Chapter Text

The Spectre was thrilled that it even showed up in the first place.

He called them, sure, but he wasn't expecting them to actually show up. It's very busy after all.

"Ah! Dear, welcome." The Spectre quickly summoned in a table for the two to sit at.

"Good evening Specter," Dear nodded respectfully before taking a seat at the said table before continuing, "What was it that you wanted to speak to me about?" It tilted its head, curiosity peaked.

"Ah yes, that. Well, as you know I have made a realm in which I can observe a set few Robloxians," he purposefully left out the fact the realm is basically just hell, "And I was wondering, since you want to know more about them, if you'd like to participate." The Spectre smiled, well, the best one can without a mouth.

"Participate how exactly?" It was certainly interested in whatever the being in front of it was exactly proposing. Much to The Spectre's delight.

"Well, I was thinking you could either participate in the game, or you could observe from afar like I do." The malicious glint in The Spectre's eye went unnoticed by Dear, but it did get an uneasy feeling.

"Game?" It asked, voice lowering slightly. His eyes widened slightly, as now he'd have to find a way to explain what's happening without Dear knowing he's torturing these people.

"Haha..Yes, game. I've been putting these thi- Robloxians, in a game of sorts to see how they react to certain things." He wasn't exactly lying with his response. Simply leaving out certain things. Dear hummed before nodded, seemingly excepting that answer as truth.

"I see. Well, Spectre, as much as I'd like to join in, I can't risk harm to the hu-..Robloxians. This form isn't as stable as it once was," it let out a sigh, "But, if it's alright, I'd like to observe like you do." Good enough he thought, standing up to walk around the table, "Great! How about we shake on it?" This time the glint in his eyes didn't go unnoticed. Dear stood up, hesitating before shaking his hand.

"Now," The Spectre waved his hand and the table and chairs disappeared into thin air, "Let's show you around." His eyes squinted in a smile, not letting go of its hand as he starters walking.

I hope I don't regret this it thought as it was dragged through a doorway leading to a white void, one that slightly irritated its eyes due to the light difference.

"We're going to have so much fun." The Spectre let out a dark chuckle as the door slammed close behind the two.
