Her scent grows stronger with it, finally breaking through his wall of synthetic pheromones, and leaving no doubt as to what’s happening. Then she bends her head in resignation and he can’t bite back the furious growl that escapes him, finally drawing the queen’s attention.
Halfway through the Zygerria mission Ahsoka presents. Anakin goes predictably insane.

The first time Anakin stood in front of the council, they’d refused to let him join the temple. And yet, days later he was taken into the creche. He only learned much later that during their time on Naboo the results of the blood tests he’d had in the halls of healing came in and revealed him as an omega, and that was what changed their minds. He hadn’t known how things worked here, and wondered if he would have chosen to stay on Tatooine if he did. He never found an easy answer. Besides, once they knew he was an omega, the order wouldn’t have let him go, he was too rare. Too valuable, he thought with disgust.

And since then Obi-Wan has been here, at her side, half a step behind her in the senate, half a step in front of her in battle. His steps slow just as hers do, her attention drawn by an enticing scent, heavy and sweet. Omega in heat, or more likely several, for the scent to be so strong, almost cloying in the hot and stagnant desert air, though still a pleasant reprieve after the stench of Jabba’s palace. Padme looks around her and finds a small crowd gathered in one of the nearby market places, loud chatter reaching them even over the distance.
