“You betrayed me.”
“I didn’t betray you, you teamed up w-” Tubbo was cut off by Tommy.
“The discs, Tubbo, the discs were worth more than you ever were!” Tommy yelled the hurtful sentence at Tubbo.
The silence after that was painful, few gasps and whispers can be heard from the other dream smp members.
“You meant- you-” Tubbo was so speechless at what Tommy said, the boy who he sent into exile, the boy who used to be his best friend.
“Just-” Tommy also was speechless at what he said, he didn’t know how to make it better since he knew how bad his words were.
“Give him the disc.” Tommy mumbled out.
“I’m not-” Tommy tried to say something, looking up at everyone who was staring at them in silence.
“Tommy.” Techno said, his monotone voice sounding serious.
“You heard him, he realizes he needs to pay.” Dream told Tubbo, waiting for him to give the discs.
“I-I’m sorry.” Tubbo mumbled out.
“I’m sorry, Tubbo.” Tommy said quickly.
Tubbo kept apologizing till he gave Dream the disc.
“Tommy, Tommy, are you sure about that decision, Tommy?” Techno’s kind of panicked voice let out, continuing his sentence “The difficulty just went way up, Tommy I'm just saying.”
“What am i, i don’t know-” Tommy mumbled, not knowing what to say anymore.
“Tommy, Tommy what are you doing?”
“Techno i-” Tommy spoke but was cut off by Dream.
“I appreciate it,” Dream said, probably smiling under that stupid mask of his.
“I’m so- I’m so- i’m- this isn’t me, this isn’t- i mean look around, i’m not the person i want to be.” Tommy was trying to find the right words to say, he kept cutting himself off and trying to say something that doesn’t sound horrible.
“Tommy what are you saying?”
“No i mean- i- i’m- oh i’m so sorry.” He mumbled the sorry quietly, feeling guilty for what he’s doing.
“Tommy we could get out of here, we could pearl out. I’d cover your escape, Tommy.” Techno was suggesting to Tommy, he didn’t wanna admit to himself that Tommy might choose Tubbo over him, he continued talking “We can still get out of here, Tommy. We can regroup, we can plan for another day.”
“Techno- I-” He stayed there, staying quiet for a moment, thinking about what would be the right decision. Tubbo had betrayed him, the boy who was meant to be his best friend had betrayed him.
Techno was nothing like Tubbo, Techno actually cared about Tommy.
“I-i’d like that.” Tommy mumbled out.
That’s all Techno needed to hear before grabbing Tommy and pearling out of there.
They had pearled far enough to run, the people being far behind them as they ran.
Arrows were shot towards them while techno carefully pushed Tommy to be in front of him, it was to make sure he was protected.
Ranboo whispers to you: Techno, make Tommy go to his house, i’ll try to teleport him to your house.
Techno instantly looked at tommy, noticing him struggling to keep up with the running
You whisper to Ranboo: Alright
“Tommy, I need you to listen to me, run to your house while I hold the others back, Ranboo will be waiting for you there,” Techno said fast, taking out his sword.
“Alright, stay safe..” Tommy nodded at techno while mumbling out the sentence, instantly running straight.
It felt wrong for Tommy to run away from Techno but he just had to, he knows Techno can handle them.
Tommy ran for a bit till he arrived at his house made out of dirt, seeing the half enderman anxiously standing there.
Ranboo’s face slightly lit up when he saw Tommy, being glad that he’s alright.
“Lets go, i’ll teleport you to the house” Ranboo said, handing Tommy his hand.
Tommy accepted the hand hesitantly, closing her eyes as he heard the teleporting sound.
He felt like vomiting, he never thought teleporting would make him sick in the stomach. He automatically tried to sit down, Ranboo helping him down.
“Tommy? Ranboo? Are you two okay?” Philza stood at the door frame, looking at the two of them confused.
“Yes, sorry- I just teleported Tommy back since he and Techno were escaping.” Ranboo mumbled out, nervously avoiding eye contact as he tried to make sure Tommy is alright.
Phil let out a sigh before walking over to them, helping Tommy on the small couch there. He tucked Tommy in with a blanket before sitting next to him.
“You can rest now, you deserve it” Phil said while noticing Tommy’s tiredness, laying Tommy’s head on his lap as he gently played with his hair.
Tommy instantly got comfortable in Phil’s arms, enjoying his warmth.
Sure Tommy was quite old but he misses being a child and being safe in his father’s arms. He was forced to grow up faster because of l’manburg and the wars.
Ranboo sat on the floor next to the couch, leaning himself against it carefully. He Also leaned close to Phil’s touch, not wanting to be left out.
Philza couldn’t stop wondering about Techno, he just hopes Techno’s okay.
