Summary
He was surprised Izuku wasn’t mumbling. He had his mumble face on.
“Hey Kacchan…?” Izuku started, tilting his head to squish his cheek against the bunched up towel around his neck.
“Yeah?” Katsuki wasn’t sure where this was going but he knew he didn’t like it.
“Why’d you stop calling me Deku?”
Katsuki frowned. He looked back at the water, sticking his toes above the water. He was right, he didn’t like it.
OR Izuku and Katsuki are adopted by AFO. Their childhood goes a bit (a lot) differently.

“You’re a real hero!” The emergency worker said as she rushed off, presumably to grab some paperwork.
All for One almost snorted.
Hardly.
He turned around and walked away from the scene with the two boys in his arms, his feet picking carefully through the rubble.
Besides, his little Izuku would be lonely without anyone else his age. He could use a playmate, especially one as amusing as this one.
Perhaps Kacchan would prove useful.
Provided he didn’t become too troublesome.
All for One was gone before the worker even turned around.
