Sherlock is 10 years old. Mycroft is 17. The two brothers have always been close, after all there is no one in the world that works in quite the same peculiar way. Sherlock has always looked up to Mycroft and went to him with questions when he was wont to learn things. Why should sex be any different?
As for Mycroft? He's always had a weakness for his brother, one that Sherlock knows of and is only too glad to take advantage of.

The Holmes family has decided that a vacation to Uncle Rudy's cabin is a good solution for all ails, even those that Sherlock and Mycroft have. But unlimited time together doesn't quite strike the boys as a good way to keep their hands off each other, and with recent steps taken to mend a broken bond, there is more intimacy than perhaps expected between the two brothers.
