Summary
Viridescent Daydream sighed happily, watching the bluebirds waddle closer for attention, morphos fluttering about, and his prized flora in bloom.
He laid back, arms crossing over his stomach, annoyed chirps in his direction.
Viridescent Daydream winced, forgetting they had been behind him as apologies flew out of his mouth as he picked the poor thing up and warbled, checking them over.
Though strange… he was forgetting things more and more often…
One had nestled in the locks of his hair, pecking at random strands. Another, bigger and lazier, had slumped down in his collar.
Nothing too outside of his normal, with the sun warming his wings perfectly, his animals quieting down, and being swallowed by the long blades of grass, uncaring of the stains it would later leave.
He smiled, body relaxing.
A nap wouldn’t hurt.
