Summary
Viserys is, undoubtedly, in his mind, the Dragon. But even dragons need their servants and it just so happens that at the same time as his sister acquires hers Viserys gains a follower of his own, one who offers to bring him so much closer to his legacy. The rightful king of course has little choice but to accept bereft of allies as he is.
