Explaining the AU
People are born with things called Energy.
Energy:
Basically the source of a persons power.
You either have a lot, or too little.
The more Energy you have, the more powerful you are.
To grow these Energy you'd have to consume other Energies of other people.
Consuming Energy - Means absorbing the Energy of others and merging it to your own, feeding your Energy.
Temporary Energy Cut off - A self-healing mechanism of the Energy to cut itself off from the user preventing the user from using Energy. This happens when the user loves overusing their Energy.
The overuse of Energy could lead the body to rupture and die. So the Energy itself stops the user from overusing it as a way to prevent dying...
There are three types of Energy
Demonic : The Energy that could slowly corrupts a person's mind, and is destructive in general.
The demons and sinners have these Energies
Divine : The Energy rarely seen with anyone as these are only found with the gods.
These could slowly kill a user if they're not a divine being or if they're a demonic being.
Mortal : The Energy only found with well.. mortals.. This is the most flexible Energy in general, allowing mortals to manipulate it to their own will.

You can consume energy permanently or temporarily.
For example :
Temporary: When one consumes Energy to power up their own attack released on an enemy.
(Scroll down to Chances gun ability, that's the example of one)
Permanent: When a person consumes a person's Energy to heal themselves.
(Example of that is when Elliot merges his own Energy in a pizza to heal someone.
The user consumes the Energy on the pizza, healing themselves. Elliot still isn't guna appear in the fic tho<3 or will he?)
Reason why people want the insane little Two Times energy:
1. They have three of them at once
2. Two Time generates all three in rapid speed.
3. They're literally a living Energy generator.
How does one consume Energy without the violence?
1. If the user willingly gives Energy
2. Forcibly taking it by cutting the persons control over their own Energy, allowing the doorway to the Energy easily accessible.

Characters and their Energy:
Two Time : A demon hunter who joined a hunting organization for the reason avenging their family, The Spawn.
The Spawn: An community of people that was known for hunting demons and being believers of the Spawn—the creator of Divine Energy.
Abilities:
The crouch ability: uses Mortal Energy
Two Time manipulates the Energy in the soroundings cloaking themselves with it, making them undetectable from Energy sensitive people.
And they're just naturally good at hiding themselves.
The dagger ability: uses Demonic Energy
Using their own Energy, Two Time can manipulate the properties of the dagger, as the dagger is made—purely of their Energy alone.
The more they attack someone with it, the more it consumes energy from the enemy, powering up the dagger and making the blow the more devastating.
They could manipulate it to anything, but chooses only three because of the Spawns tradition to only have like three..
Dagger - they like using this alot
Sword - they use the sword only sometimes when the time calls for it
Scythe - They use it to cut grass, They suck at it and the Spawn only used it for cutting grass.. :3
The frequent use of this ability, might as well be the reason why they're insane because of the Demonic Energy.
The ritual ability: uses Divine Energy
When placing down a ritual Two Time would connect their Energy to it. So when the situation becomes really grave, Two Time uses it to teleport.
The distance between the connection has a limit so Two Time make sures to hide it near where the battle happens.
Two Time would need to consume energy from the enemy to feed the Ritual. Ya know...the oblation bar?
They also gain the Spawns halo, wings and a tail for whatever reason that I don't even wanna put lore behind in.
But this renders them a bit weak since the ability is literally of Divine Energy and Two Time is in fact very mortal and human.
Chance : A demon hunter that used to run a casino, but left after certain circumstances and the wants to be free from the life inside the casino.
The coin : Mortal Energy
The coin is purely made of Chances Energy that is connected to their gun.
This coin stacks the gun with an Energy bullet for each flip. Chances Energy is literally the bullet..
Though since Chance has very unstable Energy through certain circumstances, sometimes the coin doesn't work.
The gun ig: Mortal Energy
A gun modified to fit Chances tastes and Energy.
When fed by the coin it could shoot an Energy bullet.
When the bullet makes any sort of contact with the Enemy, the bullet consumes Energy from the Enemy feeding Chances Energy.
And with the consumed Energy, Chance charges the gun himself with his Energy—making an Energy powered bullet.
In order to make a powered Energy bullet Chance would need to shoot a person with a normal Energy bullet 2×
The powered bullet is really powerful, enough to kill a person with one shot.
Such powerful bullet has a cost and this being that for every powered shot, Chances Energy becomes really unstable—putting his gun at a high risk of exploding.
The hat fix: It's just Chance fixing Energy so no Energy needed?
When Chance feels as if their Energy is unstable after many shots fired, he would take a moment to calm themselves, and focuses on stabilizing their Energy.
Yeah in a midst of battle this could be really risky if the enemy is still focused on him.

Elliot: An ex-worker of builder brothers pizza. He became a Hunter or the manager of the Hunters after his little sister Mia had gone missing in a demon attack. He had sworn that he wouldn't come back to the pizza place not until he finds Mia.
He and 007n7 gained friendship because of shared experiences on their family members going missing.
007n7 offered to make an organization for Elliot to easily able to access information that regards demon activities.
They both named the group organization
Hunters Forsaken or HF ig..
Abilities:
I added another ability cuz ye
Pizza : ofc he's obviously mortal so mortal energy
Elliot makes pizza out of his Energy and when a person touches the pizza—they are forced to consume the pizza
Rush hour : mortal
A boost of speed and thinking and can only be used after a person gets fed with pizza.
They get tiny bits of Energy from the one that eats pizza. Why? Idk look at the made up third ability.
Customer list : mortal
It's like a contract type of ability, when given permission Elliot ties a string of Energy of other members to his hand—allowing him to know the conditions of each one.
And this is how they get Energy for rush hour lulz, through connection Elliot consumes little bits of Energy from a bunch of people.
The only way to cut it off is well... Cutting it off with an Energy weapon :D
For ex. Two Times dagger lol
007n7: An ex-criminal and..ex-father.. he had a change of heart after having to raise a child who happened to be a demon that went missing. He became a Hunter to try and find his child hoping that he's still alive somewhere.
He has no solid proof of his child—Coolkid being alive.
Founder of the HF ig..
Abilities: or *ability*
The Coolgui his only ability.. : Mortal
A friken hack panel made of his Energy..
He teleports with it.
He makes clones with it.
And
He burns demons with it.
And other things he refuses to use again.
All for the cost of huge sums of Energy making him a bit sluggish for fights<3

The random OC that you'll never know the name of and only appears sometimes in the story.
(I refuse to describe them properly in the story so have this)
