Idk, to be honest, I mostly just felt like it. I feel like in the show, Izuku would've been better off quirkless. I feel like they never did anything about all the quirkist stuff happening, which is really odd considering that was the grunt of Izuku’s character…
BUT I might make a backstory
He awakened his power late, obviously, and this was in 2nd grade when Bakugou tried to show off to him, and, when izuku tried to touch it he redirected the blast. Bakugou was impressed and realized that he could be even stronger working with Izuku because he could make sure his blasts always hit his targets or something like that yk like HEAVY encouragement because it would benefit him but also because izuku was his closest friend. the only thing i DONT like about BakuDeku was the bullying, so I'm gonna make this more of taunting rather than telling him to kill himself and being one of the most quirkist people on earth because I quite literally hate Bakugou and all that he stands for…
But he isn't a bad character, which I can acknowledge, so that's why I’m fixing him in this, he’ll be the same, just more kind to my boy Izuku
So overall, it’s just that TDLOSK takes place in another universe.
No PK academy though…
