Work Text:
She holds the knife by the blade and breathes only in slow, even circles, her hips doing most of the work. Her life is restraint: the slightest give, her undoing. Now more than ever, now that she knows her undoing’s name.
Charlie, her equal; Charlie, her end; Charlie, her unerring light at the edge.
In her frenzy she loses control, tensing hard around the handle, skin biting metal, pleasure meeting its mirror in pain. When it’s over, she lifts the traitorous hand and lets her tongue catch the blood, red and clean, always clean.
Soon, Charlie Cale.
See you soon.
