Chapter 1: Change
Chapter Text
It a normal day in New York city. You know how it goes here. The city is full of crime and Spider-Man is the biggest noticeable hero in New York. But he was in a hurry this time. He was supposed to meet up with his friends. But as Parker Luck has it. He is running late. Because someone named Shocker and Scorpion robbing a bank. This fight took him longer then usual.
"Hahaha, what the matter bug? Getting tried?" Scorpion said,
"Nah, just tried of your face!" Spider-Man said,
As he strikes them, but he does feel different. He has gotten weaker, but he took that as him taking a break. Defeated Shocker and Scorpion. Then made it to the place that he was supposed to meet up with Harry and MJ. As he sat down and apologized for being late. But as he was about to explain. But Peter started to feel dizzy and then collapse to the floor and his friends tried to help him. Someone in the restaurant called 911.
12 Hours later
Peter wakes up and finds himself in a room that he doesn't recognize. He can hear beeping from a machine.
"Great," he said sarcastically, "I'm in a hospital now."
Start to get up, but stop. When he see himself hooked. He goes to pull the IV out and remove all the wires. But as soon as he did. A nurse walks in and stops him.
"Mr Parker, you need to stay in bed. Your doctor is on her and you need to rest." The nurse said,
"No I'm fine, I need to go." Peter said,
The nurse try to argue with him. But the doctor had arrived. She tells the nurse to leave and then looked at Peter with concern.
"Mr Parker, I'm Dr Cho and I want to ask some questions."
"If this is about what I might have done before I Collapse? My answer is nothing. I did absolutely nothing to cause that. But I'm fine, I'm okay."
Cho closed the door and locked it. "Peter, I took your blood and analyzed it."
This made Peter freakout. {Oh shit, she knows I'm Spider-Man!} He thought,
"I found some quite interesting things in your blood." She started,
"Look, you can't tell know one. The whole point of wearing-" he was cut off by a knock on the door.
Cho answers it, it was a nurse informing Cho. The nurse was whispering to her. But Peter enhanced hearing allowed him to hear the whole conversation. What he heard, was something about a pack. That they are on there way. Cho just answer with "yes, okay."
She closed the door and turns around. To continue their conversation. But Peter speaks up first. "What was that about? Something about a pack?"
"Peter, how did get yours powers?"
"So you know who I am? I got bit by radioactive spider. But that was 8 years ago."
"What were your gender before that?"
Peter was confused on the question. She took his blood, didn't she? She knows he is Spider-Man. So why ask him something that she should already know. "Why are you asking? You took my blood, you know I'm Spider-Man. So you should know I'm Beta."
Cho gave a worry look on her face. "So in that 8 years of your life. You haven't noticed any changes since?"
"Other then my powers, no I haven't."
"I see, then this must be new then. Your body is still changing and that mean you have no idea."
Peter was getting upset about this. "No idea about what? No riddles, just spill it."
Cho didn't want to worry him. But Peter wasn't haven't it. "Find Peter, you have changed from Beta to Omega."
Peter was was speechless and in shock.
Chapter 2: I'm A What?
Chapter Text
Peter benign shocked to the news. He is a Omega and now understands what Cho was talking about. He understands what that nurse was talking about. They have a 'Pack' coming to take him away. Peter didn't like this at all. He tried to beg, not to go through with this. But Cho told him it's the law and he has to be with a 'Pack'. Then she leave Peter in the room with the lock. Peter goes to change into his clothes. Then ripped a piece of his pillow sheet. Then place it on his face and open the window. He leap out it and use his organic webbing, to swing through the city. He knows he can't go to his friends or Aunt May. So he on the run and Cho knows he is Spider-Man. She probably told the 'Pack' and the authorities. So he can't take the risk of being Spider-Man. But this explain why he was getting weaker.
3 years later
Peter has made a home in New Jersey. He has scent blockers on and he has a fake ID. He works as a dock worker. He has kept his distance from everyone. He contact with his Aunt May, with burner phones. He want to make contact to his friends. But knows that a risk and he ain't taking the chances.
It's 8PM and he just got off work. He go to the bar, that he goes all the time. As he walk in, he see the locals. Then he see a woman with Red hair. He's never seen her before. Peter wants to walk out, but something is telling not to. What If this is a undercover and if he leaves upon see her. Could lead to him getting caught. So he goes to take his seat. As he sit down, the woman looked at him.
"Got a name?" She ask,
"Yeah, it's Ben Riley and you're not from around here." Peter said,
"The name is Nancy Rushman and neither are you."
Peter face change from calm to worry. {Yeah, this is a undercover cop or something. She knows who I am, but I need to stay calm.} Was about to just get up. But something hit him. The smell of Autumn. Peter loves the smell of Autumn. But this confused him, they are in spring. Peter ask the bartender, if he had any candles lit. The bartender said no and fire a question back.
"Do you smell something?" bartender ask,
This caught the attention of Nancy. "It's nothing, maybe my nose is playing tricks on me." Peter said,
Then Nancy tell the bartender to serve up some drinks for herself and Peter. But she tap the counter 3 time. "So how long have you been in Jersey for?" She ask,
"3 or 4 years." Peter try to lie,
Then the bartender handed them their drinks. Nancy took hers and drank it. While Peter looked at his and sense danger. So instead of drinking it, he got up and left.
When made it to his place. He grabbed a bag and started to stuff it with his clothes. Then grabs box of scent blockers. Peter was getting ready to head for the door. That when banging at the door happen. Peter jumped when that happened.
"Peter Parker! I know you are in there. Open this door or I'll kick it in!" Nancy said,
Peter doesn't answer her. He goes for the window. But as he opens the window. He see a electric barrier on the other side. That when the door was kicked in. Peter try to make a run for the door. But was grabbed by her and slammed him into the bed. She look at him and says. "Omega you will stay right where you are."
Peter felt weird and he couldn't move. "What the fuck, why can't I move?" Peter ask,
"That the Alpha voice, it make my Omega obey me. Now I know it you Peter Parker." She said,
Peter tried to get up, but couldn't, his brain and body have took in her words and can't not disobey. "It been 3 years, how did you find me?" Peter ask,
"Oh please, you may have fooled everyone else. But you can't fool me, but I gotta say. You were doing your best to cover your tracks."
"What do mean?" Peter said angry,
"You do know that burner phones, do not hide your location?" This made Peter confused. "Oh wow, you didn't know. Well the second you made that call to your Aunt May. Was the second S.H.I.E.L.D pick up your location. So I made the trip here, to the trash can. Where you thrown the phone away. But you didn't break or wipe it memory. Rookie mistake, you texted someone name MJ and Harry."
"Oh great, I shouldn't have done any of those things. So what you going to arrest me or something?" Peter ask,
She laughs at him, "You thank I'm cop?" He nodded, "That cute, no I'm not, I am Natasha Romanoff and known as The Black Widow."
Peter eyes lit up by this. "An Avenger, they sent out a fucking Avenger after. Ohmygod, of course they would sent you. That doctor, must of told everyone that I'm Spider-Man."
"Doctor Cho only told me and the rest of the pack. But I like to use my resources well." She said,
Peter freak out, "Wait, what was that last part?"
"I like to use my resources well."
"No not that the one before that."
She give him a smirky grin, "Doctor Cho only told me and the rest of the pack."
"Oh no, the Avengers are the pack that was coming to get me." Then it all clicked in his head. "No no no, please just let me go. I don't want to be own. Especially by a pack."
"Well to bad, it's the law. Think of it like this, you got it better then other Omegas. There are some that stuck with their abuser and some are being sold to Omega traffickers. So your lucky to be own by the Avengers. You're also lucky that you didn't get snatched and sold." Natasha stated,
Peter really sit there and think about all of that. "Did you forget the part where I said I'm Spider-Man?"
"Did you forget you can be controlled. You haven't moved since I order you not to." Peter hasn't been thinking about that. Natasha continues, "You can be controlled by any Alpha. All they have to do is say, 'Omega, kiss me' or something like that." But Peter walks up to her and planted his lips on hers.
After Peter did that he backed away and look at her. "Why did I just do that?" Peter asked,
"I just gave you an order, now imagine being on the street and an Alpha knew you were an Omega. All they have to do is give you an order and you are they 'res." She answered,
Peter was shocked and then, "I'll just try to be careful then so I'll take my leave now."
As he try to walk away, Natasha grabbed him and threw him back on the bed. "Let's make a deal, if you come with me willing. Then I let you see your Aunt May and your friends MJ and Harry. Whoever they are, I don't care, the point is I let you leave the tower every now and then. I might even let you be Spider-Man. But only if your going to come willing, then everything I just said, you forget it. So which will it be?"
{So if I go with her, then I might have a chance to escape. But then again, she could be lying, to get me to come with her. But she did say that if I don't come with her, then she'll force me. And I won't get to see my Aunt or my friends. What to do? Do I go, or do I fight and run. Well I got weaker since the changes, so I probably can't fight her. Plus she can control me, with Alpha voice. So running would be my best option. But then again this is the fucking Black Widow! She probably has everything planned out and again Alpha voice, can stop me.} Peter was thinking, but Interrupted by Natasha.
"Are you just going to sit there or are you going to make your choice?" She said as she fold her arms.
"Well was just thinking."
"Well if you're thinking, I'm lying. Well your wrong, and if you think you're small freedom is a way for you to try to escape. Don't try it, There are consequences to your actions. If you're thinking fighting me or running away. Shut that down, you can't win a fight with me and running away, I'm prepared and quick to catching you." She stated,
"Are reading my mind?"
"No, just your face and body. It said it all, So answer no?"
"Now wait minute, I didn't say no. I was thinking about my options." Peter said,
"Тогда решайся, у нас не всю ночь!" (Then make up your mind, we ain't got all night!) Natasha speaks Russian when she pissed,
Peter was scared of her Russian voice. "What was that and it did sound mad?"
"Who said I was mad, make your choice Паук." She said,
"Wait, what's pulk?"
"5"
"It's 5, huh?"
"4"
"Oh you're counting, okay okay, give me a second."
"3"
"Jesus, give me a second."
"2"
"Fine, I'll come with you, just don't hart me or break your promise."
"Oh don't worry Паук, you'll be taken care of." Then she walks up to him. Peter gets worry about her walking up to him. She ripped off his scent blockers. "You won't be needing those anymore."
"Yeah I guess, so do I just grab my bag and..." He was cut off by Natasha placing a collar on his neck. "What the hell? What is this thing and why?"
"It's a inhibitor collar." She said,
"Isn't that what's used on Mutants?"
"It also works on Mutates like, that mean no powers." Peter wanted to say something. But was cut off by Natasha zip-tying his hands and then tying him to the bed post. His arms above his head. "Омега, лежи здесь и выгляди красиво, как по мне." (Omega, lay there and look pretty for me)
Peter felt weird after that. His body started to move in funny way. "What did you just say and are tying me to the bed?" Natasha didn't answer, she pulls out a knife and cut his shirt and pants off. Same with the the underwear. "What are doing? This was not part of the deal." Peter said angry,
"No it isn't part of our deal, but it's the law and I get to be Head Alpha. Так что сидите спокойно и позвольте Маме Пауку позаботиться о вас." (So sit tight and let Mama Spider take care of you.)
"That last part I don't know what you said, but what did mean head Alpha?" He said as she removed her clothes and turn around, to face him. His eyes widened for looking at her big cock.
"Claiming you, would make me head Alpha. There aren't any head Alpha in the pack yet. Captain America is the team leader, but that for missions, not pack. We would need an Omega in the pack. For there to be an head Alpha. Who ever claims you first, get to be head Alpha. Also I can see you like Penis."
Peter try shake his head, but something is stopping him. "N-no d-d-don't be Ridiculous. I-i don't w-want that, keep that th-thing way from me."
"You're just as cute when you Stuttered. After tonight, you will belong to me. Tomorrow morning, we're heading to your new home and don't worry I'll keep my end of the bargain. Now I'll be head Alpha, I'll have rules in place for you and the others." With that being said, Natasha get right on top of him and start fucking him. Peter wasn't happy about this, but there nothing he can do, powers gone and Alpha control, with Zip-ties. He is fucked and not the way Natasha fucking him now. {God damn Parker luck, life isn't fair. I will find away out, I don't care about the consequences. I'm going to get free, evening if that means, I have to play along, dammit.} His last thought, before he Loses his mind to Natasha.
Chapter 3: The Pack
Chapter Text
Peter wakes up and can still remember. The things that Natasha did to him. He felt her penis deep inside of him. No it still in there, and he can't move. He is still bond and powerless. When she knotted him, she took a bite in his neck. This marked him as her Omega. She is his Alpha and he can't do anything. He started to move around. But he can feel her inside of him. Every time he moves, he feels her dick move deeper. So he just laying there waiting for her to wake up. It suck waking up and can't move. {If only I could get free myself. Then I could make my escape. But she inside of me and my arms are tied behind my back. If I didn't have this Power dampener collar on and her inside me. I could brake these bonds.} He thought,
Then he feels her shifting around. He wish he could do anything right now. But then he hears her say, "Sleep well my Omega?"
He didn't want to answer, but his Alpha had ask him a question. "Yeah." He lied to her,
"Awwww, look at you, your so eager to get up and meet your pack. But what if I want more of you right now?" She asked,
"No please, I can't handle you again!" He shouted,
She laughs at him, then said, "If I want to have some more of you. Then I'll have some more of you."
Then Peter felt her grow bigger inside of him. He wanted to scream in pain. But her hand was placed on his mouth. Then she started fucking him again and bend over on his back. She pulled his head back and licked the side of his face. "Mmm, you taste so sweet." She said,
Peter feels the pain in his ass. He tried to say something, but her hand making it hard. She notice this and moves her hand. "Speak, my Omega." She said with authority,
"Please, not so rough. I'm new to this, sure I've been a Omega for 3 years. But I've never been fuck in the ass before." He begged,
"Of course my Omega, I will never hurt you. But I most ask you, when is your heat?" She asked,
{Oh no, she want to know. When my next Heat is. I don't what to tell her, but it's coming soon. If I tell her, she'll do everything she can to keep in a Nest for mating Season. I can't tell her!} He thought,
"Omega, tell me when is your heat." She ordered,
Peter lost control of his body and he told. "It on the 5th of May." He said,
She smiled at him, as she is fucking him in the ass.
12 hours later.
Peter woke slowly, pulse still thudding in his ears from everything that happened in last hours before. His wrists ached from where the zip-ties had been. The collar around his neck felt heavier than ever now.
When he shifted, he immediately felt it—Natasha pressed up against his back, arm draped over his waist like she owned him.
Which... she did now.
Peter swallowed hard. “...Are you awake?”
Natasha’s voice came low and sure from behind him. “I never sleep too deep, малыш (baby).”
That sent a quiet shiver down his spine.
Peter tried to pull away, but Natasha tightened her hold just slightly. “Don’t,” she said simply, her Alpha voice curling into his mind. His body stilled like it didn’t belong to him anymore.
“I...” Peter clenched his jaw. “I said I’d come with you. You don’t have to keep doing that.”
“I’ll decide what I have to do. You’ll get used to it.” Natasha finally let go, sitting up in bed and pulling on her black tank top.
Peter sat up slower, pulling the sheet around himself as he glared toward the window. “Where exactly are you taking me?”
“Home,” Natasha said, voice final. “Avengers Tower. It’s where your pack is.”
Peter flinched. “Pack...” He ran a hand through his hair. “You mean the Avengers.”
“I mean your pack,” Natasha corrected firmly, walking over to where she’d dropped his new clothes on a chair. “You’ll meet them soon. But understand something, Peter: I’m the head Alpha. Not Steve. Not anyone else.”
“Why does that matter so much to you?” Peter asked, eyes narrowing.
“Because it means I’m the one responsible for you.” Natasha crossed the room, handing him the clothes—a plain black hoodie, dark jeans, fresh scent blockers she immediately ripped in half and threw into the trash. “And I’m the one in control.”
Peter stared at the ruined blockers on the floor, then at her face. “I don’t need controlling.”
“That’s where you’re wrong,” Natasha said calmly. “Get dressed.”
Peter got up, turning his back as he changed. “So... you’re not even going to let me say goodbye to anyone?”
“We’ll talk about it once you’re settled.” Natasha’s voice softened just slightly. “One step at a time.”
Once he was fully dressed, she stepped behind him again, fixing the collar so it sat neatly against his neck. Her hand lingered on it a moment too long.
“Ready?” she asked.
Peter exhaled through his nose. “Does it matter?”
Natasha smiled faintly. “Not really.”
Outside, a sleek black SUV was already waiting at the curb—Natasha clearly had this planned from the beginning.
The drive was quiet. Peter stared out the window, watching New Jersey blur into New York again. His chest felt tight the closer they got to the Tower.
When they pulled into the private entrance under Avengers Tower, Natasha cut the engine and looked over at him.
“This is your chance to walk in willingly,” she said. “Because once we’re through that door... there’s no running.”
Peter glanced at her, face tight. “You really know how to make a guy feel welcome.”
Natasha only smirked and opened her door. “Come on, Паук. Let’s meet your new family.”
Peter followed slowly, hands in his pockets, every instinct telling him to bolt—but the collar, and Natasha’s voice still in his head, kept him moving.
The door ahead slid open automatically. Peter stepped inside and saw them:
Tony Stark leaning against a desk, Bruce Banner adjusting his glasses, Clint Barton perched on a ledge like he owned the place.
They all turned toward him.
But it was Natasha who spoke first, voice echoing off the sleek metal walls.
“This is Peter Parker,” she said clearly. “He’s my Omega. And from today forward, part of this pack.”
Peter felt all their eyes on him. His throat felt dry.
“Welcome to your new life,” Natasha added in a lower voice, hand resting firm and steady on his shoulder.
Peter swallowed, forcing himself not to pull away.
Chapter 4: New Rules
Chapter Text
Peter didn’t say much as Natasha led him deeper into the Tower. The lobby’s polished floors and cold glass walls felt too clean, too big. He felt out of place already.
They entered a large common room where everyone was already waiting—Steve Rogers, Tony Stark, Wanda Maximoff, Clint Barton, Bruce Banner, and Sam Wilson.
Thor and Vision were there too, standing off to the side. Their presence felt different somehow—calmer, less... overwhelming.
Natasha didn’t waste time. She stepped forward and spoke with clear authority:
“As of today,” she said, “Peter Parker is part of this pack. My Omega. That means I’m responsible for him.”
Peter shifted uncomfortably as all eyes settled on him. He remembered what Natasha told him back at his apartment—that the Avengers had been expecting an Omega. That the moment he ran from the hospital three years ago, it turned into a race among the Alphas to see who could find and claim him first.
Steve stepped forward first, arms crossed. “So it’s official now, Romanoff. Guess you won the race.”
Natasha’s mouth pulled into a smirk. “I did. Head Alpha. That’s not up for debate.”
Steve’s jaw tensed, but he gave a single nod. “Understood.”
Tony raised an eyebrow, sipping from his coffee. “Guess we’re skipping the welcome party.”
Wanda offered Peter a quiet, sympathetic smile from across the room, her Alpha scent warmer than the others. Clint just gave him a nod like this was business as usual.
Peter felt Natasha’s hand press against his lower back lightly, grounding him.
“I’m setting the rules now,” Natasha continued. Her voice was calm but final. “No orders given to Peter unless I give permission first. No Alpha voice used on him, period. No touching—including mating—or staring too long without my express permission. Once formal initiation happens, all Alphas in the pack will be required to claim Peter as part of the bonding process. That is non-negotiable.”
Her words left no room for argument.
She glanced at each Alpha in the room until they all gave some form of acknowledgment. Steve’s nod was tight, Tony’s casual, Wanda’s quiet, and Clint’s simple.
Bruce and Sam stayed quiet, Betas simply observing the dynamic but not involved.
Peter finally spoke, voice low: “You’re really serious about all this...”
Natasha looked down at him briefly. “You’ll learn, Omega. Structure keeps things safe. And the pack is your safety now.”
Tony cleared his throat. “So what’s next? Are we putting him in a safe room or—?”
“No,” Natasha said immediately. “He stays with me. My quarters. My rules.”
That seemed to shut down further questions.
Peter stared at the floor, feeling smaller than he had in a long time. Every instinct was screaming at him to run or fight, but there was nowhere to go.
Natasha’s voice softened just slightly as she leaned in close enough for only him to hear:
“You’ll get through this, Паук. One step at a time.”
Peter didn’t look at her, but he gave the smallest nod.
And just like that, his life wasn’t his anymore.
But maybe—just maybe—he wasn’t completely alone either.
So Natasha grabs Peter and takes him to her room. Then informed her pack that Peter's Heat is coming so. She tells them that after everyone is done fucking him. They need to be prepared for his heat. Because Omega heat last a month.
There in Natasha room every Alpha is ready to claim him.
Chapter 5: Day One
Chapter Text
Peter woke slowly, awareness returning like broken glass grinding against his skin. His body ached in ways he didn’t even think possible. Every inch of him felt sore and heavy.
When he shifted, a sharp pulse of pain radiated down his neck and across his shoulders. His breath hitched as he forced his eyes open.
The room around him was unfamiliar but unmistakably luxurious. Dark walls, polished metal, and soft lighting. Natasha’s scent was everywhere.
Peter groaned, trying to push himself up. But even that simple motion made him freeze. He could feel the dull ache of bite marks along his neck, wrists, hips—everywhere. And none of them were healing.
Natasha’s voice came from the doorway. Calm. Controlled. But with a certain possessive edge.
"Don’t push yourself too hard, Omega. You’ve been through a lot."
Peter turned his head slowly. Natasha stood there in black leggings and a tank top, arms crossed, expression unreadable.
"Why... why aren’t the bites healing?" Peter rasped.
"Because they’re bond marks," Natasha said, stepping closer. "Permanent. Every Alpha in the pack had to claim you last night. It’s part of the initiation."
Peter swallowed hard, looking away. He could still feel it—faint traces of too many hands, too many voices, too much.
"This isn’t how I wanted my life to go," he muttered.
Natasha knelt by the bed, eyes softer now. "I know it’s overwhelming. But this is your reality now. You’re ours, Omega."
Peter closed his eyes tightly. "I need... I need to see Aunt May. And talk to Mary Jane and Harry. Please."
Natasha’s hand cupped his cheek. Gentle, but firm. "Patience, Паук. You’ll get there. First, you need to start getting to know the pack. I already gave the word—touch and staring are allowed now. But no mating today. You’ve had enough for one night."
Peter opened his eyes again, voice quiet. "Why... why all this? Why not just let me live my life?"
Natasha’s lips brushed his forehead. "Because an unclaimed Omega is a danger to themselves. You know it’s true. You felt it. And we both know your heat starts on May 5th—two weeks from now. We need to have everything ready."
Peter didn’t answer.
---
The hours passed slowly. Natasha helped him shower, washing away the lingering scents and blood. His skin was raw, marked with new scars. But at least the water felt grounding.
By afternoon, Natasha led him to the main living area. The other Alphas were waiting—Steve, Tony, Wanda, Clint. Bruce and Sam were there too, though they kept more distance.
Peter’s heart pounded as they all looked at him. It felt like stepping into a lion’s den.
Natasha kept a firm hand on his back. "Remember the rules. They can touch. They can stare. Nothing more."
Steve was the first to step forward. His Alpha scent hit Peter instantly—calm but powerful.
"Welcome to the family, Peter," Steve said quietly, resting a hand on Peter’s shoulder. His touch was warm and solid.
Peter tensed but didn’t pull away.
Wanda came next, offering a quiet smile and brushing her fingers through Peter’s hair once. Tony followed, ruffling Peter’s curls with a grin like this was just another day.
Clint didn’t say much. Just clapped Peter’s shoulder lightly.
Bruce and Sam offered nods from the back.
It was... a lot. Peter’s pulse was racing, but he wasn’t panicking. Not entirely.
When everyone stepped back, Natasha leaned in. "See? Not so bad."
Peter let out a slow breath. "I guess."
---
That evening, Natasha kept him close. They ate dinner together in the common room. The others gave Peter space but didn’t ignore him.
It felt strange. Like being part of a family he never asked for.
Later, curled up in Natasha’s bed, Peter whispered, "So two weeks until my heat, right?"
Natasha smoothed a hand through his hair. "That’s right. May 5th. We’ll be ready."
Peter didn’t know whether to feel comforted or terrified.
"Just rest, Omega. Tomorrow, we’ll get you started on learning your place here. Step by step."
And for now, Peter let himself fall asleep to the steady rhythm of Natasha’s heartbeat.
Chapter 6: First Steps into the Pack
Summary:
Peter Get to Know the Pack and Learn his place.
Chapter Text
Peter woke up slowly, his body still sore from the previous night, but the overwhelming sharpness of pain had dulled into a deep ache. Bite marks throbbed under the skin, a constant reminder of what he now was and who he belonged to.
The room was empty except for Natasha sitting in a chair near the window. She was on her phone, speaking in Russian softly, her voice calm and steady.
Peter sat up gingerly, running a hand over his neck. The collar was still there. No point in trying to take it off.
"Morning, Omega," Natasha said, setting her phone down and standing. "Sleep alright?"
"As well as I can considering," Peter mumbled. "Can I shower again?"
"Of course." Natasha moved to help him stand. "I’ll walk you down. We’re going to the communal wing after."
---
The shower helped clear his mind a little, but walking through the Avengers Tower in daylight felt surreal. Everything was sleek and bright, with too many hallways and too many people. Natasha stayed beside him the entire time.
When they arrived at a large common room, Peter saw Steve, Tony, Wanda, and Clint already gathered around a long table. Sam and Bruce were there too, quieter, keeping to the edges.
Natasha guided him to a seat between her and Wanda.
"Everyone, you already met last night," Natasha said smoothly. "Now you’ll get to know each other properly."
Peter didn’t miss how the Alphas’ gazes tracked him. Not hungry exactly... but possessive. Like he was part of the furniture now.
Steve spoke first. "We know this is all a lot, Peter. But you’re part of the family now."
Peter didn’t respond, keeping his eyes on the table. His skin prickled every time one of them so much as leaned toward him.
Tony smirked. "At least you get the penthouse package of packs. Stark Tower’s got better amenities than most."
Clint raised an eyebrow. "Don’t scare the kid."
"I’m not a kid," Peter muttered, voice low.
Wanda gently touched his wrist. "We’ll move slow, Peter. No one’s forcing anything."
Natasha watched him carefully. "Touch and staring are still allowed. No mating today."
Peter swallowed hard. "I just want to call Aunt May and my friends... Mary Jane and Harry. That’s all."
Natasha leaned closer. "After you’ve settled. Today is about learning the pack. Your first real step."
---
Hours passed with forced conversation. Peter answered questions stiffly, learned about how they operated as a team and a pack.
By late afternoon, Natasha pulled him aside.
"Come with me."
They walked to a quiet training room. Natasha handed him gym clothes.
"You’ll train with us. Keep your body strong. Even without your powers, you can still fight."
Peter changed slowly, feeling the weight of the inhibitor collar. No webbing, no sticking to walls.
Natasha showed him basic drills. It felt almost normal—muscle memory kicking in from years of being Spider-Man.
But when Steve stepped onto the mat with him, everything shifted. His Alpha presence was overwhelming. Peter flinched back instinctively.
"It’s okay," Steve said calmly. "I won’t hurt you. This is just training."
Peter pushed through the instinct, raising his hands. They sparred carefully. Steve was patient, guiding instead of pushing.
By the end, Peter was exhausted but not terrified. A step forward.

That night, curled up against Natasha again, Peter whispered, "You said I could call them after I settle. How long does that mean?"
Natasha kissed the top of his head. "Soon. I promise. Let’s get through the first week. After that, we’ll see."
Peter wanted to protest, but exhaustion pulled him under first.
At least today... wasn’t as bad as he thought it would be.
Chapter 7: Out in the Open
Summary:
Natasha Take Peter out Shopping, But Someone is Watching them from a far.
Chapter Text
Peter never thought going shopping would feel like being paraded around on display.
It started with Natasha waking him early. She helped him dress: black jeans, a simple grey hoodie, the collar still snug around his neck. The zip ties were gone, but he could feel invisible restraints anyway.
"We’re heading out," Natasha said as she strapped on her holsters. "You need civilian clothes. Things that fit you now."
"Can’t we just order online?" Peter muttered.
Natasha shook her head. "Part of adjusting is going out in public. Getting used to the world again, Паук. And I want you seen with me."
Her voice left no room for argument.
---
By noon, they were downtown. A high-end shopping district where Stark money seemed to follow Natasha’s steps. Peter stayed close beside her, hood up, hands in his pockets.
Every Alpha they passed seemed to look twice. Some Omegas too. Peter’s scent blockers were gone, but Natasha kept a firm hand on his back.
"Head up," she murmured. "You’re mine. Let them see it."
The first store was quiet. Expensive-looking suits and jackets lined the walls. A sales clerk approached with a too-bright smile until her eyes landed on Peter’s collar.
"Head Alpha Romanoff," the clerk greeted, bowing her head slightly. "Omega. Welcome."
Peter stiffened, but Natasha just nodded coolly. "We need streetwear. Comfortable."
The next hour was a blur of fabrics, measurements, and Natasha silently approving or discarding outfits. Peter barely spoke, just standing where she told him.
When they finally took a break, Natasha led him to a quiet café terrace overlooking the park.
"See? Not so bad," she said, sipping her coffee.
Peter stared down into his tea. "I still feel like I’m on a leash."
Natasha’s hand brushed his. "That’s because you are, Omega. But it’ll feel natural, eventually."
He didn’t know how to answer that.
---
Across the park, tucked into the shadow of a rooftop, a figure watched through high-powered binoculars. The camera feed transmitted directly to a secure HYDRA channel.
"Target secured. Romanoff is maintaining control. Parker is compliant."
The voice crackled through an earpiece. Another agent leaned in beside the first, adjusting settings on a drone hovering nearby.
"Orders are to monitor only. Confirmation of Omega Parker’s location has been logged. Continue observation."
They watched as Natasha and Peter stood, gathering their bags and moving toward another shop.
---
By late afternoon, Peter was exhausted. They’d been through four different stores. New shoes, jeans, shirts. Even underthings. Natasha didn’t skip a detail.
They were walking past an Omega-only boutique when Natasha paused.
"We’ll get nesting supplies before your heat. I’ll let Wanda take you for that," she murmured.
Peter’s face flushed, but he didn’t argue.
They made one last stop at a bookstore. Peter lingered longer here, flipping through graphic novels and quietly savoring the normalcy.
Natasha stood nearby, watching with arms crossed. Her Alpha scent was a steady wall around him.
When they checked out, Natasha slid her card across the counter smoothly. Peter caught the cashier giving him a sympathetic glance.
"Almost done," Natasha said as they stepped back into the fading sunlight. "Hungry?"
"Starving," Peter admitted.
"Good. One last stop."
---
They sat at a restaurant overlooking the Hudson. Private booth. Curtains drawn. Natasha ordered for both of them.
Halfway through the meal, Peter finally asked, "Do you always have to be this close?"
Natasha raised an eyebrow. "You’re mine, Omega. Proximity is part of it. Especially this early."
Peter poked at his food. "It feels like babysitting."
Natasha’s voice dropped low. "It’s protection. And after what you pulled running away, I won’t risk you slipping off again."
Peter didn’t have an answer for that either.
---
Meanwhile, on the rooftop, HYDRA agents logged every detail. Movement, conversation, proximity.
The first agent clicked through frames, eyes narrowing. "Compile everything. The Supreme Commander will want full updates."
His partner hesitated. "Do we move in now?"
"No. Not yet. Patience. Romanoff won’t expect us until it’s too late."
They packed up the drone and melted into the city shadows as Natasha and Peter finished their meal, entirely unaware.
Chapter 8: The Weak Point
Summary:
HYDA Makes their move on the Avengers. Peter gets Taken by HYDA.
Chapter Text
Two days after the shopping trip, Peter was finally feeling less like a prisoner and more like... something in between. He was curled up on a couch in the main living room of Avengers Tower, flipping through a graphic novel, Natasha sitting nearby with a laptop open.
The rest of the pack was scattered around the tower, relaxed and casual. But none of them knew what was brewing just beyond their reach.
---
Miles away, in a hidden HYDRA facility beneath the city, Madame HYDRA—Viper—stood before a large digital display. Her agents had spent weeks studying Avengers Tower, tracking guard patterns, sensor sweeps, and routine checks.
"There," she said, pointing to a flickering panel on the screen. "Every third hour, Stark’s energy grid recalibrates. There’s a two-minute blind spot."
Her second-in-command, Kessler, frowned. "Only two minutes."
"That’s all we need." Viper’s emerald eyes gleamed with satisfaction. "Team One will draw the Avengers out. Team Two goes in for the Omega. The Spider."
Kessler looked uncertain. "What about Romanoff?"
"Romanoff can bleed like anyone else," Viper said coolly. "Prepare the units."
---
That night, Avengers Tower was quiet. Peter was in Natasha’s room, sorting through his new clothes while she finished an evening workout.
Suddenly, Friday’s voice crackled over the intercom: "Avengers, unidentified vehicles approaching. Looks like HYDRA signatures."
Peter froze.
Natasha appeared in the doorway immediately. "Stay here, Omega. Lock the door."
"Natasha—"
"Stay." Her Alpha tone left no room for argument.
Outside, alarms blared. Steve’s voice echoed through the tower. Orders flew. The team assembled on the rooftop, weapons ready.
A fleet of black HYDRA trucks screeched into view, soldiers pouring out with automatic weapons.
---
Peter stayed put for exactly ten minutes. He paced Natasha’s room, nerves eating at him.
That’s when the power went out.
The lights flickered once. Then nothing.
Peter’s breath caught. The silence felt wrong.
From the hallway, footsteps echoed. Slow. Measured.
The door to Natasha’s room slid open like it had no lock at all.
Viper stepped in, flanked by six heavily armed HYDRA agents.
Peter backed up instinctively, hands raising. "You shouldn’t be here."
Viper’s voice was low and amused. "Neither should you, Spider."
Guns raised as she spoke.
"You can come quietly... or not. Makes no difference to me."
Peter knew he couldn’t win. No powers. No help.
He held his ground a moment longer. Then two agents grabbed him roughly, yanking his arms behind his back.
"Natasha’s going to kill you for this," Peter hissed.
Viper only smiled. "Let her try."
---
Outside, the Avengers were engaged in a full-scale battle. HYDRA had brought heavy weapons, drones, and specialized soldiers. It wasn’t until Clint noticed a particular vehicle pulling away from the tower that alarms went off in his head.
"Guys—something’s wrong!"
Steve smashed through a wall of soldiers, turning toward the tower. His comm buzzed.
"Friday, status inside?"
Silence.
"Friday?!"
Tony’s HUD flickered. "We’ve been jammed."
Wanda’s eyes went wide as realization hit. "It’s a distraction."
Natasha’s stomach dropped. "Peter."
---
They fought their way back toward the tower entrance. But by the time they reached the lobby, the damage was done.
Peter was gone.
The security system was disabled. Cameras dead. Natasha found his scent trail... but it ended at the front of the building where a black HYDRA vehicle had left tire marks.
Her hands clenched into fists.
Steve put a hand on her shoulder. "We’ll get him back."
"We better," Natasha growled, eyes flashing dark with fury. "Because if they hurt my Omega, there won’t be a place on earth they can hide."
---
Miles away, in another hidden HYDRA bunker, Peter was shoved into a cell. His collar was still on. His wrists were cuffed.
But the defiance in his eyes hadn’t dimmed.
Viper stood outside the glass wall, smiling.
"Welcome home, Spider-Man. We have plans for you."
Peter didn’t answer. But in his mind, all he could think was: Natasha will come for me. I just have to hold on until she does.
Chapter 9: A Shared Cell
Summary:
Peter Wakes up in a cell. Hydra has plans for him. But Peter make a new friend.
Chapter Text
Peter awoke to cold concrete beneath him and the steady hum of fluorescent lights. His collar still weighed heavy around his neck, but something was different. There was breathing—steady and measured—close by.
He opened his eyes slowly. Across the small cell, chained to the wall, was a girl. Lean, sharp-eyed, black hair falling into her face. Her wrists and ankles were cuffed in reinforced metal restraints, and her neck bore an inhibitor collar. Yet she held herself like a coiled spring ready to strike.
Peter sat up slowly. "Uh... hey."
The girl’s eyes flicked to him, green and sharp as knives. "Who the hell are you?"
"Peter Parker," he said cautiously. "Omega. You?"
She exhaled through her nose. "Laura Kinney. Omega. Don’t get comfortable."
Before Peter could say more, the door to their cell slid open with a hiss. Viper stepped in, flanked by two HYDRA guards. Her scent hit both Omegas like poison—predatory and smug.
"Good morning, my lovely captives," Viper purred. "I see you’ve met."
Peter tensed as Viper sauntered closer. Her gaze flicked over them both, assessing, calculating.
"Two Omegas in one place," she mused. "You’ll make a fine start to our breeding program. The black market pays handsomely for Omega offspring."
Peter felt sick, but Laura only glared. Her claws slid partially from her knuckles despite her restraints.
Viper smiled at that. "Still as unclaimable as ever, I see, Laura. That’s why we keep you in chains. No collar can fully hold you."
With a snap of her fingers, guards brought in trays of food—nutrient-heavy meals laced with suppressant drugs.
Once they left, the door sealed again.
Peter pushed his tray aside. "Do they really think we’re just going to go along with this?"
Laura grunted. "They always think that. Doesn’t make it true."
Peter hesitated, then asked, "Why do you wear a collar if it doesn’t work on you?"
Laura flexed her wrists against her chains. "Control. Looks like control. Keeps them calm until I break it."
Peter sat up straighter. "You can break collars?"
Laura smirked slightly. "Want me to prove it?"
He swallowed. "Please."
Laura shifted, crouching despite her bindings. With a sharp flex of her claws, she reached up and sliced through Peter’s collar in two quick swipes.
It clattered to the floor.
Almost instantly, Peter felt the rush of his powers returning. Strength, agility, spider-sense—it all flooded back into him.
"Oh my God... thank you," Peter whispered.
Laura shrugged. "Now help me."
Between the two of them, Peter’s webbing and Laura’s claws made short work of her restraints. They moved quickly, quietly, disabling cameras as they went.
Their escape wasn’t easy. HYDRA’s bunker was a maze of sterile halls and locked doors. But together, they pushed through—Laura taking down guards with terrifying precision, Peter webbing up security systems and swinging them through narrow maintenance shafts.
Eventually, they burst out into the night air.
Cold wind hit Peter’s face as they emerged into the back alley of an unfamiliar city block.
"Where are we?" Laura asked, eyes scanning for danger.
Peter breathed in through his nose. He knew that smell. That mix of concrete and fried food and rain.
"Hell’s Kitchen," he said. "I know someone here. Come on."
They made their way through side streets and alleys. Peter led the way until they rounded a corner and nearly collided with a tall woman in a leather jacket, dark hair, and a permanent scowl.
Jessica Jones.
She stopped in her tracks, eyeing both of them. Her Alpha scent hit Peter like a muted force—not overwhelming, but present.
Jessica frowned slightly. "Who the hell are you two?"
Peter hesitated, pulse quickening. "Peter... and this is Laura. We need help."
Laura stood beside him, claws flexing subtly, watching everything with wary eyes.
Jessica sighed, cracking her neck. "Yeah. Figures. You Omegas really know how to pick your timing. Come on, let’s get inside."
And just like that, they stepped into the next phase of their fight for freedom.
Chapter 10: Old Connections
Summary:
Peter finds out that Jessica was an old high school class mate. also that she had a crush on him, back then. He also learns the Jessica is apart of a Pack, that is a rival.
Chapter Text
Alias Investigations was cramped but warm. Peter and Laura stood awkwardly near the peeling desk while Jessica Jones rummaged through a drawer. She pulled out two small boxes and tossed them toward them.
"Scent blockers," Jessica said. "Trust me, makes things easier for both of us. Professional reasons."
Laura caught hers one-handed. Peter hesitated but put his on. The calming scent suppression helped him focus.
Jessica leaned back against the desk, arms crossed. Her eyes landed on Peter for a long moment. Her expression shifted slightly.
"Huh," she muttered. "You look real familiar. You go to Midtown High?"
Peter blinked. "Yeah... I did."
Jessica snapped her fingers. "That’s it. Peter Parker. You were in my English class freshman year. Damn."
Peter tilted his head. "You went there too?"
"For like a year before... anyway." She shrugged. "Had a stupid crush on you back then. Time changes things."
Peter felt his cheeks heat. "Oh. Uh... thanks?"
Jessica waved it off. "Doesn’t matter. You being here reminded me of something. First time Natasha Romanoff showed up at my door, it was about locating you. That’s how she found you in New Jersey."
Peter froze. "Wait... what?"
"Yeah," Jessica said, grabbing a glass from her desk and pouring herself a drink. "Avengers pack. And guess what? That’s bad news for me. Avengers are my pack’s rival."
Peter swallowed hard. "Rival?"
Jessica gave him a measured look. "I’m part of the Defenders. New York street-level heroes. Daredevil, Luke, Danny. They find out you’re here? One of two things happens: you get snatched up or converted over. But me? I don’t care about that crap."
Peter glanced up sharply. "Wait... I know Daredevil. We’ve worked together."
Jessica gave a short laugh. "Doesn’t matter anymore, Parker. That was before. You’re an Omega now, and you’re part of the Avengers pack. Like it or not, that changes things." She took a sip from her glass. "Everything I said still stands."
Laura crossed her arms, studying Jessica carefully.
Jessica pulled out her phone. "Speaking of which..." She dialed a number.
"Jessica, please—" Peter started, but Jessica raised her hand and used her Alpha voice.
"Omega, stay put."
The command hit Peter and Laura both. They froze.
Jessica waited until the call connected. "Romanoff. Your Omega’s here. Come pick him up."
Peter looked down, frustrated and resigned. Once she hung up, Jessica relaxed slightly.
"Now," she said, glancing back at him. "Answer something for me. How the hell did you become an Omega? Last I saw, you were a Beta."
Peter sighed, sitting on the edge of the desk. "Late reaction to the spider bite. Didn’t kick in until years later."
Jessica stared. Then she clicked her tongue. "Spider-Man. Figures."
Peter tensed. "What?"
Jessica pointed at him. "It all makes sense. Midtown would get attacked. You’d vanish. Spider-Man shows up and you just told me, you was friends with Daredevil."
Peter didn’t deny it.
Jessica leaned closer. "You know that girl who had the car accident? Freshman year?"
Peter’s eyes widened. "That was you."
Jessica nodded. "Woke up from a coma. Powers. Alpha. Dick." She said it flatly.
Peter cleared his throat. "Do all Alpha women... you know\... have that?"
Jessica chuckled. "Yes. Basic biology, Parker. Thought you were a science nerd."
Peter scratched the back of his neck. "Didn’t study that side of it. I thought I was a Beta until three years ago."
That’s when it hit him suddenly. His eyes widened. "What day is it?"
Jessica glanced at her phone. "May 1st. Why?"
Peter pushed off the desk, looking panicked. "I only have four days. My heat starts May 5th. And I’ve been gone for five days now."
The knock at the door came like a gunshot.
Jessica moved to answer it, pulling the door open to reveal Natasha Romanoff standing there.
Her expression was cool, but her eyes locked straight on Peter.
"Peter," she said calmly. "Time to come home."

Natasha stepped into Jessica's office with measured precision. Her sharp blue eyes swept the room, landing on Peter first. Her gaze softened just slightly before she scanned over to Laura. Natasha's expression hardened again.
She sniffed once, her brow furrowing. "Why can’t I smell either of your scents?" Her voice was low and authoritative. Then her eyes locked onto the scent blockers around both Peter’s and Laura’s necks. Her gaze shifted back to Jessica, brows arching. "Why the hell do they have scent blockers on?"
Jessica casually leaned against her desk, swirling the drink in her glass. "Business," she answered. "I can’t do my job properly if Omega scent clouds my head. You know how strong that shit is."
Natasha’s jaw tightened, but she didn’t press the issue. Her hand flicked slightly, signaling Peter forward. Her voice dropped to that same commanding Alpha tone. "Omega, explain. What happened? How did you escape HYDRA?"
Jessica’s eyes flicked to Natasha, frowning. "Hold up. HYDRA was involved? I didn’t know that." Her voice tightened with frustration. "I’ve been investigating missing Omegas for months. I thought it was The Hand pulling this crap. My reports kept hitting dead ends... Now I know why." She shook her head, muttering under her breath. "Goddamn HYDRA."
Peter’s body tensed from the command, but he managed to speak. "I woke up in a cell. Laura was there. Viper said..." He glanced toward Laura briefly. "They wanted us to be baby factories for the black market. Laura helped me get my collar off. We escaped together."
Laura folded her arms and scowled. "Did you really have to tell her everything?"
Peter winced. Natasha turned her gaze on Laura, studying her carefully. Her expression shifted, her eyes narrowing slightly.
"You look like..." Natasha muttered, then her eyes sharpened. "You look like Logan."
Laura raised an eyebrow. "You know my father?"
Peter’s mouth dropped open slightly. "Wait. Your father... is Wolverine?" He smacked his forehead with his palm. "God, of course. I should’ve figured that out."
Peter then added thoughtfully, "And Laura’s unclaimable. I think it’s her healing factor. Inhibitor collars don’t work on her. She can just cut them off."
Jessica cut in with a dry tone. "Healing factor doesn’t work like that."
Laura clarified without missing a beat. "It’s an immunity. Part of my mutation. The collars hold for a second, but then I cut them off. Alpha voice does work on me, but I can resist it better than most. Still, under enough force, even I have to obey."
Peter frowned but accepted the explanation.
He glanced awkwardly at Jessica. "Hey... I just remembered something else. Back in school, you said you had a crush on me." He gave a sheepish grin.
Jessica’s face twitched, her mood shifting. "Seriously? You’re bringing that up now?"
Peter raised his hands defensively. "Sorry! I couldn’t help it. I think it’s the Alpha command making me say things."
Natasha’s lips pressed into a thin line, her gaze flickering with thought as she listened. Clearly filing that away for later.
Then she stepped aside, holding the door open. "Both of you. Come with me."
Peter and Laura hesitated only briefly before following. Natasha led them downstairs, toward the exit. Just before they stepped outside, she stopped and turned to face Jessica.
"Join us for dinner tonight," Natasha said coolly.
Jessica raised an eyebrow, looking genuinely unimpressed. "I think I’ll pass."
Natasha’s voice lowered just slightly, but there was no Alpha command in it—just honest insistence. "It’s the least we can do, considering everything."
Jessica’s lips thinned. Her Alpha pride flared for a moment, but she let out a slow breath. "Fine. But don’t expect me to play nice with your pack."
Natasha gave her a small, knowing smile. "Wouldn’t dream of it."
With that settled, Natasha, Peter, Laura, and Jessica exited the building together, heading for the car waiting to take them to Avengers Tower.
Peter sat in the back seat, glancing between Natasha and Jessica. His mind reeled with everything that had happened. From HYDRA, to escaping with Laura, now back to the Tower.
His life really was never going to be normal again.
