    Ugh, the date 12551 bugs me. It’s 2551 in Halo, not 12551. Other than that, I love your story. Very well done

      12551 is correct for the holocene date. All UEG/UNSC timekeeping in this story will be demarcated in the Human Era/Holocene Calendar system, because the Common Era is a bad year numbering system and I don't like using it

            Naw, that ain’t the part I don’t like. The date is very clearly 2551. The “1” in front looks like a damn typo every single damn time, but that’s just me. Just bothers me enough to take away from the story, but isn’t a big problem

              I'm glad you like the story otherwise. I intend to post the sequel eventually, but work and natural disasters have been causing me a lot of undue stress lately... I doubt it'll be done before the end of 12020.
