This fix-it, canon-compliant series begins concurrent with the final episode (8.06) and extends into the future focusing on the relationship between Arya and Gendry. Deciding to be together while also pursuing their own goals and objectives is a challenge, but one both of them are determined upon.

Notes:

I make no claim to the characters or world of GoT/ASOIAF, but remain deeply appreciative for the existence of both.
Note: For the purposes of this series, I have essentially taken Gendry at his word in episode 8.2 that he's been with 3 women before Arya. If you find that (and/or the potential ramifications of that) upsetting, this may not be the series for you.
