He invents time travel to travel back to Afghanistan and then uses magic to possess his younger body. Armed with 14 years of foreknowledge and with both sorcery and science at his disposal, what will Tony Stark make of the new timeline?
Yet another Iron Man fix-it fic. I like to think I've put a few original spins on it though. Don't like, don't read.

This is not the universe where they won against Thanos. Sitting in the ruins of their battlefield, knowing everything he swore to protect, his universe was coming to an end, Stephen makes a choice.
Sacrificing his body for a spell, he takes the only souls he knows can orchestrate a victory back in time. A spell created by his own hands, fueled with his sacrifice, he catapults himself and Tony Stark back to the moments of their birth.
With their reality at stake, they need to create a chance for their time-line to win. After all, their universe wasn't the one that won.

One thing that bothers me is that while I can ignore the grammar and spelling errors, sometimes it feels like a few words or a sentence is missing and I'm not sure if it's really the case or just the grammar/spelling mistake leading me to read things not as they're meant to be, thereby confusing me

He was terrified and unsettled because he didn't have his father's abuse to ground him.And what a fucked up way to measure his mental stability by. No big deal, he'd just scared himself shit less. He might have erased the point in time that made his father decide to abuse his family. The butterfly effect was suddenly much more real than it had been and he was petrified.
-Less shitty childhoods for both, though I don't fully understand how Tony stopping that one occasion made it so Howard would not be abusive. For Stephen tho things better with his knowledge and skills. Fuck you Mordo for screwing over a child for your jealousy
Stopping not because I'm not enjoying this fic, but because I should have thought ahead and not started a long ass fic when I was in the middle of checking all the fics of a specific author
