The decisions Lex makes in this town will send her on a new life path which will be tough and bloody... but she still finds love and family even when far from home.

Summary
[New Life form located] the Architect's scan stopped on a hazy shape, only refracting some of the visual light spectrum, but the presence of gas conversion, cell density and atomic movement indicated a lifeform was in fact there.
It was now that air shifted with a clicking noise and the foreign entity revealed itself. The Architect registered the clothes, weapons, advanced tactical mask and intelligent behaviour. The data registered this as an intelligent species. [Identified: sentient life form.] Their hues flickered bright, pleased colours. But they faltered as there was the sudden sensation of something wet dripping down on their hardened external shell from above their head.
The being in front of them snarled, what registered as a plasm weapon activated, aiming right above their position. But nothing was there, or they didn't detect anything until there was a low threatening hiss.
