Once again I'm back with art inspired by the beautiful story, "love thorns all over this rose"!

theprinceandagcd wrote these snippets: Alex watches while Henry cuts the stems of each rose and then settles them into the vase with water. He fiddles with their arrangement a bit using a tender touch, treating them like something invaluable. Once satisfied, Henry places the vase on his countertop near the window. The sun streams in and makes the color look particularly vibrant, deep reds illuminated by miraculously golden light. ... Henry’s hand raises inch by inch, and Alex doesn’t dare breathe. Henry’s eyes are shining and damp at the corners. He stretches out two fingers, and the backs of his knuckles graze Alex’s cheek. It’s the gentlest touch. Somehow, Alex feels it in his fucking soul. ... Alex reaches up to wrap his fingers around Henry’s wrist and holds on. “That still feels fucking impossible.” ----------------------------- And I couldn't resist drawing this:
