His Wife, His Marriage Life, And Her Cat.

Summary:

COMPLETE

Hermione Granger signed the papers for protection, expecting a cold marriage of convenience. Instead, she got a high-tech penthouse, a husband who reads instruction manuals to fix her Wi-Fi, and earth-shattering intimacy.
Draco isn't just "tolerating" her. He’s been in love with her since fourth year. His strategy is simple: Trap her with domestic bliss, bribe her with rare books, and worship her body until she realizes she never wants to leave.
She thinks it's a logical arrangement. He knows it's a courtship. And Crookshanks? He’s already chosen a side.

**MUST READ**

God knows how many fictions I have sitting in my stocks that I never finished. To be honest with you, what I post on AO3 is only about 25% of what I actually write.

I struggle with severe depression. My therapist suggested I start a journal, but I hate journaling—I don't want to write about myself. So, I started using fiction as my journal instead. In these stories, I am the captain of my world. I am selective about what I share, and this story is one of the few from that "hidden 75%" that I actually finished.

You might be wondering where this specific idea came from. Do you remember my "Marriage Law"? I received many comments on that story saying it made no sense, that there was no logic to it.

I read those comments, and I realized: I loved that story exactly as it was.

I wrote that fic during a severe depressive episode, a time when I was thinking about not being in this world anymore. That fic helped me survive. It is meaningful to me. I thought about deleting it or rewriting it to please the critics, but every time I went back to change a sentence, I couldn't do it. That story is a monument to a crucial decision in my life—the decision to keep going.

So, instead of changing that old story, I decided to write a new one. This story.

This is my answer. This is a story with "no plot," just the "illogical" comfort I needed. It was part of my private stash, but I finally finished it over this Christmas break.

Don't be surprised that I’ve been posting a lot lately! With the exception of the fic inspired by Heated Rivalry, most of what I’m posting now are finished works from my vault. I’ve just been hesitant to share them until now. You would be surprised to see what else is sitting on my laptop (the other 75%).

Thank you for reading my "journal." I hope this brings you the same comfort it brought me.
