Work Text:
It was Wednesday, and Wu Suo Wei was currently sitting in his office, clacking away at his computer keyboard nonstop, reviewing and updating project timelines for the next business meeting.
He had no idea how long he’d been glued to that chair, but judging by his restless energy and the dead-slow pace around the office, it had definitely been a hell of a long time.
Suddenly, Wu Suo Wei’s fingers stopped tapping, and he let out a long sigh before leaning back in his chair, which slid slightly away from the desk under the sudden force.
He grabbed his phone, hoping for a message (preferably from his boyfriend Chi Cheng), but the lockscreen was blank, completely void of any notifications from the silly social apps he’d downloaded or messages from the people closest to him.
Not even his mother had sent a message after he’d gifted her the latest Xiaomi phone for her birthday.
Well, it seemed like everyone had their own life except Wu Suo Wei, who felt like he’d already given up on his and just wanted to rot in this monotonous office forever.
Wu Suo Wei set his phone back on the desk and let his eyes wander to the prosaically white ceiling as another sigh escaped his lips. “Chi Cheng…” he murmured to himself.
It had been about five days since Chi Cheng’s business trip. Yes, his boyfriend was on a two-week trip, and though Wu Suo Wei thought it would be the perfect opportunity to enjoy a break from Chi Cheng—the testosterone tsunami—he quickly realized he couldn’t stand being apart from him, not even for a day.
And the worst part? Chi Cheng hadn’t bothered to call or text even once about how things were going on the trip.
It was like Chi Cheng had found something far more interesting and important than his boyfriend, who, on the other hand, wasn’t thinking about anything else but him.
Because Wu Suo Wei’s ego was sky-high (or maybe he just desperately wanted to believe their feelings were mutual), he refused to text first.
Instead, he wanted Chi Cheng to make the first move.
But no. Not a single call. Not even a brief message like “Hey, how are you?” Heck, Chi Cheng didn’t even say he’d arrived safely, and though Wu Suo Wei panicked a little at first, he’d seen his colleagues’ social media stories with Chi Cheng in the same frame as them smiling so big, and that made Wu Suo Wei’s blood boil more than a little.
Swinging his chair left and right, eyes still fixed on the ceiling, a sudden ping came from his phone.
With a wide smile, Wu Suo Wei snatched it up and swiped to see if it was Chi Cheng, eyes gleaming with hope. His smile faded when he saw it was a message from his master, Jiang Xiaoshuai.
He read it quickly: Hey, are you done with work? Let’s meet up at the cafeteria I told you about the other day. I really missed you!
Well, at least someone was thinking of him, right?
Wu Suo Wei typed back sure and got up from his chair to finally leave the room and meet his friend.
It was true they hadn’t seen each other in a long time.
Thanks to Guo Chengyu, Xiaoshuai’s boyfriend, Wu Suo Wei rarely found time to see his master. Ever since those two started dating, Guo Chengyu wouldn’t leave Xiaoshuai alone. He was always clingy, and every day Wu Suo Wei opened his social media to see the couple posting pictures of their perfect little dates. And more recently, they’ve even gone on a trip to Thailand together. Wu Suo Wei rolled his eyes because well… Chi Cheng could never.
He pouted and shook his head. Why was he thinking like that? This wasn’t right. He should be happy for Xiaoshuai because his poor friend had been through so much.
And thanks to Guo Chengyu, Wu Suo Wei had only ever seen Xiaoshuai smile that big, and it was endearing. They truly loved each other and were the perfect match.
He blamed all his negative energy on Chi Cheng. After all, his boyfriend didn’t seem to care about him at all.
•• •• ••
Wu Suo Wei arrived at the cafeteria he promised Xiaoshuai he’d find and parked his car before stepping out and walking inside.
His eyes scanned the room, landing on a figure whose hand waved perkily at him, accompanied by a smile even brighter than the wave itself.
Wu Suo Wei raised his arm and waved back, wearing a smile that didn’t quite reach his eyes, before making his way toward the reserved table.
Xiaoshuai stood up from his chair and pulled Wu Suo Wei into a tight hug. “Da Wei, I missed you so much! It’s been what, two weeks? Or was it three?”
Wu Suo Wei, startled by the sudden hug at first, quickly adjusted his arms and hugged Xiaoshuai back, releasing a tired sigh.
Now that he thought about it, Wu Suo Wei realized just how much he needed a hug right now. Thanks to Chi Cheng, who could never keep his hands to himself, Wu Suo Wei discovered something new about himself, and that was how deeply physical touch meant to him.
Maybe he was being a bit dramatic about this hug, and again, he blamed it all on Chi Cheng because he missed the other like crazy.
He missed Chi Cheng’s arms around him. He missed Chi Cheng’s touch. He missed his everything.
God, Wu Suo Wei couldn’t believe what his mind was wandering to while hugging his friend. He must be losing it. He swallowed hard and gently pulled away from the hug, silently grateful Xiaoshuai hadn’t noticed the sudden intensity.
The two of them sat down, shifting in their chairs before Xiaoshuai picked up the conversation again.
“How’s work?”
Wu Suo Wei shrugged with a deliberately cheeky grin. “The usual. You know your friend. Things always run smoothly with him.”
Xiaoshuai chuckled. “That I’ll bet is true,” he paused, letting out a contented sigh. “It’s good to be back home.”
Wu Suo Wei cocked an eyebrow. “Didn’t you have fun with Guo Chengyu in Thailand?”
Xiaoshuai quickly shook his head. “No, don’t get me wrong. The trip was amazing, and we had so much fun together. It’s just… being back home always feels so relieving, you know? I missed working at the clinic, and I’m sure there are plenty of patients waiting for me.”
Wu Suo Wei nodded, and there was a brief pause before the waitress came by to take their orders. Xiaoshuai caught the flirtatious glint in her eyes as she looked at Wu Suo Wei, but Wu Suo Wei seemed miles away, absentmindedly reading the drinks menu while licking his lips.
So focused, and for what? Xiaoshuai wondered with mild curiosity.
The waitress left with a disappointed look, and of course, Xiaoshuai noticed that as well.
Either Wu Suo Wei was completely oblivious or he had something on his mind he wasn’t ready to share until someone actually called him out.
And well, Xiaoshuai could read Wu Suo Wei like an open book. Or maybe not. It was pretty obvious why his friend was acting like that without any kind of interpretation. He definitely hadn’t gotten laid in a while.
“Hey, Da Wei.”
“Hm?”
“Say, how’s things going on with you and Chi Cheng?”
Wu Suo Wei just nodded in response, eyes still glued to the colorful menu. He was even thinking about ordering a snack later on because holy shit, that chocolate chip muffin looked incredible, indeed. Now that he had a steady job with a solid salary, he could definitely pamper himself with more than just two muffins.
Xiaoshuai narrowed his eyes and gently tugged at the menu, lowering it to meet his friend’s gaze. “Guo Chengyu told me he’s on a business trip. Is that true?”
Wu Suo Wei nodded again. “Yeah, and what about it? We’re doing great.”
Ah-ha, just like I thought! It’s definitely Chi Cheng, Xiaoshuai thought, smirking at his friend’s defensive tone.
“When’s the last time you guys did it? Do you even remember?”
Wu Suo Wei’s cheeks flushed at the question. Why was that even something Xiaoshuai had queued up in his mind?
Wu Suo Wei panicked, his hands flying to his face as he realized just how warm he was getting. Did he really come off that obviously touch-starved? Fuck, what had Chi Cheng done to him? This wasn’t like him at all.
“W-why do you ask?” Wu Suo Wei asked, feeling a bead of sweat trail from his forehead down to his temple before wiping it away with the back of his hand.
Xiaoshuai definitely clocked that, and his smirk only widened.
“Aw, you miss him.”
Wu Suo Wei scoffed. “What? No, I don’t. In fact, I don’t miss him at all.”
Xiaoshuai nodded along, humoring his friend’s denial, the smile on his face practically glowing, bright enough to blind Wu Suo Wei with secondhand embarrassment.
“You know, there’s no shame in admitting you miss him a little. But don’t worry about it. Even if you don’t want to admit it, I can see it from a mile away.”
“But I mean it… I don’t miss him. He’s a jerk… He doesn’t deserve it,” Wu Suo Wei said, and with each sentence, his voice dropped lower and lower until it sounded like he was just muttering nothing to himself.
And that was when Xiaoshuai’s grin disappeared. He quickly took Wu Suo Wei’s hand in his and gave him a look full of concern. “What did he do, Da Wei? Tell me! I’ll have Guo Chengyu chop him up the second he gets back!”
Wu Suo Wei gave a faint smile. “No need. He hasn’t done anything.”
And that was exactly the problem. Chi Cheng hadn’t done anything in the past few days. No messages. No calls. At first, it made Wu Suo Wei furious, but buried beneath the irritation was something heavier. He was hurt. Deeply. Chi Cheng hadn’t even tried. And in the photo on social media, he looked so happy like he was having the time of his life without his Wei Wei anywhere near him.
Xiaoshuai blinked at him in confusion. “Then what?”
Wu Suo Wei bit his lower lip, debating whether to finally spill the frustration that had been eating him alive. But before he could get a word out, the waitress interrupted and set their drinks down.
They both switched back into polite mode, smiling like functional humans as she turned and walked off without so much as a “enjoy your drink” smile.
Xiaoshuai noticed that, too, but he let it go. His friend clearly needed to talk, and Xiaoshuai was ready to do whatever it took to get his Da Wei smiling again.
“Tell me, then. What happened? You’re not acting like yourself…” Xiaoshuai said, and Wu Suo Wei pouted.
“Is it that obvious?”
“Just tell me.”
“Well, you already know that Chi Cheng is on a two-week business trip, and it’s been almost a week, and he hasn’t texted me once.”
“Huh? What do you mean? Almost a week, and no trace of his digital footprint whatsoever?” Xiaoshuai was seething inside, but he had to keep it together for Wu Suo Wei’s sake. This wasn’t about his anger. This was about Wu Suo Wei’s heart.
Wu Suo Wei simply nodded, rubbing his thumb against Xiaoshuai’s hand in a small, self-soothing motion. “Yeah, and I don’t want to text him first, because—because why should I? He’s the one on a business trip, not me! Besides, I thought he couldn’t live without me, and yet, he’s doing the exact opposite! He’s not giving me any attention at all.”
Xiaoshuai nodded, his face shifting into something far more serious. This was no joke. Chi Cheng had really messed up big this time. Ignoring Wu Suo Wei like this? Absolutely unforgivable. Wu Suo Wei wasn’t someone whose feelings you could just brush off. “Open your phone and go to your chat.”
Wu Suo Wei shook his head. “I told you. I don’t want to text him first.”
“I know. I just want to see if he’s online right now.”
“And what if he is?”
“Then you post a picture of us together drinking our smoothies, and we’ll see if he bites.”
Wu Suo Wei’s eyes widened with excitement. “Oh my God, Master. You are a genius.”
Xiaoshuai crossed his arms over his chest and scoffed. “Of course I am. I know I’m the best.”
Wu Suo Wei took out his phone from his jacket pocket and unlocked it with a swipe. He quickly went to their chat, and his eyes zeroed in on the status of Chi Cheng’s profile.
He huffed upon realizing that Chi Cheng was, in fact, online. He turned his phone to Xiaoshuai’s side, and Xiaoshuai saw the tiny green dot next to Chi Cheng’s name, gasping dramatically. “He is online! Hurry up now! Let’s strike a pose that’ll drive him so insane he might jump straight out of your phone screen!”
Wu Suo Wei nodded without hesitation. He opened the camera app and flipped it to selfie mode, adjusting his hair. “So, what do we do?”
Xiaoshuai paused to brainstorm until he snapped his fingers, a wicked smirk forming as the idea hit.
With no warning, he plucked the straw from his own smoothie and placed it right next to Wu Suo Wei’s straw in Wu Suo Wei’s glass.
Wu Suo Wei blinked at his friend, clearly impressed. “You really are a genius.”
“He’ll absolutely fuck you into next week after that selfie.”
Wu Suo Wei’s eyes went wide. “Oh, I don’t think I want that, then—”
“Shush, just do it now.”
Wu Suo Wei adjusted himself closer to the glass, and so did Xiaoshuai.
“Make sure you let him see my drink as well. It’ll make it look like we deliberately wanted to drink from the same smoothie with the two straws in your glass.”
“You’re not just a genius. You’re a menace.”
“Compliment me later. Now, let’s do this. I really want to see how the Snake Lord reacts to our beautiful selfie.”
Wu Suo Wei smirked. Both of them leaned in closer to the glass, noses nearly brushing as they locked eyes with matching cheeky grins. Wu Suo Wei centered the phone camera and snapped a couple of selfies.
After scrolling through them, they picked the one Xiaoshuai thought looked the most effortlessly convincing. Wu Suo Wei posted it to his story, letting Xiaoshuai type a perfectly calculated caption to make Chi Cheng regret ever leaving town. The caption read: “best dates are only made for best friends.”
“Now, we wait,” Xiaoshuai said, slipping his straw back into his own smoothie and finally giving it a taste, only to realize Wu Suo Wei’s was, in fact, way better.
“What about your boyfriend? Won’t he be jealous?”
Xiaoshuai shrugged. “I have my ways of making him forget about it.”
Wu Suo Wei pointed at him with a laugh. “A menace, indeed.”
•• •• ••
After they finished their smoothies, the two friends stayed in the café a little longer until the sun began its slow descent. The temperature had started to dip, and truthfully, Xiaoshuai was beginning to miss the warmth of his boyfriend, too. Wu Suo Wei, meanwhile, kept checking his phone to see if Chi Cheng had seen the selfie he’d posted with Xiaoshuai, but there was nothing.
Xiaoshuai told him to stop obsessively checking, warning that it would only make his impatience worse, but Wu Suo Wei wasn’t having it. Chi Cheng hadn’t even viewed the story yet. What on earth was keeping him so busy that he couldn’t spare even a second for Wu Suo Wei?
“Thank you for dropping me off home,” Xiaoshuai said, turning to his friend with a wistful smile.
Wu Suo Wei stared blankly ahead, followed by a small nod. “No worries.”
Xiaoshuai found Wu Suo Wei’s hand again and gave it a gentle squeeze. “Text me when you get back, okay? Just don’t overthink it. I’m sure Chi Cheng has his own reasons.”
“Yeah, it doesn’t matter,” Wu Suo Wei said, and it was painfully ironic considering his name literally meant that. He scoffed at the meaning of it, because he was anything but indifferent. To him, it did matter. It pissed him off. But more than anything, it hurt. He was so going to make Chi Cheng pay for what he’d done—or more accurately, for what he hadn’t.
“Come to my clinic tomorrow if you have the time. I could use your company,” Xiaoshuai said as he unbuckled his seatbelt.
Wu Suo Wei hummed and watched as Xiaoshuai stepped out of his car.
With a final wave of hand, Wu Suo Wei mirrored the gesture and drove out of Xiaoshuai’s apartment complex onto the main road.
Wu Suo Wei tried not to spiral just like Xiaoshuai had advised him, but how could he not?
Chi Cheng was the only thing haunting Wu Suo Wei’s thoughts. Whether he liked it or not, this was beyond his control.
Wu Suo Wei had never been so consumed by someone until he met that snake of a man. What began as a petty scheme to seduce his ex-girlfriend’s boyfriend turned into something entirely unhinged because that man didn’t just become his boyfriend, he also became the love of his goddamn life.
The irony wasn’t lost on Wu Suo Wei; now it wasn’t Chi Cheng obsessing over him, but the other way around. This time, Wu Suo Wei was unraveling for Chi Cheng.
He wanted to know what he was doing. Who he was with. Where he was. Whose voice was in his ears. Whose face he was looking at right now. Wu Suo Wei had never been this delirious over someone, and he fucking hated it. Hated how Chi Cheng awakened this unhinged part of him. With Yue Yue, things had never been this intense. But with Chi Cheng, it was an entirely different beast.
Was it because they were both men? Possibly. But still, none of it made sense to him because he’d never acted like this before.
Not to mention how unbearably sexually frustrated he’d been these past few days. He could even pinpoint the last time he and Chi Cheng had been intimate: exactly one night before Chi Cheng announced his business trip the next day.
Wu Suo Wei hadn’t even gotten the chance to kiss him goodbye since they’d both been rushing off to work.
Fuck, Wu Suo Wei wished he’d let Chi Cheng fuck him senseless that night before everything went to hell.
He rolled down all the windows in his car, hoping the cold air would soothe the burning under his skin. But the chill did nothing to cool the fire inside. He needed Chi Cheng. Fuck, he needed him so badly it was enough to drive him insane.
After a tense fifteen-minute drive, Wu Suo Wei finally pulled up to their penthouse, which was the place they both called home, the place where they’d gotten their certificate, the place where Wu Suo Wei had said goodbye to his innocence, surrendering it all to the man who’d been ghosting him for days.
“Oh, go to hell, Chi Cheng,” Wu Suo Wei muttered under his breath as he stepped inside, kicking off his shoes with frustrated force.
Tossing his car keys carelessly onto the floor, he made his way to the kitchen for a glass of cold water. His body was still raging with heat.
He grabbed a glass from the shelf, but it slipped through his fingers. “Ugh, fuck! Seriously?”
Thankfully, he was still wearing socks, so the glass didn’t cut him or anything. But that clumsy moment sparked a dark idea. Fueled by frustration, he yanked open cabinets and started pulling out dishes and glasses, hurling them onto the floor like a man possessed. “I fucking hate him. He’s such a jerk! Having fun without me, huh? How dare he!”
“Could he be cheating? Man, I don’t even fucking know. I’m sure he’s fucking around with someone right now because he can’t keep it in his pants. Oh, I’m so sure of it!” Wu Suo Wei ranted at the wall like it was the goddamn culprit that stole Chi Cheng away from him.
Just as he was about to slam the last plate down in a final fit of rage, Wu Suo Wei caught his reflection in the glass cabinet doors and sighed. What the hell was he even doing? Wrecking perfectly good dishes for someone who didn’t even deserve the damage?
He let out a heavy breath, set the plate back in its place, and forced himself to clean up the shattered mess littering the floor.
No way was he going to add self-inflicted cuts to the list of his problems.
After making sure not a single shard of glass remained, Wu Suo Wei shuffled to the living room and collapsed on the couch, desperate for some kind of distraction.
He sprawled out with his legs kicked up on the coffee table, too drained to even change into pajamas. Just pants off, boxers on, and a few buttons undone on his shirt to let some air kiss his chest and balance was key, in case he swung from freezing cold to burning up. Hell, he could have gone full naked and it wouldn’t have mattered. Chi Cheng wasn’t here, after all.
Wu Suo Wei grabbed the remote and lazily flipped through channels, hunting for anything that might grab his fractured attention.
But the TV was useless; nothing could feed the gnawing hunger inside his restless mind. And then it hit him: he was alone, sexually starved, and pissed off at Chi Cheng. That could only mean one thing.
He was fucking horny.
Xiaoshuai was definitely right about that. Sure, Wu Suo Wei missed Chi Cheng on an emotional level, but his body was screaming for Chi Cheng’s touch. Like an omega in heat craving his alpha’s presence, only his alpha was nowhere to be found.
So what now? Wu Suo Wei was about to take matters into his own hands.
Obviously.
To make matters worse, Wu Suo Wei was currently wearing the boxers Chi Cheng had gifted him. And him just realizing that made Wu Suo Wei even more desperate.
His hand slid down into his boxers, gripping his length that was slowly stiffening with every squeeze. Wu Suo Wei let his eyelids go slack, lashes fluttering shut as his fingers slipped inside his waistband, nudging the fabric down to let his aching cock breathe.
His hand coiled around his shaft like a snake would, slow, teasing, deliberate. The tip of his index finger circled the slit, drawing a sharp, breathy moan from his lips.
He dragged his tongue over his bottom lip, moistening it as his imagination ran wild. He saw it. He saw Chi Cheng, storming in and railing him without mercy.
Wu Suo Wei never knew he liked it that rough until Chi Cheng fucked the realization into him. Ever since that first night, when his body burned like hell but still begged for more, Wu Suo Wei’s hole had been shamelessly craving to be split open again and again by Chi Cheng’s cock.
Just the thought of that thick tip pushing in, disappearing between his legs, made Wu Suo Wei jerk his hand faster, moaning louder, chasing that high like a man possessed.
His head tipped back against the couch, lips parted, breath ragged. He needed to come. Fuck, he needed to come so badly it hurt.
“Chi Cheng…” Wu Suo Wei finally let the name fall from his lips, the same name his ego had tried so hard to suppress. But he couldn’t. No matter how much he cursed him, Wu Suo Wei couldn’t lie to himself anymore. He just couldn’t live without him.
“So this is how you want to greet your boyfriend, huh?”
A deep voice cut through the room like a whip, freezing Wu Suo Wei in place. His eyes flew open, head snapping to the side.
And to his horror, there stood Chi Cheng, leaning against the wall, arms crossed, watching him with the biggest fucking smirk on his face.
Wu Suo Wei quickly yanked his hand away from his still-throbbing shaft. “Chi—Chi Cheng, w-what? What are you doing here?”
Chi Cheng’s smirk vanished instantly, replaced by something far darker the moment he saw Wu Suo Wei scrambling to yank his boxers up as high as possible. Slowly, he stalked toward him unblinkingly while Wu Suo Wei sat there frozen, wide-eyed in raw panic. Chi Cheng fucking lived for that look.
He crouched to Wu Suo Wei’s level, bracing one hand on the couch as he leaned in close, so close their noses grazed, breaths mingling. “Why did you stop?”
Wu Suo Wei shoved his palms against Chi Cheng’s chest, attempting to push him back, but Chi Cheng didn’t budge. Instead, he rooted in place, unmoving like a statue carved out of heat and tension.
“Get off me,” Wu Suo Wei mumbled, face burning, unable to meet his boyfriend’s eyes.
Chi Cheng’s gaze flicked down to the hands on his chest, then back up with a scoff. “Get off you? Didn’t you miss me?” He asked, sliding a hand into Wu Suo Wei’s boxers without warning, tearing a helpless moan from his throat. The sound alone made Chi Cheng’s cock twitch violently in his jeans.
“N-no, fuck off. You ruined it. I want to go to sleep now—”
Wu Suo Wei gave up trying to shove Chi Cheng away and made to stand, but Chi Cheng’s reflexes were ruthless. He immediately caught him and shoved him right back down onto the couch like it was nothing. “You’re not going anywhere. I haven’t even gotten the chance to finish that show you were putting on.”
Wu Suo Wei flushed so hard he thought he might combust. “J-just put on a movie or something. Get off me—ah!”
Chi Cheng ignored every word, his hand still working Wu Suo Wei’s cock like it was his personal toy. Wu Suo Wei was already a breathy, desperate mess beneath him, and Chi Cheng, as always, was utterly feral for the slutty sounds spilling from Wu Suo Wei’s mouth and the wrecked look on his flushed, fuckable face.
“Chi Cheng…” Wu Suo Wei moaned again, and it only made Chi Cheng pump faster, each flex of his hand more merciless than the last. His lips ghosted toward Wu Suo Wei’s ear, but his teeth didn’t graze. They lacerated, biting down with a possessive hunger that dragged a raw, pain-laced moan out of Wu Suo Wei.
“Fuck, even if you didn’t miss me, I fucking missed you so much. I’ve been losing my goddamn mind without you.”
“L-liar,” Wu Suo Wei choked out, barely holding himself together.
Chi Cheng bit down again, harder this time like he wanted to leave a mark that screamed mine. “There hasn’t been a single day or night where I haven’t fantasized about bending you over and fucking you until you black out.”
Wu Suo Wei’s body began to tremble uncontrollably from how fast Chi Cheng’s hand was working his cock. “Chi Cheng, wait—” He couldn’t. He was right on the edge. His fingers fisted the front of Chi Cheng’s jacket, clinging for dear life as his hips jerked upward, legs shaking violently on their own.
“You wanna come, baby? Then fucking come for me. I want to see everything.”
Wu Suo Wei couldn’t stop moaning, his head pressed so hard into the couch cushion it felt like it might crack open from the pressure. Chi Cheng wasn’t just going at a dangerous speed, but he was also cruel with how fast he was going.
And then, with a final stroke, Wu Suo Wei came desperately and all over Chi Cheng’s hand.
His orgasm ripped through him so viciously, it left his legs quaking from the aftershocks, like his body couldn’t forget the motion. He gasped, panting in sharp, uneven bursts, but Chi Cheng wasn’t done. Not even close.
His hand stayed right where it was, giving Wu Suo Wei barely a moment to recover before he was back at it.
Wu Suo Wei’s head shot up with a strangled gasp, eyes wide as he locked with Chi Cheng’s dark, unreadable gaze.
“No—Chi Cheng, it’s—it’s too much.”
Chi Cheng didn’t answer. He didn’t need to. His hand began to move again, slow this time, taunting, cruelly soft in comparison. The kind of touch that didn’t soothe, but tormented.
Because the second he saw that damned selfie with Wu Suo Wei and Xiaoshuai being all cozy and sharing the same straw, Chi Cheng had snapped.
“Did you have fun? With Xiaoshuai? Tell me…” Chi Cheng panted, completely unbothered by Wu Suo Wei’s weak attempts to shove him off.
Wu Suo Wei had a thousand things he wanted to say. He wanted to curse Chi Cheng out. He wanted to scream that Chi Cheng had no right to ask anything, not after ghosting him for days like he hadn’t meant a damn thing.
He wanted to sink his teeth into him, to scream in his face and forbid him from laying another finger on him. But it felt too good. The overstimulation was so fucking good it made his head spin, made him feel like he could fall apart all over again.
"You think I haven't noticed? Then you're dead fucking wrong, Wei Wei," Chi Cheng hissed, every bit the serpent his father was, seizing the chance to sink his teeth into Wu Suo Wei's Adam's apple the moment the other tipped his head back again.
Wu Suo Wei couldn't respond. He was drowning in the searing pleasure coiling up from his cock, white-hot and relentless.
Desperate, he tapped frantically against Chi Cheng's chest. He was close. He was so close, but all it earned him was a low, mocking chuckle.
"What's this? You're about to come again?" Chi Cheng's voice was velvet-dark.
"Did you really think I'd let you this time, too?" His hand abandoned Wu Suo Wei's aching length, wrenching a broken cry from his throat.
Tears pricked at his eyes, helpless and furious. "No, you can't… Please. I need it. Let me come."
Chi Cheng’s eyes burned crimson, his hand clamping around Wu Suo Wei’s throat so tight it stole the air from his lungs. “Why don’t you let Xiaoshuai help you with that? Bet you’d let him fuck you too, huh? Were you that needy for cock?”
Wu Suo Wei stared at Chi Cheng, pure disgust twisting his tear-streaked face. Fueled by rage and the ache of being denied release, he lunged forward and sank his teeth into Chi Cheng’s hand, hard.
Chi Cheng scorned at the hot sting, but he never pulled away. Instead, he tightened his grip around Wu Suo Wei’s neck, making the other gasp and moan in spite of himself.
That sound alone made Chi Cheng grin like a lunatic. Fuck, his Wei Wei sounded too fucking good he could listen to him moaning for the rest of his life.
Wu Suo Wei gulped, throat constricting under Chi Cheng’s lanky, viper-tight fingers. But even then, he found the strength to speak. “You’ve been ghosting me for days, so of course I met up with my master! He’s my only company! He’s my only friend. He’s my best friend! And you can’t change that!”
Upon hearing all that, Chi Cheng’s hand finally loosened its hold, and although he was still blackened by jealousy, Wu Suo Wei had every right to be pissed at him.
Chi Cheng knew it. And yeah, he hadn’t messaged him since the business trip started, but none of it had gone the way he planned.
He exhaled deeply and dropped beside Wu Suo Wei, arms reaching to pull him close. Wu Suo Wei tensed, turning his face away like his life depended on it. He refused to look because if he did, he knew he’d crumble.
“Wei Wei,” Chi Cheng murmured, leaning closer, but his boyfriend stayed turned away. He tried again. Nothing.
So, he cupped Wu Suo Wei’s face and gently turned him toward him. “I can explain, baby.”
Still no eye contact. Wu Suo Wei’s face was a storm of wet lashes and a pout so deep it made Chi Cheng want to devour him whole. But he had to make this right first.
“The first two days, we weren’t allowed to use our phones. At all. They said any distraction could mess up our performance, and I didn’t want to give it up. I swear I didn’t. But they insisted. Said it was protocol. Said distraction leads to failure.”
Wu Suo Wei finally flicked his gaze to him. “And what about the other three days, then?”
Chi Cheng gave him a rueful smile. “We got our phones back, yeah. But the pressure was insane. I was stressed, snapping at everyone, and I didn’t want to take it out on you, too. I should’ve messaged you, at least something, and I know that. But I didn’t want to worry you, Wei Wei. I wanted you to focus on your own stuff. To focus on our company.”
He reached for Wu Suo Wei’s face again, brushing his fingers along the tear trails. “And as for today… I admit that I lied. I told you it was gonna be a two-week trip, but it wasn’t. Today was my last day. I wanted to come back early and surprise you.”
Chi Cheng paused for a second and leaned in until their lips were almost touching, his breath mingling with Wu Suo Wei’s shallow, angry little huffs. “But turns out… I was the one who got surprised instead.”
Wu Suo Wei stared at Chi Cheng, eyes glossy as he sniffled. “So… you really thought about me every single day?”
“Every damn second.”
“You didn’t mess around with anyone else?”
Chi Cheng chuckled, amused by how adorably vulnerable his boyfriend looked. “Didn’t I tell you that I belonged to nobody else in the world but you?”
Wu Suo Wei nodded, swallowing the lump in his throat.
“Then I belong only to you. No one else. Only yours and just yours.”
Upon hearing that, Wu Suo Wei couldn’t help but break, falling into Chi Cheng’s arms like he’d been holding his breath too long. “I missed you so much.”
Caught off guard but melting into the embrace instantly, Chi Cheng smiled and pulled Wu Suo Wei closer, shifting him fully into his lap. “I missed you too, baby.”
Wu Suo Wei pulled back slightly, still clutching Chi Cheng’s shoulders. “Then prove it.”
“Hm?” Chi Cheng already knew what that meant, but damn, hearing it straight from Wu Suo Wei’s lips was a fucking drug. It was his weakness. He loved it whenever Wei Wei had no filter and was straightforward as lightning.
“Fuck me,” Wu Suo Wei whispered.
Chi Cheng didn’t even have to utter a single word after that, immediately yanking Wu Suo Wei fiercely into a last-gasp, hungry kiss.
A kiss born from two famished men who had been aching for a taste of each other.
It was Wu Suo Wei who boldly slipped his tongue into Chi Cheng’s mouth first, and Chi Cheng exultantly welcomed him without hesitation.
Their tongues danced together, twisting and tangling like an unbreakable knot. Both gasped for air, but neither dared to pull away. The kiss only deepened, Chi Cheng’s hands roaming eagerly over Wu Suo Wei’s body, and Wu Suo Wei’s hands matched the fire. They broke apart at the same time, locking eyes in a charged silence.
“You’re so goddamn beautiful,” Chi Cheng breathed, grinding his hips up so his hard, clothed cock pressed against Wu Suo Wei’s aching asshole that was panting and begging to be filled by Chi Cheng’s monster.
Wu Suo Wei shuddered against him, heat pooling low in his gut and spreading like wildfire through every nerve ending. His breath hitched as Chi Cheng’s hips pressed even harder, the friction unbearable and maddening all at once.
Without hesitation, he slid his hand lower, brushing the seam of Wu Suo Wei’s boxers, teasing the sensitive skin underneath. “Can’t wait to hear you scream my name with that pretty mouth of yours.”
Wu Suo Wei nodded ardently, gyrating his hips back against the heat of Chi Cheng's arousal.
Chi Cheng rasped, his cock throbbing even harder, if that were possible at this point.
"Make me, then. Make me scream your name." The words were barely out before he dragged Chi Cheng into a searing kiss, their teeth clashing, lips bruising, both of them not only feasting on their sinful melodies but also the sarcocarp of their lips.
His hands slid from Chi Cheng's shoulders, gliding down effortlessly despite the awkward angle, fingers making quick work of his belt before yanking it free. Then, he quickly slid down his boxers and moaned as soon as he felt Chi Cheng’s hand slap his ass.
At the same time, Chi Cheng was busy mapping Wu Suo Wei's neck with his mouth, marking him recklessly at every inch, uncaring of the scolding he'd get later. Let them see. Let the whole damn world know exactly who Wu Suo Wei belonged to.
Wu Suo Wei finally freed Chi Cheng's cock and pressed it against his hole.
But Chi Cheng immediately seized both of his boyfriend's wrists, stopping him. Their breaths came in ragged gasps. "Wei Wei, wait."
Wu Suo Wei let out a needy whine. "Why? Just give it to me already. I still need to come."
Chi Cheng's heavy-lidded gaze dropped to his boyfriend's plush lips again, his own caught between his teeth as he fought the urge to give in and do something Wu Suo Wei might hate himself for later. "No, Wei Wei. I can't fuck you raw. I don't want to hurt you."
Wu Suo Wei shook his head wildly, eyes glistening with tears like he'd lost all reason. "I don't care. I want you. I need you. Just fuck me. Please, Chi Cheng, I need it so bad."
Ever since Chi Cheng had met Wu Suo Wei, he'd sensed a change in himself that he barely wanted to admit. With Wu Suo Wei, he was hungrier, more controlling, utterly consumed by the man's pathetic little aura.
And after they made it official, the sex had been nothing short of mind-blowing, even though he'd started slow, careful not to scare him off.
But Chi Cheng also realized the more he fucked Wu Suo Wei, the harder it became to balance on a razor’s edge of lust and lunacy.
Especially now, with Wu Suo Wei crying so prettily, tears streaking his flushed face, mixing with sweat. More breathtaking than any goddamn masterpiece on this earth.
He lived for these moments, with Wu Suo Wei coming undone beneath him, pleading, whimpering, just to feel him push the head in between his warmest walls. It was pure fucking ecstasy.
But Chi Cheng never dared to take him raw.
No condom, no lube. Sure, he still wrecked him through the barrier, but without it? He'd disintegrate into pure, primal instinct completely.
Fuck Wu Suo Wei so brutally he'd not even be able to limping his way in to the hospital by morning.
Indeed, the thought sent a thrill through Chi Cheng, yet some wholesome part still resisted hurting his Wei Wei.
But how the hell was he supposed to hold back when Wu Suo Wei was writhing against him like this? A mess of damp hair, swollen lips, eyes glazed over with that obscene look on his face, begging to fuck him and ruin him completely? It was a mission impossible, an attempt to cage the wind, basically.
"Don't say I didn't warn you," Chi Cheng whispered against Wu Suo Wei's lips, stealing his breath as he lined himself up between Wu Suo Wei's thighs.
Without meaning to, Wu Suo Wei trembled like a leaf. He'd let Chi Cheng take him apart over and over, fuck him senseless for countless rounds, and yet, even now, he still couldn't adjust to the sheer size of him.
Chi Cheng had barely pushed the tip in, and already, Wu Suo Wei's head spun, his body alight with a dizzying sensation.
Chi Cheng reveled in it like the torment connoisseur he was, lips curled into a devilish grin.
He burned, incandescent, watching Wu Suo Wei lose himself beneath him, all shaky and pliant just for him. It made him want to stay buried inside forever, to keep them locked together, skin to skin, pulse to pulse.
He craved it, not just the heat of Wu Suo Wei's body, but the way their souls tangled, the way they melted into absolute one.
Without warning, Chi Cheng snapped his hips forward, sheathing himself to the hilt in one brutal thrust.
Wu Suo Wei choked out the loudest, most shattered moan Chi Cheng had ever wrung from him, and Chi Cheng hissed at the suffocating tightness along with the sharp bite of Wu Suo Wei's nails raking down his back.
"You're even tighter like this, fuck," Chi Cheng growled, his voice rough and dark, thick enough to drag a broken moan from Wu Suo Wei's throat, enough to make him spill untouched.
"Chi Cheng, it hurts! It hurts so bad! Let it out—let it out!" Wu Suo Wei sobbed, the words sounding so filthy and so wrecked, but Chi Cheng didn't give a damn, slamming deeper and harder like his whole life depended on burying himself inside him.
He'd warned him it would burn like hellfire, but Wu Suo Wei had been begging for it so desperately, so Chi Cheng gave it to him exactly how he wanted.
"No," Chi Cheng hissed, the word a hot, barely-there whisper against Wu Suo Wei's collarbone. "You're gonna take it now like the good boy you are. Whether you like it or not."
The incessantly acrimonious thrusts inside Wu Suo Wei left him so vertiginous he could barely even moan anymore. His head dropped forward onto Chi Cheng's shoulder as Chi Cheng drove into him harder, deeper, and unforgiving.
Wu Suo Wei's eyes flew open, his head lolling back, baring the long, pale column of his throat-freshly littered with Chi Cheng's marks before a broken, breathy whine escaped him.
Chi Cheng smirked. Got him. He angled his hips, hitting that spot again and again as his hand wrapped around Wu Suo Wei's cock, stroking him ruthlessly. "Close already, baby? Hm? You wanna come?"
Wu Suo Wei couldn't even nod, his eyes fluttering shut, lips parted as spit trailed down his chest.
"Is this what you needed? What you've been craving? Missed me fucking you stupid, filling you up?"
"Yes! Fuck, yes! Chi Cheng—Chi Cheng—"
Chi Cheng's thrusts turned brutal, his grip tightening, and Wu Suo Wei swore he was dying, but god, it felt so good.
Like his body was burning up, pleasure coiling tight in his gut. He was there, right on the edge.
"Gonna come, Wei Wei? Do it. Come for me. Cover me, baby."
Wu Suo Wei's back arched, a ragged cry tearing from his throat loud enough to shame the soundproof walls.
Then he was coming, spilling over Chi Cheng's fingers, his own stomach, stripes of white painting skin.
But Chi Cheng didn't stop. He kept working him through it, fucking him without mercy, chasing. He kept working him through it, fucking him without mercy, chasing his own release.
Wu Suo Wei clawed at his wrist, tried to shove him away, but he was too weak and too wrecked to persist, especially with Chi Cheng pounding into him like he was nothing more than a toy.
"Call me husband," Chi Cheng demanded, hoping in Wu Suo Wei's pleasure-drunk haze, his boyfriend might finally cave.
He'd fantasized about Wu Suo Wei whimpering the title “husband” beneath him, wrecked and willing, but the man's pride was a fortress.
Yet tonight, with pleasure searing through his veins like wildfire, maybe just maybe Wu Suo Wei would forget himself.
"N-no way," Wu Suo Wei gasped, and Chi Cheng's laugh was dark, predatory.
This was expected.
"If you don’t call me husband now, I'll fuck you until the next sunset," he growled.
Wu Suo Wei's breath hitched. He knew damn well Chi Cheng meant it. Five days of abstinence had turned the man ravenous, and Wu Suo Wei was already burning, his dick throbbing, his hole clenching, and his body already given up from the first round.
He couldn't take more. Swallowing his pride, he decided to relent just this once. "H-husband."
Chi Cheng didn't hesitate. He yanked Wu Suo Wei into a bruising kiss, slamming into him with relentless force until he came deep inside, spilling into him with a ragged groan.
Wu Suo Wei felt it entirely. He felt the hot, sticky flood, Chi Cheng's cock still twitching violently as it withdrew, already hardening again and readying itself for the next rounds.
Chi Cheng broke the kiss, gaze locked on his own cum dripping from Wu Suo Wei's abused hole.
Fuck. He needed another round. "Say it again," he ordered, voice rough with desperation. That single word, dripping from Wu Suo Wei's lips like sin, yeah, he needed to hear it again.
Wu Suo Wei, panting, mustered enough strength to shove Chi Cheng back, putting a sliver of space between them. His glare was exhausted but defiant. "No. You got it once. You won’t hear it from me again."
Chi Cheng smirked. "Fine." In one fluid motion, he scooped Wu Suo Wei up, bridal-style. "Then we go again."
Wu Suo Wei's eyes flew wide. "Chi Cheng, no! Wait—!"
