Dub-con chase scene: I'd love to see some cat and mouse pursuit across London between Sherlock and John where John, for whatever reason, genuinely wants/needs to get away but also longs to just stop running and be caught.
Maybe a couple of narrow escapes, the growing conviction that Sherlock is just a step behind, always expecting a gloved hand on his shoulder and eventually rounding a corner and running straight into Sherlock's waiting arms. Cue horror, shock...relief?
