Summary
“What are the odds of us being here, together? After all the shit our parents put us through, after all the monsters, in spite of all the hate... Don't you think that it kinda had to be this way?” Steve says.
Eddie shrugs, something Steve feels more than that he sees it from his comfortable position on Eddie's chest.
“Maybe,” he says, but it sounds skeptical. “Or things just happen. No reason.”
“No reason?” Steve repeats. He can't help but sound a little bit incredulous.
Eddie's arm stretches out over Steve's waist and pulls him even closer.
“Just because there's no reason doesn't mean it's not meaningful, Stevie,” he points out.Or: Steve and Eddie are about to get married. It gives them the opportunity to contemplate the differences between destiny and agency, the multiverse, and what exactly it means to say "I do."

Summary
“Black roses for sure. That would be so metal!” Eddie hopped around behind the display of coloured roses, inspecting the black ones closely.
“Eddie, you absolutely cannot have black roses for your wedding,” Chrissy said, exasperated, trying to steer her friend away from the black roses.
“Uh, pretty sure it’s my wedding, Chris. I think I can have black roses if I want them,” Eddie insisted.
Steve & Eddie are getting married and Robin & Chrissy are helping them pick out flowers. Light shenanigans ensue!

“No more living in sin,” Eddie pouts.
“Y’know, not a lot is going to change. We’re still us. Like,” Steve starts and jumps off the couch to their duffle bags, “Oooh, we’re unpacking. But married.”
