C00lkidd's dad is the coolest dad in the whole wide world, he just knows it! He makes him tasty food, teaches him cool hacks and plays tag and hide and seek nearly everyday! The only thing that could make his dad even better is if C00lkidd got to spend more time with him, he did miss his dad an awful lot lately (there was only so much uncle Noli and all his cool friends could do as well).
That is why C00lkidd always went looking for his dad first when they played tag. He was just too excited to see him again, he just wanted to run right up to him and give him the biggest hug of them all! He just wished his dad didn't get so tired every time he wrapped his arms around him.
But C00lkidd has been noticing something lately…
That evil pizza boy who used to yell at him a lot has been spending more time with his dad lately. They used to never go anywhere near each other, and that evil pizza boy used to keep denying his dad the good food, but now he doesn't seem to mind getting closer to his dad.
"Here," The evil pizza boy said to his dad, pulling his attention away from the machine he was working on. "I saw you using a clone to body-block C00lkidd from killing Noob, so you deserve a slice." He handed the freshly prepared slice of pizza to 007n7. 007n7, for his part, looked extremely surprised by the nice gesture, and looked almost embarrassed when taking the pizza.
C00lkidd wishes his dad wouldn't make so many fake-dads, but then the game wouldn't be as fun as it was!
"O-oh, uhm, thank you, Elliot…" 007n7 replies bashfully, letting the magic food heal his injuries.
"Don't mention it," Elliot says, turning away from the ex-hacker. "But keep being useful and maybe, just maybe, more good things will come your way." He flashes 007n7 a small smile before leaving the man to finish working on his generator.
007n7's face flushes a light shade of red, before he shakes his head quickly and returns to work.
There's something about the pizza boy's tone that C00lkidd doesn't like; he pouts as he watches the evil pizza boy leave the area, finding himself torn between chasing after him and roughing him up a bit and giving his dad the biggest hug of his life.
"Dad!" C00lkidd exclaims, deciding that the evil pizza boy was not worth losing precious moments with his dad over.
"Ah!" 007n7 exclaims, promptly jumping off the machine. He didn't have enough time to deploy a clone before C00lkidd has him in his arms and in the air.
"I gotcha!" C00lkidd exclaims victoriously, a great big grin on his face. Usually this was the moment for a big hug, but instead C00lkidd just holds his dad out in front of him. His smile slowly falls down into a steady frown. "Why was that evil pizza boy talking to you? I thought he was evil!"
"O-oh, Elliot?" 007n7 replies, nervously laughing. C00lkidd has never heard him address the evil pizza boy by name before, and now he's heard in twice in one day! Something must be wrong! "He was- he was just bringing me something to eat. I'm very hungry after you chased me…"
Oh! Of course! They've been playing tag for a while, so of course his dad is getting hungry! And he must be really, really hungry if he is risking interacting with the evil pizza boy.
"But he's evil!" C00lkidd still protests. "He might yell at you again!"
C00lkidd pulls his dad in for a big hug. 007n7, for a good few seconds, expects for his bones to be crushed and his life to be snuffed away once more. Fortunately, the bone crushing is only mild this time, not fatal.
"W-well, we've actually been getting along a lot better lately!" 007n7 confesses. "He's been a lot nicer lately, and we've been spending some time together."
"What!?" C00lkidd exclaims in disbelief.
This can't be possible! How come the evil pizza boy gets to spend time with his dad and he barely can!? It's not fair!
It has to be a plot. An evil plot by an evil pizza boy. He's trying to pull his dad away from him! Because he's evil!
"Yeah, Elliot has even been showing me how to cook- though I'm not very good at it. Perhaps I can try and bring you something next time." 007n7 continues.
"No!- Bring me pizza- but no! You shouldn't spend time with him, he's evil!"
"Kidd, he's actually not that-"
"Nooooo! He's already brainwashed you! I have to stop him!" C00lkidd screams before dropping his dad to the ground and run at full speed down the way the evil pizza boy had gone.
007n7 can't help but worry that he might have (somehow) inadvertently caused Elliot a lot of grief.
He'll just have to try and make it up to him later.
