Why do you make it so complicated?

Summary:

“Hey, wolfie, everything’s gonna be okay. You could always find a partner to help solve your ‘problem’.” Yoko wiggled her eyebrows at Enid, making the blonde punch her in the arm lightly.

“Ow,” Yoko pouted, rubbing her arm. Seriously, what is she gonna do? It’s not like she could just ask anyone to help her with this. Well, she could ask one of the girls from the school pack, but she doesn’t like the thought of having to sleep with someone she barely even knows.

“You know I can’t do that, Yoko,” she sighed, “I can’t just ask anyone to do that.” Yoko rubbed her back as a comforting gesture and returned her gaze to Divina. She couldn’t help but notice a figure dressed in all black walking behind her girlfriend.

An idea sparked in her head, and she turned back to Enid with a smirk. “Hey, you said you can’t just ask anyone, right? Why not ask someone you know, for example, Wednesday?”

or

Enid's rut starts, and she does everything in her power to keep a safe distance from Wednesday so she doesn't pounce on her, but Wednesday doesn't like how her werewolf is avoiding her. They find themselves in a friends-with-benefits type of relationship that turns into something more.

Notes:

This idea has been nagging me for months, and I already had like half of this completed, so why not just finish and see how it goes? Please be kind to me this is my first time writing fanfiction, so don't get your hopes up.

Chapter 1: Prioities

Chapter Text

The sun's out, not a single cloud in sight, and flowers are blooming beautifully. “Hey, today actually isn’t all that bad.” Yoko sighed, dreamily staring at Divina while Enid, on the other hand, was having the worst day of her life.

“Yeah, amazing,” the blonde responded listlessly. I mean, it is true. Today’s actually a pretty good day, and it would be for Enid too, but unfortunately, it was nearing her rut. No biggy, she’ll just take her suppressants so she doesn’t get the urge to pin someone down and just take what she wants.

That would be the end of that, and she’d be able to enjoy her day, but no. Some God out there definitely has it out for her because her suppressants, the ones she religiously restocks every month, were gone. Poof. Nada. As if they never existed. At first, she panicked, but she eventually calmed down and made her way to the nurse's office. Surely they’d have some since this school is full of furs.

Much to her utter disbelief and misfortune, they were out. Someone beat her to the very last pack, and they wouldn’t have any more until next month—just her luck.

So here she is, sitting at a table with her best friend, who wouldn’t stop staring at her girlfriend from afar, at the quad. Enid groans, flopping her head onto the table with a defeated sigh, drawing Yoko’s attention.

An idea sparked in her mind, and she turned back to Enid with a smirk. “Hey, you said you can’t just ask anyone, right? Why not ask someone you know, for example, Wednesday?”

Suddenly, Enid sits up straight, her face flushing a deep red as she stares at her best friend in disbelief, her mouth hanging open in shock. “Are you crazy?” She hissed as she looked around to see if anyone had heard what Yoko said.

She lets out a relieved sigh when she doesn’t see anyone looking at them weirdly, then points a glare at the vampire. “You know I can’t do that, Yoks.” It’s true, Yoko did know why she couldn’t do that. Truth is, Enid was hopelessly and utterly in love with her roommate. Yup, you heard it right. She was in love with Wednesday Addams.

That’s exactly why she couldn’t ask her to help with this. It wouldn’t be right to take advantage of this situation to get intimate with the girl she loves.

“I think I’ll just lock myself in my dorm for the week until it passes. It’ll hurt like a bitch, but it’s better than having to sleep with someone.” Enid gets up to leave, and Yoko gives her a reassuring pat on the back as the blonde walks past her.

Seriously, what was she supposed to do? I mean, yeah, she could wait it out for the week, but it would hurt. A lot. Enid doesn’t take pain all that well. You’d think she had a better pain tolerance after she willingly fought a hyde to save Wednesday. Nope. Plus, Wednesday would be in the dorm too, so she really can’t hide in there like she intended to do. This is really starting to get hopeless.

The wolf shakes her head to get all those negative thoughts out of her head. She really can’t afford to be all doom and gloom right now, especially with her rut coming. She climbs the flight of stairs towards her dorm and pushes the door open once she unlocks it. It’s only, like, 6 in the afternoon, but she feels strangely tired.

Probably due to the stress of everything that’s been going on today. Wednesday is nowhere in sight, probably off solving another mystery, or murder. Enid swears she could just die with how much she worries for the girl.

With a forlorn sigh, she quickly kicks off her shoes before grabbing a pair of her favorite pink pajamas matched with a plain white shirt. Once changed, she charges her phone and flops onto her bed, pulling her blanket up. Hopefully, this much-needed nap would help dampen her worries.

Enid jolts awake, her breathing ragged, limbs tangled in her blanket, and covered in sweat. She takes a couple of steadying breaths before glancing around the room. Wednesday is in her bed, sleeping peacefully with her arms crossed over her chest. The wolf releases a sigh of relief before glancing at the window, the sun barely rising.

She grabs her phone and checks the time, 5:06 AM, only three more hours until her alarm rings, and an hour until Wednesday wakes up. The goth was an early bird and would always be awake before the blonde. The wolf flops back onto her bed, sleep beginning to overcome her before she realizes something. There’s this weird, hot pressure in between her thighs.

“What the…” she questioned, looking down and seeing a very obvious tent in her blanket. Her eyes widen in horror, registering the fact that her rut had started. “No, shit!” she whispered harshly to herself. Great, this is just so fantastic!

She needs to leave, like right now. She can’t have Wednesday noticing her predicament, knowing her, she’d probably offer to help the wolf. The psychic had grown to tolerate Enid more than others, despite her saying otherwise, but Enid knew.

She’s seen the way Wednesday’s eyes soften when they look at the wolf, how her cold, indifferent tone diminishes when she’s talking to Enid. That’s why Enid can’t let her find out, because if Wednesday offers to help her, she’s not sure if she’ll be able to decline.

With an angry growl, she throws her blanket off and gets up, her bulge now extremely visible without the extra coverage. She quickly, but quietly, makes her way towards her wardrobe and grabs her usual uniform, but instead of a skirt, she has pants. They were much more convenient to wear, with her new…little friend downstairs. She still gets shivers whenever she remembers it's a permanent part of her now.

Once she has everything she needs, she walks to the bathroom and shuts the door behind her. She locks it and then places her clothes down on the toilet seat, walking up to the seat to brush her teeth before taking off all her clothing and getting into the shower. She soaks in the warm water for a couple of minutes, letting the pressure of the water hit her face. Eventually, she runs her hands over her hair, making sure it gets properly wet before applying her vanilla and strawberry shampoo.

It wasn’t long until the overwhelming heat between her legs became a problem. With a resigned sigh, she slowly reaches down and wraps her hand around her dick. It’s hot and unsurprisingly hard. Her breathing grows heavier as she lets instinct take over, her hand gliding up and down in slow, pleasurable strokes that send shocks to her spine. She seriously shouldn’t be doing this right now. She needs to leave soon, and doing this is definitely not time-efficient, but it’s either this or suffer.

It’s not like this would solve her problem, no matter how much she wished it did, but it did help lessen the effects of her rut. Her hand isn’t enough, though, despite her increasing the speed of her strokes. By this point, she’s leaning against the shower wall, her head on the cool tile as she continues her ministrations. She bites her knuckle to suppress any moans or other pathetic noises that threatened to escape.

Her hips move in time with her hand, pumping up when her hand pumps down. This really isn’t enough, so she lets her mind wander. First thing that comes to mind? Wednesday, but at this point, the wolf doesn’t have it in her to care.

Oh, how she’d just love to have the psychic beneath her, thrusting into her, causing the smaller girl to moan and gasp and squirm under her. To whisper praises into her ear as the goth clenches around her, and comes all over her cock. To watch her ride her dick, look down at where they connect, and watch her length disappear and reappear.

Enid’s breathing hitches, and her hand moves even faster now. She’s really close, she can feel the heat building up, coiling at the bottom of her stomach. She thrusts into her hand once, twice, then–

“F-fuck…” the blonde whines, hot spurts of her white, hot release flying into her hand. She turns around, her back pressing against the tiles of the wall, so her cum doesn’t stick to the wall. It would be so annoying to clean.

Suddenly, everything she just did hits Enid like a ten-ton truck. She grits her teeth and quickly cleans herself up. She dries herself off and changes into her uniform, then throws her dirty clothes into her basket of dirty laundry before walking out of the bathroom. She quietly walks to her side of the room, grabbing her phone and backpack, all while she watches Wednesday to make sure she doesn’t wake up.

She shoots Yoko a message, asking her to meet up before classes start. There’s no doubt the damn vampire is up right now. Actually, does she even sleep? Do any of the vampires in this school sleep? Well, whatever, that’s not something to dig into right now. The wolf slips her shoes on and goes to tie them, but decides to tie them later once she hears rustling from Wednesday’s side of the room.

She leaves the room with a soft click of the door and walks down the stairs. Let’s just hope today isn’t all that bad for Enid, but judging her luck lately? It’s probably going to be one hell of a day.
