{ one fateful oakhurst night. }
Avid was still overjoyed at the fact he was right about the vampires and had been boasting about it all night, leading to some very angry villagers…..due to this he decided (Oakhurst decided) he would spend the dreadful night mining. He grabbed his stake, an iron pick axe and of course his garlic! He was fully suited up ready to face any encounter ... .well maybe not ready mentally , just prepared equipment ways….
Avid shouted to drift before leaving the door “ bye drift ill be back in uhhh maybe tmr?” Drift occupied seemingly written something and replied in a busy “mmhm!”
Hearing her response he hesitantly leaves the house and the gates of oakhurst hoping everyones anger at him being right calms down soon so that he won't have to stay out here for so long…
Avid goes a bit into the forest before he finds a cave deciding to go into there to mine, if he's lucky maybe he'll find diamonds! However that hope was unfulfilled….as strangely he couldn't find a single ore apart from coal?? Tired and drained he decided to try strip mining hoping he would at least have some luck that way. And so he dug and dug…. Eventually he breaks one last stone block before his pic axe breaks….
He finds himself in a cave with some strangely large doors that look….’mechanical???’ Idk…they're weird tho. Avid finds himself too curious for his own good, his curiosity beating his cautiousness. The moment Avid takes a step in, heck before he can even visualise his surroundings the doors slam behind him… the door is quickly blocked with obsidian leaving him with no way out….
Avid begins to panic looking around the room frantically until he notices Scott on the other side of the room who looks just as confused and shocked as he is, the door behind him also covered in obsidion..
“Oh fuck” avid mummbles under his breath starting to panic like crazy not omly is he trappes but hes trappes with a handsome cruel vampire! Forget that handsome part…

It was just your average day for Scott, killing animals, drinking their blood, scaring and toying with the humans, the day was just like any other
There was just one problem pyro and shelby were absolutely awful when it came to mining resources and owen….he prefered to just work on the castle so he wasn't much help either, Scott scuffed to himself before deciding he must do it himself
He grabbed a couple bottles enough to last him on this short mining trip and a pik axe and lastly just whatever human food junk he had left in his inventory he'd wondered if he could use it to bait a human and lure them if he saw one….he did remember them liking food. With that Scott left the castle without a goodbye as he's not expecting to be long and it wasn't exactly the coven's foray to say goodbye as well it will never really be goodbye.
He found a cave that looked lovely on the outside in no time, however somehow there was absolutely nothing! No diamonds! Barely even iron…it was preposterous! Finding himself fed up he takes the initiative to start strip mining, however tedious the task may be…oh the things he does for his feldglings…hes too kind really.
After a while Scott had found a bit more iron however his pic axe broke as he entered a new cave finding some quite noble looking doors in his eyes that caught his curious eye. Without a second thought Scott finds himself opening the doors in front of him , however he did not expect his exit to be cut off immediately by obsidian
confused he begins to look around the room scanning with his eyes before he sets them on a familiar figure…..
Avid. Oh no please god no dont tell me in stuck with this foolish man…scotts thoughts practically flow outside onto his face his confusion evident and his annoyance
This was going to be a LONG long night….
