I recently finished episode 8 of Duskwood. As I am looking forward to the next one, and I wanted to somehow put my feelings and thoughts into words from the end of the episode, I wrote this fic.
Fic refers to the end of the episode, so SPOILERS!
It's about what my MC felt during MWAF call and how conversation with Jake would look after that.
