Summary
Reality is like an excellent work-in-progress book, details meticulous and rules carefully lain. However, like any other book, no matter how good a story, there will always be little inconsistencies: plot holes, continuity errors, retcons, and unexplained plot points.
Oda finds himself in one such inconsistency when Dazai and he end up in a changed Yokohama after a single action unravels everything.
