Summary
Kaeya has a tendency to not take care of himself. He overworks himself and gets injured but in the usual Kaeya fashion, he hides it until it bites him in the ass. To his luck, this happens in front of Diluc.
AKA Kaeya faints in front of Diluc. Lots of whump. Buckle in buckaroos.

Summary
“Master Diluc?”
He looked up to see Amber staring back at him, her expression a weird mix of relief and fear. Eula stopped what she was doing and spun around to look at him, her expression the same but much less pronounced.
That’s when he put things together. He closed the distance to where Eula was hitting the ground. Below him, the snow was pushed aside to reveal a frozen pond.
And Kaeya.
“Kaeya?!” It tore out of his throat before he could stop it. He dropped to his knees. He swiped at the ice removing more of the snow.
Kaeya lay below him. His eyes were closed, his expression serene. He looked at peace.
And dead.
His throat closed up, but a horrible sound that could only be described as raw grief managed to escape. His lips were parted as he attempted to breathe past the horrible ache in his chest.
A soft blue glow caught his attention. He pushed himself back and swiped at the snow to see Kaeya’s vision. It was glowing.
He’s alive.
________________________________________Basically, things go wrong in a mission, and Kaeya gets frozen by his vision to protect him. Cue Diluc angst.

Summary
Diluc just stared at him with a stupid expression that made Kaeya want to laugh. He walked out and was surprised at how warm the night was. He breathed in deeply, enjoying the lack of discomfort before it came back because it will.
He sure as hell isn’t going to tell Diluc a thing. It isn’t affecting him as far as Kaeya can tell, and the last thing he wants to do is tell Diluc that he is the only thing keeping him alive apparently.
Or, Kaeya gets cursed by a domain and the only way to keep from dying is Diluc.
