Summary
A girl emerging from the void steps into a Gensokyo that is far different from what she remembers. The weather is being toyed with by unknown forces, and most of the typical incident-resolvers are too busy hunting down targets they shouldn't be. It falls to Rin Satsuki, as well as some other familiar faces, to get to the crystallized heart of this.
This is the version I started first, and the version I've ultimately decided to stick with. The other copies will be turned into different versions of the same story, but as you could probably guess, the general story beats will stay the same (except ALT).

Summary
Typhoons threaten the fantastical world of Gensokyo, and the typical incident-resolvers are too caught up in their own emotions to deal with things, oddly enough... it falls to entirely different heroes in Gensokyo to try and get to the bottom of this. Can our favorite resident of nothingness, Rin Satsuki, and her friends weather the storm, or will tragedy consume her whole?

Starting shortly, but not immediately after the events of Divine Intervention, things seem to have settled down for the heroes of the story. Light drizzle aside, it's a beautiful day, and everyone gets to relax...

The light drizzle gradually turning into a storm the likes of which nobody's seen, the day relies on Rin Satsuki and her group... but they're not the perspective we'll be focusing on. No, instead, we'll be giving some attention to the protagonists of the first story. Just what are they doing while they're offscreen...?
