So, he would regenerate into Missy right away. Also, I established in Chapter 4 of this fic that they still stabbed themself in the back (referring to Missy and Saxon in 'The Doctor Falls') as well The Yeat That Never Was. The latter likely wouldn't happen because with Lyther there he likely wouldn't bring the Futurekind/Talklofane back in time with him, negating the need for a Paradox Machine, and without the Paradox Machine there wouldn't be a 'Never Was' just a year that he was Prim Minister for.
Well, he would probably set traps for the Doctor that didn’t involve a paradox machine. For example, he could have the Doctor arrested for suspected terrorism, and he could round up the Doctor’s companions from Classic and NuWho for similar charges. And Lyther could try and talk him down from his plans.
Oooo, I have an idea... I've ad this conversation between them in mind for awhile, where they talk about the Doctor and how Time Lords came to have regeneration... If you remember Chapter 4 of 'A Timeless Bond' took place completely in the time they were kids, right after Thelar jumped into the portal, and they had a conversation like this:

Should I have them talk about this so long before Koschmaz's journey into the Matrix or keep in until they're Missy?
Should I still have Misy being in the vault under Saint Luke's University? I remember that they had a botched execution but not what they did to cause that... Was it the Cyberman thing from the Series 8 finale? Should they still do that?
Okay, for something just a bit sooner, should Maz (Missy in this case) be in Day of the Doctor? It's not like the War Master's gonna show up, but like- idk, having a sorta-kinda on the wa to redemption Missy there (along with Lyther ofc) seems interesting, but would that be to many characters at once? Three doctors, one Missy, and one Lyther (or two, if The Moment counts)?
Okay, I have two questons first, should I keep the Doctor line-up as War, 10 and 11, switch War out with 9 (make him the one who fought in the war), or make it War, 9 and 10?

The War Master escaped to the end of the universe before the Doctors did their thing. I like the idea of Lyther ending up on his TARDIS instead of starting off with the Doctors and Missy. Lyther should meet him at the end of the universe, and multiple Lythers is a wonderful idea!
I have a plan for Lyther a d Maz to meet out of order a bit. So the first time he meets her is at the end of the Universe, but she meets 'Hard Saxon' before that, just bumping into each other at a chip shop or in the street or something, does that sound good or should they both meet each other flr the first time at the same time?

One from Rory's POV (Mr. Pond) and the other I belive.from the sce e wjere Amy kisses the Doctor (called.Everything is Ending) and God, it's kinda gross, of course the Doctor doesn't reciprocate b7t, Amy YOU HAVE A FUCKING FIANCE WHO WILL KILL FOR YOU!
