Started reading thinking HG would get retribution for RW raping her and forcing her to fuck others, but per the author this premise is just sexy funny backstory. Ron's rape of HG is treated only as a humorous set-up, in the way of 'oh no, my girlfriend has to go have much hotter sex with much hotter guys, and it's all due to my own actions!' HG is at no time ever unhappy she's magically compelled to suck dick.
Per the comments, the story is a deliberate exploration into kinks of various humiliation elements/subcategories.

Another idea that appealed to me when I started writing this was to give Hermione a sexual awakening, so that's why her sex life starts off so boring with Ron.

To be honest, I'd been initially invested in the SSHG dynamic from Fire and found it disappointing to see the relationship transition to DMHG. The writer very clearly indicated the dynamic in tags and notes, so I knew it was coming, and I've previously enjoyed the DMHG pairing in other fics, but this fic was a fat ol' miss for me. I really just felt bad for Severus here.
It's well-written, best for hardcore DMHG fans.
