Description:

A canon divergent AU that spins off from the Idol Fest event. When Dante came to Aster for sex advice, neither of them suspected feelings to develop between them. And they definitely didn't anticipate that I would run with it this hard!! I love you, boys!

This universe might continue to appear in other works, but the collection is marked complete for now.

Notes:

why the titles are out of order

The original title "something borrowed" was a nod to a fic I loved long ago. Since it is technically a nod to wedding charms, I continued the title structure when I wrote the sequel. I never imagined there would be more than the two fics. "something merry" seemed like a logical, punny title for the third installment (which was definitely going to be the last one!!). And then when the series kept going, I went ahead with new and old since everything was already mixed up.

reading order

Individual works are standalone. They are ordered according to the story's time frame, not the order they were written (for that, go by dates). You might want to read the first two in the series to understand the rest, or you can just wing it. No parts contain cliffhangers.

- something new and the ficlets following the "something" parts were written for Daster Week '23. The ficlets are titled for the prompts they filled!
- something old(er) was written for Sunkissed Dante Fan Week '23
- The crossovers Olivine and Perks of Being a God were written for Multifandom Match and take place in this universe
- the spaces where you fit and Lord Aster's Two Wedding Spectacular! were written for Daster Week '24
