When he woke up, Kim Rok Soo noticed something was different.
Very different.
Everything seemed... larger. As if he had somehow shrunk in the short amount of time he had fallen into a slumber.
And lo and behold, when Kim Rok Soo shook off the remainder of sleep from his foggy head and looked around, he found himself with plump, small limbs, chubby where there were once the muscles that he gradually built up over the years. His hands that were once able to imitate perhaps half of what a decent pen twirl was were now... small. Tiny.
Baby fat.
Kim Rok Soo was... a chubby baby.

...since he no longer recognizes between what is real and what is not. He does not know if his eyes deceive him; if his breath is really his own. He no longer knows who he is and, therefore, what he must believe.
But what if his eyes are not deceiving him? What if he is not really dreaming? The woman in the black suit no longer looks at him harshly, she looks at him with compassion, with pity, and he loathes it. He swallows, and mutters under his breath.
"... Is no one really dead?"
The woman nods.
Because out here everything they had to endure they call Virtual Reality; everything lived and suffered was part of a cruel simulation and now it seems it's their turn to rest in peace. He never thought that peace would hurt so much, however.
What was true? What was a lie? Who is right? And... and who...?
"And who am I then?"

“They’d be here too, to greet you, but we didn’t want to overwhelm you with a big group.” Kaede explains softly. “Actually, we’ve been sending in one person at a time to be there when people woke up, because that feels more manageable, but- well, all three of us wanted to be here when you got up. It wouldn’t have been fair if any of us had been absent.”
“Oh yeah?” Kokichi raises an eyebrow.
“I know when I woke up,” Kaede looks over at Rantaro, a meaningful look on her face. (Rantaro’s smile diminishes, turns into something more sympathetic.) “I broke down because I failed.”

Kokichi dies.
(Mostly, though, he wakes up from the simulation, deals with the knowledge that his plan failed, and talks to everyone else too.)

“Puhuhu. I see how it is...” Monokuma brings his paws to his two-toned mouth. “The blackened has no need for the First Blood Perk. They’d rather do a class tri—”
“It was me.”
Kaede’s blood chills. Words leave her, and her heart falls silent.
Monokuma blinks. “Huh?” He along with the Monokubs, Kaede, and her classmates, all turn to the voice.
“Sh-Shuichi...?!” whispers Kaede. “What are you—"
“It was me,” Shuichi says again, shifting on the spot. “I did it. I uh... I killed Rantaro...”
The library is silent for a few moments.
Then all hell breaks loose.
Shuichi claims the First Blood Perk in Kaede's place, and in doing so, changes the entire course of the Killing Game. Different choices are made, new dynamics form, and, as per the rules, only two survivors can emerge from the world stained red with reality, and pink with delusion.

Summary
Years ago Inazuma and Snezhnaya made a treaty to keep their peace between nations so long as the king of Snezhnaya shares their goods and supplies equally with them. When the queen of Inazuma believes that the king of Snezhnaya is now trying to cut her share, she suggests an ultimatum in order to stop her from starting a war between them.
To keep the peace, she wants the crowned prince of Snezhnaya to marry the crowned prince of Inazuma. Now stuck in an arranged marriage, the two princes must put their differences aside in order to keep the peace between their families and their nations.
