doesn’t care for him.
Especially now when he lost control of his control of himself in front of everyone like that.
They must have been so scared of him. Hopefully Noob won’t be scared of him again, he lost one kid, he didn’t know how that would affect him....but he didn’t know if he wanted to think about that right now. Or ever.
“Ok, I’m going to have Builder ask his questions then you will answer the best you can,” Dusekkar explained to him with careful words, not like he was a child that couldn’t understand anything around him. Maybe this will be different. Hopefully anyway.
“Ok.” He nodded his head and spoke to Dusekkar even when his throat felt like it was closing in. God, nothing's even happened yet why does he feel like he’s going to cry?
Builder had stopped his pacing when his name was heard, he came up to Dusekkar’s side and leaned his elbow against the chair, Dusekkar nodded his own pumpkin head at Seven and said; “Good!” Why was Dusekkar speaking with such a warm voice to him of all people?
The mage directed his next words to the head Admin, “Builder, would you like to ask something?” Builder looked at Seven with a face that he couldn’t read, that might be for the best though, “What made ya think about hacking again?” oh. Right out the gate with it, huh Builder?
How does he respond to that?
His head lowered a bit as he tried to think of how to tell them and not sound crazy. The ‘not sounding crazy' may be more difficult then he thought.
Does he just tell them about the thoughts he’s been having and…the voice that sounded almost deathly like-
Off topic Seven, he scolded himself in his head.
Right, telling the Admins in front of him why he was hacking again.
Come on, just tell them it’s not that hard. Just talk. That voice sounded more like himself and he didn’t like it.
Breathing in through his nose, he bit the bullet, “I got tired of being useless.” It wasn't a complete lie, just a half-truth, he didn’t want them to think he was losing it.
Dusekkar hummed at him politely while Builder narrowed his eyes at him, “That all?-” “Builder.” Dusekkar lightly scolded the Admin. He really was the voice of reason here, Seven thought.
Builderman looked a bit ashamed at having been scolded by his friend but he recovered quickly, “Right, right, sorry.” It felt weird to have the head Admin being kind to him and listening to his words, it felt surreal even to be here with them and not have an ankle monitor on him. Or hand cuffs for that matter.
Dusekkar spoke up to him next wether then Builder again, ”Why did you feel useless?” that had him tense for a minute. Why did he? When did it start? Was it even when he got here or before?
Thinking back to rounds he’s been in, he thinks it’s because he saw how everyone else could ACTUALLY help the team and not just themselves.
Selfish bitch.
Shut up stupid, mean voice in his head.
“I saw how everyone else could help each other.” He knew that he mumbled that a bit, almost as if in shame of admitting it aloud, but Dusekkar heard it.
The only person here that truly needed to hear him, maybe Builder was right in bringing him here; he did feel better with the mage present.
Dusekkar stilled, trying to think of how to carry this while keeping in mind not to upset him, but Builder beat him to it. “What ‘bout Noob?” Dusekkar opened his mouth, about to scold him again, but closed it when realizing. “That is a good point,” he spoke to his friend, then to Seven, “Seven, what do you think?”
Noob was also a survivalist like him, but they could body block with their potion thingy, he should ask what it’s called but that’s later, and the team liked them enough to trust their word.
He had tried to help Elliot when there was a digital foot print by telling him to wait until he was off cooldown for his cloning and could get rid of it, but did the healer listen? No, he didn’t. And then promptly blamed him when back in the main cabin.
“But they can still help by body blocking.” He saw them even do it to help Guest escape from Jason once so that he could heal and they did it with their messy hair in their face!
“While that is true,” He knew it was. “I have seen you try to do the same with those clones of yours.” Dusekkar had that counter argument ready like nothing, had he thought about talking to him before this?
Seven couldn’t argue that he was wrong either, he did try and it did work for a bit but the killers became smart to his tricks and it didn’t work anymore. And it made it harder for him to outrun them too.
The father hummed and said with a quiet voice, “I guess that’s true, but,” was he really going to argue about this with two Admins in front of him?
Yes, yes he was. “It doesn't trick them anymore.” He was telling the truth here, so they couldn’t blame right?
Builder and Dusekkar didn’t have a rebuttal for that. He was right, and they both knew it, but Dusekkar thought of something that surprised even him, “What about your axe?” What. The thing that started this, he wants him to talk about it for some reason?
“What.” Both he and Builder said in unison to Dusekkar’s words.
Seven sat there trying to think of what he meant by that as Builder spoke up again “Matt what?” He repeated his confusion to him, “Think about it,” Dusekkar continued his thought, “If he has access to it again why can’t he help us?” Builder and Seven gave him a look before it morphed into understanding.
The Admin was right, why couldn’t he not use it now that he has it again?
“I can do that.” He spoke without really thinking about it, he even brought a hand to his chin as he thought about it more.
Yeah, he was a great axe fighter.
What was stopping him from being a sentinel? He fought against Admins with his axe.
What was fighting 1x1x1x1, John Doe and Jason to him? Not C00lkidd though, no, never.
“See Builder?” Dusekkar turned his head to look at his friend with a smug smile on his face aimed at him, “Yeah, yeah, I know.” he said with mock annoyance at him for his smugness.
Watching them bicker while none of it holding any heat or anger in it made him miss him even more.
Without even realizing it a frown made its way onto his face, and of course Dusekkar took notice of it immediately, “Are you alright Seven?” he leaned forward enough to reach his hand out to him in a grounding manner when it made contact with his knee.
“Yeah, I'm okay.” Seven said to him with as steady a voice he could muster.
Even though his eyes felt like they were burning with tears that threatened to fall at any moment and when his tail warped itself around the leg of the chair in search of comfort.
Dusekkar furrowed his brow at him, but he didn’t push him. He was thankful for that.
“Alright,” Builderman brought both of their attention to him, “is there anything that we needed to talk about?” Dusekkar and Builder looked at him again in waiting.
He probably should bring some stuff up but he was tired and didn’t want to deal with that right now.
“No, I think we’re good.” He shook his head as he spoke to further show that they didn’t have any other thing to talk about.
Dusekkar nodded his head at him in understanding and began to stand from his seat, “Good!,” he leaned down so that only Seven could hear him, “If you would ever like to talk I will listen.”
Seven smiled at him for a moment, he knew that he didn’t deserve this from the mage but he didn’t want to live without the warm, comforting voice.
“Hey Dusekkar?” Builder called out to his friend, Dusekkar stood at full height and turned his head to look at Builder behind him, “Yes?” Seven thinks he knows what Builder is going to ask of him, “Would ya mind takin’ first watch with him?”
And there it is, the surveillance that Builder said he’ll have to have now. At least it was with Dusekkar, could he have it be the mage everytime? Probably not but he could dream.
“Of course not.” He spoke so calmly about this that it made Seven second guess. “Great,” Builder began walking to the door as he continued speaking, “I’ll be in the main cabin to inform the others, holler if ya need anythin’.” he put his hand on the handle and walked out into the night air as he finished his sentence.
Seven looked up at Dusekkar as the Admin smiled gently down at him.
“Do you want to lay down?” he asked the father and held his hands out for him to take if he wanted, “That sounds nice.” he admitted to him and took the hands that were offered with gratitude.
Dusekkar helped him up and moved the two chairs, one back to its original position at the small table and the other at the side of the bed.
Seven didn’t want him to stay in the uncomfy chair all night though, “You don’t have to sit there.” He said to him, Dusekkar however waved him off with “It's alright, I'm fine to sit here with you.” Seven hummed at him uneasily but just sat down on his bed. He didn’t have the energy to be stubborn about this.
Dusekkar smiled at him and sat down in the chair beside the bed as he got comfortable enough to sleep, he didn’t bother with getting under the blanket, the sheets made his skin feel itchy, so he just flumped down much like a cat on their owners bed.
“Sleep well Seven.” Dusekkar spoke to him and pulled out a book to keep him busy. If Seven wasn’t as tired as he was he most differently would have asked him where in the BanLands he got it from, but instead he just mumbled a barely audible “g’night.” to the Admin as drifted off.
Maybe he will be okay.
In due time that is at least.
Notes:
Builderman has some issues when it comes to being 'soft' so to speak. He's use to interrogation and getting the answers that he needs out of a person however necessary and not taking into account the emotions of said person when they are involved, which makes him a bit blunt and come across as 'rude' when he doesn't mean to be.
Am I giving Builder the treatment that many give Shedletsky when they make him and Telamon the same person? yes, yes I am, because listen to me here; he would also be a god right? why not also give him the problem to understand emotions and communication properly that normal Robloxians have/need? eh? eh? there's potential there I'm just saying....
Chapter 11: There's a still tension in the swell
Summary:
Shedletsky and Taph try to help the team with what they know, which isn't a lot really, but its fine there's pizza!

Chapter Text
Shedletsky stood beside Taph while in front of the fireplace with the whole team looking at them both and wanting answers of what was happening to their friend.
Oh boy, he wasn’t prepared to deal with this, and he doubted that Taph was prepared either, but with Builder and Dusekkar already busy he could cut them some slack and help out.
Builder would probably make a joke about how surprising it was that he was working voluntarily as opposed to him avoiding it like a plague.
With the thought of his best friend he put on his usual smile and broke the somewhat awkward silence of the room, “With how much you're all staring you might as well turn me into fried chicken!”
He made a joke to lighten the mood of the others, at least the ones that were awake, what happened to Noob to make them fall asleep?, but it only did nothing to change or ease the growing tension in the room.
Especially from where Chance was standing.
He swears that the gambler is going to kill him if he doesn't discuss the situation at hand.
Speaking of doing that, Taph spoke, or signed? He didn’t know what to use, ‘why don’t we all have some food? None of us have eaten in a bit-’ “No.” As soon as Taph was done, surprise surprise, Chance spoke up and the room looked at them.
He stopped flipping their lucky coin, but still held it in their left hand, and gave a dangerous glare to the Admins.
Well, thanks for the try Taph but looks like we’ll have to face this no matter what, Shedletsky thought to himself before sighing out through his mouth. “Yes Chance?” He didn't mean to sound like this whole thing was more of an annoyance, it wasn’t at all, to him but he wanted nothing more than to go lay down somewhere.
“What is happening to Seven?” It was clear to the sword fighter that Chance was holding back their anger from how he saw Builder had Shedletsky forcibly drag Seven away from them all.
He didn’t know why exactly Builder had him do it, they would have to ask him themselves if they truly wanted to know, but hopefully Shed could still give them some form of reassurance.
“I don’t know for sure,” He took in the hitched breath of Guest as he said that, “but Dusekkar’s there to help Seven, ok?” Everyone had looked at each other as they all took in the Admins words, Taph had even looked at him since he didn’t know what was happening when it came to Seven.
Elliot and Two Time looked at each other and nodded their heads silently at the other, seemingly on the same page.
Chance had narrowed their eyes at Shedletsky; he should have really pointed him in the direction of Builder if they didn’t believe him now.
And Guest had lowered his head in thought, Shed never really knew what the guy was thinking normally but now he just hoped that the soldier believed him. He didn’t think he could take Guest of all people in a fight.
If it were to come down to it that is.
He didn’t think that any of them would just start a fight randomly, but, if he were in their shoes?
A friend that had been noticeably weakened since coming here, gets tired of the same shit and kills someone then people that have a very well known past with them then gets taken from them forcibly while they watch it happen.
Yeah he would fight for that friend too. No matter what the cost was, he would also fight for them.
Chance made a ‘tch’ sound then spoke; “Fine.” You don’t have to be rude about it, Shedletsky thought,
Well, at least he helped(?) with explaining to them as much as he could, but there was still a problem that needed to be addressed.
“Let’s just have food then go to bed, ya?” He could see that they were all tired for starters but he didn’t know they were hungry, but he was.
When Shedletsky had walked in, he could smell the pizzas that Elliot had made at some point when they had first gotten back from that round.
It’s probably cold by now, but eh, Elliot could just heat it up again. Or some of the crazy ones here will just eat it cold either way.
“Yeah, that sounds nice.” Speaking of the cook, Elliot stood from his seat and walked over to the kitchen with the others slowly following behind him.
Guest and Two Time sat next to each other while Shedletsky sat next to Taph, since Noob was still asleep he nor the others didn’t find a reason to wake them up, while Chance had taken a seat at the end of the table.
Elliot walked up to the counter and picked up a pizza cutter and he started to cut one of the pizzas, the sound of the crunchy pizza being cut was the only sound filling the room, as Shedletsky thought about all of this.
Truth be told, he didn’t want anything to happen to Seven.
He didn’t say it out loud, ever, but he does like the father, and he felt bad for him.
Even though they had been ‘enemies’, Shed never really considered him as one, for years.
He had seen the missing posters around a few towns, he had even tried to go looking for the kid but that brought him here. Somehow.
Before he could think about it more, even though his and everyone else’s memories were clearly altered, the sound of the front door opening stopped everyone from doing whatever they were doing previously.
Elliot had even turned around to look at him from where he stood cutting the pizzas.
Builderman had walked through the doorway into the kitchen after closing the door, as he stood there everyone looked at him, “Yea?”
Why is Builderman so casual about getting stared down by the whole ass room? Shedletsky found himself thinking.
“Is Seven alright?” Surprisingly, Guest was the one to speak about Seven instead of Chance, Builder walked over and pulled out a chair at the other end the table and said to all of them; “He’s fine,” he let out a groan as he sat down, old man, “Just asleep in his cabin and Dusekkar’s there.”
They nodded their heads at the Admin, except for Shedletsky himself as he already knew that Dusekkar was there.
“But you didn’t do anything right?” Two Time spoke up from their own seat, anxiously, it was weird to Shedletsky to hear them talk with such uncertainty.
Normally they spoke with such a calm tone that normally creeped him out at best, but now? He would rather prefer that Two Time back.
Builder sighed at their question, ha now its your time Builds! He probably shouldn’t be making fun at the situation but he couldn’t help it. It's just what he did, make some jokes here, make a joke there, y’know just to help lighten the mood with Chance to keep up morale.
“No, I didn’t.” Builder said to them, and the others in turn, but that just left more confusion around the table rather then actual answers.
Before there were more questions thrown out, Elliot came out with plates of pizza for them all.
No matter the amount of times he saw Elliot carry out so many plates AND balance them all at the time and not drop any of them? It would always be astounding to the sword fighter.
“Here you go guys.” Elliot said as he passed out their food then went to sit down in his own seat near Chance.
They all started to dig in into their pizza slices, eating in silence until Noob walked in saying; “A-are we eatin-g?” their voice was still a bit hoarse from their earlier yelling but they could still talk well enough to be understood.
“Yeah, you want some?” Elliot was already up and getting them a plate before they could even respond as he talked to them.
He picked up a slice and walked over to them, he took their hand gently then guided them to sit down at the table next to Guest. Once they sat down, he went back over to the counter to grab a glass and fill it up with some water.
Elliot was so nice to them while making sure not to ‘baby’ them, he just did things for them sometimes because he could. Not because he felt he had to.
It made Shedletsky wonder if it was because of leftover caretaking instincts he had from watching his sister or something.
Either way, it was sweet to see from the pizza cook.
Soon, there was silence at the table again, but it didn’t feel as heavy as beforehand.
Maybe seeing the display of Elliot helping Noob had helped to calm them all down?
Shedletsky didn’t know for sure but he didn’t mind it, in fact it was way more welcomed then the awkward and tense silence then before.
Of course, he and the other Admins would still have to answer the questions and concerns from the team about Seven’s safety but this quiet moment of eating felt nice.
It reminded him that there would be time to tackle things when they had all calmed down and weren’t in a frenzy from all the craziness that had happened.
Sedletsky, Builderman, Dusekkar and Taph will help the team, just one thing at a time, one question at a time.
However, he still had a pizza to finish!
Notes:
I don't know if it's just me and my sister that do this but we'll just say 'what are we doing?' when one of us walks into a room and it's clear that the other isn't doing what ever activity is being asked about....(idk I think we are just a bit weird)
but anyways, that's why I put Noob saying 'are we eating?' when they clearly aren't eating the pizza themselves, y'know?
Chapter 12: Even the Devil needs time alone sometimes.
Summary:
Chance and Guest are having thoughts while at the dinner table with everyone, except for Dusekkar and Seven being there. Speaking of the two missing teammates, they have a quite moment with each other.
Notes:
ayyyyyyyyyy how are y'all doing? good? good!! I would have posted earlier today but I was busy playing forsaken with the pookies sorry.
there's not much to say about this one, but it is from Chance, Guest and Dusekkar's pov(I know we're back to the 3 povs in one chap!!)
Anywho, I hope you do enjoy reading this chapter!!

Chapter Text
Chance didn’t know if he really believed Shedletsky when he told the whole team that ‘Dusekkar’s there to help Seven’ to them all in the main room just a few minutes ago.
But, what else did any of them have to go off on here?
And honestly, yeah, he could believe that the sword fighter didn’t really know what was going on with the situation at hand.
He did look confused and conflicted, and stunned for a moment, when he was asked to drag Seven to his cabin by Builderman.
Actually, thinking about it, they once overheard Builderman and Shedletsky talking about back home and ‘how much work there'd be!’ from Shed’s side of the conversation to which Builder responded with ‘that’s why you shouldn’t be a slacker, boy.’
It was a bit amusing to hear Builder’s more southern side come out when he was scolding, they could admit that.
But, Chance was still worried about Seven, for him even, throughout all of this, while they also felt a lot of regret.
He didn’t mean to get so pissed at the Admins, really he didn’t mean to, but, just having to see Seven get taken away while they couldn’t do anything, and also hearing Noob cry out for them to stop didn’t help either.
It reminded them of themself when he had experienced this the first time around.
Chance got blind sighted in anger by it all.
They couldn’t see what was real in front of himself, only what happened to Frost, and he felt fear build a home in their body of having another taken from them.
They should probably apologize to Shedletsky, and Builder for saying threats to him, yeah that’s a must not a ‘probably’, about sounding rude earlier.
Shedletsky was only trying to tell them what was going on.
Maybe he could do that after they slept for the night. Actually, maybe he could talk to Guest about seeing Seven ‘tomorrow’, stupid forever night messing up their sense of time, if the Admins will allow it, that is.
Looking at the soldier, he made eye contact with him and held a silent conversation with him.
‘Can we talk later?’
‘Yeah, we can.’
It really paid off to be able to do that after being in the gambling business for a few years, now with that taken care of, they decided to finish the pizza slice from the pizza that Elliot made them all for dinner.
Serioulesy, how did he make pizza all day and not get tired of it? Like ever?
Chance knew that he worked at his family's pizzeria, the uniform being a dead give away of that fact, but he also knew that Elliot basically did almost every single job there and didn’t mind it!
They didn’t know how this man hadn’t burnt out yet.
But that wasn’t any of their business, eating this pizza slice was his business however!
—---------------------------------------------
Guest felt conflicted about all of this, he wanted to believe and have faith in the Admins, and their word, but there was an underlying feeling in him that said Seven wasn’t ok.
Obviously he wasn’t ok, he probably hasn’t been for a while, but it was still worrying to the soldier.
He heard of their history with one another, mainly from the Admins side, Seven never really talked about his time hacking other than he was ‘young and dumb’. But even so, he didn’t want any more conflict to build between the team and cause more problems.
He knew well that a good team doesn’t have underlying tension and hate plaguing it.
Even as he sat at the table eating the pizza Elliot made, he could still feel a tense silence, all though, it wasn’t as bad as before.
After seeing the caregiver side of Elliot come out when helping Noob, while they were still tired even after waking up, it soothed him weirdly enough.
Or, most likely not weird, he was a father himself and seeing that reminded him why he was fighting still.
He had to be strong for his team, for his family, especially for his baby girl, and help them remember that they all had to make it out of here in one piece.
It pained his heart to think that Charlotte was growing up without him and Daisy was raising her all alone as well, he’ll make sure to find a way out of this hell and be with them again. No matter what.
Don’t worry baby, I'm coming home.
He made a promise to his wife and daughter in his mind, that he intended to keep to the fullest, and brought himself back into reality from his thoughts.
As he looked around the table, a habit that he had picked up a while ago, and taking a bite of the pizza to look less weird, his eyes met Chance’s own.
Without words being spoken between the two he knew that they wanted to talk to him.
For what reason he didn’t know, but he had a feeling that they would come up to him when he wanted to talk to him.
Looking back down at his meal, he went back to eating and thought about how much he wants nothing more to do then drop down on his bed and pass out after helping Elliot clean up.
And having a shower. Yeah, that sounded really nice right about now.
—---------------------------------------------
As Dusekkar sat in the wooden chair next to Seven’s bed, heavily enjoying his book that he had shoved in his robe earlier, he heard a sound come from the man that he was tasked with watching over.
Looking over to his left and down at the bed he saw Seven still sound asleep but making noises in his sleep.
It sounded like when a dog was sleeping but making vocalizations. while presumably having a dream.
He didn’t mind the smile that made its way onto his face. He closed the book, placed it on his lap and leaned forward just enough to take off his glasses with his left and gently card his right through his brunette hair.
As the mage did this, the imp tail he possessed was soon rhythmically thumping against the bed.
Dusekkar wished that he could have helped him sooner, he really did, but the Greek fate sister was a cruel woman not just to him but also to Seven.
He knew that the little, while more towering now, red demon was his child that had gone missing before he came here himself.
It made Dusekkar wonder if he was looking for his child and that’s what led to him being brought here.
Without really thinking, he got up from the chair he was sitting in, the book he was once reading now taking his seat, and crouched down to be at Seven’s side better. Throughout his moving his hands never once left their spots in his hair.
As his gentle hand movements continued, there was soon a purring sound coming from the father.
Dusekkar had no idea that imp hybrids could make such a sound but this was a pleasant surprise to him after all the stress.
He moved his hands from his hair to the sides of his face instead, gently cradling his head in his hands and rubbing at his ears as softly as he could to not hurt him.
Seven’s ears always reminded him of ones that a goat would have, even when his hair mostly covered them he found them nice to look at, and now rubbing gentle circles into them he found them to be quite soft too.
Dusekkar rested his forehead against Seven’s own and whispered to him words of truth and comfort.
“You didn’t deserve all of that pain.” He meant that.
He saw the mostly empty, lifeless stare from him and when it became full of tears, full of emotion when it was his dear son as the killer that round.
“I wish that I could have helped you sooner,” even though many had seen Seven as an issue, especially in the past when he was still hacking and causing chaos, and a ‘lost cause’ all that Dusekkar saw was a troubled child.
One that he should have tried to help sooner.
“But, now that I am here, I will make sure that your pleas are heard.” He wasn’t oblivious to his cries for his son to stop this, but the child never seemed to hear what his father was actually saying.
He only ever responded in childish words of having fun ‘playing’ with his father and his friends.
Dusekkar won’t let Seven suffer alone with his guilt of ‘failing’ his son, even when he gave everything to give his child a good life.
Seven, still asleep, had reached up slowly to hold Dusekkar’s hands with his own. The mage found a sense of comfort in being able to bring comfort to someone else.
He hadn’t done this since he lost his student, he truly hopes that she is alright. Wherever it is that she went too when she left.
Dusekkar didn’t know exactly when the change in positioning happened, but he didn’t mind this one bit.
He now lay beside Seven, the father facing toward him and burying his face in the Admin’s warm chest, while Dusekkar warped his arms around him.
Since he was still wearing the shawl that was over his robes he draped it over the sleeping form in front of him, he knew that Seven wouldn't get up from his spot so he did the next best thing of covering him without a blanket.
As he listened to the slow breathing, he knew that Builder had made the right choice of giving him a chance at explaining himself to them both.
He didn’t regret his own decision of staying here with him either.
It felt nice to know that in some form he was helping Seven even when he was asleep.
Notes:
I don't know why but I really like having Dusekkar and Seven with a 'depressed ass teen' 'only adult to ever try and help them' kinda relationship.
also because I feel like Dusekkar would be someone that you would go to, get a hug from and said hug actually feels warm(yes I have issues, I'm on ao3) idk if that makes sense but uhhh just go with it?? I dunno where im going with this im just tired-
Chapter 13: Prison toys.

Chapter Text
C00lkidd was…scared? Worried?, he didn’t know but it was a really big emotion for him, for his auntie 1x1.
He had come back before play time was over at its normal time and they were shaking really badly! So C00lkidd, being the kind of kid he is, walked toward him to make sure they were ok.
But, when he went up to them and tugged at his hand she jumped from him, getting into a fighting pose.
It was like he was expecting Kidd to fight her? Why would he ever do that to his uncle though?
He loves her a lot!
They cared for him like papa did!
Cooked meals for him and his other friends, played with him, stayed in his room with him until he fell asleep after getting hurt from playing too hard, and, when he was up for it she even let Kidd hug them!
So, seeing her so scared, and maybe hurt even, hit him in his feelings. And it hit big time.
She had rushed out of the main cabin to his own personal cabin after saying that ‘I want to be alone right now.’ But what was weird to Kidd was that they didn’t have her normal big, booming, fun voice that he has when playing with him and the others.
It sounded shaky? Like it was taking everything in him not to cry….just like dad’s voice was sometimes then he would take longer to get home after work should have ended.
He didn’t want her to be scared like papa was! He didn’t want anyone to be scared like how he heard his dad cry sometimes at night when he thought Kidd was asleep.
So, C00lkidd set off on a mission to help his auntie the best way he knew how! By making them a drawing!
It had always cheered dad up when he was back at home with him, so why wouldn’t it make 1x1 feel better?
But then Kidd ran into a problem, where would he get the drawing tools from?
Maybe he could ask John? No, he didn’t like to be disturbed when down time came. So, Kidd decided not to bother him.
Maybe he could ask Slasher? He would write stuff on a yellow paper pad since he couldn’t talk like he and 1x1 can. Yeah! That could work!
Now where did he go off to exactly?
They all had their own rooms, and personal cabins but Kidd didn’t like being alone so he bunked with 1x1, maybe he went to his cabin after playing?
A lot of the time Slasher, 1x1 and John would all return to their own cabins after tag or hide and seek since they were tired, so him being there wasn’t a terrible thought.
With his mind made up, Kidd walked out of the main cabin to Slasher’s cabin.
Hopefully he would be there to help cheer 1x1 up with him!
Walking down the stairs of the cabin, he looks around until he sees Slasher’s cabin, it was one of the only personal cabins that was the closest to the dock.
When Kidd asked him why he had picked that one all that he wrote down on his pad was ‘exposure’, confused by his response, Kidd looked to his uncle and asked her ‘what does he mean?’
To which they told him that Slasher had a bad experience with lakes. So to help himself, he was gonna face his fear of lakes.
Or something like that, he didn’t have the best memory sometimes, but that was fine.
He remembered most of the important stuff anyways. Except for some memories spent with his dad, it always made his head hurt when he tried to think of a time before being brought here.
Especially when it came to his papa, it made him sad to think about, so he tried not to think about it too much.
Uhh, he’s getting off track, right cheer 1x1 up by asking Slasher if he had anything he could use to draw with. That’s what he’s going to do.
Looking around after bringing himself out of his thoughts, he found that he wasn’t too far from Slasher’s cabin!
Kidd ran up to his cabin, then he ran up the stairs in excitement, and knocked on the wood door. After a bit of waiting, he heard shuffling from inside the cabin then the door opened to reveal just the man he was looking for!
Slasher stood in the doorway, his usual mask on his face, looking confused for a moment until he turned his head to be able to look down.
Upon seeing C00lkidd, he held up his pointer finger to tell him to wait for a bit, walked back inside then came back to the door with his pen and paper pad in hand already writing something down.
After he was done writing, he turned it around for Kidd to see ‘yes?’ was the only thing written at the top line of the yellow paper pad.
Kidd gratefully explained why he was here, “I wanted to cheer up 1x with a drawing!” Slasher nodded along as he continued; “But I didn't have anything to draw with,”
Slasher put his hand up to signal to Kidd to stop talking for a moment, once the child did he wrote on his pad again ‘did you want to use my pens?’
He only had a blue and black pen but it was the best thing C00lkidd was gonna get around here, and he’ll take it gladly! “Mhmm!” He hummed to his unspoken question with clear excitement, Slasher nodded his own head at Kidd and moved back a bit so he could walk in.
C00lkidd had been inside his cabin before, but every single time he came in it always felt warm.
It reminded him of home with dad.
Slasher walked in to sit Kidd at the small coffee table, once he did sit down, the man left to go to a side room to get something.
What that something was, Kidd didn’t know.
wasn’t he already holding the pad? He found himself asking but soon enough Slasher came back with a different yellow paper pad and even a blue pen!
So that’s why he left, he went to get C00lkidd what he needed to make to cheer 1x1 up.
Slasher set the other pad in front of him, as well as the blue pen, then took his own seat on the floor next to him. Without a word spoken between them, Kidd took the pen and started to draw.
—---------------------------------------------
1x1 felt awful. Actually she felt worse than awful, whatever that word was, that. He felt like that.
They had run to their room in his personal cabin after that round, she was laying on her bed, limbs sprawled out while on his back and staring up at the ceiling, and was left thinking about their…..more than interesting experience with a survivor that was normally so easy to kill.
007n7, or Seven, had fought him. And won it.
And it fucking hurt like hell.
1x1 has experienced her fair share of fights for his time, even against some of the Admins here, mainly Shedletsky but whatever, but this fight was different for many reasons.
It was started by Seven while they were going for that two life one and the annoying disappearing yellow one.
He went into battle instead of just trying to get them to go after himself, and not his teammates, like usual, and he had his axe with him.
The same black void-like colored metal with a diamond star shaped topper and red lined axe, it was clear that he had made it either to go with his GUI or that it was made with the help of the GUI, that she had seen him with when he was still hacking.
How he got it, they didn’t know, didn’t his GUI not work at the same performance as it did in the past?, but that wasn’t the main thing on his mind. No, what was mainly on their mind was the burning pain that still lingered.
Normally, after a round where any of them had gotten hit, respawn would take care of any wounds or leftover pain that was dealt to them by any of those damned stunners.
But, no, not this time.
She could still feel how his axe made its way through his throat until their head was fully cut off. A chill ran down his spine as they thought about the searing pain and how the man didn’t even seem fazed by what he was doing.
If he had finally grown the guts to fight, then, every last one of the killers here would have to face his wrath.
Hopefully he would at least spare the kid, that was his own son after all, but if 007n7 was anything like her own dad…she would paint the ground red with that man’s blood if Kidd is ever to be hurt because of him.
As they were getting lost in thought, and anger, a knock sounded at the cabin’s front door.
1x1 could tell immediately who it was from the knock, Slasher’s two knocks always gave him away, so with a grumble he got up from her bed and walked to the door.
They were expecting Slasher, and he was indeed there, but there was a second person on her porch, C00lkidd.
The red child had his hands behind his back, clearly holding something, while a big smile was on his face and he was rocking back and forth on the balls of his feet.
She knew that Kidd wanted to show her something so he moved to stand beside the door so the two could come in, Kidd ran into the cabin, they should tell him not to run too fast, while Slasher walked in at a normal pace.
Closing the door and following them into his living room, she saw Kidd and Slasher already sitting at the dining table they had.
Without much thought, 1x1 took his own seat at the table and asked the two what they were doing here.
“What is it now?” They knew that he sounded like she was being rude to them, but really he wasn’t, it was just her voice.
Kidd responded happily to the question, “I saw how sad you looked so I asked Slasher if I could use his pens and I made you a drawing!!” The red child then very excitedly brought out the drawing that he was holding behind his back and gave it to 1x1.
She took the drawing offered to him and looked it over, it was done in only two colors; blue and black, the only colored pens Slasher had, but it was more of what the drawing was that was the important thing here.
It showed her, Kidd, Slasher, John and her….mom.
The Admin known as Brighteyes.
The only person that fought for them when the trial happened.
They had told Kidd about her, he didn’t want to forget her loving face and comfort she brought them growing up, but this was unexpected to him.
Without realizing it, fresh tears were falling down his face. “Uhm, auntie..?” Kidd called out to her, worried that he made things worse for them rather than cheering him up, when 1x1 wordlessly got up from their seat and walked over to him, Kidd branched for impact but nothing came from his uncle.
She didn’t know why, but he leaned down and picked him up and hugged him, while tears were still streaming down their face.
Kidd didn’t mind that his auntie was getting her tears on him, he was just happy that he made him feel better after all!
Slasher patted 1x1 on the back to show that he was also there to comfort them.
She didn’t think she could feel this happy after being sentenced to the BanLands, and therefore unable to see his mother, but this was good for them.
1x1 found a new person to protect and call family.
Maybe after he and Kidd escape this hell she could have him and their mom meet.
His mom would like him, they knew she would.

Chapter Text
Seven woke up to the feeling of…something warm around him? He could feel its comforting presence around him, holding him, grounding him.
It felt like a warm hug from someone that you haven't seen in awhile and they missed you just as much as you missed them.
There was also the scent of what smelled like nutmeg, cinnamon and overall winter spices, it reminded him of spending Christmas with his baby.
He couldn’t tell what it was since he was yet to open his eyes.
But, he didn't remember getting under the blanket, stupid itchy sheets, or it having the scent of winter spices.
He decided to just open his eyes and find out what he could and hopefully make sense of all of this.
When he opened his eyes he was met with…Dusekkar’s robe(?) in his face then he realized it was his whole chest that he buried his face into when sleeping.
What happened when he fell asleep??
Looking up, he found the Admin’s open eyes and he greeted him warmly “Good morning, Seven.”
Why did he sound so casual about this? Was it normal for the Admins to cuddle with each other or something??
“Uh, hi?” Seven greeted Dusekkar back, although more confused, and nervous, sounding than the mage, and he picked up on that quickly.
“Is something the matter?” he asked the Hacker with such concern that it reminded him of warm comfort from his mom, much like his comfortable hold on him.
“Uh-” He brought his eyes away from Dusekkar to look at anywhere in the room other than at the Admin he was talking to right now.
How does he bring up the fact that Dusekkar is cuddling him, in his own bed with his arms wrapped around him without embarrassing him in the process?
Or making it sound weird?
It was clear that Dusekkar didn’t mind that he was doing this, and Seven himself didn’t want to make it sound like he was uncomfortable with it.
No, really, he wasn’t uncomfortable with this at all. It felt nice, grounding even, to have someone be here that’s real and with him.
Bringing Dusekkar here really was the best choice that Builderman made.
“Why are you in my bed and holding me..?” He couldn’t think of any other way of bringing it up, so he just came out the gate with it.
Dusekkar had a face of realization and sat up, making Seven miss the warmth immediately, then said; “Oh! I’m sorry Seven.”
Seven also sat up in bed with the other and was quick to reassure him, “it’s ok! Really, I didn’t mind!”
Both men looked at each other with small smiles on their faces, he felt better with him here and didn’t want to lose that warmth like he did the first two times.
Dusekkar nodded his head at him, thank the void he understood Seven’s unspoken want for comfort, then moved to sit at the edge of the bed.
Seven didn’t move from his spot, around the middle of the bed but near the pillow, “We should go to the main cabin and help the others with the chores.”
Dusekkar said to him in a flat tone, not forcing him to go out but not making it sound like he had to baby him, just an offer for him. He appreciated it.
Now, the question for him was if he wanted to or not?
When it first found out that they had a somewhat ‘weekend’, whatever being here knew that if it wanted its entertainment then it would have to give them breaks, he didn’t know if the killers were given the same treatment but he hoped they were, they had set up a chore list for themselves.
Builderman and Taph were tasked with going around the camp and fixing anything that they could find.
The two would fix lights inside or out, railings for the main or any personal cabin that needed it and one time even a plank on the main dock that fell through.
Elliot, Chance and Noob would clean the main cabin by tackling each part separately so as to not overwhelm each other.
Chance cleaning the loft area, Noob the living room and Elliot the kitchen/dining room.
The healer found it a familiar space to clean and he likes being in there so Builder gave him that as his chore. And because no one trusted Chance or Noob to handle cleaning there.
Two Time and Shedletsky would go around the camp, similar to Taph and Builder, but they would use their weapons, dagger and sword respectively, to help and tame the foliage of tall grass, vines and overall weeds growing either in or over the outside walls of the main or any personal cabins that were asked of the two.
Seven and Guest found that doing laundry was therapeutic and familiar for them since they were both family men, so, they had picked the chore themselves when it was brought up during that team meeting, Dusekkar didn’t have much else to pick since most of his magic was taken from him and he didn’t have a desire to pick any of the other chores.
Dusekkar would go around the camp and ask the others for any of their dirty laundry so he could then hand it to Seven and Guest wash, then later help them hang it on the clothes line that Builder and Taph had set up.
Seven didn’t want to spend his whole ‘day’ in his cabin alone, and because partly he wanted to see Guest and talk to him too, and he found it nice to do the chore he picked.
So, he responded to the Admin who was still sitting on the edge of his bed. “Yeah, let’s go do that.” The mage gave him a gentle smile then stood and offered his hand to help him up again, he took his hand and was lifted to his feet.
Dusekkar looked to him and asked him a question in regards to the chore they shared, “Normally I get the basket from the main cabin and go around to grab the dirty laundry.”
He knew that but why was Dusekkar telling him this? “But I do not wish to leave you, so, do you think that you could change in the main cabin’s bathroom while I get the basket?”
Oh! He just didn’t want to leave Seven alone, ok, yeah he could do that for him.
He nodded to Dusekkar’s question, already going over to the clean clothes at the foot of the bed so he could change into something clean while they washed what he normally wore.
Once picked up, Seven walked over to Dusekkar, who went over to the door; they then both left the cabin with Dusekkar closing the door then Seven locking it.
The two walked down the path that led to the camp.
Whenever he would walk down this path he would always feel so lonely, it would always remind him of his stupid, selfish, mean thoughts, but with him here it didn’t matter what dumb thoughts tried to make it into his head.
He had someone again. It made him remember his partner, his lovely partner that he missed so much.
“Seven? We’re here.” Oh, right they were doing something, weren’t they?
Shaking his head to bring himself back to reality, he took in the camp, it seemed like it was just them that were out.
Figures, the others must be inside getting themselves ready for chores by changing into their spare clothes like he was about to.
He felt a hand gently take his own, when he looked down it was Dusekkar who had reached out, making eye contact with him, he just smiled and began guiding him to the main cabin.
Seven knew that it might look like that Dusekkar was babying him, but the mage wasn’t doing that.
He knew what being ‘babied’ felt like during a situation like this in the past, when his family tried to help him, obviously they didn’t mean to make him feel bad, they were just trying to help him when they didn’t know how.
But Dusekkar was being gentle in a way that he wasn’t forced to go along with anything.
It felt like when his partner could tell when he got overwhelmed in public, ironic considering that he was a hacker, and helped him to make decisions by asking him what he needed and if he was fine to do something.
He was brought out of his thoughts by the voice of their resident sword fighter when Dusekkar opened the door for them.
“Oh, hey, you aren’t dead.” Shedletsky’s sarcastic humor was nice to hear again, but Guest had hit him on the shoulder when it left his mouth making him let out an ‘ow’, Builderman rolled his eyes playfully at his teammates' antics.
Seven didn’t know how he missed them, their humor and antics alike, so much. He really shouldn’t have been off in la-la-land when around them, stupid self loathing, “I will go and retrieve the basket, while you go change.”
He hummed to him and walked to the bathroom that was throughout the…kitchen, right. It was in. The. Kitchen.
He stopped in tracks when he realized, would he mind if he went through there?
He needed to wash his clothes and the others with Guest and Dusekkar.
Hopefully Elliot will be fine seeing him, breathing in to still his nerves, he walked to the kitchen then the bathroom off to the left side.
Surprisingly, Seven didn’t run into Elliot, he wasn’t in the kitchen cleaning it yet, he guesses. Welp, it was none of his business, and he needed to do stuff today.
After changing, when he opened the door Dusekkar was already there and holding up the laundry bin for him, he tossed in his usual outfit and asked the Admin what was next.
“Since you have to go around to collect the clothes, uh,” How does he bring up that he didn’t really want Dusekkar to leave? Shit, that made him sound clingy even to himself.
Luckily, or maybe not he didn’t know, Chance walked into the room, “Ey! Lucky number Seven!” right, they had made him a nickname of sorts.
Dusekkar looked over to the gambler when he spoke, “Chance, is something the matter?” they shook their head at him to show that things were going well with him.
“Nah, I was just worried for Sevs is all.” Chance walked over to Seven and patted him on his shoulder.
Honestly, Seven was kinda hoping that Guest would be the one to walk in and save him from a possible weird conversation, but he’ll take what he can get.
“Seven?” Oh thank void, it was Guest’s voice he heard come from the doorway.
All three of them looked at him when he walked in, the father didn’t miss how his eyes immediately went to him rather than Dusekkar or Chance, “Are you two ready to wash the laundry?” Of course Guest wouldn’t bring up his worries in front of the others like that, he knew when not to talk about something.
Dusekkar and Seven nodded to him while Chance made an overdramatic groan; “Ugh, come on Guest, let me talk to Seven!” “We have chores to do, Spade." Since having left his cabin, Seven spoke to the others.
The gambler looked at him and let out a sigh of defeat saying afterward, “Fine, fine, we’ll do chores instead.” They then walked over to the kitchen sink to grab whatever cleaner he needed to do his own chore.
“Alright, I shall go around camp to get the dirty clothes, you two can go outside together.” Dusekkar said to the two men then took his leave as well, Guest gestured with his hand to let Seven go in front of him when walking out of the door.
Now out of the main cabin, Guest and Seven walked over to the shore at the dock that was in the camp.
Seven sat on the ground with his knees under him while Guest sat beside him with crossed legs.
“Is everything ok?” The soldier asked him with a quiet voice, being careful not to have anyone hear him.
Seven turned to make eye contact with him and just stared for a moment.
What was he supposed to say to him?
Was he supposed to tell him what was going to happen with the Admins?
Should he tell him anything at all?
Guest was a friend, one that Seven held very dear to him, but why did he feel his throat tighten and become dry when he tried to think of a response?
“I don’t know.” He looked down at his lap when he said that, he told him the truth. Really, Seven didn’t know if or when he could say that ‘things are fine!’ it doesn’t just happen overnight, no matter how much he wished it did.
He felt the man next to him move closer and wrap his arm around his shoulder to try and comfort him, “I’ll be here, ok?” Seven returned the contact and held his hand that made it to his shoulder.
“I have gotten the dirty laundry!-” Dusekkar announced to his chore buddies but stopped when he saw them holding each other, “Did something happen?” he rushed over to them with the basket still in hand and crouched down to be at their level.
“No, Seven just wanted a hug.” Guest wasn’t wrong, he did want to be held again and nothing really happened. “Alright then,” the mage said with relief heavy in his voice, “I was able to get most of the laundry from the team.”
Dusekkar got up from his position and handed the two the basket to take out their load that they would wash.
Seven got Chance, Two Time and Builder, while Guest pulled out Elliot, him and Shedletsky. Next wash should be Guest himself and Noob.
Dusekkar and Taph liked to handle their own clothes cleaning, Taph didn’t want to be seen without his face covered which they all understood and Dusekkar’s cloak and robes had to be washed a certain way that he wanted to be done so he did it himself to not cause himself stress.
Ok, Seven could do this, he knew how to wash Chance’s suit like the back of his hand at this point.
Since none of them were given laundry detergent, he and Guest just used the lake water and scrubbed on some of the rocks that become the ‘washing rocks’.
It was a lot of physical labour, yes, but it’s not like they did this every ‘weekend’, it just happened to have been this one that he…lost his temper with.
Breathing in, he focused on his task and started with Two Time’s clothes.
He found that it was the hardest fabric to get blood out of, great choice of wear Time, so he decided to start with the hardest one then move onto the other easier ones as he went on.
Grabbing one of the washing rocks he dipped it into the water and began scrubbing like no tomorrow.
His arms were definitely going to be numb and sore by the end of this like usual.

Chapter Text
Shedletsky and Two Time had gotten about a good half of the survivor’s camp cleared after, what was it? An hour give or take, the sword fighter thinks.
The two of them were able to get the main cabin cleared of any vines and low hanging branches, as well as a good handful of some of the personal cabins.
“You good over there Time!?” He called out to them from where he stood on the porch of the main cabin, as they continued climbing the side of Chance's cabin for some reason.
Just another thing they did to ensure their chore was done effectively.
When they were all picking out their chores, Two Time had said something about ‘I shall be thankful that the Spawn has presented me with this task.’ So, he guesses they were more then happy to be doing their chore.
But, the reason as to why he was standing on the porch and not helping Two Time was because he had gotten tired, and uncomfortably hot ew, so he suggested to them about taking a break, which led to what he was now watching.
“Yes!” Was the only answer he got in return from them, he was about to ask them what in Robloxia it was they were trying to do, when another joined him on the porch, “What ‘re they doin’?”
It was Builderman that walked out of the main cabin with two ice cold, thank Builderman, drinks in hand.
His friend came up to his side and offered him a bloxy cola that he had already opened for him, Shedletky took it while thanking him and continued his watching of Time in case they fell.
“I have no idea, Builds.” Truly, he didn’t.
Even at his best, Shedletsky could never tell what was going on in their head but he doesn’t know if he actually wants to have that knowledge. Like at all.
“How’s yard work goin’ for ya?” Builder asked him. Of course he wouldn’t wait to ask him about work, but that’s just Builderman, a hard worker.
Even when he would drag Shedletsky into it and be annoyed, only moderately, at him.
“It’s good, got about half the camp done? Yeah.” Builder stood at his right side as he took a swig of his own cold soda, humming to Shed as he did so.
“Well Taph and I are gonna go over to Guest, Dusekkar and Seven to check on the clothes line,” the only word that had stuck out to Shedletsky was the name of someone here that was very worried for. Seven.
So Seven had come out of his cabin, a rarity even before all of that the other day, maybe Dusekkar was a good pick for the job of helping Seven.
“Could I come with?” He had to make sure that he was okay after what happened, and apologize for dragging him.
Builder gave him a side eye from where he stood, he could feel it but it didn’t hold any heat so he didn’t really care.
Builder was an old friend to him, but he didn’t say what he was thinking, “Yeah, just tell Time so they don't worry.” Shed hummed to him and continued his own break while watching Two Time as they continued to scale the outside walls of Chance’s cabin.
—---------------------------------------------
Seven had gotten half way through his load of wash, Two Time’s clothes were all cleaned and were currently being hung up on the line by Guest.
Dusekkar was at Noob’s cabin, he thinks, seeing if he could get their laundry so he and Guest could wash it for them but the mage wasn’t back yet. For some reason.
He was done scrubbing Builder’s hoodie and was now onto his oil stained work pants.
Seven was yet to work on, let alone even touch, Chance’s suit, but he could already feel his arms giving up on him.
“Eugh..” he let out a groan of exhaustion and soreness for his arms as he worked.
Maybe he could take a break? He knew that some of the others would, mainly the ones that had more physical labour involved, would his chore count as one?
Most wouldn’t consider ‘doing the laundry’ as ‘physical labour’, but, he was doing this with his own two hands and scrubbing it on a rock, would he have earned a break?-
“I can hear your thinking from here, Sevs.” Turning to look over his right shoulder, he saw Guest, still at the clothes line, but now standing so he could face him with his hands on his hips.
God Guest looks like such a dad in that pose.
Wait, did he look like that when he was talking to c00lkidd about why ‘throwing bricks at people, mainly Elliot, was wrong’? Thought for another time, Seven.
“Sorry, can’t help it sometimes.” Seven was telling the truth to him, it really couldn’t be helped sometimes. He brought his head back to look down at Builderman's work pants that he still had to clean, right, he can take a break later-
A hand from his right side came and took the pants right from his hands, “Nope.” was all that he was given as a reason.
“Wha” Seven let out more sounds of confusion at what happened, but when his brain caught up he turned to look at Guest again. “Why’d you do that!?” His question didn’t hold any anger in it, just more confusion.
“You need a break Sev, your arms are shaking." He wasn’t wrong, but he didn’t earn a break, he still had to work. He put his hand out palm up to ask for it back. “I’ll be fine, just give me the pants.”
“Don’t Guest!” They both looked behind them and into the main camp to see Builderman with Taph and Shedletsky walking toward them.
Seven knew that Builder and Taph would be here today, to check on the line to make sure it was still holding. Honestly he didn’t think that one of Taph’s tripwires would work as well as it had but he wasn’t one to complain.
Now why was Shedletsky here? No, that sounded like he hated him, he didn’t! Maybe a little but that’s for old reasons from years ago, it’s fine now it had to be, but he was still curious as to why he was here.
“See? Even the guy who owns the pants wants you to take a break.” Guest was getting way too happy at being right about this.
Seven let out an annoyed sigh through his nose, “Fine.” He got into a more comfortable position, rather than on his knees, placed the rock that he was using back down on the ground and accepted his break.
Guest had put the pants down on said rock and went over to the others to talk to Builder and Taph about the line and whatever else, but he couldn’t focus on their conversation even when he probably should have since it was about his chore in a way too.
No, all of his focus went to their resident sword fighter. And he hated it.
Shedletsky wasn’t doing anything remarkable, just talking with Builder, Guest and Taph about the line, something normal, but he couldn’t get it out of his head about the feeling of resentment pointed at the Admin.
Why? Seven didn’t remember Shed doing anything to hurt him, not on purpose at least, that was a round, but his fighting instinct told him to keep his eyes on him.
And so he did.
Hopefully he didn’t look like he wanted to kill him, he didn’t just want to keep a watch on him.
Seven wonders if this was how the Admins felt about him the other night. As well as a few years ago.
Nothing interesting really happened, Guest was gesturing with his hands to better show Builder what he was talking about while Taph got his wire out of his belt bag in case they would need it to fix whatever.
At least not until Shedletsky had taken his sword out.
Seven could feel his blood run cold and his breath hitch at the sight of that damned sword, but as he watched him more Shedletsky was just going around to clear up the tall grass that had grown too wildly.
He still couldn’t take his eyes off that damned sword.
That same sword that had taken his partner from him.
He could still remember it just as clearly as his first time seeing him, even when he tried his damnedest to forget.
How dumb they both were, how dumb he was for bringing it up to him in first place, to go out and find that stupid place and not think that it was possibly the real-
As Seven got lost in his thoughts, and past actions from that day, he didn’t hear Shedletsky call out his name countless times or when he started to walk up to him.
No, he only knew that he was there when his hand made contact with his shoulder but Seven was already too far away from what was real.
Without thinking consciously, he summoned his axe to his hands, so he could summon it in the lobby like the others, huh, jumped up from his spot on the ground, planted his feet firmly and swung it at Shedletsky.
Now the hit he threw out wasn’t meant to actually hit him, no, it was just the kind you gave to an opponent when time was needed to recover, a warning hit like a cat would give when they didn’t want to be touched.
But Shedletsky hadn’t been able to move fast enough.
“AHG!” Since he didn’t have much time to think or process what it was that Seven was doing until way too late, Shedletsky had tried to block the axe with his own sword but it ended up cutting his forearm instead.
It wasn’t anything deep, Seven wouldn't know what he’d do if he had cut too deep, but it still stung.
Shedletsky had fallen to the ground from the hit, his feet weren’t placed in a fighting stance, sword still raised at Seven to fight him if need be.
There we go! Doesn’t that feel good, to hurt someone that hurt him?
Of course, the shout of pain caused the others to turn their heads and look at him. At Seven.
When clarity finally came back to him, he had already hurt someone.
Taking his eyes off Shedletsky and looking around him, he saw Guest look at him with a worry in his eyes, for him, why him? He was a danger, but his face was stone cold. He was ready to fight him if need be too.
He didn’t want to fight.
Yes you do.
Builderman and Taph weren’t far off from how Guest was looking at him. Great, the Admins were going to keep him separate from the others now.
But as his eyes took in what was around him, he landed on Dusekkar, Two Time, Elliot, Chance and Noob.
Noob was absolutely going to be scared of him again, weren’t they? They were all going to see him as a danger again, wouldn’t they?
And Dusekkar wouldn’t ever give him a chance to explain nor share that warmth with him again. Ever.
“I…I didn’t mean…” he tried to talk, to tell them that he didn’t mean to hurt Shedletsky, for this to happen, he really did try to, but he couldn’t.
Not with everyone's eyes on him.
He fucked up again. He hurt someone again.
And just when he was supposed to be getting better too.
Shit.

Chapter Text
“You can’t be serious, Sev.” Noli, his best friend turned lovely partner, said to him with a deadpan look on his face as they both stood in their small kitchen’s shared apartment making dinner for themselves.
Well, Noli was doing most of the cooking while Seven was just there to grab whatever he needed. And talk to him.
But this conversion was different then their usual ones.
What the two were talking about was an item called the ‘VoidStar’, supposedly it was an item that Admins used to patch backdoors but they didn’t use it anymore for some reason. But Seven didn’t know what the reasoning could be.
Seve had just overheard some other students at their collage talking about it when he was studying for his history class test in the library.
But the more he thought about it, the more he wanted to know about this ‘forgotten item’. So, he looked through the campus library and after a while of searching, and almost giving up, he found an old history book on it.
Reading through it, he found that it was supposedly in a wooded forest area not too far from the town that he and Noli lived in.
It looked like it was just on the outskirts of town, just at the mountain range which also had forest area over there.
Soon enough, Seven had thought up a plan to go out there and have fun with Noli there, it looked like it was in some church, or maybe cathedral he didn’t know, but what he did know was that Noli liked to do urban exploration.
And what was a better place than there?
Also because they could go to enjoy the scenery around that area as some kind of date.
It was clear that the Admins didn’t care or find a reason to keep this thing, and, honestly, Seven didn’t believe that it was the real item laying abandoned there. It was probably just some replica of the thing that some cultists made and was then later documented.
Besides, why would the Admins just leave a powerful item such as that one abandoned in some forest?
“Come on, Nols, it would be fun!” Seven was trying to convince him that it would be a fun thing the two of them could do, but if Noli really didn’t want to go then he would drop it.
Noli hummed at him in a questioning manner and gestured with his free hand for him to continue his explanation on why.
“If you really don't wanna go to that abandoned place, then that’s fine,” It was important for Seven to have Noli know that. “But we could also go on a nice nature date near the area?” He ended up mumbling the last part of his sentence, but Noli heard it clearly.
Noli had gone silent, thinking about it more, still cooking when he responded to Seven. “How about we go check out the abandoned church as a date?” He was right in suggesting urban exploration!
“Yes!” Seven spoke with clear excitement in his voice, even bringing up both arms in cheer at Noli’s words.
His partner chuckled lightly at him, “Could you grab me the vegetables so I can add it to the pot?” Right, they were still cooking dinner here.
Seven walked over to the fridge to grab the vegetables that the two had bought for the chicken noodle soup that was being made for tonight’s dinner. He grabbed the carrots, potatoes, celery and onion to hand over to Noli who had already gotten the cutting board out.
Once he was done handing over the vegetables to him, he closed the fridge door, he walked back over to his spot near the stove and stayed with Noli as he continued his cooking.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Seven was practically vibrating in place with excitement. The day where they would go on their date has come!
He was standing at the front door of their shared apartment waiting for Noli, he was having trouble finding his shoes, again. But he was nothing but patient when it came to him.
The plan to make it out there, to basically the edge of town, was to take the bus as far as they could then hop off when they reached their stop.
Which would be on the side of the road until they walked to their actual stop where there would be a gravel path and a big rusted gate. That is if the information he got was true.
“Ok!” Oh! Noli was done going through their bedroom looking for his shoes. “Ya got it?” He asked him to make sure, and to be polite since he seemed like he was out of breath looking for it.
“Yeah. Key and food?” Seven held up both items to show Noli that he did indeed have the key to their apartment and their lunch boxes that had their dinner in it.
They had made each other’s favorite type of sandwich, for Seven a turkey sandwich with tomatoes and for Noli a BLT sandwich.
They both knew that there wouldn’t be any Admins, or that they were planning on causing chaos like they normally do, so neither felt like they should pack their GUI.
“Alright, ladies first.” Noli said to Seven, even making a small bow to him, he punched him lightly in the shoulder and responded with “Shut up man.”
They both shared a laugh and exited the apartment. Noli was nice to close the door and stay with him as he locked it, he certainly knew how to make someone feel special when on a date.
Once the click of the lock was heard, they both began to walk down the concrete stairs in their building.
Seven rarely had a good time when it came to walking up or down the stairs of any building, stupid bad knees, so he tended to hold onto the railing.
And, yes, Noli did stay by him, just off to his side as they both walked down talking to him, but it didn’t feel like he was treating him like he was just some clumsy child that couldn’t walk properly.
He was just being patient with him.
Noli didn't try to speed him up, he was actually fine with taking things slow if it meant Seven wasn’t in pain or not having a good time, he didn’t ever make any comments about how he walked either. Nothing about how slow or dumb he looked when he walked.
He was just there for him, If Seven needed him for whatever thingy he was there.
How did someone like Seven get so lucky with a partner like Noli?
Actually, how was he even a Hacker to begin with?
Seven found himself asking this question a lot in his mind, the whole reason on how they met each other in the first place was because of a coding class that he took when he was in high school, and there Noli was just sitting at a mostly empty table in the classroom.
Even after years of growing close to each other, and now also going to the same college, he still couldn’t believe that Noli was a largely feared Hacker.
Like he could believe himself as a Hacker, sure, but that’s because he knew himself, he knew how ugly a place his mind was but Noli was sweet.
At least to him, that is.
The ideas of the schemes Noli had were definitely something, he had to admit.
The sounds of the street, and overall just sounds of people, brought him out of his thoughts when he and Noli reached the bottom of the stairs. God, he already felt so out of breath and they hadn’t even made it to the bus stop yet!
He must have been breathing too heavy since Noli gave him a face of concern and he held out his hand, silently there if Seven needed some extra support when he was ready to start walking again.
After catching his breath, he took Noli’s outstretched hand, and thankfully, Noli had taken the lead on where to walk next.
Again, Seven didn’t like to be treated as a clumsy child, but with how he was feeling right now he could have very likely walked into a light post. 007e7’s laugh form that day would never leave him, would it?
“Do you need to sit, Sev?” Noli said to him with a quiet voice, low enough in volume to not make him have a headache but loud enough that he could still hear him.
He didn’t like to sit down on these types of benches, it always made him feel so uncomfortable and dirty, but he was already going to sit on the bus so, whatever, he could brave the germs.
Seven took a seat on the bench silently with Noli doing the same just off to his right side.
It didn’t take much waiting for a bus to come, he didn’t mind since they left when the sun was just starting to set, they both knew that it would take a bit to get there so why not go earlier then when they were there it would be a nice warm night for them?
Getting up and walking onto the bus, Noli had gone in front of him to find seats for them, and so Seven wouldn’t get anxious. Again, how did he, out of all people that Noli could have chosen, become his partner? Why him?
“Here, love.” Noil brought up his hand to take Seven’s own so he could guide him to sit down at the window seat, once he did Noli sat down as well.
Soon enough, after some more people got on, they started to drive.
Looking out of the window, Seven saw how the scenery changed from the more populated areas, rowhouses, some public parks, a few cafes, to the more outskirts of town and into that mountain range with that forest area near it, while it was all being cast in the warm, bright setting sun.
It was so pretty, he wished he brought his camera with him, but beggars can't be choosers. Or however that saying went again.
Once the bus had driven far enough from town, but not too close to the trail, Noli stood to ask the driver to stop the bus so he and Seven could get off.
Seven stood when the pshh of the break could be heard as well as the door sliding open, when he got off Noli was already standing there waiting for him.
“Ok,” He began to Noli as his feet hit the asphalt road, “we have to go forward a bit more then there should be a gravel road that’ll have a rusty gate.” Noli hummed to his words and walked with him further up the road.
As they walked, Seven took in the scenery again. He really couldn’t help it, it all looked so ethereal.
The sun was just nearing its final light, making the sky look pink while mixing with the leftover oranges and the night sky slowly making its way into the picture of the trees and foliage as the two lovers walked.
Maybe they could do this again sometime.
Not with the urban exploration part again, just this. He didn’t realize how much he liked nature walks with Noli.
“Hey there’s a gravel road up to our right.” Just as Noli said, when Seven looked over there it was. Taking Noli’s hand in his own he walked in front this time until they came across the blue rusted gate.
What do you know? It was true, Seven thought to himself.
Noli came up to his side and asked him; “Do you want me to give you a leg up like usual?”
Whenever they would sneak into places, Noli would give him a leg up so he could slip in undetected and then let Noli in through another way.
But Seven didn’t believe it was necessary for this. “Nah, I’ll just climb up,” as he continued to look at the gate more, it looked like the hinges still worked. Maybe he could climb over it to then open the gate for Noli? Yeah, that’ll work.
“I can open it up a bit and you can squeeze through?” He asked Noli what he thought of so he could get in too. “Yea we can do that.” Noli responded to him while nodding his head.
With what to do settled, Seven began to hop the gate.
The first time he hopped a gate like this was when he and his siblings were visiting their aunt in the country. It was fun there.
A heavy thud and the loud creaking of one rusted gate later and they were in! “Thanks hun.” Noli said as he held open the gate for him. “You are welcome.” Seven came up to him once the gate no longer needed to be held open and kissed his cheek.
It would never not be funny to Seven whenever Noli’s face would have a blush on it after he’s kissed him so many times beforehand.
He let out a quiet laugh at Noli’s reddened face, to which he grumbled what sounded like ‘shut’, and they started to walk again.
Seven didn’t know how much father they had to go, he couldn’t find any distance measuring on it when researching, but he didn’t mind this.
Without really thinking about it, he took Noli’s hand into his own.
Going down the gravel road that slowly changed into a dirt path, with the sun being fully down and the night sky rising, they made it.
There wasn’t a second gate, a little weird since places like these had more than one sometimes but whatever, the abandoned church stood there with its grand doors wide open.
“Woah,” Seven spoke with a small breathy voice as he took in the building, he could only see the front of it, but even that was huge.
It was hard to tell what color it was exactly in the dark night, but as they walked closer towards the building, it looked like the doors were made with some type of blacked wood.
Noli was the first to set foot in, his shoes telling Seven that there were tiled floors there. Just as he set in foot in the building as well, he took out the flash light he had packed.
Turning it on only made it look more creepy. He loved Noli for agreeing to this with him.
It was pretty standard when it came to churches, those uncomfortable seats on either end, pillars that bore tapestries and at the end of the walkway there was a stand thingy that a father would stand at to speak.
But, there was something that laid on the wooden stand and it glowed slightly?
Since Noli was in front of him so he got there first, “What do you think it is?” Seven came up the stairs to stand beside him. “It’s probably just a fake that some cultists made.” What it looked like was an exploding star that stopped half way.
Noli hummed at his words, and moved closer to it. Before Seven could do anything, Noli had already picked it up. “At least it isn’t diseased?” He tried to joke with his partner but Noli didn’t respond to him.
It worried him immediately.
“Noli..?” He waved his hand in his face to try and get his attention, but it didn’t work. Just as he stepped closer to him there was a heavy thud outside. Shit, he knew who it was but he couldn’t leave Noli like this.
Fuck they really should have packed their GUI.
Without much else to do, Seven picked Noli up by putting him on his back and moved to hide behind one of the pillars that were either side of the room.
Good thing he could pick up him, because once they got under cover Shedletsky walked through the doors. He was wearing his big ass cloak and carrying his sword with him while his eyes scanned the area, “I know you're here."
Oh great, he couldn’t fight, teleport and his partner in crime wasn’t responding to him.
Maybe he could distract him then when he led him away he could come back to get Noli?
He really didn’t want to leave his love, but it was either they get caught and sent to the BanLands or they live and get to go home.
Looking down at Noli, and saying a quiet apology for leaving him, he laid him on the tile floor hiding him as much as possible and he walked over to the entrance of the church while still being behind the pillars.
Once he made it to the doors he called out to the Admin, who was at the end walkway, “I’m right here bird brain!” The reaction was immediate, Shedletsky whipped his head around to the Hacker and gave chase to Seven.
He knew that he would chase him so he ran out of the church and into the foreground of the area, looking behind him as he ran he saw the Admin was readying his sword so in an effort to get him to miss he ducked quickly when he swung.
Thank god there were trees in the place. With Shedletsky's sword in a tree, Seven ran further from him and into the more open foreground again.
“Come on! Is that all?!” He just had to keep him busy until he could lead him away then come back for Noli, Seven repeated to himself as he taunted the Admin.
Hopefully Noli will be responsive when he was done with this.
Shedlatsky came at him with his sword raised as he neared him, “I don’t have time to deal with you!” he roared at him when he missed his swing again.
If Seven hasn’t fought with him before he certainly has now.
He ducked under him and ran into the forest, looking behind him every so often to make sure the Admin was still following him until one he checked and he wasn’t.
“SHIT!”
Seven felt his heart rate pick up at the realization, he skidded to a stop, dirt and leaves kicked up from the ground as he did, and ran as fast as his body could take him back to the church.
This was an utterly stupid idea!
He should have brought his GUI with him, he should have thought that an item like this wouldn’t have just been abandoned. And now? He could have just sent his lover to the BanLands.
He was an awful partner to be with.
Seven felt a little hope reach him when he caught sight of the building, “come on, come on.” he was talking to himself now as he ran.
Coming up to the doors, he placed a hand on the wood to help him not fall over, he saw Noli laying out in the middle of the walkway with blood pooling around him.
“What happened..?” he asked no one in particular as he came closer.
“No….no….no! NO! NONONONONO!” Seven yelled out, not caring if that Admin was still around, as he ran up to his lover. Crouching down next to Noli on the walkway, he took in the damage done to his darling.
“You’re okay! You're okay!” Seven didn’t know who he was trying to fool, he was just in hysterics at seeing this and he knew it. “You’ll be okay I promise!” He pulled Noli into his lap, speaking to him like he was still there as he cried for him, and that’s when he saw it.
It was a sword wound that he had, it must have been plunged into him as he laid there unable to fight for himself.
“What did he do to you?!” Seven knew what that Admin did but he couldn’t stop himself from talking out loud. “WHAT DID HE DO?!” He repeated to himself but louder, angrier at that Admin for doing this, as he curled in on himself to hold Noli closer.
Almost as if he were to hold Noli closer that would bring his love back to him.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Seven doesn't know how long it’s been since he saw…Noli’s death, it was somewhere in July now, he thinks, but that didn’t matter right now.
That wasn’t true at all. The death of his lover was very important to him but he had to focus for this to work.
Currently, he was out in heavy, pouring rain late at night in an alley, it might have even been somewhere near midnight right now, close to the Roblox HQ building.
He was going to set it all ablaze.
He didn’t care if that meant he would be behind bars for the rest of his life, or even put on death row, but he wasn’t going to let them, any of them, get away with Noli’s death.
His darling didn’t deserve that, neither of them were even hacking, what right did Shedletsky have to do that?
Just as he had his, it was only his now that Noli was gone, GUI ready to start a blooming fire, he heard something come from behind him more into the alley.
It sounded like an infant's cry.
Notes:
Gentle reminder here: I am NOT and WILL NEVER paint the Admins as villains.
This is told only from Seven's POV, who is in the anger and denial stages of grief at the lose of his lover. (*something something don't mix work and personal life saying here*)Shedletsky was doing his job as an Admin here, protecting the people of Robloxia, and with the VoidStar picked up by Noli he knew of the corruption that could bring which is why he killed him.
Why didn't he kill Seven then? I hear you ask.
That was because he didn't touch it firstly and secondly he had to report to Builderman about this immediately. which is why the line 'I don’t have time to deal with you!' is there, its true. he just had to stop the corruption early then report to Builder and some of the other higher ranking at HQ.Also idk if any of you remembered this, but, from the Dusekkar and Elliot chap there these lines from Dusekkar's POV; 'Normally, Hackers or Exploiters either got sent to the BanLands where they would never be seen again, or, they died. But he didn’t.' 'one day in July he stopped' and finally 'Builderman had gotten paranoid that he and his partner, Noli if he remembers right, were planning something big to throw at them.'
Also Also the reason as to why I did the VoidStar part of their story like this was because I saw no one do the happenstance type of thing with them. I wanted to explore a different way of their doomed relationship coming in even tho it was healthy. (and not cuz I love healthy VoidCode what?)
Chapter 17: I'll guide you as you go. Take a step of FAITH. No one is to blame.

Chapter Text
Whenever Noob was in their cabin they felt calm, peaceful even, but this time it wasn’t.
Elliot was with them in their cabin having a….’talk’ that they really weren’t enjoying having at the moment.
Elliot was standing off to the side of the small desk that was at the back of the room, more near the foot of their bed, while Noob was moving around the space.
It was currently the closest any of them would get to a ‘weekend’ in this place, so, that meant chores for them all.
They didn’t know if Seven was out of his cabin helping with the wash like he normally did, but they could hope here, ok?
Anyway, they were picking up random stuff around the room, mainly just busying themselves with cleaning in here first so that when they were done with cleaning in the main cabin they wouldn’t need to worry about cleaning in here.
They were also expecting Dusekkar to come knock at their door at any moment with the laundry bin to take their clothes down to the lake so it could get washed with the other’s clothes.
“Come on, Seven’s most likely not gonna come back.” Elliot’s voice sounded from where he stood. Why did he feel the need to say something like that to them?
Taking in a deep, and frankly sharp, breath Noob said to Elliot; “And if he does?”
They knew well not to challenge people with an argument when they were already pissed, high school was something for them when Six was constantly getting picked on and no teachers would help, but they didn’t really care right now.
“Why would they let him?” They knew who he was referring to but they couldn’t help the feeling of anger and regret when thinking about the Admins that resided here. And what happened with Seven last night.
When they walked over to the foot of their bed, Elliot just beside them, they looked anywhere else but at him, even with him being right there, picked up their clothes silently and walked over to the door to place it on the floor there.
Dusekkar is probably getting everyone else's laundry right now, they slept in a bit, and he most likely didn’t want to disturb them after he watched them crying.
Why did they feel embarrassed about having been seen crying by about half of the team?
It was a normal response but…it gave way to an awful feeling in their gut of shame.
Of shame for breaking down crying when nothing even happened to them, no, Seven was the one getting dragged away, what right did they have to cry when he was the one going through something?
Noob didn’t catch the silent tears that had welled up in their eyes, or their almost inaudible sniffles, but Elliot caught on.
“You don’t have to cry for him, y’know.”
What. Did. He. Just. Say?
They turned to face him and he was just standing there like what he just said didn’t fill them with disbelief and anger even more than what he said earlier.
“What..?” Noob spoke in a quiet voice almost like they didn’t want to be heard.Maybe they misheard him, didn’t Elliot know Seven before the whole fire thing?
He opened his mouth to, hopefully, not just repeat that same sentence, but before he could, there was a knock at their cabin’s front door.
—---------------------------------------------
Time itself seemed to still as he stood there, above Shedletsky, still holding his stupid axe, as everyone looked at him with faces that must be of disgust, hate and shame for allowing him back into the main camp when all he’s caused so far is problems.
For all of them.
Elliot, Taph, Dusekkar, Two Time, Noob, Chance, Shedletsky, Builderman and Guest.
He’s been nothing but a dangerous problem for them all.
Isn’t that what you wanted, Seven?
That annoying voice was back, why was it back?
He didn’t want to hurt others. Not anymore.
Yes you do! You were a Hacker for crying out loud!
That was a long time ago.
He could feel the hold on his axe get tighter and tighter as he fought with this voice, an invisible battle to those around him but he was trying.
And? Why not hack now and show them that you aren’t a pathetic waste of space?
Stop it. Why won’t you just leave him alone!?
Why would I? Didn’t you want this? Didn’t you want to set HQ ablaze for him?-
SHUT. UP.-
“Seven? Are you there?” A voice tried hard to reach him…and he heard it.
Finally looking at those around him, he saw that the one to speak, and step out a little further than where the others were standing, was Dusekkar.
The mage stood there with his hands raised in a non threatening gesture to show him that he wasn’t there to harm him.
Just hit him and be done with this all.
I am not doing that to him.
The tight hold he once had on his axe loosened slightly when he made eye contact with the other, it was still a shaky hold though. Dusekkar looked at him with that same gentle expression that he had seen last night.
It’s fake~! We both know it is!
No, no, it’s not.
Dusekkar had taken two steps closer to him and spoke again, “Seven, sweetness, I need you to listen to my voice right now, ok?” He wished it wasn’t so hard to do that with this bullshit voice.
Seven nodded to Dusekkar as they locked their eyes on each other, the mage took another slow step further to him.
“Can you drop the axe for me, love?” Could he?
Seven knew damn well that he should drop it, but, his hands were shaking around it, and he couldn’t get his breathing under control.
How would he be able to drop the axe when he couldn’t will his hands to listen to him let alone move?
Even with all of that going in his head, Seven still nodded his head slowly and tried to drop it for Dusekkar. He had to try for them.
He held it in front of him, closed his eyes tightly and let go.
THUD
Oh…he did it..?
When he opened his eyes again he found his axe down on the ground. He did it! “Good job, sweetness.” Dusekkar's voice sounded again, this time with relief heavy in his tone.
Seven stood still there, breathing heavily still, as his hands went to fidget with each other.
Now in this stance he felt like he was back to his childhood when he would get in trouble and was sat down in front of his mom.
Dusekkar took another step, “Can you allow me closer to you?”
Did he want others close to him right now? He was an affectionate person when it came to physical affection, mainly with the right people, but was he fine with that now?
Seven turned his head to look down at the ground and shook his head.
He could hear Dusekkar hum to his response at the question, “Can you allow Shedletsky to move from you?”
Oh, right, Shedletsky was still on the ground, he turned his head enough to look down at him. He didn’t have his sword raised anymore.
Seven nodded his head at that. He didn’t want to hurt Shedletsky.
He could see that Builderman stepped a little closer, not right next to him like Shedletsky, but to reach his hand out to his friend when he got close enough to him and lifted him up like it was nothing. It probably was for someone like Builder, always working with his heavy machinery.
“Do you want the others to be here right now?” Dusekkar asked another question. Seven didn’t give that one time to think on, he already knew that he didn’t want all eyes on him.
He shook his head to the question and soon he could soon hear multiple pairs of footsteps walk away.
Mostly to the main cabin.
Now that he and Dusekkar were the only ones out here, it made Seven feel like he could breathe again.
“Do you have any cuts?” Dusekkar asked another question. That one made him freeze.
The mage was probably asking because he thought of the possible fight that Shedletsky had put up, not because he…he knew anything…right?
Seven felt conflicted.
He knew that he should have told someone when he had his first relapse.
Not just with his hacking, no, those nights when he was alone and there wasn’t a comforting voice to guide him away from cutting again.
“Promise me that you’ll tell me when it gets bad like this, please?”
The soft words and voice of 007e7 filled his head instead of that awful one.
7e7 wasn’t here, hopefully he won’t ever end up here, but he could tell Dusekkar right?
He nodded his head at Dusekkar, he looked up from the ground when he was done nodding and saw him with a strong worry in his eyes but a comforting smile nonetheless.
“Hello there.” He spoke kindly to him when he caught his eyesight again.
Maybe Dusekkar didn’t hate him like he thought he would.
Notes:
Elliot doesn't think that he's being rude here. No, really.
I went with a 'well if I except the worst then I won't be sad/mad/disappointed when it all goes bad right?' type of thinking for him as a response to all of this, he just grew up in a household like that man, and so he thought that if he told Noob to 'except the worst' then they wouldn't cry like they did again, right? but that backfired in the worse way possible! More conflict!! yippie!!!!!

Chapter Text
All of the survivors, excluding Dusekkar and Seven, went to their own places around the main cabin when they entered it.
“Come on, Shed, I'll help ya.” Builderman was leading Shedletsky and himself to the cabin’s bathroom to help him with the cut he got from Seven’s axe.
Chance, Guest and Noob sat at the sofa, Noob to the far right leaning a bit on the arm rest, Chance in the middle of the three and Guest at the left end.
Noob was fidgeting with their somewhat long yellow hair while Guest and Chance were talking about what could have happened.
“Did you see what could have set him off?” Chance asked Guest as quietly as they could, not wanting to be seen as ‘rude’ with his wording but he didn’t know how else to ask.
“No, I didn’t.” He told him honestly, one moment he was talking to Builder, the next? A yell of pain and a scene that he didn’t ever want to happen when it came to Seven.
Elliot walked to the kitchen, probably going to clean in there, it was still chores day after all and he seemed like the type to bury himself in work to not think about how life around him is not going to the best of places.
Understandable but not the healthiest thing, Taph took a mental note of that.
Two Time stood to the right side of the fireplace, leaning onto the slightly warm, slightly cold stone as they fidgeted with the Spawn symbol necklace, clearly becoming lost in thought.
What were those thoughts? Taph didn’t know as he observed things around him and the main cabin, standing to the side of the front door leaning his back onto the wall as he crossed his arms.
He didn’t know what to think about this all.
But, he knew that he wanted to help.
Help Seven, the Hacker- no, Robloxian, that he as an Admin swore to protect alongside his fellow men.
Even though he wanted to hide like a paranoid coward when things went awry, but, those angry hunters aren’t here.
No angry mobs, just people that needed him to step in as not just their support in rounds but as their ‘support’ in another way.
He, as well as everyone else here, knew that Seven liked to hide away. Most notably in his cabin when a round ended. Maybe he could help him by making one of his nests?
Seven was an Imp hybrid and he was the closest to a pigeon with his wings, yes, but a nest offered a safe, home, comfort feeling.
And Seven needed security; it looked like he was having a panic attack. Something that Taph was familiar with, and therefore also Dusekkar, if his sweet talking wasn’t a dead give away to that knowledge.
Yes, Taph could do that. He could help his friends with a big nest to calm them all down.
Speaking of helping his friends, Shedletsky was being bandaged by Builder in the bathroom.
Taph didn’t find that he had something to be doing, he already fixed everything that he and Builder could except for the clothes line, so he pushed off of the wall and began to walk towards the kitchen.
As he passed through the doorway, he caught sight of Elliot moping the floors. Well that answered his question on what he was doing, but no time to waste on that, he needed to go help Builder and Shed right now.
Turning to the left side of the kitchen, he saw that the bathroom door was open while Shedletky sat on the toilet led as Builder stood in front of him tending his wound, his back facing the doorway.
“What did ya’cha even do…?” Builderman asked with tension and confusion heavy in his voice, even his southern accent was more prominent than usual
Shedletsky stared at his arm as it was disinfected by Builder, looking just as lost as everyone felt, “I don’t know Builds…” Taph never thought that he would hear that tone of utter defeat in Shedletsky’s voice ever again.
Not after 1x1.
Without much thought, Taph walked over to the door and stood just at the beginning tile of the bathroom.
His presence wasn’t left unnoticed for long, “Ey Taph.” from Builder and a “Hi bud.” from Shedletsky.
He signed his own ‘hello’s to them both, even though really only Shed could see him right now ‘Hi’. Simple, yes, but was there much else that he needed to sign?
As Builder threw away the cotton ball that he used to disinfect Shedletsky’s cut and grabbed one of those big white square bandages he asked Taph, “He’ll be fine, or did ya come ‘n ‘ere to ask somethin’?”
Sharp as ever, Taph mused to himself and signed again.
“Yes, did we find an answer?” Shed spoke for him since Builder couldn’t see him as he had his back to the demolitionist.
“No, we haven’t.” That heavy voice returned to Builder’s voice.
Oh. it was going to be a long day for the Admins, wasn’t it?
—---------------------------------------------
Noob was…oh what did it matter? They were tired. And angry. Who cares?
As they continued to fidget with their yellow hair as they sat on the right side of the sofa, leaning on the arm rest there, they thought. And thought.
About what Elliot had said to them earlier.
“You don’t have to cry for him, y’know.” His stupid fucking words echoed in their mind.
Like what made him think that? Someone they care about is having all of this happening to him and all that the ‘kind, caring’ Elliot has to offer is to tell them to basically leave him behind??
Wow. Elliot, the man that was known for being basically everyone's go to ‘therapist friend’ back home is giving out such great advice. Truly they would have never thought of something like that.
Noob is getting off topic here, and even more irritated, breathing out a sigh through their nose. They centered themselves.
It was clear that the whole team was facing consequences to this whole mess, no blame to Seven of course, everyone has a limit.
But, none of them could even think of helping Seven with their own issues coming into play, they apologize to Sixer in their head for not seeing that years ago, cough, Elliot, cough. Noob get back on track! They scolded themselves in their head
Dusekkar could handle Seven, that they knew, and one less worry for them, but how could the whole team be helped?
Everyone was tense in their own way, but, they only really knew how to help Chance and Two Time calm down.
One time after a round, they found Time holding their dagger in a death hold while shaking out in the night air, away from everyone.
Noob knew how to help with an anxiety attack, the one time they were thankful for their own anxieties, and at the end they found that what calmed down Time the most was flowers and holding their hand while talking to them.
Looking up to their cultist teammate, who was in front of them, Noob saw them messing around with the spawn symbol necklace that they had. Two Time was in heavy thought about something.
Another time, the only tell that something was up with Chance was his heavy breathing, but most of the others put it on running so much during that round, which is fair.
As he sat in his chair at the Survivors table for a much longer time then normal, Noob went up to him and found that just letting him air out his grievances was the best way to help calm down for him.
They looked over to their left to see Chance whispering something to Guest. It sounded like he called Guest ‘bebe’???
Oh boy, a Chance nickname, Noob bets 10 bucks that it’ll blow up in his face, much like his gun in rounds.
Bringing their head back down, they stared at the strand of hair they still held between their fingers.
Noob could help Two Time and Chance. They knew they could.
Hopefully some of the others knew how to help each other.
—---------------------------------------------
Elliot wasn’t sure how to…process the stuff going on with the team right now.
He went to clean the kitchen, it always helped him to bury himself in work back home, and it did need to be done. At least that’s what he tried to reason with himself.
He started with mopping the floors, a mindless task for him really, but he needed to numb his mind right now. But, unfortunately, even that didn’t want to work right now.
Why did you have to tell Noob that?
Of course they wouldn’t understand!
We went through this with Mia, didn’t we?
Why did his head have to remind him of how that…..event with Mia went down again? He didn’t want to remember that for good reason. Nor their parents divorce.
Thanks brain, Elliot thought bitterly and tiredly as he slowed in his mopping until it stopped completely.
He knew that he had to clean, it was his chore for a reason.
If the kitchen wasn’t clean then he couldn’t cook in it with good conscience then serve that food to his teammates. And, y’know, as his friends too.
But he just couldn’t right now. It was only making him feel even worse as he continued to think, and think, and think.
Elliot walked over to the survivors table that everyone used, pulled out a chair, sat down and slumped in it. Normally he would never sit like this, he had a taxing job as is, he didn’t need back issues making it even more taxing, but he just didn’t care right now.
He leaned his face into the mop handle as he sat there, his cheek scrunched up from this, thinking again. Even though he really didn’t want to think.
—---------------------------------------------
Guest couldn’t help but feel useless to his team.
It reminded him of when his mother lost his father. He was hopeless to help her move through her grief, a cruel reminder for him. Now though he was even more hopeless to help Seven.
To help his friends here in this forsaken place.
He didn’t know how to handle all of the emotions of his fellow survivors, let alone Seven’s clear breaking point, nor how to then help them so they wouldn't also cause an injury to another person here.
Of course he didn’t think that any of them were just going to lash out for no reason, or even with malicious intent for that matter, but it was clear to him that Seven was scared.
He knew that face all too well.
He saw the fear, the panic to do something, the guilt afterwards and the shock that he did something like that to begin with.
Even as he sat on the sofa with Chance and Noob, and Chance talking with him, he couldn’t help but feel anxious.
“Uh, Guest? Ya with me bebe?” That nickname was what brought him out of his thoughts and it must have shown on his shocked face, even Noob stopped in their fidgeting to look over at the two, as Chance laughed, “Calm down Guest! I just needed to know if you were in la-la-land or not!”
Getting over his initial shock, he waved his hand at them and said “Whatever Chance,” He didn’t know what else to say to him about the nickname, “what were you talking about now?”
Chance, still smiling about that, repeated himself, “I said that maybe we should keep Shedletsky away from Seven for a bit? Maybe Builderman too.”
That was only the bare minimum for a solution, and Guest wouldn’t be surprised that Chance had the same thought, but what else could either of them do to help a clearly breaking man?
One that he and they both considered a dear friend.
“Yea, maybe.” He mumbled his words to Chance, getting lost in thought, but he heard him and nodded slightly to show that they did indeed hear.
The two sentinels continued their time on the sofa quietly until Builder, Taph and Shedletsky walked in into the main room then sat down in the remaining seats.
Guest hoped that Dusekkar knew what he was out there.

Chapter Text
Seven wasn’t sure how to go about this exactly.
Dusekkar was still standing there, in front of him, with his arms raised in the same surrendering gesture.
Weren’t his arms getting tired?
Why did he still bother with keeping them up in the first place?
Because he was scared? Big deal, he could handle it. He always handled it before. Why not now?
God, he was just starting to feel better too, but no, his stupid brain wants to make up stupid thoughts again.
“Sweetheart? Did you want to go to your cabin?” Right, he still had Dusekkar there with him. And he told him about the cuts that he got, or rather ones that he gave himself.
Seven still didn’t really feel like talking right now so he just nodded his head to him and dropped his own arms at his sides. “Ok.” The mage said in that soft, caring voice that he truly didn’t deserve to have spoken to him, and nodded his own pumpkin head to Seven.
Dusekkar started to slowly lower his arms from their position, he didn’t deserve the kindness that the Admin took to not startle him, then he asked another question. “Would it be okay for me to patch up your wounds, dear?” Seven felt himself tense at Dusekkar’s words.
How is he to explain to the Admin that, no, he didn’t get any cuts from Shedletsky’s sword when he hit him first, but he actually gave them to himself?
Maybe he shouldn’t have said anything.
He could have just dealt with it himself, he did fine in the past. What's the difference now?
But, one thought stayed clear with him in his guilt ridden mind.
He promised E7. The last family member that he bothered to still stay in contact with after he left his parents house
He promised that if it ever got to the point of him feeling like he had to cut himself to feel useful, then, he would tell him, or someone, as he isn't exactly here in this forsaken realm with Seven.
The father nodded his head to Dusekkar once more, “Alright, let us go then.” He then put his hand up slowly to gesture him down the path that only an hour ago the two of them had gone down to go do their chores with the others here.
Seven walked with Dusekkar, the mage being off to his left side, a bit in front so as to not crowd him but still close enough to offer comfort to him. He thanked him for that small action silently.
As they went deeper down the path, Seven couldn’t keep his mind off of potential ways to explain this to Dusekkar.
He was going to look at his wounds and….help him. It still felt weird to him to accept that word for someone like him.
He was a criminal, a terrorist even, but Dusekkar didn’t use that against him, he just helped him. He didn’t even bat an eye to the fact that he was helping Seven out of all of the others.
The Admin could have just done what Builder did, keep an eye on him but not engage with him.
What if he’s lying and this is all nothing but a trick? Great, another thought in his already messy head.
But, he couldn’t deny that the thought didn’t fill him with a feeling to run and hide from Dusekkar.
And the whole team if he was at it.
“Darling? Are you alright back here?” Dusekkar turned around fully to face him, that same look of worry ever present. When did they stop walking and when did Dusekkar take notice of him spiraling in his head?
He just nodded to him, even when it was a lie and he knew it, and continued to walk to his cabin.
Now Dusekkar was the one walking behind him.
Of course he wasn’t fine, but he still had to do this. Some might say to ‘not push yourself’ but he knew himself better than that.
If he didn’t have Dusekkar look at his cuts now, then he would overthink and never have them looked at as well as most likely cut that very same night for feeling like he was doing this for nothing but attention.
So, yes, he was going to push himself to get help before he could have anymore of those thoughts that make him second guess himself and those around him.
Seven could see the wooden door of the cabin come into his view. Oh stars above. He could feel his nerves start to get the better of him as he walked further and further until his hand met the handle to his cabin.
Taking in a breath to calm himself, he turned the handle and walked in.
He waited for Dusekkar to walk in just at the front door, once the mage made his way into the small cabin, Seven brought one of his hands up to take Dusekkar’s own.
Even he was just as surprised as Dusekkar was as he held his hand and walked the both of them to the equally small bathroom.
“How did I not notice this beforehand?” Seven heard Dusekkar whisper those words to himself from behind him.
Honestly, Seven was with him on that.
He too didn’t take notice of the bathroom until about a week, he thinks at least, there weren't really any good ways to tell time here, of sneaking around the main cabin to go shower in the bathroom there.
To say that he was relieved to have found it when he did would be an understatement.
There wasn’t much in the room but it was all that he needed so he didn’t really care that it felt a little cramped sometimes.
There was a shower just off to the right side of the toilet, which faced directly at the door, then to the left side just at the doorframe was the white sink with a medicine cabinet that had a mirror as the door for it.
Pretty generous considering that whatever trapped them here made them go through a death game, but he wasn’t fooled by this.
Just because it was being ‘nice’ of giving them bathrooms didn’t mean anything, it knew that if it wanted its entertainment then it would have to give them all toiletries to take care of themselves.
A prime example of it not being ‘truly nice’ was with the chores. Mainly the laundry, why not just give them actual supplies to wash the clothes with instead of with a rock and the lake water? Again, it knew what to give them to have its entertainment, not to help them.
And Seven knew this just as well as everyone else here.
Seven sat himself on top of the toilet lid as Dusekkar opened the medicine cabinet to see what he could use to patch up his wounds. Wounds that weren’t even on his arms to begin with.
“Alright, may I hold your arm for this?” Seven stilled at his question.
Right, he wasn't wearing his usual blue long sleeve shirt, and what he had on now wasn’t long sleeved, it was actually one of Guest’s spare black tank top, but still, his arms weren’t covered.
And if he were to comply with Dusekkar’s question then he would know that something was up.
Seven didn’t know what else to do here, so, he did what he thought was best.
He shook his head to Dusekkar and instead lifted up his left leg while pointing at it, “Oh, do you have cuts on your leg?” Oh, he could feel his heart clench in his chest as Dusekkar still thought something so entirely different then what was actually going on.
With a heavy heart, he nodded to Dusekkar and brought his hands to his waist band.
The cuts were on his upper thigh so he kinda had to get in his boxers so Dusekkar could disinfect it then banged it up.
Besides, he wasn't uncomfortable to just be in his boxers around him at all, Seven didn’t know what it was but he just activated that part of his brain that chanted ‘safety’ and ‘pack’ when he was around.
And he knew damn well that it would have had to happen when he said yes to Dusekkar in the beginning.
He slipped the pants to his ankles and just hoped that Dusekkar wouldn’t think of him differently now. Seven kept his head down, only looking at his exposed cuts now, when he heard a gasp then felt a hand on his shoulder as the Admin crouched down to his level.
After a moment of silence between the two, Seven felt more and more anxious as time went by, then his voice sounded again. “These aren’t from Shedletsky, are they?” his voice was still that gentle, understanding one that he used for him back at the main camp.
The father lifted his head up to meet Dusekkar’s non judgmental eyes that were in front of him, he felt bad for making him worry about him but he needed to get help.
He knew that he should have reached out to E7 when he was still spending his days and nights looking for his sweet baby before….his first attempt that landed him here in the first place, but he didn’t.
He hoped that E7 was okay and didn’t have to see his body. But even he knew it was a false hope.
As he continued to look at the mage’s worried face, he decided to speak for the first time since he unintentionally started this panic for everyone.
He took his eyes off of Dusekkar’s direct line of sight, instead looking behind the Admin, and slightly mumbled his words as his hands fidgeted with the other.
“I’m sorry.”
Notes:
Recap; Seven and Dusekkar go to his personal cabin and they go to the bathroom, seven sits on the toilet lid as dusekkar gets supplies from the medicine cabinet to patch him up, seven shows dusekkar his wounds that are on his left thigh that are clearly not from Shedletsky's sword and he speaks for the first time since he started this unintentionally back in chap 15, he says 'I'm sorry' to dusekkar.

Chapter Text
“I’m sorry.”
Those words stung deep for Dusekkar.
Seven was apologizing for the cuts on his thigh, the same ones that vaguely looked like he used his own claws to break the skin with, to make himself bleed with.
Somehow that revaluation made this all the more worse, in Dusekkar’s opinion.
“You have nothing to apologize for, my dear.” He moved his hand from where it was resting on his shoulder to instead cup the side of his face and place a kiss on his forehead.
He stilled in his pose, his hand soon rubbing soft circles into the flesh there and his chin resting on his head, Seven leaned into the touch slightly while closing his eyes.
Dusekkar tried to think on how to approach this situation.
He was not a licensed therapist, or even a mental health professional in general!, but, Seven didn’t exactly have many options for getting actual professional help here in this place.
Once they all made it out of here, Dusekkar promises to help Seven get help in any way he can.
Even if a therapist didn’t work for him, he would take time off work so he could have someone to talk to when his thoughts became too much for him on his own.
“May I still patch them up?” He could take this one step at a time, and right now he still had to bandage those cuts up.
He pulled back to see if he would answer him non-verbally again.
Seven opened his right eye, he must be really comfortable if he kept his left eye closed, and nodded his head to Dusekkar, and more into his hand at the same time, “I must have both of my hands to help you, love.”
The imp made a half asleep rumble at that, it made him laugh a bit, but he soon lifted his head from where it was resting against the Admin’s hand and opened his left eye, albeit slowly.
“Thank you.” He meant that. And not just because his hand was also falling asleep, much like Seven was for a moment.
He was only able to find a black wash cloth, a tube of neosporine and a box of brown stripe bandages, that reminded him of when he was a child, in the medicine cabinet. It wasn’t much but it would work for him.
Bringing his attention to the sink on his right and he grabbed the black wash cloth with his right hand while turning on the water with his left hand, he placed the supplies there so he could put his full attention on Seven and see what he was working with.
He made sure that it had a good amount of water on it without it being soaked all the way through.
Dusekkar turned back to face Seven, who now had his back leaning against the back of the toilet, but still awake, and crouched in front of him again.
“I’m going to clean them, ok?” He waited to have an answer that Seven would be okay with that cold, wet feeling. Once Seven said a quiet ‘mhm’ to him he brought up the cloth to his thigh and began to clean the wounds there.
There were two horizontal cuts on his left thigh, again, it looked like they were created by using claws.
His own clawed hands.
Dusekkar briefly wondered, if given the option, would Seven have used a knife instead?
The only knives here were the ones in the main cabin’s kitchen, the ones that Elliot used to make food with.
Truthfully, he doubted that Seven would use those ones, everyone here knew that Seven couldn’t stand germs like that, but it was still a concern that he should tell Builderman when he had the chance.
When the cold wet cloth made contact with his skin he made a ‘hiss’ through his gritted teeth when he let out a breath, “Shh, you are doing great.”
Dusekkar brought up his left hand to gently pet the spot in between his horns again as he continued to press, not too hard, he didn’t want to further hurt him, the cloth on to the skin there.
He wished that he could give him something to help take his mind off of the jarring sensation, there were goosebumps on his skin now, but sadly he couldn’t.
When he lifted the cloth and found no further bleeding, and no other dirt and debris there, he turned his head back to the sink, his hand never once leaving Seven’s head, and put the cloth back on the white surface and grabbed the neosporine tube from there.
He unscrewed the cap on the neosporine, by using his thumb and pointer finger to unscrew it while the rest of his hand held it up, an awkward position but he made it work, and put some on the top cut first.
Seven wasn’t talking anymore so this was done in a tense silence for the Admin, he didn’t want to hurt or make him uncomfortable when he was supposed to be helping him!
Maybe he could teach him some sign language at some point?
Dusekkar made a mental note to bring that up to Seven when he was feeling better later.
Once there was enough on the wound, he placed the tube back on the sink and grabbed the box of bandages, he opened the box and brought out a bandaid.
Dusekkar took off the plastic on one end then placed the sticky side on the area on the skin that wasn’t a cut and took off the other piece of plastic, he then smoothed it out to rest comfortably on his thigh. He did the same, with the awkward position of unscrewing cap and having to grab the box of bandaids again, to the other bottom cut on Seven’s thigh.
“There we go, love, all bandaged up!” He said as he smoothed out the second bandaid, he moved his hand from where it was still planted firmly on his head to cup the side of his face again and kissed his forehead again.
He needed Seven to know that he never had to apologize for something like this.
Dusekkar still had to put away the things he brought out back into the medicine cabinet, but he had to move away from Seven to do that.
“I am going to clean up, ok sweetheart?” Despite still being awake, Dusekkar wanted Seven to know what was happening around him.
He learned from Taph that clarity from a panic attack could take a minute, even if the person still performed fine that couldn’t be the case.
He couldn’t risk Seven being scared because he made any sudden movements, to Seven that is, and have himself or Seven hurt in the end.
The father let out another quiet ‘mhm’ to the Admin.
With his confirmation given, Dusekkar took his hand from the side of his face and moved to have his body face the sink and medicine cabinet.
He picked up the neosporine tube with his left and opened the cabinet with the other, he placed it back where he first found it on its side.
He looked back down at the sink to where the box was, picked it up and placed it just next to the tube.
Dusekkar briefly looked back down at the wash cloth that was hanging on the side of the sink, making a humming sound to himself.
The wash cloth would have to dry before he could place it back, but that was fine, as long as Seven and the clean up was taken care of to the best of his abilities he was fine with that.
Now though, Seven would have to talk about this with Dusekkar.
Turning his head to the side and looking back at the man in question, Dusekkar began “Do you wish to speak about this?” He made sure to have Seven know that if he didn’t want to now, he wouldn’t have to.
Seven stayed silent for a long while, just staring out the doorway, just past Dusekkar, to nothing in particular. In a trance with those dead, lifeless eyes that he had seen countless times before all of this.
It made Dusekkar wonder if he stepped a line, Seven hasn’t had those eyes since he started talking to him.
He was about to correct this mistake by opening his mouth to speak again when Seven broke his silence.
“I couldn’t help but feel jealous.” His head stayed in the same place, still just staring, no movements from him..
Dusekkar didn’t know what to say to him, so he didn’t say anything.
He just looked at him and let him continue.
“Whenever the others got touchy with each other..” A pause in his speech. A shaky intake of breath. “All happily celebrating another win.” His voice wavered at the end of his sentence.
Dusekkar thought of saying something along the lines of ‘you don’t have to force yourself to speak’, it was clear that Seven was having a hard time saying all of this to the mage, but this needed to happen for Seven.
He needed to get his emotions out in a healthy way. Even if that was hard for him.
“I knew that I didn’t deserve it,” there were tears in his eyes now, some even beginning to fall down his face. “But I still sometimes craved to be held.” More tears fell down his face, “Y’know, to be loved?” Seven finally took his eyes off of where they were staring into nothing and looked to Dusekkar, looking at him directly in his eyes as he said this.
Dusekkar was speechless.
Should I say something?
Should I just let Seven continue?
Should I hold him again? Would he be okay with that?
When Dusekkar didn’t say anything, now he was the one just stuck in place, staring into nothing, Seven continued. Still looking at Dusekkar as more and more tears fell, “I kept telling myself ‘you don’t deserve that’ and ‘maybe if you were useful then maybe the others would actually look at you’.”
Oh.
Oh.
Acknowledgement did a lot for the mind.
It helped to keep one's own morale up with a ‘good job’ after a round, yes, but it also helped with keeping structure in the mind.
The barin can only go for so long without enrichment from other living beings, not that his spider isn’t living, just more person adjacent, and what was one defining thing about Seven?
He was isolated for a long time, even before coming here, and what did everyone, not truly everyone but the more influential people here, decide to do to him?
Say awful things about him, sure they were true at a point in time, but he wasn’t a hacker anymore, and allowed for him to self-isolate even more when it came to picking cabins.
It was so painfully clear that he was already mentally not well but no one ever took notice of that fact.
And, Dusekkar didn’t blame him for lashing out, if he were put in Seven’s shoes then he would break at some point as well. Anyone would eventually.
As the Admin was still at his realization, the two’s eyes never once leaving the others, there was a sound from the main room in the cabin.
It caused Seven and Dusekkar to break their eye contact and look to the front door from the bathroom.
It sounded like someone had knocked on the door?
Why would anyone come here when Seven had asked to be alone?
Notes:
ey guess what? no, its not chicken butt, I posted a doodle on my Tumblr of seven and his axe!! I dunno if it'll be the final design of his axe but im feeling pretty happy with it at the moment so it'll most likely stay like that for awhile. @barnowlknwsbest on Tumblr to find me!!
Edit: (I forgot to put this here when I first posted this-) I do realize that it might seem like Dusekkar and Seven are having romantic moments with each other but that isn’t the case here. The nicknames coming from Dusekkar are akin to a parent calling their kid ‘sweetness’ or any other name I used for him.
Point being; Dusekkar is trying to keep Seven calm with something that he found works(and that he never really got) for him, affection.And if you, dear reader, kept up with Taph’s pov chap then you would remember the part where it said that ‘Dusekkar had knowledge on how to help with panic attacks’ :]
Chapter 21: Here in my arms you're home, you're safe, love.

Chapter Text
Builderman wouldn’t admit this to the others here, but he was terrified right now.
He wasn’t able to stop Shedletsky from getting hit when he was right there, Shedletsky and Seven were just behind him, how did he not see when it got bad enough for a fight to break out?
Him and Shed were sitting on the white cushioned bench like seat off to the side of the stairs, since he was, stupidly, much shorter than Shedletsky, he was resting his head on Builder's shoulder as he leaned into Shedletsky’s side in tandem.
Neither of the two felt like they needed to talk right now, just being in the other’s presence was enough for the both of them.
If Builder was right, Shed had his eyes closed right now. His deep breaths were a tell-tale sign of this, but the head Admin had his eyes wide open.
He felt too antsy to relax right now, his hands needed to do something, but instead he looked around the main room of the cabin to his other teammates.
Two Time was still at their spot leaning against the stone pillar of the fireplace he saw them go to when they all first entered the cabin. But now they were sitting down on the wooden floor with their knees pulled up to their chest and their hands connecting at their ankles.
Builder doesn’t think he has ever seen them so tried looking before, even after a round they were still alert, present, now they were staring blankly at the floor as they sat there as their head rested on top of their knees.
Defeated, he realized, was the look that they now had written all over their face.
He couldn’t really see Guest, Chance or Noob but the three were still sitting on the sofa with each other, Chance and Guest were no longer talking to each other and it seemed like Noob had stopped fidgeting with their yellow hair.
Even though Builder couldn't truly see any of them from behind the sofa, he could still see the tension coming off of them all. It seemed like they were all practically drowning in it over there.
Taph was sitting on the sofa’s ottoman facing the coffee table with his legs over the edge, Noob on his left and Two Time to his right.
Builder would normally like to say, that even with Taph’s face being covered all the time, he could still read him but right now, even with how the both of them were sitting he could see almost all of him, he couldn’t.
The pigeon could handle himself well, yes, even with those hunters back home, but he still worried for Taph. He just hoped that Taph was doing alright, even if he himself couldn’t guarantee that for his employee right now.
Looking over the whole room once more, Builder didn’t see Elliot.
So he was still in the kitchen, sitting at the survivors table, Builderman thought to himself. Just like with Taph, he hoped that Elliot was doing alright as well.
If he currently didn’t have Shedletsky using him as a personal pillow, and also probably a personal heater too, he would get up from where he sat, walk over to the kitchen and sit at the wooden table with Elliot and ask him if he was alright.
Sure, Elliot was on the older side when it came to all of the survivors, the Admins being the oldest on that scale, especially Builderman, and he could handle himself well, but, all that Builderman could see was that young teenager he first met when he was called to deal with an equally younger Seven at his family’s pizzeria.
Elliot was well into his thirties, 34 if he remembered correctly, but again, all he could see was a kid. One that his father put a lot of pressure on to be ‘perfect’ to ‘take on the family business when you're older’.
Builderman could still remember when Elliot had broken down crying to him after a whole shift where he did. Every. Singel. Job.
All on his own.
‘I-I can’t do this!’ ‘I don't wanna do this anymore..’ ’'m tired, uncle.’
God, the kid’s cries would never leave him.
The memory of his tear streaked face, his body shaking from his crying and too much labour and his cries of not wanting this for himself, it still felt so fresh in his mind. Like it was only yesterday that Elliot was 16 and taking on more than he should at that age.
As he got lost in his thoughts, he almost didn’t see Taph get up from his spot and walk towards the kitchen.
It was getting to what would be noon around here if not for the eternal night, so maybe he was getting hungry?
As much as Builderman loves Shedletsky, he really wishes that he would get off of him so he could go see for himself what was happening with his friends. But he couldn’t force his other half harshly off of him like that when he needed him.
Hopefully Taph doesn’t burn Elliot’s kitchen down and it’ll all be fine, he’s sure.
They are all adults here after all, it's not like he’s not watching over kids.
—--------------------------------------------
Elliot wasn’t exactly sure how long he sat there at the wooden table.
But he did know that it must have been long enough for him to be needed by another since Taph had walked over to him.
Elliot wasn’t aware that anyone had come over to him until Taph had tapped on his shoulder lightly, “Huh..?” came his confused response, he lifted his head from where it was once resting against the broom he still held, and saw Taph standing in front of him.
Once the Admin saw that he gained the attention of the team’s healer, his feathers fluffing a little in surprise at his immediate reaction, Taph signed to him ‘I ask for your help’.
He tended to sign a bit slower when it came to Elliot, per the healer's own request some time ago
Thankfully after being here for however long it has been, Elliot was familiar with sign language at this point.
Sure it does still take him a bit of time to get everything, and he still messes up when translating for himself, but hey, he’s gotten better at it since starting.
“Yea, what’cha need?” As he spoke, Elliot stood from his seat and walked over to the wall that had the green chalk board hanging on it to place the broom against.
When he saw that it was now leaning against the wall, he turned around to face Taph to see what he needed from him exactly.
‘You have experience when it comes to making pillow forts with your sister, correct?' Taph signed to him again.
Oh yeah, he has had a few conversations about Mia to some of the other survivors since coming here.
‘it helps to talk about those you loved before coming here, y’know, to help keep you sane and to not forget them.’
A memory of Guest’s words from a conversation long ago echoed in his mind briefly as he thought of what to say to Taph.
Elliot nodded his head to the Admin and said; “I do.” He confirmed Taph’s own memory of himself. “Did you need help with making one or somethin’?” He tried to guess what it was that Taph wanted his help for.
Why would Taph need to know if Elliot could make pillow forts anyway? Maybe it has to do with something about his nests?
Everyone knew that Taph liked to build nests, Elliot thinks it has something to do with bird instincts, although he's not too sure, and normally Taph liked to make them himself. He liked to have things be a certain way, and everyone here respected that wish.
As he was thinking of why and what Taph needed him for, the pigeon Admin answered Elliot, ‘Can you help with making a nest in the main room?’
Ah, so it is for a nest, Elliot thought to himself.
Just as he was about to say ‘yes’ to him he remembered something pretty important for this job, he had no idea on how to make a nest or help that process along.
Elliot was a just simple yellow Robloxian, nothing like Taph with his wings, Dusekkar with his antlers and pumpkin head and absolutely nothing like Seven with red horns, droopy furred ears and imp tail.
The pizza worker thought of declining out of politeness to not make a mockery of Taph’s nest building, when a voice in the back of his mind stopped him.
Don’t you want to help out, Elliot?
As much as he doesn’t like hearing his dad’s voice, it would always be with him, wouldn't it?
“Sure I can!” Instead of saying no, he accepted. Elliot doesn’t mean to sound ungrateful or that he doesn’t want to help Taph! He just doesn’t want to get yelled at when he does mess up.
Or have comments made about him like he couldn’t hear the people talking about him while being in the same room.
Notes:
I hate Mr. Builder! all my homies hate Mr. Builder!
also Builderman and Elliot aren't actually related in this fic, I just added the 'uncle' bit as Elliot seeing Builder like an uncle figure to him but not related to him or his family in anyway. besides if he was related to Elliot, Builderman would have WORDS with his 'brother' like shit bro the head admin doesn't play around-
they could never make me hate u Elliot ever<33333
(also guys my mom found out about my writing and maybe also ao3 I may be fucked SEND HELP-)

Chapter Text
Shedletsky wasn’t truly asleep as he laid his head on Builderman’s shoulder. Sure, he did have his eyes closed right now, but he was still very much present.
Just thinking about things.
Mainly what happened to cause Seven to summon his axe and swing without really thinking about it?
He was more of a ‘swords’ person, obviously, but he could recognize the face of someone fighting on instinct, on fear, and Seven had shown a lot of fear in that short amount of time it took for him to ready his axe.
But the question that plagued his mind the most was ‘why?’ Shedletsky wasn’t a threatening person, he made sure not to scare Robloxins like he used to, so what made Seven so fearful to attack?
Was it because of the sword that he held?
He could see why that would make someone feel uncomfortable, or even unsafe, but Seven has seen it numerous times before.
Even in rounds when he was aiming to attack someone. Like his own daughter. It hurt a lot to think about most times.
Was it just old habits coming back? No, that one felt wrong to Shedletsky.
Seven wasn’t a violent person, he hadn’t been in years, he quit hacking for a damn good reason too, so that thought didn’t make any sense in this case. He recalled the face he saw from Seven when he dismissed this thought.
Did it have something to do with their shared past with another…?
“Ya got it kid?” As he was beginning to get stuck in his own head, he heard Builderman call out to someone, Shedletsky’s guess was either Elliot or one of the two younger survivors.
He decided he had enough of a ‘break’ to think about things and opened his eyes to take in his surroundings again.
The first thing he saw was Elliot standing in the doorway that connects the main room to the kitchen while balancing all of the extra blankets from the spare closet in his arms as if they were pizza boxes.
What did he miss?
“I got it!” Elliot responded to Builder.
Shedletsky continued to watch what was happening in front of him, Taph came up to Elliot when he was done talking to Builder and placed his gloved hands on Elliot’s own hands to silently tell him to stop where he was for a moment.
When he understood what Taph wanted he stilled, the bomber took the three top blankets from the stack he held, which left Elliot with the remaining two blankets.
“What are they doing, Builds?” Even after watching the two, he still couldn’t tell what it was they were doing. And with Taph it could really be anyone's guess as to what he was. “I’m not too sure, Shed.” Builder said with a voice that said ‘even I’m lost with this one’ much like a tired parent.
Well that told him absolutely nothing about this.
Deciding that he was way too curious to not find out what was happening, Shedletsky lifted his head from where it rested on Builderman’s shoulder and stood from his seat.
He walked over to be standing right behind the sofa, on the side where Guest sat, and asked the room “What are we doing?”
Taph was currently moving the coffee table from where it usually sat to the corner with that grandfather clock, Shed noted that the blankets he helped Elliot carry in were now sitting on the ottoman as Elliot also put his own stack there as well.
“Taph wanted to make a nest.” Elliot said to the Admin. Of course he wanted to, Shedletsky thought to himself with a smile, Taph was well known to make nests even before coming here.
And, honestly, he didn’t blame the demolitionist for wanting that. It’s been a lot for everyone with everything happening as of late.
He hummed to Elliot’s words as he watched Taph continue to do his thing. As he did he heard Builder get up from behind him and walk over to stand beside him, “So they're making a nest.” Builder said to him in his usual ‘know it all’ voice that he used to annoy Shed with.
“Yes, Builds, I can see that.” Shedletsky could hear a faint laugh come from his friend as he said that.
Taph came back to the now empty rug space when he was done putting the table away. ‘Grab some of those blankets and lay down a wall please Elliot.’ Taph signed to him and Elliot picked up two blankets to do as instructed from Taph.
“Ya think they got this?” Instead of Builder speaking to him again, it was Chance that asked the room that question, “It's Taph we're talking about here, he’s got this.” The sword fighter spoke with confidence in his tone.
He had a lot of faith in Taph for many things, making traps and saving his ass from the round's killer was a big one, but he could say with confidence that making nests was second nature for Taph. As well as making bombs but that isn’t important to the conversation right now.
At some point, Two Time had gotten up from where they sat to the side of the fireplace to stand behind the sofa where Noob was sitting, “Why is the pigeon Admin making a nest, though?” they asked Noob, to which they shrugged and said “I don’t know Time.”
Even after years of being friends and working with Taph, Shedletsky wasn’t sure why he was making a nest this big. Currently, both Taph and Elliot were rolling up the blankets, even putting pillows behind certain points to hold it up, making a wall around the edges of the rug.
Was Taph so stressed he felt the need to make a nest this big? Even when those hunters had gotten angry with him he never made a nest this big- Wait. Then it dawned on the sword fighter, Taph wasn’t making this just for himself, was he?
Shed felt his heart warm at the thought of Taph making this for everyone. He should thank him later, and maybe help him with those bombs he uses too. Eh, a thought for another time.
Soon enough, there was a nest the size of the rug.
There was a wall of blankets with pillows that didn’t get used as support and scattered around the soft space were a few stuffies? Where did he even get-? No, Shedletsky knew better than to question Taph at this point.
“I didn’t know you had it in you Taph.” Guest was the first to speak once the nest was completed, then followed by Builderman saying, “He does ‘ave a point.” Shed did have to admit, it was pretty impressive even for Taph.
“At least it’ll fit us all.” Shedletsky said while walking over to sit in it, Taph nodded eagerly at his words and gestured for everyone to get in as well.
The three sat that were once sitting on the sofa moved off to sit in the nest, Noob sat at the end of the ottoman with Two Time coming around to sit with them, Chance and Guest didn't really move from their positions other then just sitting on the floor on.
Elliot sat to Guest’s side with his legs crossed, Taph sat closer to the fireplace, being able to touch the stone of its base, how he didn’t overheat Shedletsky didn't know.
He and Builder sat with each other at the other side of the nest just parallel to Taph at the fireplace.
Shed knew that Taph’s nests were nice, having already been in a few over the years, but this felt really nice to him. Maybe it was because of the chaos that has been happening lately, again, he should thank Taph for this.
—--------------------------------------------
Builderman didn’t want to ruin this warm, nice moment between everyone, they deserved a moment of rest, but something wasn’t right.
He could feel a sense of dread creep up his spine.
Dusekkar was still busy with helping Seven, hopefully they were both doing ok out there, and he didn’t want to bother Taph with this, he was paranoid as is, so he went for his first HQ employee and best friend.
Tapping him on his side twice, a signal they had made up years ago to ask for an ear but not outwardly say it, Builder nodded his head to the front door and stood from the nest, hands stuffed in his hoodie pockets.
He didn’t have to look behind him to know that Shedletsky was following, the sound of the others briefly stopping in their talking to take notice of their leave told the head Admin enough.
For some reason, walking to the front door felt more of a daunting task than it normally did.
When his hand met the handle and he walked out onto the porch to be greeted by the night air, with Shed just behind him, something felt…so wrong to the head Admin. “What did ya need Builder?” Shedletsky asked him as he closed the door so the others wouldn't hear them.
As Shedletsky closed the door, Builderman walked over to the wooden banister and stared out to the main camp. As if he would then see what made everything feel so wrong to him, “I dunno, Shed, ‘s just..”
Shedletsky has known him for years, centuries even, he wouldn’t think he sounds crazy right? “Does somethin’ feel wrong to you?” His friend walked over to stand beside him on his left and placed a comforting hand on his upper back.
“What do you mean?” Shed asked.
What did he mean? He looked over to Shed, he didn't find anything unusual in the main camp so he decided to stop, and found his friend giving him a worried look with a readiness to hear him ramble like he has to Shedletsky many times before.
With a heavy sigh through his mouth, an intake of breath, he began to speak to ready ears, “Things just ain’t feelin’ right, ‘n I dunno know why ‘n it’s makin’ me worried for everyone here.”
He knew that the others could handle themselves well by now with the rounds going on, but he was still their Admin, the head Admin of Roblox HQ.
So with everything that’s happening with Seven going on, the fact that everyone is trapped here and he didn’t have an answer, and now this strange feeling of dread creeping up isn’t making Builderman feel any better about their situation.
“Uh…Builds..?” Shedlesky’s voice of unease made him stand up straight immediately, looking over to him on his left, he found that Shed had his head turned to the left as well.
Shedletsky was staring at the ramp that led up to the porch, when Builder first saw the ramp it made him question if the thing holding them here would actually bring in someone that would need something like that, it hasn’t happened yet but it still concerns him.
However, what was the most worrying thing was the fact that Shedletsky wasn’t looking at the ramp, he was looking at something around it.
Following his friend’s line of sight, he found that he was looking at the vines and leaves that were on that side of the main cabin, and that’s when he saw it.
The leaves that poked out enough that anyone could see it on the porch if they looked for it, didn’t look right. It was all mixed up, like its textures were fighting each other, like it was touched by unstable code, and if he looked long and closely enough he could see the missing texture pattern.
It was glitched.

Chapter Text
Seven felt conflicted about the knock at the door.
It made him feel weird, his ears stood at attention for who was behind the door, listening for any sounds but he couldn’t hear anything from the other side.
It made him feel…..happy for some reason? Like whoever it was that knocked made him feel happy to see them again?
But he didn’t recognize the initial knock that he heard.
Everyone had a certain way that they did things and that made them have certain sounds tied to them, like footsteps and knocking.
And since he and everyone else have been here with each other for a long time now they all knew whose footsteps were whose as well as knocks.
However this one sounded like someone had just played Knock.WAV, like it wasn’t from a real person, but he was the only one to have a panel that could play something like that.
Not even the Admins had their panels when they were brought here.
It seemed that Dusekkar had also run through those same thoughts, as well as having an underlying feeling that this was all wrong, since he summoned his staff and started to float to silence himself.
The mage made a gesture with his free hand to tell him to stay put there, Seven nodded his head to him silently, as he watched the Admin leave the bathroom into the main room of his personal cabin, his mind couldn’t calm enough to stop thinking.
What if Dusekkar gets hurt?
What if something happened to the other survivors?
Who’s behind the door…?
Seven’s thoughts were running more rampant than his normal paranoid induced thoughts, he could feel his tail and fur stick up with impending dread as he sat still on the closed toilet lid.
He thought of summing his axe again, but he had to remind himself that Dusekkar was an Admin before coming here and had asked him to stay put for a reason.
Whatever his reason was, Seven had to respect it, Dusekkar never led him astray when in rounds before so why would he now?
Seven almost missed the sound of the door opening as he was thinking, but thankfully he didn’t.
“Taph..?” Came Dusekkar’s confused, and somewhat relieved, voice from where he was at the now open door.
That confused Seven even more, why did Taph feel the need to come out here? Was he right in worrying that something happened to the others and they needed Dusekkar?
Seven knew that the Admin asked him to stay put, but if it really was just Taph, then it would be fine, right?
Steadying himself, an intake of breath and a sigh through his mouth, he stood from where he once sat and walked out of the bathroom.
He walked to around the middle of the room, the dried blood spot still there when he looked down at it, his tail lowered at the thought of being on his knees and scrubbing the ever loving fuck out it for it to possibly not even come out.
Bringing his eyes off the floor, and the annoying spot, he saw that he was just behind Dusekkar and the door just in front of the Admin.
There weren’t any lights on currently, Dusekkar was his own source of light so Seven thought that he didn’t find a need to try and find a lightswitch when tending to him.
But the moonlight that peaked around the mage’s form made him look more like the lighting welding Admin he fought against during rainy nights.
Seven walked forward to Dusekkar, and by extension the door, he tried to listen for who it was again, but he couldn’t hear anything coming from there other than Dusekkar’s own stable breathing and the slight movement of his robe as he descended from his floating to the floor.
Now more confused and worried, there was still that weird feeling of happiness that he didn’t know why it was there, he walked forward a little more.
He came close enough to be able to look over Dusekkar’s shoulder, thankfully he wasn’t floating anymore, and now that he had a clear view of the open door…he saw…Noli standing there?
No, no, no….he saw his lover dead in that church on that cold unforgiving night….how could he..?
Noli looked just the same as Seven remembered him as he stared at him more in shock.
Purple hoodie with the hood over his head, his dreads just barely visible under it, his hands resting comfortably in the pocket and the same white mask that Seven had gifted to him and helped dedicate it with him.
Upon Dusekkar having felt Seven come from behind, he moved to make space for him, standing off to Seven’s right while still holding onto the open door, allowing Seven to walk closer to Noli and soon crossing the threshold of his cabin.
Without realizing it, he began to bring his hands and arms up, wanting to hold his darling again, have his lips meet with Noli’s like it hasn’t been almost a decade since they last saw the other, to be in his embrace again.
“Noli..?” He called out to him, his hands almost making contact with his lover’s face, when he started to walk backwards, away from the cabin, away from Seven.
Seven started to walk to him again, now more on the dirt then the little step that was the front door, when Noli all of a sudden broke into a dead run into the surrounding woods that he has been in many times already.
And Seven followed Noli into the woods, how could he not? He can’t- couldn’t lose his love again. Never again.
Seven was only half aware of the yell that sounded from behind him as he ran after Noli, he thinks Dusekkar yelled after him but he couldn't hear it in his haze.
All that he could focus on was Noli and C00lkidd, the two greatest things that have ever happened to him, and how they had been ripped away from him, as he ran deeper and deeper into the dark wooded area further and further away from any one.
Seven doesn’t know what he would do if he lost them all over again, he can’t let that happen again, he can’t lose Noli or his baby boy again.
When he figured out a way to leave this fucking place, he’s taking C00lkidd and Noli as well as everyone else with him.
Even if they all hated him now, even if no one trusted him ever again, that would be fine.
Notes:
I know this might look/seem really fucking confusing so don't be shy about asking questions!! I love to ramble about my shit so u are in no way bothering me with asking things. there is no 'stupid' or 'dumb' questions in my book btw!!

Chapter Text
Dusekkar didn’t know what to do.
He wanted to follow Seven, of course he wanted to! He wanted to follow him and snap him out of it!, but he had to remind himself of two very important details.
Firstly, he was limited in the powers that he had here, if he could wield his lighting again he would follow Seven and bring him back safely to him, and secondly, he had no knowledge on how to navigate the forest that surrounded them.
With an energy that Dusekkar hasn’t had since his early days of being an Admin, he flew through a part of the forest that he did know.
He flew by trees and followed the path back to the main camp where he would hopefully find Builderman, Shedletsky and Taph to help him with finding Seven. He couldn’t do this alone and not expect to either die or get seriously hurt.
Then a thought occurred to the mage, the other survivors would no doubt have questions if all of their Admins left and Seven was nowhere to be found. Dusekkar could feel his face drop further at that.
How was he to explain this to them all?
When he opened the door he saw Taph, but it wasn’t his pigeon, there were little bits of unprocessed code hanging off of the fake Taph’s cloak.
And when Seven came up from behind him, he looked at him and made room for him to stand there with him, but when he brought his eyes back to the fake Taph, no one was standing there.
He was about to ask Seven if he saw anything in the short time his eyes weren’t on it, when the imp called out a different name. Like it was still there, but Dusekkar just couldn’t see it.
Noli, he heard Seven call out into the night air, that was his partner’s name.
He could explain it to the other Admins just fine.
A possible clone, like the ones Seven used but could only take shape for one person at a time, was made to lure Seven or Dusekkar himself out into the forest for whatever reason, he would tell them.
However Guest, Chance, Noob, Two Time and Elliot were just regular Robloxians that have most likely never even dealt with something like this before. Or even hackers in general as a whole.
The only one that Dusekkar could think of that had some experience with something like this was Elliot when he was younger, but he puts that as a maybe.
The pizza worker was no Admin and Dusekkar isn’t going to bring him into this and risk him getting hurt.
He needed to calm down, years of being an Admin taught him that panic in tense situations like these were never good, breathing in deeply through his mouth then out again through his nose.
Dusekkar could feel the hold on his staff go back to being steady and calm rather than the shaky and unfocused hold he had on it beforehand.
While he was floating at practically full speed for him, he accidentally ran into another who was also running at their full speed.
Hopefully it was an actual person and not one of those weird clone things.
—--------------------------------------------
Bilderman couldn’t believe what he was seeing, and he’s sure Shedletsky was thinking the same.
There was a glitch in the world that they were in.
Immediately, his mind was flooded with thoughts and worries surrounding this.
The first thought being; how long has this glitch been around?
Sure he could only see the one here on the leaves, but if there was one glitch here, there could very well be a hundred more somewhere in the camp.
The second thought being; how was he and the other Admins supposed to deal with this while the others were here?
Normally, when there was a glitch in the code of a server that was spreading at a faster rate then that server’s Admins or Mods could fix, it would be temporarily shut down with the Robloxians being sent to their home servers until the problem was fully fixed.
But that’s just the thing, they were all stuck here. All on one server.
Even if whatever-the-fuck trapped them here could fix it, it didn’t look like it was doing much honestly, this glitch could leave a lot if not almost everyone, sick.
“Shed,” He called to his friend and tore his own eyes away from looking at it again, he saw Shedletsky turn his head to the right to face him again and away from looking at the concerning glitch, “we need to get Dusekkar and Sev.”
Builder could tell his voice dropped lower then it usually was, could anyone blame him though? This could lead to something serious.
Shed nodded his head to Builder’s words silently, already knowing not to waste time on talking.
In what felt like a single second, Shedletsky was already going down the ramp and running to the path that led to Seven’s cabin with everything he had in him.
Good, one less thing for him to worry about now.
Turning around to go back into the main cabin himself, Builder thought of how to bring this up without having panic run through everyone.
His eyes drifted back to the glitched leaves as he came closer and closer to the door, it felt like if he took his eyes off of it something worse would happen.
When he felt his hand make contact with the cold metal of the door handle, he closed his eyes and took a breath while having one thought going through his head at that moment.
‘Here goes everything I guess’ it was.
Opening the door he was greeted with the warmth of the room and everyone still in Taph’s possibly biggest nest ever made by the pigeon, the only difference was all the eyes on him as he walked in further and closed the door behind him.
Shed would probably crack a joke with all of this attention, the thought made Builder feel a bit calmer for this.
The first to say anything was Taph, he stood from where she was sitting and signed ‘where is Shedlesky?’ to Builderman as he came over to stand at the sofas' right arm rest.
“He went to get Dusekkar and Seven.” He found no reason to sugar coat this to the team, they had every right to know what was happening to their friends and what is happening to the world around them.
His response to Taph caused the others to be confused, Guest was the next one to speak for the team, “Why did he exactly?”
The head Admin looked to him and then to the whole room, here goes everything, he thought to himself again, “Shed and I found glitched code outside.”
Builderman could feel the room get colder and everyone’s faces drop at his news. Chance was the next to talk after swallowing the lump in their throat, “Where did ya find it?”
Builder stopped briefly to take notice of their seemingly guilt? Why would they feel guilt over this? Whatever, that would have to be a question for Chance and Builder later.
“Just on some of the leaves out there,” as he said this his eyes scanned the room to see the reactions of everyone, “It doesn’t look like it's spreading so that's good.” As he finished his sentence he could feel everyone let out a breath that they were holding in.
Two Time said to him, “But it is still a bad development, yes?” bringing his eyes onto them he realized that they were speaking for Taph to alert him of her signing, now having Builder’s eyes on him Taph signed again, ‘did it look like Seven’s work?’
As they signed that, she stopped sometimes through it. Like he didn’t want to bad mouth Seven like that when he wasn’t even here.
“No, it didn’t.” Once again the room let out figurative breaths, they were all holding in tension for his answer, with a sigh Builder spoke before he could stop himself or realize what he was about to say.
"Besides, he wouldn’t throw away the deal we made.”
Just like when he first walked in, everyone had their eyes on Builder, including Taph, again and he could feel the warmth and color drain from his face when he realized what he just said. To. Everyone.
“Builderman, what deal?” Guest stood from his seat and walked around the sofa to be in front of him and face him directly as he said this.
Shit, he didn’t mean to say that aloud, he just wanted to ease the worries they all had for Seven.
Notes:
Oh, Builderman, what secrets do you hide for everyone dear Admin?
if any of u forgot there are these lines from chapter 3 with Builder's pov, "He wasn’t a fool to what Seven was capable of causing if he really wanted to do some damage," and "But he also felt a nagging feeling that he could still talk Seven out of doing something he might regret. Just how he was able to the first time around. "
Also since Taph was revealed to be Agender I added she/her and they/them to this chapter and will to any chapters later down the line(no Im not going back to change this for every chapter that has Taph in it thats to much work for me rn)
As I always say THEORIES ARE OPEN AND IM LISTENING!!!!! (im going insane over this fic omg)
Chapter 25: I don’t know what to do:(
Chapter Text
Hey readers!! Now, please don’t freak out on me ok?
When I was on tumblr, just minding my own business, I saw someone say that on twitter the real people who made the 007n7 and 007e7 accounts were groomers?
I don’t have twitter, or really much social media for that matter, so my knowledge on this is next to nothing.
I was hoping that you guys could help me on this by telling me rather or not this is/was true at all, because as someone who was SA’d as a kid I don’t feel comfortable to play around with some groomers roblox character.
Even if I do the ‘separating the character from their creator’ thing it just doesn’t feel like that would be enough in my mind to not feel like im betraying my child self that promised to not have gross people like that hurt others.
So my point is; this story is being put on hold until I have a concrete answer on this.
When I am given answers that they are not gross people chapters will be posted weekly again and this will be deleted!!
Sorry yall but this is important to me, thanks for sticking with me throughout this fic<333333
Edit: GREAT NEWS!!!
From what ive been given as answers from my lovely readers(seriously thank yall so fucking much<33); all that i can see is that the people behind the 007n7 and 007e7 accounts are in fact not gross ass people!!
And mentally not here shall be back with a new chapter this weekend!!
From the bottom of my heart thank you to all the people that were able to inform me about this more and i hope yall have an amazing fucking life yall deserve it<333333
