You are now the Black Queen. It just so happens to be a random, unimportant day in your life on Derse. Nothing interesting at all is going on. You have been commanding troups, and trying to get a win on the eternal stalemate of a war you have going with Prospit.
> Black Queen: Think about some random girl you haven't met yet.
It just so happens today is some random girls birthday. On Earth. Not on Derse. This is completely unimportant to you, as there are many birthdays on Earth every year. It is likely also many other girls birthdays. It doesn't matter. You have UNREASONABLE DEMANDS to make of your subjects.
> Black Queen: Ah, yes, hobbies and such.
You enjoy making your subject, Jack Noir, loathe you via various UNREASONABLE DEMANDS. Oh, yes, you enjoy giving out UNREASONABLE DEMANDS to all of your subjects. You also enjoy DRESSING UP, and MAKING YOUR SUBJECTS DRESS UP. You may be a slight annoyance, but BEING A SLIGHT ANNOYANCE is also one of your hobbies, along with causing EXTREME SUFFERING. You also happen to enjoy READING THE NEWS and BEING MAD AT THE NEWS.
> Black Queen: Get up and go make UNREASONABLE DEMANDS
You get up and start going to make UNREASONABLE DEMANDS to all of your subjects. How fun this is going to be. You believe you will start with Jack Noir. Yes, he will be the funnest. Lets check on him for a second.
> Black Queen: Be Jack Noir.
You cannot be Jack Noir because Jack Noir is too busy being knocked out. Maybe try again at a different time, not directly after he is done being beat up?
> Black Queen: Be the Black Queen.
Well that seems repetitive, you are already the Black Queen. You decide to take a peak at the recent newspaper. While you are getting mad at it, someone is looking for you. We should be this someone, but they are at the door already. You are too busy reading the newspaper to hear their first knock at the door.
> Black Queen: Hear knocking on door.
Well, who could possibly be knocking on your door? Whatever poor subject is doing this will surely know your wrath!
> Black Queen: Be Jack Noir.
You can be Jack Noir because he woke up. Weird, all he felt was a tap on the back of his neck, and then he got knocked out. Whoever did this is surely still in the building, and probably needs to be removed from it. You decide to go out into the building to look for them.
> Jack: Finally get some descriptions.
Oh, come on now. If you're reading this, you have most likely already both read Homestuck and watched Madoka Magica. So there is no way you're seriously asking for descriptions of places you have already seen. I mean, it's Derse. You know where Derse is, how it looks, all of that. I mean, if you have done everything I am asking you to do, which you should, because this gives context for things you should not know unless you have, then you probably already know what is going to happen and who the mysterious person is, but that doesn't really matter, does it? I mean, I could drop a subversion and make it like, Kosane Kiriha or something, but you probably haven't read Null Magical Girl, and that would make absolutely no sense.
> Narrator: Make excuses about how you don't need to describe anything.
You explain to the reader that there is absolutely no reason at this point in the story for him to describe anything. Which makes sense, considering they are 300 words in. There's a pretty solid chance this fic gets scrapped before it's finished anyway. You should probably dial it back a few meta layers and go back to being Jack Noir again to progress the story instead of making it look like the author is trying desperately to be funny.
> Narrator: Be Jack Noir.
You are now Jack Noir again. You decice it would be a good idea to go and inform the Black Queen of your recent beating at the hands of the MYSTERIOUS WOMAN Unfortunately, she kicked your ass so hard that you are currently stumbling around and have a headache.

You fall into the ground.
> Jack Noir: Try to stand up again.
You try to stand up again. You seem to succeed. That girl must have been doing something special, because no one who isn't special could kick your ass that hard. You may be praising this MYSTERIOUS WOMAN too much, but she probably deserves the praise.
> Jack Noir: Walk out of the room.
You still have some insufferable paperwork to do, but that can wait until you have informed the higher ups of the current situation. You know, of the stranger in the building. Holding the Black Queen at gunpoint.
> Jack Noir: Wait, what?
That can't be right. Why would the MYSTERIOUS WOMAN, oh, just call her MW, hold the Black Queen at gunpoint? I mean, you don't like her, but no one has ever done something like that before. Perhaps you should be the Black Queen to figure this out.
> Jack Noir: Be the Black Queen.
You are now the Black Queen. Being held at gunpoint by a MYSTERIOUS WOMAN. She is dressed in a cloak and weird purple-ish black shoe sock things, and a weird glove thing. She is holding you at gunpoint with her DESERT EAGLE. This is a precatious scenario. She has a DESERT EAGLE, and you're unarmed!
> Black Queen: Laugh hysterically.
Even without any new powers, you are still the Black Queen. A DESERT EAGLE is not a high enough power to defeat you. After you are finished cackling, you spread your arms out and act like you're invincible. This MYSTERIOUS WOMAN is in over her head.
> Black Queen: Watch as the MYSTERIOUS WOMAN puts the gun away.
She should really just be called the MW. Anyway, why would the MW do that? Doesn't she know she should at least try to hurt you before giving up? I mean, she just reached back into her cloak and put it back! For no apparent reason! She shifts her hand around a bit, and starts pulling something out.
> Black Queen: Is that an MP7?
Yes, that is most certainly an MP7. You do not know how you angered this woman, but you certainly know now that she can probably take you out. However, she wouldn't dare, right? After all, you are too important to get taken out so quickly! She could never!
> Black Queen: Get shot to death.
Bullets riddle your body. Before you get killed too badly, the MM puts her MP7 away. You believe that this was not enough to kill you because of your magical ring. She's going to have to try harder then that. She has an RPG-7.
> Black Queen: Get blown to bits.
You get blown into pieces, your ring flying into MW's hand, which she promptly puts on her finger, along with the 3 other rings. Of course, these don't do anything for her, because she is a human, but that doesn't matter. She just needs to keep them on her person for a little while. The MW vanishes, leaving only pieces of the Black Queen behind. Oh, and smoke, and several effortlessly defeated guards

A young girl stands in her bedroom. Today is October 3rd. Although not a particularly important day for a queen or something, it is an important day for her, as it is her birthday. Despite having lived for 14 years up until now, it is only today that this girl will be given a name. What will her name be?
> Enter name.
Seriously? "Kriemhield Gretchen?" For whatever reason, you feel offended, and slightly scared. It's probably nothing.
> Try again.
"Madoka Kaname."
> Madoka: Ponder about weird dream you had.
The previous night, you had the strangest dream. Some strange, upside-down, spinning monster was rampaging through a golden city, with a MYSTERIOUS WOMAN trying to fight it. You were also being spoken by something that you can't remmeber.
> Madoka: Examine room.
You feel no need to examine your room, as you have already seen it, haven't you?
> Madoka: Provide exposition into hobbies.
You have an unreasonable love for DAYDREAMING. In particular fantasizing about becoming a MAGICAL GIRL. If only that could be real. You also happen to enjoy EATING the various wonderful meals your FAMILY makes for you. You like CATS. You also happen to be interested in ART and enjoy DRAWING. You enjoy webcomics such as Sweet Bro and Hella Jeff and Problem Sleuth. You also enjoy various MAGICAL GIRL ANIME. This along with the various webcomics you enjoy have inspired you to your own webcomic.
> Madoka. Show off sick webcomic.
You go to edit your sick webcomic. You call it Meduki Meduca. It is a magical girl inspired comic about a girl hiding the existence of an evil fox from space from her family as she goes on adventures with her friends. Who promptly die of several causes. Admittedly, the main character, Meduki, is kind of based on yourself. And one of the side characted, Hotomi, is based off of one of your INTERNET FRIENDS. That and Sekuya is based off another one of your INTERNET FRIENDS. You think it KINDA SUCKS. Like everything else you do, ever.
> Madoka: Go make a contract.
What? Why would you do that? There's no reason for you to make a contact with anyone. Well, maybe except one of your internet friends. But even then, everyone knows it wouldn't be binding!
> Madoka: Recall weird cat.
Weird cat? You haven't come across any such being recently. Excluding a black cat that got dangerously close to being run over. Luckily, the car passed through before it was severely hurt. You then proceeded to take it to the garden and take care of it for a little while. But it wasn't weird or anything!
> Madoka: Get pestered by the blue girl.

OS: happy birthday!
KG: Oh, thanks Sayaka!
OS: have you gotten Sburb yet?
KG: Ah, no, I haven't gotten any of my gifts yet...
OS: does that mean you also haven't gotten my gift?
KG: No...
OS: ah you take too long. at this rate, i'm gonna have to come over there myself and give you it!
KG: Sayaka! Don't tease!
OS: relax. just making a bit of fun
OS: after all. It is your birthday!
OS: as your friend i'm obligated to lighten the mood on days like this!
KG: Are you coming over today?
OS: i'll try.
OS: scheduling is being impossible.

You cannot be the blue girl, as she is too busy trying not to feel bad about lying to her friend about coming over. But at least they can play Sburb!

KG: Hitomi!
MF: Happy birthday.
KG: Thanks. Have you gotten your copy of Sburb yet?
MF: It got lost in shipping. I'm afraid I won't be able to play today.
KG: What! That's horrible
KG: You're the first in our chain!
KG: What should we do?
MF: Now, Madoka, we could just do it some other day.
KG: Yeah, but I wanted to do it on my birthday...
KG: Plus, I feel like today's important.
KG: Like we won't get to play if we do it any later.
KG: It's probably just me, but I find that feeling kind of scary.
MF: Madoka, you know that's absurd.
MF: But if you insist, I am willing to let you play with someone else.
KG: But it won't be the same without you...
KG: Also, there aren't many other people who have the beta...
MF: Fair point.
MF: However, I got pestered by some candleTeapot a little while back about Sburb. Maybe try contacting her?
KG: Uh, sorry, Hitomi, but someone else is pestering me, I need a second.

Yes, that was very weird. Why does this MYSTERIOUS WOMAN, oh, just call her MW, now your name? Why do you think they are the MW? And why do they appear to be so against you playing Sburb? This will probably stress you out soon enough.

She is not weird! You do not know her yet, but referring to anyone you do not know as weird is also rude! You lambast yourself for having such thoughts.
> Madoka: Check if Hitomi is still available.
KG: Hitomi?
KG: Are you still here?
KG: ...
KG: Doesn't look like it..

CT: I have. I even have my own copy.

KG: Me and one of my friends could really use a third player...
KG: Would you mind being Sayaka's server player?
CT: Of course not!
CT: However, I do have a condition.
CT: An old friend of mine has a copy of Sburb, but no one to play with.
CT: I would love it if your friend Sayaka was her server player.
KG: I'll ask her.
KG: Either way, we should get started soon.
KG: I have a feeling that we have a limited window to do this. Like we'll run out of time otherwise.
CT: You shouldn't stress over random feelings.
KG: Yeah, probably not.
KG: Sayaka is oceanicSoldier.
KG: Try to set it up with her?
CT: Alright, I'll try.
KG: Thank you.

> Madoka: Try to be the yellow girl.
You cannot be the yellow girl because her cat will not let you. But you can listen in on their conversation if you want to.

Mami: Kyubey, are these the girls you were looking for? The one's you need?
Kyubey: Yes. Percisely these two. They are very important to what happens next.
Kyubey: After all, without a full team, you could never beat Sburb.
Kyubey: Those two would have been hopeless on their own, so it's only nautral that I had to intervene and stop Hitomi from playing.
Mami: Although I disagree with the method, I agree that Hitomi may have been detrimental. From what you've told me, there's too much on the line to risk her intervening
Mami: What about that other girl?
Kyubey: In truth, despite my omniscience, I don't know everything about her.
Kyubey: She is an anomaly.
Kyubey: I'm guessing it's that shield she's using that it guarding her from my vision.
Kyubey: Once you enter the game, I'm sure you won't mind removing it.
Mami: Of course not.
Mami: When I get the chance, I will try to defeat her.
Kyubey: Everything appears set in place.
Kyubey: Time is all that you need.
> Be the pink girl again.
You are now the pink girl again. You are sad your friend Hitomi couldn't play with you, but it doesn't matter.
> Go aquire your copy of Sburb.
You wander downstairs as quietly as possible, trying to avoid your MOM your DAD, and your little BROTHER. No hard feelings, you just need to get this game quickly. You love all of them, but they can be a bit controlling. Espcially your MOM. Nothing wrong with her, and you're even on good terms with most of this stuff. But, it can still be a nuiscance sometimes.
> Get ominous sense of dread.
You get an omninous sense of dread and quickly hide behind a wall. Your mom peaks just past it and looks around. As a Lord of Doom, you are an inevitable and unstoppable force of judgement and law. Trying to prevent you from playing Sburb and achieving your goals in it is simply not within the rules of reality.
> Huh?
You aren't a Lord of Doom? You don't even know what that is! Plus, it sounds super scary. Why would anyone even think to call you such a thing!
> Move to aquire Sburb.
You move across your home to aqquire Sburb, sneaking into your parents comically oversized bedroom. It is oddly dark and you can't see much, but there are windows all around it as you know.
> Spot Sburb.
You make out the faint outline of the gift you are mostly sure is Sburb on your parents bed and begin moving towards it. It is short, flat, and kind of boring. The perfect disguise for your most wanted gift.
> Get the game stolen.
Aa you move towards the game, you think you see a faint outline of a person moving across the room. No, more accurately, you are certain you see such a thing, as they steal Sburb and sneak away before you can keep an eye on them. How rude!
> Be afraid of this home invader
You are afraid of the home invader. You have no idea where they are and they want your birthday gifts for some reason. You feel as if you're being watched, and as if things are about to go awry. You close your eyes in anticipation...
> Get caught
The lights turn on. Oh dear. You have been caught in your grand scheme to steal Sburb. You begin to look back at your parents, preparing for a scolding.
> Be the blue girl to avoid it.
Yes, you will be doing that.

A young girl stands in her bedroom. She has just finished lying to her friend about maybe coming over, and is currently getting over the guilt of all of her crimes. You may recall her talking to a certain MADOKA KANAME. This is the friend that this young lady has recently lied to. If you can recall her name, as it has already been stated earlier in the story, I would love you to repeat it to me, as I cannot remember.
> Enter name.
"Octavia von Seckendorff." Seriously?
> Try again.
"Sayaka Miki." Much better.
> Examine room.
Your name is SAYAKA MIKI. As we already know, you have just finished LYING to one of your FRIENDS, an exercise you did not enjoy, and one we already know everything about. You have a variety of interests, mostly in the field of MUSIC and HOSPITALIZED FRIENDS. In particular, you enjoy listening to MUSIC, particularly with your FRIENDS. You also have an interest in FENCING, being quite a good fencer if you would say so yourself. You aslo enjoy SHOPPING. Oh, yes, you have a HOSPITALIZED FRIEND that used to play music, that you enjoy hanging out with. It's a shame that his hospital will be destroyed by meteors before you can confess your feelings to him. Or maybe one of your friends will just steal him beforehand.
> Sayaka: Glance around your room.
Ah, yes, your ROOM. It is filled with MUSICAL RECORDS and STEREO'S. Since most of them are red, they shine nicely against the ocean blue walls and ceiling, along with the carpeted floor. You have red curtains at the end of the room opposite to your own, and a bunch of junk scattered around on the ground that you need to clean up. Your bed is a simple red color with a boring metal frame. It has a black nightstand by its side. On it you have your laptop and your copy of SBURB. You have already installed the Sburb Client onto your computer, and considered booting it up, but want to wait for Madoka's permission to make sure everything is properly set up.
> Sayaka: Pester Madoka.

OS: madoka.
KG: Yeah?
OS: do you have your copy yet?
KG: No.
KG: I got caught and scolded trying to steal it.
KG: I got off easy because its my birthday.
OS: dang.
OS: i really wanted to play.
KG: About that.
KG: Hitomi doesn't have her copy.
OS: huh?
KG: Yeah.
KG: Don't worry, I think someone else is helping start the chain.
OS: and who would that be?
KG: Their tag is candleTeapot.
OS: alright.

OS: hey.
OS: i heard you have a copy of sburb?
OS: ...

You cannot be candleTeapot because her cat still will not let you. You can listen in on their conversation again, however.

Mami: And you're absolutely sure I don't need to respond?
Kyubey: Of course.
Kyubey: You can already become Sayaka's server player with the knowledge I've given you.
Kyubey: And that's all you need to do for now.
Kyubey: Although, the anomaly may cause some trouble.
Kyubey: I don't know anything about them.
Kyubey: Besides the fact that they are most likely a Sburb player.
> MYSTERIOUS WOMAN: Issue cryptic warning.
You cannot be the MYSTERIOUS WOMAN because she will not let you be. But you can listen to her talk with Mami.
> Reader: Listen in.
I'll assume Kyubey has already informed you of who I am.
This does not matter to me. He does not have the nessecary perception to determine anything meaningful about me.
Mami: That's correct. I would be greatly pleased if you simply told me.
Unfortunately, I cannot do that.
I will say that you can play Sburb. I don't think I could stop you given your company.
But do not pull Madoka Kaname into this. If you do, the consequences will be worse for the both of us then you can imagine.
> Sayaka: Waltz around room aimlessly.
For a minute or two, you waltz around your room aimlessly. You don't feel particularly motivated to do anything but wander around. You should really get to doing something.
> Sayaka: Check phone.
It appears a new pesterlog has appeared on your phone. Check it?
> Sayaka: Check.

CT: Sorry I couldn't respond earlier.
OS: same for me.
CT: There you are.
CT: Now then, would you mind if I act as your server player?
OS: no, not really.

OS: and letting it rest and collect dust feels wrong.
CT: That's entirely fair.
CT: In a few minutes, I should be open to act as your server player.

What? Why would you make a contract? You have no one to make a contract with, and not much you want in the world. There's a lot of other people who would deserve some contract much more, and you aren't obliged to take their place.

You recall no such thing, as you have never met such a weird cat. It has not appeared to you yet.

OS: i'm cool with being their client player.
OS: they seem pretty nice.

KG: I got pestered by someone trying to stop me from playing.
KG: I'm not sure how they figured out who I am.
KG: But they knew my name somehow.
KG: It was pretty weird.
KG: They were acting weird.

OS: i wouldn't trust them.
OS: it's not like they're omniscient, no one is. no one can know the future before it happens.
OS: you just have to figure it out.
OS: i wouldn't trust them. they seem a bit arrogant or in over their head.
OS: and there's no way they're telling you the whole deal.
KG: Yeah, probably.
KG: Still, it scares me a little bit.

HL: I am aware of your names because I have knowledge about Sburb.
HL: I have gained this knowledge through countless years of research.
HL: And I have countless years of expierience using this knowledge.
HL: It is rather safe to say I am the second most knowledgable being on this game in this timeline currently.
HL: And my vast knowledge has only ever led me to one conclusion.
HL: That Sburb is not a game that is worth playing.
HL: At the very least, not by you.
HL: And even more then that, not by Madoka.

Again, why would you do that? You have absolutely no reasons to be making contracts.

Hmm? What could that be? Probably just a bird or a cat or something.

You are now Sayaka. Again. This little sidequest was probably meaningless now. Completely and utterly pointless. What will you do?

OS: you doing good.
HV: of course not, I'm in the hospital.
OS: i know
OS: but it's nice to ask anyway.
OS: i might have time to come over sometime today.
OS: do you have any music you'd like me to pick up on the way there?
HV: isn't it madoka's birthday?
HV: you should hang out with her, not me.
OS: yeah, but i don't have time to come over to her house today.
HV: didn't you just suggest you come over to my hospital.
HV: if you have time to do that, you have time to hang out with madoka.
HV: it'd be rude to ignore her on her birthday.

To be honest I did not expect this many people to end up seeing this. Pretty sure you're all overselling the story but I just can't prove it.
