Eye Spy

Summary:

"I despise of many things but...I despise you the most, All Might"

After a life-changing incident that leaves his image of hero society askew, he takes matters into his own hands.

Even with a quirk that wasn't all too powerful in it of itself, he still made heroes struggle, unable to figure out just who he is.
He somehow always knew their next move, but why?

Was it his quirk or just his sheer intelligence...?

He became the heroes' biggest problem, yet remained unknown.

Just who was he...?

No one would ever believe it was a mere 15 year old.
Or a high schooler that had been attending the most prestigious highschool in all of Japan...

So what did they do when it happened to be the case?

Chapter 1: The Start

Chapter Text

...

"I don't know anything...!"
A man screamed as bright lights shun down on his face.

"No. Everyone knows something.
Tell me anything you know."
Another man hissed sternly, shining the light right into the other man's eye.

"...he's a new boss! He took over only recently...! We don't even know what he looks like or who he is..! We just know to beware of the man with eyes on the palm of his hands...!"
The man yelled once more, shutting his eyes due to the brightness that illuminated from the light.

The interrogator let go of the light and stepped back.
He let out a drawn sigh, "alright.
Your interrogation is done."
He walked out of the concrete room and stepped outside to the hallway that led to the room.

"What did you learn so far, detective Tsukauchi?"
Another man asked as he followed.

"I'll explain when we make it to the conference room"
Tsukauchi said, a bit annoyed, as he opened the door to the conference room and walked in.

Heroes and other detectives sat at a large wooden round table, waiting for the results of the interrogation.
"So...
What did you get out of him?"
The #1 hero asked.

Tsukauchi sat down at the head of the table and shook his head.
"Nothing...
It's just the same old same old.
New guy came in and took over, what's known about him?
Nothing.
All that's known is that he has eyes on the palms of his hands."

"...at this rate he's taken over almost all the Mafia and gang organizations in Japan..."

"Yes it's bad.
We don't know what to do.

It's like he knows our every move."

_________________________________________

"Heh. This is good"
A voice chuckled as he watched the meeting play out from the safety of his home.

"*Looks like no matter how hard they try, they won't be able to figure out who I am.
Good.

Besides.
Who would suspect a freshman highschooler of being a notorious villain?*"
He stood up and walked over to his desk.

"*I'm glad I was able to get such a big commission.
With this being hung up on large buildings of Tokyo, I'll be able to see everything.*"
He sat down and began to draw.

The lines glowed a light green as every pencil stroke was embued.

It was a long process, it took many hours but it'd be worth it in the end.

At the end, the drawing ended up being a hyperrealistic black eye.
The drawing glowed green all at once before it all subsided.

"And...
Done..."
He yawned.
He glanced at the clock, it was 12am.
*I took longer than I thought I would. But at last.
I'm done.
Now I just leave a signature.*"

He signed the art piece with his initials "I.M"
Though it was written in such a way that the letters couldn't be made out.

"*7 million yen, all for me.
Its good this commission came in on time, I have bills to pay.*"
He pulled out his phone and messaged his buyer.

"-It's done-"

"-Amazing! I'll pick it up tomorrow-"

"-Thanks-"

"-No thank you, what time can I drop by?-"

"-Early morning works good, 7am.
I'm busy after school-"

"-Of course.
I'll see you then-"

"-Alright see you.-"

The conversation ended there.
He put his phone away and went to sleep, he had a long day and needed it.

_________________________________________

"This is amazing!
Here's your check. This'll be hung up today!
You can look forward to seeing it"
The buyer said as he handed him a check.

The art piece was loaded up delicately Into a truck.

"Thank you."
He smiled.

"Of course, now see ya"

He walked back into his house and dressed into his uniform.
After quickly dressing, he slipped on some black gloves and made his way out to school.

After a long route, he made it to the gates of the school and to his classroom.

He walked in with a friendly smile, it was only the third day of the school year.
School had only just begun.

"Heya Midoriya!"
An electric teen cheered.

The green haired teen cheered back, "hey kaminari"

"How's your morning going?"

"Pretty nice"
He sat down behind a spiky blond haired teen.

"That's good"

The conversation came to an end as the teacher walked in.
He had long black hair and evident beard stubble.
It was obvious he lacked sleep and needed a good cup of coffee.

"Hello class.
I hope you all rested well.
I didn't.

In today's class we'll start by learning the basics of heroism"
The teacher began.

Midoriya glanced out the window, "*he was at that meeting yesterday.
It'd be useful if I used my quirk on him.

But there's no opening as of now.
I'll have to wait.
Doing it in school his risky, so I should catch him during his nightshift.*"
He thought to himself as he shut his eyes.

"*Hm. The painting is in the middle of being hung up right now.
I'll have to check up on it later.*"
He opened his eyes back up again, glancing at the board.

He wrote down some brief notes, though he didn't really need them.

The day dragged along, sitting in class wasn't fun at all.

But there was something Midoriya enjoyed doing.
Something he wouldn't openly admit to just anyone.

The school day came to an end, Midoriya walked alone in a system of alleyways.
He had already gone home and changed.

He wandered around in a hoodie, holding a particular lethal item in his pocket.

"*Pro hero liespice should be around here.
I made sure to calculate his shifts.
He'll walk past this alleyway in a minute, he'll be alone and be drinking a cup of iced venti caramel macchiato, with 15 pumps vanilla syrup, made with heavy whipping cream, barely any ice, one shot, add whip, and extra caramel drizzle.

That's his usual to go order.

He's getting closer.
There's no one accompanying him.
No other heroes flying in the sky either.

Witnesses to the crime will be low, only 3 people will see him actually die but they won't be able to see me.

Good.

His guard is dropped, only weapons he has are 2 guns and 3 knives.
His quirk isn't all too strong.

He walks past in 3.

2*"
Midoriya cocked his gun and took aim, a second later he shot and ran away.

"*Lethal shot.
No coming back from that*"

He ran through the alleyway system and made it far.
Once he was far enough he continued his walk at a leisurely pace.

"*Perfect kill.
No evidence left behind.
Witnesses have called for police but they're not going to make it in time to figure out anyone was close by.*"

Midoriya was a villain.

_________________________________________

Izuku Midoriya
Quirk- clairvoyance.

This quirk allows him to see through the eyes he draws.
As long as the drawing is distinguishable as an eye, he can see through it.

He also as an eye on both palms of his hands, those eyes allow him to see through the eyes of someone else.
As long as the eyes on his hands can gaze at someone, he'll be able to see what they're seeing and read their thoughts.

His eyes change color based on the color of the eyes he's looking through, including the drawn eyes.

He cannot hear through the eyes.

Despite having an amazing quirk that could easily allow him to be the best detective alive, he didn't want to go down the route of justice and herosim.

The reason was simple.

He hated how the heroes and justice system operated.

It started at the ripe age of 5, a year after the quirk kicked in.
An incident occured in which he realized he simply just couldn't support it.

Being gifted with intelligence only made him be aware of things he wished he didn't know.

Though it was because of that same intelligence that he was able to operate the way he did.

He taught himself how to fight and wield weapons, posing as quirkless to everyone and anyone he knew.
He fed them with thoughts of training to be a hero while having ulterior motivies.

He also honed his art skills to perfect ability.
For good reason as well. He sold his art.

He needed money and with his good skills he was commissioned frequently.
He was known in the art world under a different identity. His most famous pieces were his drawings of eyes, everyone was drawn to them.

To the point where they were hung around everywhere.

Though, once he was old enough and trained his abilities to a T...

He went down a different route.
A route of evil.
A route that no one could know of.

Directly opposing society, he became a villain.
An unknown one.
No one knew who he was, who the monster that was taking over the underground system of evil, was.

The only thing they knew was that he was a man with eyes on the palms of his hands.
And anyone who met the man with eyes on his palms never lived to tell the tale.

He had a childhood 'friend'.
He was hardly a friend.
More like a bully.

A wannabe bully.

"*I'll get into UA.
I'll be able to learn the weaknesses of incoming heroes and all might.
He's teaching there this year.

With the information I'll get, I'll be able to conduct my revenge properly.*"

_________________________________________

He got into UA.
With his skill and ability, it wasn't all too difficult at all.

It was just another step in his grand plan anyways...

_________________________________________

"Death by gun.
It's the same bullet from all the previous attacks.
No evidence and next to an alleyway.

It's the same killer."
An investigator said, looking over the killed hero.

"Does it seem to be in relation to the guy who's taking over all the mafias and underground gangs?"

"It might.
That guy has yet to use his quirk and also kills with weapons.

But this could just be one of his henchmen.
At this rate, he's such a secret that the only thing we know is he has eyes on his palms."

"Shouldn't someone like that be easy to find?
I mean it's such a distinct trait."

"Anyone who's seen him never makes it out alive.
And he's just some citizen among the other millions in Japan.
Trying to find him is like trying to find a needle in a haystack."

"So not even his henchmen know what he looks like...?"

"Yep.
We've interrogated many.
No one knows..."

"That's crazy, so he's just living among us while doing all that evil...

For all we know he could be the most beloved person known."

"Mhm...
He's our biggest problem as of now."

"His quirk must be strong, seeing as how it's giving us so many problems."

"Most definitely."

_________________________________________

"*The league of villains.
That's a new organization going around.

I should aim to take over that group as well.
I have to find them first.

Hm.
Well I am going out later tonight to kill pro hero shadowwave, I should draw a bunch of eyes and stick them in potential areas of hang out.

Oh, I also need to find eraserhead.

Alright then.
I have work.*"
Midoriya thought to himself as he sat down on his desk and began to draw.

He made the eyes small, very small.
But they were also all clustered.

At first glance, it didn't look like eyes.
However, a better look at it showed off the many small eyes drawn on.

They were all drawn in a different style, he didn't want the eyes to be recognised under his famous style.
They'd be hung in alleyways after all.

He worked for hours on end, making many eye cards.
The work was difficult per usual but he didn't mind it.

When he was done, it was time to go out.

He grabbed his disguise and left.

"*Three tasks.

2 hours.

I can only spend a maximum of 40 minutes on each task.

If I work diligently enough, I'll be able to finish with extra time left on the clock.*"

Chapter 2: Search

Chapter Text

...

The moon sat high in the sky.
A cold chill blew through the air, it hit Midoriya's body.

He glanced around, adjusting the black face mask he had been wearing.
His disguise wasn't anything too special.
It was just a black metal mask paired with colored eye contacts, a black hoodie, and pants.

The gear wasn't what made His stealth so special, it was his ability.

"*We'll start with eraserhead.
It'd be smart if I started with my current obstacle.
Then I'll move onto killing that hero and then sticking the eyes in alleyways.*"
His eyes turned a sky blue as he looked into an eye he drew.

It was the big commission that has been hung on a large building in Tokyo.

"*I need to get an idea as to where eraserhead is.
His usual shifts start at 12am and end at 3am.
On Monday, Wednesdays, and Friday he patrols Tokyo.
On Tuesday and Thursday, he patrols Kyoto.
And on Saturday and Sunday he patrols Hosu.

However, even though it's AM hours and technically the next day. He does it based on what day the morning was.

So he's on a Wednesday night shift on an early Thursday morning.

Yep.

So he's in Tokyo.
But where.*"
Midoriya looked around with the eye, he spotted him moving around on the main road.

"*There he is.
He's about 2 miles and 602 feet away from me.
Considering his walking pace and if I decide to run, I'll be able to spot him in 3-7 minutes.
Since I'm not killing him I'll have to take extra measures to make sure I'm not spotted.*"
Midoriya thought to himself as he switched perspectives to another eye drawn on the street eraserhead had been walking down.

"*He's drinking a coffee.
He's right handed but he's drinking it with his left hand so his guard is definitely up.
He's looking into most of the alleyways he passes but isn't doing anything.

That's because I specifically instructed for the groups I'm in control of to lay off of crime for this week.
Good.

Seeing my current position and his along with the speed he's walking at, it's likely he won't make it over to me for another 40 minutes.
But I don't feel like wasting time to I'll go over to him.

He isn't looking up at rooftops.
Hm, the heights of the buildings aren't safe enough though. If it make even the tiniest of noise he'll be able to see me.
Sticking to alleyway will have to be the safest option.*"
Midoriya ran down a couple streets, crossing into multiple alleyways.
He had taken a shortcut to get to eraserhead the fastest way possible.

He made a stop at 1 alleyway and hid by black garbage bags.
He pretended to be one and only left the eyes on the palms of his hands out.
They remained shut most of the time until time came to actually use them.
He was at an angle where he could see anyone that passed by but anyone that passed by wouldn't be able to see him.

"*Perfect.
Now I just wait for him to pass in 5.
4.
3*"
Aizawa walked right past the alleyway, he took a peak inside but continued on his way when he saw nothing.

Midoriya grinned, "*perfect yet again*"
He quickly shut his palm eyes, rolled up his gloves, and made a safe escape.

"*Now I can see what he's seeing and hear his thoughts.
Good.*"
He ran far off, searching for the hero he had to kill.
He knew exactly where he'd be, all he had to do was get into position.

"*Gun is ready, eraserhead isn't anywhere near as well as any other heroes.
Good.
Pro hero shadowwave will pass by in 1 minute and 3 seconds.
I'm in a position where I won't be seen by any passing cars or people.
Good*"
He took aim and watched as the pro hero made his way down the street, completely unaware of what was coming.

"*3

2

1*"
Midoriya shot the bullet.
It perfectly pierced right through the pro hero's temple and instantly killed him.
Midoriya ran away from the scene, escaping through the alleyway system he had memorized.

"*I have lots of time to spare.
2/3 tasks finished within 20 minutes.

That give me about 1 hour and 40 minutes to stick these eyes up around alleyways.

I should scatter them around Tokyo, I've been informed that the league of villains is residing somewhere here. I heard they're recruiting members.
The only way to find them is by letting them find you, but that won't be the case with me.

I'll find them before they even know they've been found.*"
He thought to himself as he began to stick the eyes around the system of alleyways.

He put them in non-suspicious areas like ontop of garbage bins, stuffed in dark corners, next to graffiti art, next to posters hung up around.
He made them look like they were naturally apart of the area.

It didn't take much effort at all, most of the alleyways he had been walking through anyways had been trashed and graffitied beyond repair.
It was due to the fact they were alleyways of abandoned areas, no one dared to go there because of the thugs and villain activity that could possibly encounter.

It was exactly what Midoriya needed.

He was able to finish his task within 30 minutes, giving him an hour and ten minutes to himself.

"*Alright.
Perfect.
Now I have this time to spend for myself.*"
With the time he was given, he went home and did the most logical thing he could think of.

Sleep.

It was early AM hours and he had school that he couldnt afford to be late for.

_________________________________________

"Heya Midoriya, what's up?"
Kaminari asked, approaching Midoriya who had his head down on his desk.

Midoriya blinked, switching his eyes from black back to green, before looking up at Kaminari.
"Nothing much"
He replied with a small smile.

"Did you hear about what happened yesterday and last night?"

"What happened?"

"That killer struck again.
2 pro heroes were killed.
Police don't have a name for the villain yet."
Kaminari said.

"How do they know it's the same person?"

"Same gun shot wound."

"Ah makes sense.
What're they doing about it?"

"Well I heard they're increasing surveillance in alleyways since the heroes are all dying next to spooky alleyways.
Cameras, more police activity, etc"
Kaminari sighed.

"Well I hope they catch that person soon enough.
A hero killer can't be a good thing."

"Yeah..!"

Aizawa walked into the classroom, however he didn't go to his usual area and give out his usual talk.
He just stood by the doorway.
"Hello class."

"Hello"
They all said in unison.

"Today I won't be teaching class"

"...then who will-"

"I WILL"
A haughty voice cheered, stepping into the classroom.
Midoriya's eyes widened as he looked at who stood before him.

"ALL MIGHT!"
The class cheered in unison.
Excitement shot through their veins as they stared awestruck.

Midoriya forced out a smile. He hid his glare and gazed upon all might friendlyly.

"Ha!ha!ha!
Get into your hero outfits and meet me at ground beta for training!"

After a quick changing intermission, they were all at ground beta with all might.

Midoriya's outfit was quite special.
The gloves he had couldn't be seen through but whatever was inside could see outside.
Like a one-sided mirror.

The request wasn't suspicious as he had explained that it would be useful to him to know when the gloves were inside out and that would simply be the best and easiest way.

That was because the gloves also could release gripping spikes upon clap.

If he tapped both hands together, spikes would raise from the gloves.
They could serve as both grip and attack weapon.

The request didn't look suspicious because of that simple reason.
It also helped that the support course didn't really question anything and just built things upon request.

The outfit overall also supported his body.
The muscles and ligaments were given extra support and the material was made to be bullet proof and still flexible.

It was entirely black for added stealth and came with a nice hoodie.

The shoes were steel soled to protect the bottom of his feet from anything possible.

And the outfit had many secret compartments for weapon and gear storage.

"Alright!
Allow me to explain how this will work!

You will be put into pairs, your pair will be labeled either hero or villain!

The hero pair's job is to find the villain's weapon and secure it.

The villain pair's job is to make sure the weapon isn't secured.

Both pairs have to try to subdue the other pairs.

It'll be pair vs pair if you haven't picked up on that already.

Now for the pairs to be announced.

Pair A heroes
Tenya Iida and Ochaco Uraraka

Pair B villains
Kyoka jirou and denki kaminari

Pair C heroes
Mina ashido and Momo yaoyorozu

Pair D villains
Izuku Midoriya and Eijrou Kirishima

Pair E heroes
Tsuyu Asui and toru Hagakure

Pair F villains
Shoto Todoroki and Fumikage Tokoyami

Pair G heroes
Katsuki Bakugo and hanta sero

Pair H villains
Koji Koda and yuga Aoyama

Pair I heroes
Rikido sato and mezo shoji

And!

Pair J villains
Minoru Mineta and Mashiro Ojiro.

Those are all the pairs, please find your partner!"
All might said, listing out all the names.

Midoriya walked over to his partner, he had already been aquatinted with him.

"Looks like we're working together Midoriya!"
Kirishima smiled.

Midoriya smiled back, "mhm. I wonder who we'll be up against."
He glanced at all might and opened the eyes on the palms of his hands.
No one could see them, but he could see out of them.

His gaze landed on all might, it was exactly what he needed.

"We have to protect the weapon."

"Yep."

"What's the plan?"

"I'll tell you when not everyone can listen in on us."

"Alright!"

"Now for the first match!"
All might stuck his hand into a container and pulled out 2 letters.

"Team D vs Team G!
Alright!
Team D, please make your way to the building and get set up. You have 5 minutes!"
All might instructed.

Midoriya walked off with Kirishima to the building, "looks like we're fighting bakugo and sero. This'll be fun"
Kirishima began as Midoriya looked at the large weapon.

"Hm.
There's 7 floors total and we're allowed to choose were this goes.
Top floor will be the best decision.
It gives us enough time to ambush them whenever we have the chance."
Midoriya said, deciding the weapon sat on the 7th floor.

It was quickly moved by assistants who were helping with the class lesson.

"Woah that's a good idea.
Now what's the plan?"

"Hm.
Well seeing as how we're fighting both Kacchan and sero, it'd be best if our attacks weren't direct.

Having grown up with Kacchan, I know exactly how he fights.
His quirk gives him range, and closing in on him is difficult if you don't know how to dodge.

Sero's quirk also gives him range, infact more than Bakugo.

So the best way to beat the both of them would be to use ambush attacks."
Midoriya explained as they walked into the building.

"So how would we ambush them?
My quirk doesn't let me do that."

"I'll do the ambushing. You should go guard the weapon."

"Nice.
But how are you going to ambush? You're quirkless...?"

"I have my ways. Don't worry about it.
I have 7 floors to work with.
I just need you to be a good guard incase they manage to avoid me."

"Alright!"

The two split up from there.
Kirishima guarded the weapon with all his heart.
He barricaded the door and windows with stuff he found.

Midoriya went floor to floor, intersection to intersection, and set up traps with the things he found and with the tools he was given.

It was perfect.

He pulled up his hoodie to hide his eyes, it would be necessary for what was to come.

"*Alright.
Everything is set.

Now I wait and watch*"

Chapter 3: Heroes Vs Villain Training

Chapter Text

...

"*Now I wait and watch*"
Midoriya thought to himself as his eyes turned a deep blue.
He had been looking through all might's eyes.

"*Perfect, he's watching the camera footage.
I'll know exactly where bakugo and sero are from this point.
They can't see my eyes either.
Okay good.*"
Midoriya watched himself from all might's eyes.

Bakugo and Sero entered the building, Midoriya waited patiently on the second floor.

"*I made the first trap obvious.
They'll try to avoid the first trap and fall for the second one.
If they can avoid the second one and make it up to the second floor then they'll have to deal with the other traps.

If they can still avoid those then I'll just fight them head on and knock them out.*"
Midoriya thought to himself, watching as Sero fell boldly for the first trap.

The net enclosed on him and dragged him up into the air.
Bakugo stared dumbstruck, "you seriously fell for a trap like that!?"
He hissed as he tried to rip it down and free him.

However the net wouldn't come off, nor would it rip.
Sero was trapped and that was the end of it.

"Tch, I don't need you anyways."
Bakugo Sighed as he pushed on past him.

"You can't trick me Deku!"
Bakugo screamed as he avoided the second trap and walked right up the stairs.

"*Now to send the barrel*"
Midoriya pushed a wooden barrel down the stairs, bakugo quickly jumped above it but was met with a basket to the face.
He fell back and rolled down the stairs.

Midoriya ran to the other staircase and awaited for Bakugo to come running up towards him again.
He knew that wouldn't be enough to stop him.
So he had many other attacks prepared.

"DEKU!"
Bakugo screamed As he ran up the stairs.
Midoriya was no where to be seen.

He ran to the other stairwell and found a net waiting for him.
"Smile"
Midoriya said, wearing a smile of his own.
He shot the net gun and captured Bakugo instantly.
He toppled down the stairs and entangled himself in the net even more.

"VILLAINS WIN THIS ROUND!"
All might cheered through the microphone.

Midoriya wore a smug grin as he pulled down his hoodie and waved to the camera.

"You bastard!"
Bakugo screamed, struggling in the net as Midoriya made his way down the stairs.

"Don't be such a sore loser, Kacchan"
Midoriya half-sneered as he pulled off the net and encapsulated it.

"Don't act all cocky, you only won because of your cheap tricks."

The pairs walked back to the room where the rest of their classmates had been watching.
It was a huge camera room, it displayed the footage of the training live.

"Woah that was amazing Midoriya!"

"Those elaborate traps were great!"

"You really utilized everything given!"

"You're like a genius!"

"Alright now settle down class.

Great job Midoriya, you did well.
Now for the general question.

Who was the MVP of the round?"
All might said, cutting off their praise.

"I think it's pretty obvious..."

"I mean..."

"I think it was Midoriya."

"Explain your reasoning"

"...he did everything...?
And came up with a plan? I don't know"
Kaminari nervously chuckled, not enjoying having been put on the spot.

"Vague details but you're right.
Midoriya's planning allowed for damage to the building to be a minimum while capturing both bakugo and sero efficiently.

Now!
Let's move onto the second round."
All might stuck his hand into the box and pulled out 2 letters.

"Team A vs Team F!
Get going!"

From that point on, Midoriya sat in silence and analyzed his classmates abilities.
"*Nothing all too special.
They have good quirks I'll admit, but they're all easy to counter.
Kaminari's quirk is strong electricity but he short circuits after a certain point. It can be countered with rubber and good fighting technique since he doesn't have any of that.

Kirishima's quirk just hardens his skin, it's like a shield.
But he still takes damage.
His fighting skills aren't all too good, just around average.

Todoroki has a dual quirk, fire and ice.
But he's only using his ice.
It's strong, if it captures me it'd be difficult to break out.
But it'd be easy to break with spikes and heat.
And as long as I can avoid the ice he isn't much of a problem.
His fighting abilities are above average, on par with Kacchan's.

Uraraka's quirk allows her to make anything she touch zero gravity.
But she can't lift too many things at once more can she lift things all too heavy.
It would be a strong quirk if it wasn't so limited.
Her fighting skills are decent but overall she's easy to beat.
All that's required is that I avoid getting tapped and trapped by her quirk.

Yaoyorozu's quirk allows her to make anything as long as she knows the structure and as long as it's inorganic with her own fat.
That's strong.
She could essentially make all the gear I use and counter me with it.
But her fighting skills are, again, just average.
She's smart, she made a plan quickly. But she didn't think of all possibilities within the time period given so she's just above average intelligence but not overly smart
Biggest threat would be if she made a tranquilizer gun and dart and shot me with it.
But I can dodge. So unless it was a sneak attack, I don't have much to worry about.

Mineta's quirk is decent.
It works good to capture people and he could be a really good capture hero.
It doesn't look like there's any limit to how his hair sticks to things.
But he has a limit to how many he can use or he begins to bleed from his scalp.
His fighting abilities are basic and considering his size there's only so much he can do.
His best decision as a hero would be to be a stealth hero.*"
He continued to hyper analyze all his peers, analyzing everything from their quirks, to their physical strength, to how they used their intellect.

It was important.

They were all his future enemies after all.

School came to it's usual end.
The week was progressing casually.

Not much really happened aside from the interesting class with all might.

Midoriya changed out of his uniform and put on causal clothes.
He grabbed his shoes and headed out.

"Hospital visiting hours should be open.
I have enough time to visit for a couple hours."
He thought to himself, hopping onto the train.
He rode it all the way to Tokyo where he promptly got off and went to the hospital.

"Hello, I'm here for a patient visit"
Midoriya said, wearing a warm smile.

"Of course. Your mother is in the same room, I'll sign you in."
The table nurse replied.

"Thanks"

Midoriya had been a regular, to the point where the nurses knew who he was visiting.
It also came to the point where he knew exactly where the room he needed to go to was.

"Name.
I'm sorry but it's protocol"

"Izuku Midoriya."

"Date of birth"

"July 15"

"And lastly, your mother's name"

"Inko Midoriya"

"Alright then.
You can head on up"

Midoriya took the elevator to the intensive care unit.
He walked to his mother's room and found a nurse changing up her IV fluids.

"Ah you're here."
The nurse smiled, finishing up the change.

"How's her condition...?"

"...it's the same as usual."

"...I see..."

"I'll give you a moment.
If there's an emergency in any case please call for us."
The nurse walked out the room, leaving izuku with his mother.

The door shut behind him.

He walked up to his mother who laid in bed.
His lip quivered as he stared at her in pain.
"*...come on...
Really....?
Why isn't your condition improving...?*"
He slipped off his gloves.

Inko laid there, in a coma.
She had been in a coma for years. Ever since izuku was young...
Ever since the incident that changed his life.

He opened the eyes on his palms and looked at his mother through them.
He sat down in the chair beside her and closed his eyes.

It was just darkness.
Because people in coma's didn't dream, there wasn't anything to actually see. (According to Google)

He could technically see dreams as they were on the same spectrum of thoughts and they were seen through the eyes of a person.

He had been hoping that one day it would change, that one day he would see her dreaming.
To him, it would be a sign she was healing...
Even though there wasn't any hope or scientific proof of that.

He retracted his hand and slipped the gloves back on.
Tears stung his eyes as he stared at her hopelessly.
"*...there's no hope.
She just won't get better...

The art commissions have been paying for her stay here but it won't be long until they say they just can't keep her here any longer.
...they can't do that... Right?
I'm still paying for everything.

Yeah...
I just have to make sure I keep making money.
That way mom can be kept alive until she wakes up on her own.*"
Midoriya held his mom's hand and sat there silently.

"*...I'll get revenge...
For you and for me...
...I won't let this slide.

I'm sorry for the person I've become, but this is for the greater good.
Heroes are this society's plague.*"
He stood up and left another gift by her stand.
He adjusted the eye drawing that sat by her head and left the room.

"*All heroes have to go

And all might has to die.*"

_________________________________________

Midoriya walked around masked up and unidentifiable.
It was late night, many people were sound asleep in their homes.

He paused in an alleyway and leaned up on the wall.
His eyes shifted from many colors as he looked around the city with the eyes he had set up as surveillance.

"*League of villains.
I should ask my information broker to get me more information on who the leader is and who I should be looking for.

The only thing I know so far is that there's a purple smoky guy that warps around place to place.

I have to figure out where he goes, what his warping pattern is.
That way, I can predict where he'll be next and find him.

That's the easiest way I'll be able to find the league.*"
He thought to himself, switching between locations every couple seconds.

He kept record of areas that were tampered with, areas that didn't look the same as they did moments ago.

He spent an hour straight doing so.
It was difficult on the mind but he made it work.

After that, he found another pro hero and ended his night with his usual kill.

When he returned home he grabbed his special notebook.
It had information on everything, from his plans, from hero information, to street locations, and to details he kept track of.

It was top secret, and he never had to worry about anyone ever reading it as it was all in letters that he had made up.
All encrypted with no real way of being able to decode it.
Midoriya made sure there was no written evidence of what each character symbolized and had all of it memorized.

Yet despite that, he still took the precaution and made sure the only way to open it was through a key and that the notebook was hidden away securely whenever it wasn't in use.

"*I saw the purple smoke guy three times.
He hangs around the areas **** by ***, **** by ****, and **** by ****.

It looks like he's not doing anything in particular, just getting used to his surroundings and using his quirk really.
It's not as random as I expected it'd be either.

That's good.

I'll be able to figure out where he'll be next.

Now.

I need to message my information broker to find more information on who the leader of the league is.

So I can find them first.*"

Chapter 4: Not So Shocking Information

Chapter Text

...

"*So I can find them first.*"
He sent out the messages to his information broker and could his burner phone away with his notebook.

After, he ended the night and went to sleep.

_________________________________________

Midoriya sat in class, only half listening to what Aizawa had been teaching.
He wasn't worried about missing information, there wasn't anything he could miss anyway.

He sat with his head down, looking through the eyes he had everywhere.

"*There's quite a large group gathering around the entrance door.
I had to deal with them this morning...
Annoying paparazzi.
Just cause of all might. Him of all people.
He always causes problems. This is why he should just die.
Seeing as how the paparazzi are only getting louder and louder and don't seem to be leaving, I'll have to leave through the back gate.
Unless they have that spot covered as well.

I should put an eye back there, I can't see a thing.
There aren't any eyes near it either.
Note to self, put more eyes around the school.
I already have some sold artwork in here but they're not in useful positions.
There's 1 in the conference room.
1 in this classroom by the clock.
And 1 in the cafeteria.

I never did any commissions for UA so I guess the principal bought them off of my customers.
...which means they're reselling my stuff.
But they paid a pretty buck so whatever.
It wasn't like I wasn't expecting them to resell the work.
That's due to happen anyways.

Now.
My information broker said he'd be able to get me info on what I asked by tonight.
So I'll camp out in a possible location of where that purple guy might come.

I'll wait there and search for the people of the league.*"
Midoriya thought to himself as he zoned further out.

However he was recalled to attention when Aizawa called his name, not appreciating the fact Midoriya wasn't listening.

"Midoriya."
Aizawa said, sternly as he looked at him.

Midoriya lifted his head up, his emerald eyes met with Aizawa's grey eyes.
"Yes sensei?"
He asked.

"Please explain to me what you're supposed to do in a situation where there are injured people trapped under rubble or fallen debris."
Aizawa instructed.

Midoriya let out a small smile, "well first you'd want to assess the situation.
Then if there's anyone actually conscience you should try to calm them down so that not only do you ease their stress, but you make it easier to bring them to safety.

After those 2 important steps, you help them as quickly and safely as possible.
The process must be quick because it is unknown whether or not anything will collapse."
He explained, calmly.

Aizawa Sighed, "you're right.
But please pay attention in my class."

"Apologies, sensei."
Midoriya replied, smugly as he leaned back comfortably in his seat.

The rest of the period progressed and eventually came to an end.
It was time for lunch.

Midoriya sat in the library, having already eaten his lunch.
He buried his face in a book and watched what was going on outside.

He had an eye positioned by the front entrance.

_________________________________________

"Just let us get an interview with all might!"

"It's not that difficult! We just have a couple questions!"

"Come on!"

The interviews nagged as Aizawa and Present Mic sat there and had to deal with it.

"You cannot protest for an interview that someone doesn't want to do"

"You're all over stepping your boundaries.
There were hardly any to begin with."

"Please leave."

"You're interrupting class."

Aizawa and present mic said, firing the words at them.
They turned their backs and walked back into UA.

"HEY!"
One of the reporters screamed, stepping over the line quite literally.
Emergency doors shot up and blocked the entrance as well as any other possible entrance.

"Don't you know about UA's security...?!"

"You can't step over that line without an id..."

"Now we really can't get that interview. Great going."

Midoriya's eyes twitched as he watched in annoyance, though despite it being annoying he did gain some important intell.
"*So the security gates work similar to that of Tartarus prison.
Makes sense.
Oh what's this-*"

"You'll all get that interview"
A raspy voice said, approaching the door.
The hoodies person put their hand on the door.
"Wait a minute."
They then walked away from the scene entirely.

Midoriya could barely see their face but he could make out some distinguishing traits.
"*Baby blue hair, almost silver.
Really dry lips, evident eczema and a scar.
I couldn't see their eye color.
Their skin is a bit pale.

...the door is crumbling...
Wait that means the alarm-*"
He quickly switched back to normal vision and stood up.
At the same time, the alarms blared in the school.

"Villain attack
Evacuate
Villain attack
Evacuate
Villain attack
Evacuate "

It repeated.

Midoriya groaned, "*it's a false alarm since theres no actual attack.
I'll just wait it out in here, I'm already in a decent hiding spot.
I need to keep an eye on that person that destroyed the door.*"
He sat back down in the corner and looked around the school through the eyes already stationed.

He saw hundreds of students rush the halls and forcefully try to evacuate but it just wasn't working.
Through the flipping around, he saw a hooded figure dash down an empty hall.

"*That's the hall to the principal's office.
...there should be an eye.*"
He quickly switched views again and watched a different hooded figure stick in some kind of drive into principal Nezu's computer.
They stood there for a minute before pulling it out and running away again. They ran right out of Midoriya's field of view.

"*League of villains.
Looks like they already made a move on the school and took valuable information.
I need some of that info.
I couldn't see where that person went...

I seriously need to put more eyes up, more towards the back of the school.
the sooner I find them, the better.

The person that stole the information could either be a member or the leader themself.
I won't find out until the information comes in.
How annoying.

But that person looked to be different from the person I saw outside.
They were both in hoodies but 1 was shorter.
And this one has a different hair color and no scar on the lip.
Skin color was also noticably different.

...who would it be...
I think I recognize them.

Would any of my classmates be apart of the league?
I mean.

Considering I'm a villain myself and the leader of many gang and Mafia organizations It's not impossible.
But who in the class could be apart of the league?
Discreetly as well.

Hm.
Well.
The hair color was blond.

There are 3 blonds in the class.

Kacchan.
Kaminari.
And
Aoyama.

...the color was far more...

Electric.
Than light blond or golden blond.

...kaminari?

The UA traitor?

While it isn't impossible I also have to consider the fact the person in the hood could be disguised.
What I could've seen could've been a wig or a shapeshifting quirk.
So I'll just spy on kaminari.
Simple enough.*"
He switched back to normal vision and glanced around.
He was alone in the library.

He pulled out a sticky note and scribbled an eye on it.
"*Incase I can't stare at him with the eyes of my palm.
Hm...
But where would I put it?

The side of his bookbag.
While seeing through it would be difficult, I can still make out a decent amount of details.

I just have to figure out when to slip it in-*"
His thoughts were cut off when the bell rang.
Midoriya got up and left, still lots on his mind.
There were many things to process and be wasn't given the time to think about it.

He walked to his next class and ran into kaminari.
He smiled at him, "hey Kaminari"
He stood by his desk, Kaminari's bag rested on the desk.

Midoriya locked eyes with him, allowing his hands to continue the work from that point on.

"Heya Midoriya.
What's up?"

"Nothing much, the alarm was annoying though"

"Yeah, false alarms"

"I didn't see you during the evacuation, where were you?"
Midoriya asked, probing a bit.
He knew he wasn't there during the evacuation either, but if what he was thinking was right, then Kaminari wouldn't know that Midoriya wasn't actually there.

"I got lost in the crowd, I couldn't see you either"
Kaminari replied, running his hand through his hair with a smile.

"Ah so you were just seperated?"

"Yeah annoyingly so"

"Makes sense, it's not like you'd get lost on purpose."

More students came in, but Midoriya was already done.
The drawn eye surveillance was set.

All he had to do was wait.

"Well. See ya..-"
Midoriya cut himself off when he looked at Kaminari's bulky bag.
He held back a reaction as he walked back over to his seat.

"*...wow...*"

_________________________________________

School came to an end quick enough.
Midoriya had a plan that he had to go through.

Kaminari walked through the streets, alone.
He was on his route home.
Unknown to him, he was being followed stealthily.

"*Let's see.
He's going to continue down this street from what I can see, it doesn't look like he's going to make a decision and turn anywhere.
Not to mention this street doesn't have many area you can turn to.
So I'll run you ahead and capture him under the vision of my palms.

That way I won't have follow him anymore.*"
Midoriya thought to himself as he dipped further into the alleyway and ran up ahead.

He had been in a backup disguise that he had brought along with him, he wasn't so dumb that he'd be out in public in his UA uniform.

Kaminari walked past, as Midoriya had anticipated.
He managed to see him with the eyes of his palm.
It was done.

"*Mission success.
Now I go home.*"

He exited the alleyway and followed his route home.
When he made it home, he did his usual routine and got to watching what Kaminari did.

"*I mean I'm sure without a doubt that it was him but what if it wasn't.
This'll just confirm whether or not what I think is true.
It's not the first time I've spied on a classmate and it won't be the last time either.*"
He sat down in his bed and got to watching.

_________________________________________

"Heya shigaraki.
Here's the drive with the info you wanted."
A person smiled, tossing the drive to Shigaraki.

"Don't throw things like this"
The man spat, carefully catching it.
He brushed his blueish silver hair back away from his eyes and plugged the drive into his computer.

"Yeah yeah.
Now hold up to your end of the deal."

Shigaraki sighed, "fine.
You can take the video games you want. 5 max.
You better not take my favorite."
He shook his head, waving the person off.

"Hell yeah!"
He ran off, right to the gaming room of the league.
However, he bumped into kurogiri before he could properly run.

"Hey kurogiri"
He said, waving his hand.

"You're back already?"

"I said I'd be quick.
I wasn't caught either, good going with the alarm."

"That was thanks to Shigaraki and the paparazzi."

"Yeah yeah.
Now I get the games I want."

_________________________________________

Midoriya watched absolutely dumbstruck, he felt as if he saw something he just wasn't intended to see.

"*Shigaraki.
He looks like the guy that destroyed the door.
And seeing how he was careful when touching the little drive, the quirks are likely the same.

So it's the guy.

Is he the leader or is there someone else?
I won't know until later when the messages come in.

But at least 1 of my suspicions were confirmed.
UA has a traitor, and it isn't just me.
Who would've expected it to be him of all people.

Well.
I did.
I mean he kept the hoodie he committed the crime with in his bag...

Kaminari.
The UA traitor.

Finding out where the league's base is- will be easier than I thought it would*"

Chapter 5: Details

Chapter Text

...

"*Will be easier than I thought it would.*"
Midoriya grinned as he stood up and stretched.
"*It makes sense that kaminari is the apart of the league.
His personality felt off whenever we talked anyways, like he's hiding behind a mask.

Well.
To others it doesn't seem like it's a mask, but because I constantly have to hide behind a mask myself and lie all the time I can tell when someone else is trying to do it.
Especially when they're not doing it too well.
I originally thought he was that way because he wanted popularity but this makes sense too.

Now...

I need to find out where Kaminari lives and I'll confront him in my disguise.
I'm known among villains as the man with eyes on the palms of his hand, no real name yet since I didn't bother to come up with one.
So it won't take much effort to convince him.
And if he won't give me the location I'll just force it out of him.

I won't reveal it's me, I haven't revealed to anyone who I am as a villain and I don't plan to.
Villains are villains.
Cunning and will use any information they have for blackmail.

If it's revealed that I, izuku Midoriya, am the leader of all those gangs and mafias they'll have that blackmail to use to against me when it comes to my public reputation.
They could jeopardize my whole plan.

I'll need a code name one day.
But not today.
I'll come up with that Another time, I have no ideas.*"
He thought to himself as he walked over to his closet and pulled out his villain outfit.
It was his usual disguise.
He also pulled out his notebook and his burner phone.

"-Current identified league members.

(Unknown first name)- Shigaraki
Quirk- decay
(Unknown first name)-Kurogiri
Quirk- warp gate
Denki kaminari
Quirk- electricity-"
He wrote down new information in his notebook.
He did that with all the evil organizations he took over, getting information was the best way to take over.

No one would mess around with someone who knew things they didn't even know about themselves.

He put the notebook away and grabbed the burner phone.
"*Information hasn't come in yet.
But it's fine.
I know enough now.

Should I interrogate kaminari tonight?
The sooner I find the base the better.
Hm.
I guess I could.
I can figure out where he lives based on where he goes once the leaves the base.

There's a decent chance I'll have to fight him.
I don't want to fall victim to his electricity so I should probably grab a quirk canceller.
I can slip it onto him, then attack and tie him up.

So I'll need supplies.

And it'll be best if I attacked while he was asleep.
For convenience.

I hope he lives alone.*"
Midoriya thought to himself as he laid out his outfit on his couch and walked downstairs to his basement.

He shut the door and flicked on the lights.
The room was full of just random storage items, nothing that screamed suspicious.

He walked over to a storage shelf and pulled a book.
From there, the shelf slid over and revealed a hidden room.

He walked in, it shut behind him.
Midoriya walked down some more stairs and found his special room.

His equipment room.
It was a large spacious room organized with things he needed as someone who didn't have an offensive quirk.
Guns, knives, daggers, crossbows, tranquilizer guns, and even swords were some of the weapons he had mounted on his walls.

He also had other items, stored in storage cabinets.
Items like quirk cancellers, tranquilizer darts, bullets, arrows, knives sharpeners, rope, etc.

They were all meticulously organized, he knew where everything was at any given time and made sure he had eyes all around the room so he'd be able to see if anything happened.
It was unlikely anyone would ever discover that room but he didn't like taking chances.

"*Alright.
Quirk cancellers and some good rope.*"
He walked over to his drawers and pulled out the necessary items.
He also grabbed some bullet to reload his guns that he already had upstairs in his villain fit.

"*Good.
Now I'll just draw some eyes so I can hang them around the school.
But how will I do that without being recorded by the camera?

I'd have to do it during passing period, there's enough of a crowd that the cameras can't see what I'm doing at the walls.

And I'm also using special paper that can hardly be seen at first glance.
So they shouldn't be caught.
Regardless I'll still put them in blind spots.

I can stick eyes at the back of the school at night, cameras only record what happens within the building premises- not the buildings around the premise.
And I'm not even sure if there's a camera back there.

Regardless, let's not take chances.*"

_________________________________________

Nightfall came.
It was what Midoriya had been patiently waiting for, spending the time drawing hundreds of eyes.

He stuck the eyes on his pockets of his villain outfit and made his way out of his house.
He made sure to always leave late at night, when he was certain his neighbors were asleep.

"*Alright, I made sure to figure out where he lives as I drew the eyes.
Now I just go there.

Is he asleep right now?*"
Midoriya paused in an alleyway and looked through Kaminari's eyes.
His eyes glew an electric yellow.

"*Shapes and colors and murder.
Who would've known flying tables were convenient to use to climb Mt. Fuji.

Woah there's a crocodile flying next to me, I didn't know they could fly.
When did they come to Japan?*"
Kaminari said to himself, in an obvious dream.

Midoriya switched back to normal and stared off for a bit, still processing what he had seen.
It was just...

So chaotic.

"*Well....
He's asleep.*"

He shook his head and continued on his way to his house.
After arriving, he examined the area.
"*Looks like he's living alone.
Much like me.
His room is on the second floor and he sleeps in the master bedroom.

From what I can examine, there isn't anyone living with him.
I made sure of that when I watched him get here anyways.
Now

To break in.*"
Midoriya secured his mask, making sure it wouldn't come off.
He walked over to the back of the house and found a back door.
He very carefully picked the lock and walked in.

He shut the door behind him and crept up the stairs.
He could hear Kaminari muttering in his sleep about crocodiles riding on flying tables at Mt. Fuji, it made no sense at all.

Midoriya pulled out the quirk canceller and cuffed his arm gently, so gentle that it was as if Kaminari's arm had never been touched to begin with.

He gently shut the blinds, shut the windows, and located a basement.
After locating the basement, he carefully took Kaminari there.

He tied him up to a chair he found down there and locked the door behind him.
"*Perfect.
It's a good thing he's a deep sleeper.

The doors are all locked.
There's no way of anyone outside hearing anything...
All the eyes in the room are hung.

Now I begin.*"
He smiled from beneath his mask as he flicked on the lights and shook kaminari to wake him up.

"No...
Crocodile... Don't jump from the table... You'll grow wings"
Kaminari mumbled as his eyes slowly opened.
The brightness hurt his eyes as he slowly opened them.

"Ow."
He groaned as he looked up, it took a minute for him to process what exactly was going on.
"Wait a minute-"

He properly opened his eyes and looked around, he found Midoriya standing before him menacingly and also found himself tied up and unable to move.

"HEY?! WHO ARE YOU...???
What're you doing in MY house...???
It is night time!"
Kaminari yelled, panicked as he tried to escape the binds.

"I'm known as the man with eyes on the palms of his hands.
I don't have an official name yet but you should know who I am on that description alone."
Midoriya replied, distorting his voice for obvious reasons.

"...the man with eyes on the palms of his hands...

...no one that's seen him ever makes it out alive...

Are you doing this to kill me?! I didn't even go to you!
What the heck man."
Kaminari groaned, putting up a front.

"The reason for your kidnapping is quite simple."
Midoriya paused, allowing kaminari to ask what it was.

"...and that reason is...?"

"You're a part of the league of villains."

"W-what?!
No I'm not...! I'm just a UA student who's striving to be a hero!"
Kaminari screamed defensively.

"Today the league of villains directed an indirect attack at UA.
Shigaraki decayed the door and allowed for the paparazzi to break in.
When the alarms went off, you went to the office and stuck a drive into the computer.
You stole the information and made an escape."
Midoriya explained, practically breaking out receipts.

"...what??? I-i have no idea what you're talking about...!"

"Your voice waveres when you lie and you stutter more frequently.
You're tone also changes slightly as well as your body language.
There's evident panic in your eyes and the way your breathing changed.

You also became noticably more nervous, like you're walking around egg shells.

You began to tap your left foot upon the league being mentioned and your lies are obvious."
Midoriya said, hyperanalyzing Kaminari.

"This is it...
This is the end.
I'm dead here.
Great...

Get it over with..."
Kaminari moped, giving up on all hope.

"I never said I was going to kill you for now"

"Then why did you kidnap me and stick me in my own basement..."

"Simple."

"...you keep saying that"

"Well what am I currently known for?"

"You're known for having no one survive after meeting you.
Seeing as how I met you, it looks like I die here."

"Idiot.
What else am I known for."

"... taking over villain organizations...?"

"Precisely.
Give me the location of the league of villain's base.
I want to speak with the leader directly."
Midoriya stated.

"You want the location...?
That's it...?
You don't want to kill me for fun...?"

"Yes I want the location."

"...I can give that to you... If you just free me from the ropes"

"You can state the location from where you're seated just fine."

"...you won't kill me if I tell you, right?"

"Mhm.
Your life will be spared."

"Okay.
The location is at *** by ** and ****"

"And you swear that's the truth?"
Midoriya asked, noticing the fact it looked like he lied.

"...I..."
Kaminari froze up, not knowing how to reply.
He knew he had lied, and he knew that Midoriya knew he lied.
It was obvious.
"Haha... You got me.
I just wanted to see how well you could detect my lies.
How about this.

I give up the leader's phone number and you can take it up with him."

Midoriya sighed and shook his head, "that works I guess.
I'll just track the text location."
"Fine.
Give me his number."

"***-***-****
And it's his real number."

"If it isn't, just know you aren't safe no matter where you go.
I can have you killed by tomorrow."
Midoriya threatened, sending a chill down Kaminari's spine.

"Yep...!
Now can you please let me go...!"
Kaminari pleaded, struggling to move his hands and legs.

Midoriya sighed, "goodnight"

"...goodnight-?"
Kaminari repeated, confused.
But it didn't last all too long.
Midoriya hit a specific spot and sent Kaminari straight to sleep.

He untied him, got rid of the evidence, and put kaminari back in his bed for the night.
"*Alright

I got it.
Now I can take over the league and control almost all the villains in Japan.
That's exactly what I need.

The more control I have, the harder it'll be for them to stop me.

The harder it'll be for all might himself to try and stop me.
He won't be able to see it coming.*"

Chapter 6: League

Chapter Text

...

"*He won't be able to see it coming.*"
Midoriya smugly smiled to himself.

He left Kaminari's house and locked the door, making it seem as if nothing ever happened.

"*I'll send the message tonight.
The sooner the better.*"
Midoriya made his way to the alleyway system that he had memorized.

He paused at his usual hang out spot.
It was typically empty, no one dared to go back there.
Nor heroes nor thugs, the spot was always just left alone.

It was perfect.

He pulled out his burner phone and leaned on the wall.
He typed in the number and called it.
"*It didn't look like he was lying back there but if he was then Ill have to come up with a different plan.
That'll be a pain, breaking into his house wasn't any fun.
And I'd rather be asleep right now.*"
Midoriya thought to himself as someone picked up on the other end.

"...who the hell is this?"
A raspy voice said, it sounded like the person had just woken up.

"Someone you should get aquatinted with.
Is this the leader of the league of villains?"
Midoriya asked in reply.

"...yes- but who's asking...??"

"You may know me as the man with eyes on his hands.
I don't have a villain name, nor do I have an idea of what it should be at the moment.
But I think that description tells you enough about who I am."
Midoriya sighed.
He still had yet to come up with a vision name that wasn't embarrassing to use or just plain bad.
He was good at many things, but naming wasn't one of them.

"... you're that person...? How do I know...??"

"We can meet up.
I believe that would be enough."

"Tch.
Fine.
But if you try to pull any funny business I'll have you killed.
Unlike the other gang and Mafia organizations you've taken over- my members aren't disloyal."

"Yes yes.
Now where should I go to find you?"

"Just tell me your coordinates and I'll have someone warp you over."

"Hm.
I'll text them."

"That's more convenient anyways."

The call ended there.
Midoriya ran away from his favorite location spot and went to one far enough away.
He then sent his location to the number.

A warp gate shortly opened up, Midoriya walked in.
He made sure his mask was secure.

"So you're the man with eyes on his hands?"
Shigaraki asked, seated before Midoriya.

Midoriya slid off a glove, "yes."
He held his hand up and opened up the eye.
The gaze landed on shigaraki, he could hear his thoughts.

"...you really are him..."
Shigaraki mumbled.
"*I was hoping to find him first to make him join.
Now I don't have much of an advantage over.
Wait...
How did he find my number??*"
He thought to himself.

Midoriya heard it.

"How did you find my number-??"

"With connections, many things are possible.
You would know that."

"...let's make a deal"

"I'm all ears."

"Join me.
We'll join up forces.

My goal as the leader of the league of villains is to kill all might and get rid of heroes.

If you join me, whatever goal you have will become possible."
Shigaraki said.

Midoriya sighed, "instead of joining, let's form an alliance.

My goal is the same as yours, I've already killed several heroes myself and I plan to kill all might with my own two hands.

I will be honest with you-
Any goal I want can easily become possible, I don't have to join for that to happen.
So it isn't much of a pro, neither is it a con.

A perfect example would be how I found your number.
It was a goal of mine to find you.
And now I have.
And it didn't even take a week.
Anything I want can be ordered to happen.

So let me propose a better deal.

I will give you members of my gangs so as long you don't try to order or control me.

In exchange, you'll let me make the plans.
You'll still be the leader of this league, but I'll be the one in charge of making sure everything goes exactly as we want it.

All might's death and hero society's fall.

I want to be the one to plan all of that as I am certain that if I'm the one in control of it, it'll happen exactly as I intend it to."
Midoriya said, staring shigaraki down.

"So you want to make the plans and in exchange you'll give me more members.

And you don't want to be considered a member of the league but rather someone the league formed an alliance with...

This planning you speak of- how would it work?"
Shigaraki asked, feeling as if he was being deprived of details.

"Well for example.
Say we want to kill a pro hero by a set date.
I would like to be the one to make the plan to make sure it is possible.
The plan would utilize the members of the league and my organization members to make sure it is possible.

And.

If it's something that I can do solo, you'll let me do just that."
Midoriya explained.

"...but isn't that just more work for you?"

"It is still a personal gain for me for reasons I won't be getting into"

"Hm.
Fine.
But make sure you select good members.
I have an attack planned."

"Attack?
When and where?"

"It's an attack on UA.
It is scheduled that all might will be training class 1-A next week away from the campus.
No one will be there except for eraserhead and pro hero thirteen.
So he won't have backup.

Next week Wednesday, we'll attack a place known as the USJ.
We'll kill all might there and begin the plan."

"How do you actually plan to kill him?
Do you know all his necessary weaknesses? What about all his strong points?
Do you have anything that'll be able to rival him in strength?
Or will you be hiring a sniper to head shot him?

He may be strong but he isn't bullet proof."

"We genetically engineered a creature called Nomu.
It's made to be stronger than all might. It's a muscly and has so many abilities that it'll overwhelm him."

"Hm.
Well since this plan was made before I joined I'll see it go into action.
I won't be able to oversee that it works as I'll be busy that day with Mafia affairs.

I'll send in a decent amount of people.

Is there a specific location you'd like them to arrive to?"

"This base."

"Is this place big enough for that?"

"They'll only be here temporarily, just for the day of attack.
So it's more than enough space.
I'll ask you to send their coordinates so they can come here directly the day of with the use of Kurogiri's warp gate."

"Okay then.
I'll tell them to prepare for that day."

"Alright.-
Er.
What should I even call you?"

"I don't know, I don't plan to tell you my real name and I haven't bothered to come up with a villain name yet."

"Whatever.
I'll just call you gang leader."

"Whatever floats your boat.
Now I'll get going."
Midoriya walked over to the obvious exit in the room.
He walked out and left the base entirely.

He stuck some eyes around the area and left for the night, also making sure to stop by UA and leave eyes around the area of the backdoor.

He managed to accomplish many important things that night.

_________________________________________

The week finished off and began again, Midoriya found himself in the library on a Monday noon.
It was his lunch period and he was enjoying his time to himself.

And by enjoying, it was meant that he was actually improving all his plans for the future.
He couldn't allow room for error.

After the information from his information broker came in, he made sure he wrote it all down in his notebook.
There weren't many members of the league, they were just a fresh group.

Yet that had changed once Midoriya got involved.

His time to himself was going great.
Class Training from periods earlier had gone well.
He passed with the highest marks and was able to exercise to his full abilities.
He also was doing well with how his plans had been proceeding, all of it had been going on track.

He also didn't have any run ins with someone he particularly hated.

Until...

"Midoriya.
There you are.

All might told me to tell you to find him in his office.
There's something important he wants to discuss."
Iida said, out of breath. It was obvious he had been running around in search for Midoriya.

Midoriya glanced up at him, forcing out a friendly smile. "Oh? He did?
Alright.
I'll be there soon."

"Alrighty!"
Iida walked out the room, speed walking.
As soon as he was out of sight Midoriya's face became cold and annoyed.

"*Tch, what could he want.
I've already told him what I've had to say to him before.*"
He reluctantly stood up and walked to his office.
There he found all might seated in a couch.
He had tea prepared and had been sitting there silently in wait.

There was tension and awkward silence, it was painfully obvious and overbearing to deal with.

Midoriya shut the door behind him and sat down across from him.

"So..."
All might began.

Midoriya stared at him, not pleased in the slightest.
He wasn't even attempting to hide his contempt either.

"...how's your mother...?"

"Don't act like you actually care with me.
Her condition hasn't changed in the slightest."

"Izuku-"

"Midoriya.
You refer to me as Midoriya."

"I'm your father-"

"Step. Father.
And that's only by law.
You haven't been in my life since I was 6."
Midoriya hissed.

"And who do you think has been paying your mother's hospital bills when you were that young and couldn't pay for them yourself?"

"You were the one that put her in the hospital to begin with. That was the bare minimum."

"I've already apologized-"

"Apologizing doesn't wake her up.
Nor does it change the fact you ruined my life.
Do you know what I've had to endure because of you?"

"I know and I'm sorry...-"

"Divorce my mother already, stop making me repeat myself.
She's in that coma you put her in and she isn't waking up.
And do you think she'll forgive you if she does open her eyes one day??

You're the reason she missed out on raising me.
You're the reason she's been gone for the last 10 years.
You're the reason that she just might die in her current state."
Midoriya spat, standing up.
He could no longer stand being in the same room.

"Wait!
I didn't call you here today to argue with you."
All might shouted.

"And what exactly do you want to say?
I've already told you everything I've wanted to say- again as well. We've had this conversation in the past before.
I only tolerated being in class with you because I didn't want our relationship to be exposed to my peers."

"Don't speak to me in that tone.
Whether you like it or not, I'm your step father.
And your teacher.

Don't forget it only takes 1 report to have you returned to me."
All might stood up as well.

"You wouldn't dare.
I know things about you that you wouldnt want exposed to the public.

Right.

Toshinori Yagi.
The man that hurt a mother so bad he left her in a permanent coma.
The man who also happens to be the #1 hero?"

All might scowled as he glared at him, "can't we have a normal conversation?!"

"Why should we?
You came into my life for 1 year and ruined everything.
Then you left.

And now you just so conveniently want to talk because I came here to UA."

"I just wanted updates on your mother's condition, is that so difficult to understand?!"

"If you wanted updates you should've visited her.
Or are you too busy, Mr. #1?

You haven't visited her once these past 10 years.
I would know."

"Don't think you can speak to me this way just because you know those things about me.
You think I care enough about those details that I worry about them being exposed to the public?
I could always pay to have it covered up."

"Like you did in the past with all your other incidents?

Oh.
And there's more that I know.
Things you wish I didn't know.

Things...

That could simply ruin your life forever."

"If you had that information why haven't you released it yet? It's just a bluff."

"Why would I use my trump card so early?"

"Name 1 thing you know about me that could perpetually ruin my life."

"Simple... One. For. All."

Chapter 7: All Might

Chapter Text

...

"One for all"
Midoriya said, turning around to completely face him.
He wore the most smug grin a human face could muster, like he had the upper hand.

Which he did.

All might's face paled as he stared at Midoriya in complete shock.
He felt his stomach drop as his mouth ran dry.
"How...-
How...
How did-"

"How did I find out."
Midoriya said, asking the question before he could utter it out.
He paused and laughed, "I know things about you that you wish I didn't.
You think no one knows about your secrets?

I do.
You're at my mercy for not having it leaked out already.

So I'll tell you now.

If you try to get involved in my life again, meaning if you try to ruin things for me how they are right now, not only will I expose the things you've done in the past.
But I'll make sure all of Japan- no.
The whole world.

Knows about your power and how it's passed down person to person, constantly accumulating power.

Oh.
And for extra safety on your side, divorce my mother.
Don't make me ask again.
Unless that is- you want one of your secrets leaked."
Midoriya said, side eyeing him as he turned around and walked over to the door.

He left all might completely silenced as he opened the door and walked out.

"*How did he find out...???
Did I talk about it???
I mean only with Mirio but...! He wasn't there!?
I'm pretty sure he wasn't??
Was it a random guess based off a play on words I may have said in the past before??

No...
He knows it's my quirk and it's accumulative...

....I knew he was smart... Really smart...

But...

This is beyond me.

Just how did he figure it out....?

I can't even do anything about it either.
If he knows about one for all, my best kept secret...
Then he probably knows about all my other secrets that I've tried to keep.

So if I even make the mistake of hurting him or ruining things for him even more than I already have...

Then my life is over.

My reputation as all might would no longer be one of pride.
If would be one of shame... Dishonor.

I wouldn't even be safe as toshinori Yagi either.
People would find and try to kill me...

I would have nowhere to go...

I'd basically be killed.

And he knows that.

...I'm beyond lucky that he isn't evil...
If he decided to become a villain my life would be over as I know it.

Just how does he figure these things out... He's quirkless.
...just insanely smart...

Even at a young age he demonstrated terrifying intelligence and maturity.

...if only I wasn't on his bad side.

But it's fine.

He's someone aiming to help society as a hero, that's what matters.*"

_________________________________________

"*Tch, that bastard.
How many times is he going to try this?
So annoying*"
Midoriya thought to himself, his blood boiled.
He sat in the library, having returned after what he had to deal with.
He shook his head and let out an annoyed sigh.
"*It's a good thing I found out about one for all when I did.
Having this blackmail against him will come to use.
You can't cover up a secret that everyone knows about.*"

Midoriya opened up a book and pretended to read, in reality he actually went back to planning.

"*Wednesday.
USJ.
All might should hypothetically die there.

But I don't know how well this Nomu creature works, will it be able to kill him?

It was made to be on par in strength with all might, and all might is no longer in his prime.
So technically yes.

But.

That's if there's absolutely no interference.
Will that be possible?

Likely not.

But regardless, it'll leave a mark on him and it'll introduce the league to Japan pretty nicely.

Hm.

I need to invest into some green eye colored contacts.
It'd be useful to be able to look through the eyes without having to worry about the color changing aspect.
It would be pretty useful in class.

There's a lot to prepare for.*"

_________________________________________

After the school day passed, Midoriya made sure to stop by the store and buy himself colored eye contacts.
He knew he'd need it for future plans.

Plans pretaining to what would happen just later that week.

Wednesday.
The day he had to go to the USJ.

It officially dawned upon him.

_________________________________________

Midoriya sat there amongst his classmates, he had been dressed in his hero outfit alongside everyone else.

He looked around, the USJ was huge.
It had many terrains. It all served for hero rescue training.
There was a desert terrain, water terrain, forest terrain, and many other terrains as well.

"Hello class!
I'm pro hero thirteen and I'll be assisting your teacher eraserhead today!
As you can see, there are many things here for you all to try today!"
Thirteen explained, wearing a bright smile through an astronaut suit.

Midoriya glanced over at Kaminari, not with his eyes on his face but with the eyes on the palms of his hands.
He could tell he was feeling antsy.

"*I made sure to send the gang members to the building to await the warp gate.
So any minute now they should be appearing.
But all might isn't here. Why is that?*"
Midoriya thought to himself, glancing at Kaminari who appeared to have the same question in mind.

"All might was supposed to join us today, but because something came up- there's a chance he won't come."
Thirteen sighed.

The class groaned in disappointment, training with all might was something most of them dreamed of.

"*Wait he isn't coming..??
That jeopardizes the whole plan!
What do I tell shigaraki...?? If he comes now-*"
Kaminari thought to himself as his train of thought was cut off by a cheer from Kirishima.

"Woah!
Look!
They got us some fake villains!"
Kirishima cheered brightly.

Aizawa and thirteen turned around, both greatly confused.
When they turned around, they found a gang of at least 100 thugs staring back at them.
There was also a large muscular beast standing beside a smokey purple figure and a man with silverish blue hair.

"EVERYONE EVACUATE NOW!"
Thirteen screamed as Aizawa charged straight into the battle field.

The class ran for the door but they were stopped.

"Hello.
I am kurogiri, a member of the league of villains.
We apologize for the inconveniences but you cannot escape"
Kurogiri said, blocking the way out.

Midoriya stared dumbstruck at the opening speech, it wasn't expected in the slightest.
He glanced at Kaminari who had been doing a good job keeping on act.
Though internally, Midoriya could hear his outbursts of laughter.

"MOVE OUT THE WAY!"
Bakugo screamed as he jumped up to attack, he wasn't the only one he tried to attack either.
Kirishima jumped up as well, aiming to hit the smokey man.

But both of their attacks failed as they simply phased through him.
They rolled a landing and stared in confusion.

"Everyone move!"
Thirteen screamed, opening up a black hole.
The class moved out of the way as they watched kurogiri get sucked into the vaccum like quirk.

However.
It was useless.

Kurogiri opened up a warp gate and used the black hole against thirteen.

The class stared mortified as kurogiri domed around them, forming an inescapable dome.
There was no way in or out...

"I had been giving all the opportunity to sit here silently and watch, however it appears things have become physical.

So good luck.
And goodbye."
Kurogiri said as the dome enclosed on them at once.
The class was instantly transported elsewhere, all scattered around the USJ.

Midoriya opened his eyes and found himself stranded with kaminari.
They were both encircled by a bunch of thugs and they were in a forest.

"What do we do Midoriya???"
Kaminari asked, frantic.

"*His act would be decently believable if he wasn't overdoing it.*"
Midoriya thought to himself, shaking his head as he read Kaminari's mind.
His eyes changed color, however because of the fact he has green eye colored contacts on, it stayed the same.

"*Dang it, if I were alone I could tell these thugs that I'm with the league and that they could leave me be.
But Midoriya is here... And he's smart too so he'll know something is off...!

...should I just have the thugs kill him?
If they kill him and I escape, would it be suspicious...?

... decently, he's among the top 5 in the class.
Strength and smart wise.
So if he died and I survived, it'd be off.

Dang it.

What do I do??
Do I actually fight the thugs??
I wasn't in the mood to fight...!
Why did kurogiri transport me with someone??
Did he forget what I requested??*"
Kaminari thought to himself.

Midoriya held back a physical expression from forming as he looked around at all the thugs.
He sighed, "well kaminari, step 1 would be to calm down"
He said, wearing a calm smile.

"...you can actually be calm at a time like this???"

"Well beating them won't be too difficult"
"*I know that for sure since I didn't select my strongest gang members to come out here.*"
"Just follow my lead and they'll all be knocked out"

"...how can you say that so confidently?!"
Kaminari asked, looking around at all the thugs' reactions.

They grew angry, quite obviously angry.

"Well.
They're not that difficult to deal with"
Midoriya said, pulling out a tranquilizer gun.
Though he pulled it out so fast he didn't give the thugs any time to react.
He shot 1 down instantly and watched them fall to the ground completely passed out.

"MIDORIYA???"
Kaminari screamed as all the thugs charged at once.
Midoriya dropped a smoke bomb and ran over to Kaminari.
He grabbed him and jumped out of the circle.

"Midoriya what the heck...?!"
Kaminari whisper-screamed, staying silent as he hid behind a tree with him.

"You didn't expect me to actually try to take all of them down, right...?"
Midoriya asked, reloading the gun as he glanced over time to time.

Kaminari fell silent, it was actually exactly what he had been expecting.

"There was a minimum of 30 there.
I don't feel like going through all of them when the job was to evacuate, it'd be a waste of time.
Besides, even though taking them out would be easy it's going to take time and energy.
And we could get in trouble for it.
The best choice of action would be to run"
Midoriya explained.

"Well I know that...!
But how are we going to escape??"

"Well.
We can't.
We won't be able to escape until the villains either leave or get caught by the heroes."

"...then what do we do???"

"We hide."

"And what do we do if we're caught??"

"We fight."

"Midoriya??"

"Fine.
Better plan."
Midoriya paused as he pulled out a large net, rope, and other items he'd need.

Kaminari just stared in pure confusion.
"...what are you thinking??"

"Well, you're not okay with the idea of hiding or fighting.
And we've already ran away.

And since there are no other options, I've settled down on the idea of trapping all of them."
Midoriya replied.

"...isn't this worse than fighting them!??"

"Kaminari pick 1.
Besides this trap will be easy to execute."
Midoriya sighed.
"*It's a good thing that the thugs I selected are all the ones I planned to throw away.
It's likely they'll be arrested after this.

I made a good decision selecting the ones who were close to betraying the organization anyways.*"
Midoriya ran around, setting up the trap how he saw fit.
After the quick set up, he ran back to Kaminari who looked to be mentally contemplating an important decision.

"*Should I just run for it and let him die??
...but Midoriya doesn't look like he'll die.
If he survives and asks where I went, it'll be suspicious...!*"

Midoriya shook his head, "kaminari!"

"...don't shout...!"
Kaminari said, paranoid as he looked around.
The thugs were just beyond ear shot away.

"I'm done setting up the trap.
You just have 1 job."

"...and what would that be??"

"Lure them."
